I have submitted my mobile on 10.08.2015 at samsung service center ---System & Services for sim card tray problem. But they started threatening and harassing me to receive that mobile with the same problem. Then i talk to customer care they are just asking for 24hrs from 20 days but they are not able to replace my mobile. Bill no. [protected].

    Worst samsung customer service center in Trivandrum.In the month of june 2015 we lodged a complain with Samsung service center}regarding thr broken hinges of front loading s amsung washing machine.After repeated followups samsung service engineer came to repair the m broken hinges of the door of the washing machine.He then said that he has to get the part before fixing it.After a month he came with the part but said that he was unable to unscrew the broken hinges and so it has to be taken to the service center for repairs.After numerous calls to the service center and issued a work order and saying that it would delivered in a week in july last week .In spite of contacting them a dozens of times --we have lost our washing machine as well .This is a classic example of Samsung customer service.

      In my Samsung TV (Model PDP TV PS 42B430P2LXL), Cable TV antenna pin holder was broken. I booked the complaint by phone using their toll free number. After some time, Samsung Service Technician came on my phone and asked for detail of the complaint. When I explained the complaint, he, without even seeing the TV, told that the main board of the TV was to be replaced and it would cost Rs.12000/-. I was shocked to hear his statement. I chided him and requested him to replace only the broken (antenna pin) holder only and the same would definitely cost less than Rs.200/-. Then he came to my house, inspected the TV and informed that the main board of the TV had to be replaced and it would cost Rs.8000 to Rs.9000. I insisted that only the broken small holder has to be changed. He said that he could do only the company asked him to do. I was not agreeable and he returned back. Then Samsung Customer Care Official came on my line and informed that my TV had become out of date and it was not possible to repair the TV and offered to take back the TV for Rs.8000/- (I purchased the TV for Rs.39000). I refused the offer and insisted for repairing the TV by replacing only the broken parts at a reasonable cost. They have not so far responded. I request you to do the needful to repair the TV.

        I have a Samsung smart ph and the model no is GT S5282, anyhow the phone pattern lock get locked so i went to the taratala service center to break the lock, the date was 20/08/2015 after one day my father went to the service center they told "sir we are trying" and on 24th of aug i went to the service center then they said they are trying but they are unable to unlock so i said plz return me the ph then they said u have to gv rs.230 INSPECTION CHARGE after that they wl gv the phone and the customer care executive as ms.unmesha chakraborty with whom i have talked, , , wid dat ""a gal wearing pink colour top and jeans and a boy waering samsung shrt"" they were trying to counsil me if i dont gv the rs.230 then these 230 charge wl be cut from her salary...when they didnt tried to open the lock then what the use of taking those unnescerily charges from the customers aftr lots of conversation they agreed to gv me the phone but the phone was in condition not to use, they totally deleted all things including the mother board of the phone..then what the usage to open such service center without helping people you ppls are damaging the phone wasting the money.is this a stargery to take more charge..i totally disappointed with your services, it just damaged my phone..i gave the phone to unlock but what they did now its like a playing phone for babies no work on phone...& iplease mail me i[censored] have any solution for these [protected]@gmail.com. bill no-[protected](taratala samsung phone service center)

          I have a Samsung single door refrigerator. Recently I faced a problem (i.e leakage of coolant gas inside freezer). So I requested for immediate service via Samsung Customer Care on Saturday (22nd Aug, 5:00 Pm). Customer care representative ensured me that the issue will be addressed by the nearest service center within 24 hours. Then I get a call from J.P Nagar, Bangalore Samsung service number saying since they will be closed on Sunday, Issue will be addressed by them on Monday. I agreed and made arrangements such a way so that if the service center visits on Monday then I will be available. On Monday no service center guy showed up, I called them back to follow up no one answered (Tried a couple of times). When I received no response I gave up, then service center people call me after 5 days just when I am about to leave for office. When I said I wont be available then they just cancelled complaint. Also behavior of service center people was very rude too.

            Hi, I have purchased this Samsung Galaxy notre 2 (GT-N7100) on 20/08/2014 from Delhi. It works properly only 7-8 months. Now there was some issue of restarting and out of network problem and the device restart occasionally for which i have submitted the handset SAMSUNG CARE - ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES, JHARSA ROAD, GURGAON. They told me it takes around 3-4 days as there is a problem in main board which has to be replaced. I don't know what they did, they had returned the handset after replacing the main board. The handset works properly almost two weeks, after that there is similiar problem of restarting as well as hanging ( THE PHONE GET HANG, NO DISPLAY, NO SOUND, ONLY BLUE NOTIFICATION LIGHT IS BLINKING) Finally need to re-insert the battery to work it again. Most of time the handset becomes out of network silently ( without any notification-Signal bars shows full network). When try to make any call, it shows" Network Not Registered". For your kind info, I have replaced the SIM also but the problem not resolved. I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW COULD THE HANDSET REPEAT THE SAME PROBLEM IF THE MAIN BOARD IS REPLACED. I AM SURE THAT NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE IN THE DEVICE ( ONLY SOFTWARE UPDATE/RESET). I HAVE EXTENDED THE WARRANTY PACK ALSO. AS SAMSUNG IS THE GLOBAL REPUTED BRAND IN ELECTRONICS, SO WHAT IS THE USE OF PURCHASING THE SAMSUNG PREMIUM PHONE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.             I bought samsung j5 from delhi last year in oct maybe.
            Now it hangs and suddenly switched off automatically From last some weeks.
            I have to charge it again to reboot this phone.
            Please let me know what i have to do with this phone, should I have to through it in dustbin ?

              I got my 1.5 TR Samsung split air-conditioner serviced through the Samsung Authorised Service Center (West Delhi Service Centre, Sector 7 Dwarka) on 23rd April 2015, they said we need to gas filling and charged INR 2332 and on 31 May 2015 they again serviced it and said we need to change two valves and charged me INR 1500. Again in 20 August 2015 (we have not operated the AC for 15-20 days before 20 Aug, as climate was good) the gas is gone. Now they say you need to pay for service and gas filling again. They have made it a business to loot the consumers. The team which they send is poor in diagonising the issue. It's shameful that good company like Samsung outsource the service to incompetent organisation. With Regards, Kanagaraj [protected]

                Hi, I have bought an LED TV on 27/03/2015 from Chandra Electronics, Bata Chawk, which has 1 year warranty. It had got some problem with the display on 24th July and I had complained regarding the same to customer care on 28th July. My complaint number is [protected]. I even brought the TV myself to the retailer (Chandra Electronics), but they assured me that some technical person will come at my place and will resolve the issue. But after a few days one person came and just saw the TV and gave excuse that he has not come with his kit and will come later to resolve it. Till date, nobody came. I have been complaining since then but of no use. I am requesting you to please look in this matter and resolve the issue as it is over 1 month.                     My refrigerator is in warranty. It got damaged 3 times in one month, thus asked for refund back. I registered complaint on 08.08.15 for refund, I got no response tried to follow-up with them on toll free number of care center called on 18.08.15, 20.08.15, 22.08.15, 24.08.15 & 27.0815 am answered that you will get call from Head office in 48 Hrs but it doesn’t happen a single time. We do not even get any details about issue what’s happening. I even requested them to transfer call to HO to responsible person but they don’t do it. Samsung is not satisfying his customer only makes big big advertisement about satisfaction

I have gifted this phone to my wife not to take it every time to customer service or to pick up call from executive departments on the faulty device. Last but not the least - I assume we have been cheated by the Samsung Customer care by asking us to keep the phone under observation everytime just to pass the time. They should have guided us from day one that the phone is faulty and that is why we should raise a complaint at first place. How can you expect a customer to know that we should raise a complaint directly to Samsung without reaching out to Dealer/Customer care. Post your response, I believe keeping a phone under observation is just a way that customer should keep the phone and 80% time avoid this harassment. All said and done, I conclude from my side that I am not going to collect the phone from the service center as I am not at all satisfied with the way this request is handled by Samsung Support Team and concluded. The Phone bought by me was faulty from day one and you cannot expect customer to bear the price of faulty set. As a big brand like SAMSUNG, you should take the accountability of the faulty device and change the process wherever required to serve customer and give best service.                         TV model UA46F100 was purchased from M/s QRS Trivandrum on 17/01/2014. TV has 1 year warranty and 2 years of extended warranty. The t was registered with SAMSUNG on 01/08/201 under complaint No. [protected]. A technician inspected the TV on 03/08/2015 and noted all details. Since then there is no action from the service center. Kindly do the needful at the earliest to get it serviced at the earliest.

                            Really the service of samsung service center Najafgarh is extreamely pathetic.they do not know how to behave with customers.even they do not provide feedback book.they are liers.I purchased a samsung galaxy prime 4G on 14/08/15.there was some issue with it that when mobile is on then call was not coming. Then on 18th aug i went to najafgarh samsung service center according to that there is software issue, after waiting of 1 hour he returned my phone and call was coming even on data on. But he played with me.he set the mobile network on GSM only which should have on auto. According they did temporary setting because they wanted to pass 1week replacement time. Really its very pathetic. Then after lot of arguement they give me deo. It took approx 3days to give me deo phone after lot of harrasment.customer service also misbehaved with my wife.again i bought samsung phone which is samsung S3 neo.it is just 4days after purchsing, in this phone i got issue that the sound of phone is very low and sometime it is also not clear. And today its charge is not working. When i reached service center i showed my phone.and they told me that sound is ok and regarding charge they told that this is some spot of water. But it is looking like fungus. They directly told me that they cant give me deo but i did not asked for that.mr. balram was arguing with me with negative language. When i asked for feedback book. They told that they dont have.really its very embarrasing in front of other customers.i am a loyal customer of samsung so want to say that take necessary action on below staff because they are ruining the brand and kindly look into this matter.                               I continue to have issues on poor performance of the dishwasher. It has been used for less than 10 times from the time of purchase. I have given multiple complaints and has been escalated to the corporate more than twice as Devaiah (head of service in Bangalore) and team continue to offer poor service. Last time when Saurav Singh Chaudhary (saurabh.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) addressed the issue, he promised that if any complaints again pop up, he would escalate to refund the amount It is sad that next time it again did not work and I escalated to the corporate again. The agent this time got the Bangalore team to take the machine to your local workshop, test and fix. When they returned I was on my way outside India and I told clearly that I would be back in Aug and test it and when I did again, the machine doesn’t lock. I am an ardent customer of Samsung and all the products you make – from lifestyle refrigerator to 3 LED TV to microwave to washing machines to DVD players I have are all Samsung. I am super disappointed with your broken dishwasher and when I insisted that this time around, you replace the machine, (after enumerable complaints) you said that the policy would not allow. It is important to quote that Devaiah on a call (telecom with corporate) had the audacity to say that I could be unlucky to have got a bad machine. Please note I have paid a big price for it and Samsung representative can not say it is ok that the company makes some bad products. I continue to insist that the poor machine be replaced or refund my amount. It is hard earned and tax paid money of mine. Please respond with the details of the number complaints and the attempts you have made to fix your broken product. Also please mention that despite this background, your policy does not allow you to replace/ refund. I will go to the customer service head or CEO of Samsung or if need be to the consumer forum Expecting your early response

                                Dear Team, I have purchased a laptop online from flipkart with pre-installed window 7 home premium in it. After approximately 2 year span, my laptop has screen flicker problem therefore, i have contacted samsung service center online for resolving the issue. It was not possible by the support team to resolve it online hence, They have given me the address of Junagadh, Rajkot and Ahmedabad which were located at 80kms, 160kms and 400kms from my home place. I have visited all this places for getting my laptop repair, but the service center was already closed by Samson company. After much follow up i found Samsung service in Ahmedabad where I have given my laptop for repairing. I have told them about my screen flicker issue and a CD drive problem. The technician told me that there is a problem with the screen, and CD drive, You have to replace both of them to resolve this issue. I have paid approx. Rs 10, 000/- for both the things to get repaired. But still the issue of screen flicker was not resolved. I have contacted the Samsung service center once again and told them that the issue is still not resolved. They checked my laptop once again and told me that there is a problem with the motherboard you have to replace the same to resolve this issue. They have replaced my motherboard and asked me to pay the difference amount. I have paid the same and resolve the issue. But, After few months I faced a new problem "This copy of Windows is not genuine". I have contacted Microsoft for this issue they told me that this window 7 professional is being installed on your PC that why you are facing this problem. I was shocked how could "window 7 home premium" automatically changed to " window 7 professional service pack 1". Then i realize that i have given my laptop for repair they may have done this mischief. I was already facing a lot of problems earlier with Samsung service center and still facing the same. I request this forum to help you resolving this issue at your earliest and getting reimbursed for all the expenses and service pack purchasing cost. Thanks & Regards, Chandrakant Gohel [protected]

                                  Dear Team, I have purchased a laptop online from flipkart with pre-installed window 7 home premium in it. After approximately 2 year span, my laptop has screen flicker problem therefore, i have contacted samsung service center online for resolving the issue. It was not possible by support team to resolve it online hence, They have given me address of junagadh, rajkot and ahmedabad which where located at 80kms, 160kms and 400kms from my home place. I have visited all this places for getting my laptop repair but, the service center was already closed by samsung company. After many follow up i found samsung service in ahmedabad where i have given my laptop for repairing. I have told them about my screen flicker issue and CD drive problem.                                     On 20 April 2015 i have given my handset to Intouch Services 100 Feet Ring Road, BTM, Bangalore.560029. for service because my phone was not switching on. as i forgot my Bill & handset box on my native place, i request to check the fault without bill. they said 6500 cost will charge. i refuse to pay and took my handset back. now today when i request for service with bill & handset box they refused to service and said some component is missing, raise this issue to customer care. As my phone was in warranty period and i have given only to service centre how the component will miss. they are totally money oriented service centre.
                                    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Sir my 32 inch lcd was repaired by samsung tech by replacing power board costing me rs4279. It spoiled after 2 months they replaced again costing me 1129. After 2 days again tv stopped working now they say display is gone bad and it will cost me rs 26000 to repair. Display spoled after renewing power boars second time.why should i pay for display repair samsung should repair it free of cost as it happened after they replaced part. I hv other 2 lcd working fine at same place. I am from jalandhar punjab cell no [protected]. Kindly help
