I bought samsung s4 online on around 20th june which was delivered to me on 26th of june . On 31st of july automatically its display was gone I am not at all satisfied with such a company I want to exchange my phone coz its on warrenty . even I want to suggest samsung company to make sure that the product they are selling turns good to their customers. :(

    I purchase samsung galaxy e 7 mobile in 30 may 15, phone serial number-rz1g31ja1nh imei-358186/06/283306/1 recently i found my phone's outer glass screen cracked, (cause being unknown) when i drew it out of my front pocket of trouser. The other functions of the "display" were working fine. When i went to the samsung mobile service center in yelahanka, bangalore to get the outer glass screen of display, changed. They denied to change the outer glass screen and told me that the complete display unit along with outer glass screen will be changed and will cost amount of around 8500 rupees. My inquiries further concluded that, apart from models like e5, e7 etc most of the other models come with separate outer glass screen which costs very low as compared to the complete display unit. My point of complaint is two-folds:- 1)when company knows that the outer glass screen is very brittle, , why do not samsung provides separate spares of outer glass screen of the above said model, so that a customer has to change only the outer glass screen 2)if at all you do not provide separate spares of outer glass screen despite of knowing its brittle nature, , , why did not you keep this point in knowledge of customers when you know that the breaking of outer glass screen will cost your customer the same amount that of complete display unit...Which is too high as compare to only outer glass screen . I have already put my point to your customer care referring complaint number_[protected].But they told me clearly that i have to pay for complete display unit to get the broken outer cover repaired. I find myself cheated by the samsung mobile company. I request you to look forward to the situation and help me to get my phone repaired in the budget of outer glass screen only solve my problem as soon as possible. Denying to entertain my complain will encourage me to put this point in consumer court and social media as well

[protected]) Date of purchase - April 10th (Date of launch) customer no. - [protected] issue - On date of launch customer bought the phone which assured "one time screen replacement" warranty and now from past one month it is repeatedly going to service center and is not been honored. after various different reasons final reason was that dealer did not register. There was only communication of the offer but no communication that it is to be registered or the offer is not valid. please clarify and update me on same or have to take corrective steps as per your advertisement which states "price stability guarantee for 6 months" and "one time screen replacement"

        Dear Sir, I am from a middle class family, from a small saving we purchased a Samsung LED TV in Dewali festival (01/11/2013) from a local show room. At the end of 18 months of TV purchase, that TV is not working so we complained in samsung service center. The service engineer came and checked the fault, they requesting Rs.17500 to replace the company fault from us. We couldnt able to bare the cost again, so i Kindly request to do the needful.

        We also have same issue. Our panel was already replaced once and now it again malfunctioned. I think we together should approach the consumer court.

        I very much regret to state that I had purchased one LED TV from your authorized dealer with lots off faith regarding service and product security but extremely sorry to describe you that during a short span of time I have an horrible experience which was not expected from the world renowned company like SAMSUNG.
        I had purchased the product just 2 and half year back but this month I am facing a problem with the picture and I called up your representative, after the verification they declared that the panel board is almost died. A new panel board has to be replaced which cost is near about 18000.00 which was beyond my capacity. I request you to look in to the matter other wise I have no way to go to the consumer forum immediately.
        I am expecting a positive reply from your end soon.

          I am facing a problem about wifi in my note 2. I need to go very near to router if i want to connect wifi... If i turn on wifi hot spot from this note 2, then other devices will get not more than 2 bars of wifi signal even i keep this phone ever other divice...i am really angry about this problem...

            Regarding my Case Number: [protected] for my Samsung Galaxy S5 4G mobile which I purchased 8 months ago, on 15/October/14 at the Phone Store, CMH road, Indiranagar is still within warranty.

            Kindly find below a detailed timeline of the sequence of events that transpired and the sordid tale of multiple times of critical data loss

            1. Since I bought the phone, I noticed that it occasionally restarted on it's own, as I am from the IT Technical field, I knew that this is a familiar occurrence with Android phones so ignored it as everything else was working as expected.
            2. But in May 2015, I received an automatic pushed update from Samsung to update to Lollipop version from Kitkat which I promptly did. After this update the phone restarting became more frequent and at that time too I had to travel and I did not use the phone as international roaming was not activated but only used WIFI, at this point of time, the phone was restarting nearly every hour and eventually stopped working and I could not use the phone at all for 2 weeks.
            3. After I returned, the very next day I visited the Authorized Samsung Service Center on CMH Road, Indiranagar but they refused to help as they said they said "they don't deal with S5 and S6 phones and that I had to go to Malleshwaram which is the head service center which I did the same day.
            4. The Service Technician Lady (Bhavya) checked the phone, and then handed the phone to me ( I am not sure what else was done) she said the only problem was my battery which was below charge level and buck boosted my battery. The phone then resumed, I waited for sometime and the phone appeared okay. but when I reached home I found the phone was in a hung/unresponsive state.
            5. After charging the full night and letting the phone update over WIFI, i noticed the next morning that the phone was restarting every few minutes.
            6. Next I went to the Koramangala Samsung Service Center where the staff checked my phone and agreed it was a motherboard problem which required replacing but within 3 hours a Technician by the name of Ganesh called me and told me that my phone is "rooted" and warranty void he was VERY loud and extremely rude and harsh and unwilling to help. When I explained my position he even lied he was the manager and said there was nothing I could do but pay! After meeting the real manager - Ravi or the Koramangala center he was better but stood by their story so I left and went to back to your Malleshwaram Center.
            7. I was again made to wait for a very long time and met the Technician Bhavya whom I met on my first visit.
            She referred my case to Venkat (the head Engineer) who was nice and offered to help but again said that since the code is showing up as rooted in the log file ( KNOX code 0x1). If Rooting was a problem, why wasn’t I told the first time when I went.


            Please can I request you to understand from your technical experience with Samsung please accept repair my phone being assured that I have not rooted any phone. Also As My Phone has gone through Multiple service centers, It could have been possible that if it was rooted, one of the employees has done it.

            I also wish to further escalate this case to the consumer court to help ensure there are no more gullible consumers at the mercy of pathetic sales after service and buyers better beware before purchasing SAMSUNG phones.

            SAMSUNG is resorting to unruly measures and threatening me over the phone and calling multiple times during the day and being told to pay for the repairs when I haven't done anything and am the victim here.


            I have spent 55000 + on the phone and cannot and will not pay Rs. 12000 for repairing a faulty MANUFACTURING ERROR on the phone.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Samsung LED TV 32", on[protected] for Rs.39, 000. Model number is UA32F5500AR. On Aug, 2014, i.e. after using for 10 months, I faced a problem with TV. The TV was shown to the samsung technician and was told that there is a problem with the panel. They have changed the panel with a new one without charging since it was within the warranty period. Now again after 12 months, i.e on 19-Aug-2015, I am facing the similar problem with the TV. Again the technician came and was told that again there is a defect in the panel which was replaced with the new one just 12 months back. I have raised the complaint through customer care (complaint number : [protected] ). I was told to pay Rs 16, 500 for the new panel for the TV which costed me Rs.39, 000. I bought Samsung LED product for its quality, trust in the product and after sales service. Rightnow, I am deeply disappointed on finding the sub-standard quality of Samsung. They gave a defective piece intitially and it seems that the panel malfunctions frequently because of some defect in the TV itself. What is the guarantee that after I purchase new panel, it will work for its design life. What is the design life of such panel which costs so much? Do you expect me to change the panel every year spending Rs.16, 500. I watch TV only for few hours in the evening as I am a working woman (Govt. teacher). Quality and branding of samsung is in question now. I need detailed reason and cause of malfunctioning of panel as I operate TV with just a remote.I am a responsibile citizen and a government teacher. As a government employee, it took me so many years to buy an LED TV. You cannot expect me to pay every year for the panel. Please resolve this complaint by replacing our TV with a brand new non-defective piece at free of cost. Or else I am planning to take this issue to the consumer forum court.
              Sir, was this issue resolved? Its a pity the Government is not using Goods and Consumer act and is not taking these manufactures seriously.

              The manufacturers are manufacturing faulty design led tv's which are fragile and the internal screeen can be damaged very easily. The technician advised the internal screen could be damaged with a piece of rubber or even a pen.

              And then the manufacturer fleece the customers to pay 80% of the product (Cost Internal Screen/Panel) to replace internal display!!!???
              IMAGINE A PART THAT COSTS 80% OF THE PRODUCT COST DOES NOT COME UNDER WARRANTY!!! Is this a JOKE!
              This is definitely cheating!!

              Don't remember the earlier TV's having these issues. This issue is common with lakhs of customers fallen pray to this issue called "Internal Panel Cracked and hence is a Physical Damage" its all over the internet.

              Why would anyone damage their brand new full hd led tv's, the one bought with hard earned money!?

              Hope someone moves court against such manufactures. Can't fool and take your customers for a ride.

                I submit my hanset to service centre.tell me connector is not working.Ireplaced it twice in atwo month.by paying rs 350/- each time.they gave me recipts also.but is not sorted out. finally tey told me mother board problem replace it cost about rs 5500/-.if they told me at fist time why i expend on it rs 700/-who is responsible for that.my cell no is [protected] plz reply me

                    I have visited your Samsung Galaxy franchise outlet (VENKATESHWARA ENTERPRISES), #2-M-162, 2nd Main Kasturi Nagar on 09.08.2015 as phone was not getting charged.The person at the outlet simply took the battery in his hand and said that your battery needs to be changed as it has become heavy and gave me a new battery.He did not made any effort to check if there could be any other reason as well for instance problem with the charger or connection issue b/w Battery and phone.Since I was not able to digest that as my usage is very less and the battery has a problem on returning back home to my amazement I was able to charge the phone using the laptop and then I realised that the problem was with the charger and not the Battery .Secondly the Battery given to me is defective as it takes 8-10hrs to charge the battery fully which normally happens in 2-3 hrs.Later due to time constraint I again visited the outlet after a week and told them about the concern and asked them to take back the battery to which they were reluctant to do so ...rather blamed me that I only asked them to change the battery .They told me that this is the way they work and will not help and asked to go to police or go legal if we want. To conclude I have been a victim of Misselling/Fraud done by your Franchise outlet along with an attitude which is anti-customer.I feel cheated ...helpless and have lot of anger about it.Kindly look into the matter ASAP Thanks Ritanshu [protected]

                      My mobile samsung galaxy a3 Black is under Warranty. It has touch Problem and i submitted mobile 3 times in service centre for same issue in near about one week, but same problem continues those people promised me this time it will not happen again. Now that mobile is of no use and only 2 months passed after purchase so I want my money back or replacement.

                        Purchased Samsung note 4 from on 7th August 15. The screen from the lower right corner popped out within a week. Was sent to samsung service centre on 17th August They fixed it and the screen came out again Went back and this time they took the phone for 24 hours and gave back after fixing But the same thing happened Now they are asking to wait for the parts..

                            मेने 24 इंच की एक LED खरीदी, कुछ समय बाद मे उसमे चलते चलते एक कला दब्बा बन गया धीरे धीरे वह बड़ा हो गया मेने इसके लिए samsumg customer care में बात की company के इजिनिर ने आकार टीवी देखा और ओपन करके चेक किया और कहा की थिक हो गई. ! उस समय गाँव में लाइट नहे होने क कारन टीवी को शाम के समय लाइट आने पर देखा तो वह जेसि थी वेसे ही थी उसमे कोई चंज change नहे ना सही हुई उसके बाद मेने फिर से फोन किया तो बोले उसमे 5-6 हजार का खर्च आयेगा आप कहे तो estimate बनाने क लिए engineer को भेज दे। मेने उनको पूरी बात बताई समझाया पर वे नही सुन रहे और customer पर आरोप लगा रहे है की आपकी हे गलती से खराब हुई है.। और अब फ़ोन बी receive करते हे कट कर देते है, बहूत परेशान कर दिया है। आपसे निवेदन है क्रपया सहायता करे.।

                              Gentlemen, samsung I bought a Samsung air conditioner in 30 / 5 / 2015. and was cooled between 29 to 30 c so I called the after - sales service in Egypt, they sent technicans found the gas pressure is less than 55 ship it so he didn't wait has been tested and the degree of cooling has remained the same, I called again 8 times first time in 6 / 8 / 2015, till now they didn't send anyone without apology or contact, the underestimate customer make me regret buying conditioner samsung but I don't think that this giant company as samsung add this bad customers satisfaction, so I hope you intervention to modify this bad service and subject of my complaint soonbefore the summer fish -with my sincere greetings - tel-[protected] Egypt

                                Ery glad to know that your quality is so much appricittable that can change mother board within 25 days that can change mother board again within 150 days that can change power jack within 160 days that charger as your center is declared defective within 180 days that your customer is visited more than 30 times on your valuable center that your zonal head order to change the set that your C E O office ignore to enjoy the mails how many qualities in your company and your set after all i am satisfy because you are 1000 % satisfaction i have no option to complain any where, where as you appointted thanks your reply for prompt actions SANJIV KUMAR JAIN ([protected])

                                  Sir i purchased a new samsung fridge in oct 2014... it was damaged... uner the tray... after multiple complaints they attended it.. after that on 15th Aug if stopped working... i logged a complain.. the tech was so illetrate tht he had no knowledge of a fridge... he told one of the parts got spoiled ... and will replace it.. hecame next day with the part.. to our n the mechanics wonder the part was not the problem..thn he told that thecompresser is not working... the next day his man can called me and asked me how to come to my house..and assured tht he will be at my place in 3 hurs time...after 3 hurs whn i calld him back.. he said compresser is not available..however his manager inf tht it is in stock... service is absoulutely poor...no one knews whts happening ...not bothered at all no customer service

                                    I bought mobile on 8 august on 12 august my had some physical damage and screen touch not work properly which I repair from service Center on 14 august then I recived at 8 am then next day 10 am my mobile screen had sudden off and blank then I went to samsung service center they told me it's include in physical damage so I have to pay 8822.39 rupee but mobile didn't fall..

                                      My mobile samsung Grand neo plus is under Warranty. It has some defects and i submitted mobile 3 times in service centre for same issue in near about one month, but same problem continues those people promised me to return money or replacement but now 13 days gone from again submitting the mobile but they are not responding properly. Now that mobile is of no use and only 4 months passed after purchase so I want my money back or replacement.

                                        मैंने 17/7/2015 को सैमसंग स्टोर से टेब 4 ख़रीदा था। उसकी स्क्रीन पर एक डॉट आ रहा था जो मुझे घर जाकर दिखा कुछ दिन बाद भी वो डॉट था तो मैंने सैमसंग कस्टमर केयर पर फ़ोन करके अपनी परेशानी बताई 28/07/2015 को में सर्विस सेंटर गया उसकी स्क्रीन खराब थी। ठीक करने के बाद सर्विस सेंटर में ही मैंने जब टैब देखा उसका साइड बटन (वॉल्यूम का और उसके साथ वाला) अंदर हो गया था और टेबलेट में से जलने की बदबू आ रही थी उन्होंने ठीक नहीं किया। अगले ही दिन पता चलता है टैब में ऑडियो जेक भी खराब है। सर्विस सेंटर के अधिकारी ने मुझे बताया ऑडियो जेक बदलेगा। मैंने कस्टमर केअर फ़ोन करके कहा की अभी फ़ोन लिया है अगर सब खराब है तो वह नया कहाँ से हुआ उन्होंने मेरी request आगे टीम को देने की बात की मैंने टेबलेट ऑफ करके घर पर रख दिया। दो दिन बाद सैमसंग अधिकारी के फ़ोन आने पर मेंने उनसे रिप्लेसमेंट देने का निवेदन किया क्योंकि टेब नया है, अगर अभी ही सब बदल गया तो टेब कहा से नया हुआ ? उन्होंने सर्विस सेंटर जाकर टेबलेट को जमा करने को बोला। मैं सर्विस सेंटर गया मैंने 2 दिन बाद टेबलेट को उनके सामने on किया, उसका जेक 1 बार खराब हुआ फिर सही चला उन्होंने 1 बार खराब हुआ नहीं देखा और बोले सही तो चल रहा है। मैंने उनको बताया इसका ऑडियो जेक खराब है, दो दिन पहले आपके अधिकारी ने देख कर बताया था। उस अधिकारी से जब बात की गयी तो उन्होंने कहा इसका मदर बोर्ड change कर दो जैक खराब था ।सर्विस सेंटर का अधिकारी मेरी कॉम्पलैन्ट बनाने लगा उसने मेरे टेबलेट की डिटेल खोली फिर मना कर दिया मैं नहीं बना सकता अब मेरे आगे प्रॉब्लम लाओ तभी ठीक होगा या आप तभी करवा लेते जब हमको परेशानी दिखी अब नहीं होगा और अन्य परेशानी पर भी झूट बोल दिया की सब ठीक है। और मुझे सर्विस देने से मना कर दिया। जब दूसरा टेब दिखने की मांग की तो उन्होंने नहीं दिखाया। मैंने कस्टमर केअर कॉल करके उन अधिकारी से बात करने को कहा जिन्होंने मुझे भेजा था पर कोई सहायता नहीं की गयी। मैं बहुत परेशान हो गया मैंने अपनी मम्मी को बुलाया मेरी बहन उनको लेकर आयी उन्होंने भी परेशानी देखी बटन और बदबू की पर उन्होंने सब मना कर दिया मजबूरन मुझे पुलिस को फ़ोन करना पड़ा तब उन्होंने कहा हम मदर बोर्ड change कर देंगे, मैंने उनको कहा मुझे टेब रिप्लेस करवाना है।आपको बस आगे यह प्रॉब्लम बतानी है, उन्होंने कहा फिर इसमें कोई परेशानी नहीं है।उन्होंने मुझे वही प्रतीक्षा करने को कहा और मदर बोर्ड change कर दिया। मैंने कस्टमर केअर बात करके उनको बताया मेरे साथ ऐसा किया गया है उन्होंने कहा अब आपका टेबलेट में मदर बोर्ड चेंज हो गया अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता आपने क्यों चेंज करवाया अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता। 2 दिन बाद टेबलेट में फिर परेशानी आने लगी मैंने कस्टमर केअर के अधिकारी को बताया तो उन्होंने मुझे सर्विस सेंटर जाने को बोला मैंने मना कर दिया क्योंकि मेरे साथ वहा फिर से बुरा व्यव्हार किया जाता मैंने उनको कहा आप किसी अधिकारी को भेज दे उन्होंने समय लिया और फिर फोन किया।वो नहीं माने मुझे सर्विस सेंटर जाना ही पड़ा, उन्होंने मेरी अजय जी से बात करवायी और कहा आप सोमवार को अजय जी से मिल लें । मुझे अजय जी से मिलना था पर वह नहीं थे मैंने उनका नंबर माँगा और उनको फोन किया उन्होंने मुझे उन अधिकारी से बात करने को कहा जिन्होंने मेरे साथ पहले ही बुरा व्यव्हार किया था। मैंने उनको अपनी परेशानी बताई उन्होंने न देखा न समझा और बोलने लगे तुम झूट बोल रहे हो मैं दूसरा टेब मंगवा कर देखूंगा और अपनी पर्सनल गुस्सा खुन्दक निकलने लगे । मैं शांति से टेबलेट लेकर वहाँ से चला गया । फिर मुझे थोड़ी देर बाद कस्टमर केअर अधिकारी ने पूछा आप जमा कर आये मैंने उनको बता दिया वहां मेरे साथ केसा व्यवहार किया गया।उन्होंने लिख दिया टेबलेट में कोई परेशानी नहीं है सर्विस सेंटर ने चेक कर लिया और रिक्वेस्ट क्लोज कर दी।मैंने फिर से वह रिक्वेस्ट on करवायी। उन्होंने मुझे फोन करके बताया की हम आपके घर पर अधिकारी भेज रहे हैं। मैंने उनको कहा किस्से पूछ कर ? अपने पहले क्यों नहीं भेजा अब आप मेरी बेजती करवाने के बाद भेज रहे है। मैंने उनसे पूछा उन अधिकारी पर क्या एक्शन लिया गया जिन्होंने मेरे साथ ऐसा व्यव्हार किया उन्होंने टाल दिया मैंने कहा पहले उनसे माफ़ी मंगवाए तब बात करे। अगले दिन मुझे फ़ोन आता है की मैं आपका फ़ोन देखने आजाऊं ? मैंने उनको बोला आप या तो मेरी उनसे बात करवाये जिन्होंने आपको ये बोला या मुझे जो भी आपके पास मेरी कॉम्पलैन्ट चल रही है उसको mail करदें । उन्होंने कहा मेरे पास इतना समय नहीं है मुझे और भी काम करने है आप मुझे बताये मैं आऊ या नहीं । मैंने कहा आप और काम कर लीजिये फिर । फिर मेरे पास कोई फ़ोन नहीं आया फिर मैंने अपनी कॉम्पलैन्ट का रिमाइंडर डालने को कहा तब मुझे बोला जाता है आपको कोई रिप्लेसमेंट नहीं मिलेगी न ही रिफंड ये है आपका सलूशन ।
