i purchased samsung product split Ac model AR18JC5HATP at cost of Rs36500/-on24/5/2015 in Vijaydigital(a unit of vijay TV&Video home).At the time of purchase, company offered free installation with in 48hrs.free installation card is also given to me.Till date, nobody turned up to instal.though an executive called by phone in response to my email complaint, nobody turned up .i made several calls to vijaydigital showroom and samsung service point.please do needful on the service deficiency of samsung and vijaydigital showroom.

    Hi, My name is Naveen. I purchased a Samsung LED TV on Feb2104 model UA32FF5500. In March 2015 the display stopped functioning and I am able to hear only audio. Just after 1 year completed the problem occurred and when I reported the problem to the customer support, they give a blind answer saying I need to replace the display which would cost me around 15000. Just after one year of purchase I need to pay half amount to change display. I am not sure if samsung designs a product to create a problem exactly after 1 year. If this is how the product is designed then there is no use in purchasing a brand product paying so much money. We can go for normal brand with very less amount if this is the case. I would request you to kindly check on this problem and take necessary action to fix my problem at the earliest. Hope to get resolution on this issue. Regards, Naveen

      Dear Sir, I have purchased Refrigerator Samsung make on 27th May'15 at Saravastore T.Nagar Chennai. Till date no one come for Demo. Last four days without refrigerator my all the vegetables and fruits spoiled. Day they are calling and asking address and finally not yet come. Call from the following phone # [protected] and another one number from yesterday. Evening call from phone # [protected] and asked service person came or not. When i called toll free # and i came to know complaint closed and mentioned address incorrect. These peoples cheating and spoiling Samsung name. Please take this complaint very serious.         PROBLEM WAS / IS NO COOLING IN 1.5 T SAMSUNG SPLIT A/C Service requested online with Samsung Customer Care @[protected], they Assigned to Nellore Samsung Service Center, Nellore Service Center sent technicians and were requested to send complete Indoor & out door to Nellore from Mannarpolur, Sullurpet, nearly 80 KMs from our place i.e Mannarpolur. After sending to Nellore and complete verification Samsung Authirised Service Center, told us to pay Rs. 3300 to solve the problem + transportation, We agreed and paid on 9/3/2015, after thorough verification for a week brought to our place to Mannarpolur, their technician was even unable to run the a/c, he said, he doesn't know the problem, we called and discussed with Nellore Samsung Center Technical officer, after that the technician who was at our place has done something and started the a/c, from next day on wards we were calling Samsung Customer Care @[protected], no one is taking care of a/c and given so many dead lines, we also tried to contact superiors to the call attending people @[protected], but many times we were assured that their supiriors will call us in 30 minutes, but no body has attended our problem and solved. Finally after so many attempts The authorized Samsung Service Center people called me and has given shocking news that a/c compressor has problem, so replace the Compressor which is around Rs. 12000/- it means they collected Rs. 3300 + 2 times transportation, replaced & repaired the dead & not working compressor intentionally, suppose if we agree to replace the compressor, they will say another problem and will collect money by noticing another problem at that time. Our conclusion is whether the Authorised Samsung Service Center people are capable of doing / attending problem, because by paying transportation charges, sent to their place and given for 1 week time to rectify the problem, they failed to do so, more over the Samsung Customer Care people are very very irresponsible in addressing the issues of the Customer. Kindly solve my problem so that my interest in buying Samsung products will not end up with a/c as i have all other Samsung products, moreover other customer should not suffer like me.           I, Ganga Chaubey purchased refrigerator - DC SAMSUNG RR1914BCARH from Vishal electronic, Jaunpur on[protected] at Rs. 11, 800. but within 7-8 months its cooling process totally failed. I complained at least 4 times but the worst thing pointed out by your service center that put coal and lemon in your refrigerator for cooling and avoiding bad odor. one of person come from your side and then he told that there is problem of gases system and he told he will checked it but his response also not at touch point. finally your service provider told that its your duty to bring refrigerator then we can do further process. Our system in warranty period and its your duty to take system from our place and make it rectify. I EXPECT COORDINATION FROM YOUR SIDE. my contact no. is [protected] REGARDS

            I Have Samsung TV model joy series-5 32f 5100 from Kings electronics which initially saying warrenty of (2 years).I purchased it on 2 sept 2013.Due to some problem TV is not showing the Picture only able hear sound same has been reported to the Samsung service center on 14 july 2014 Number is [protected] after initial review by Samsung Engineer is confirmed that the SAMSUNG TV Panel is not working. That time TV is in warranty period so we got replacement of panel after one month. Where we expected to replace TV. Then after some days again same problem raised, Again on 19th April 2015 we faced same problem. Is this service they giving to customer. In 2 years we faced same problem thrice. we want replacement of TV. Thanking you. Expecting some strict action from you.

            Hi,

            Have your complaint been resolved. I am facing the same issue with my samsung LED TV. After 6 months panel was faulty and they changed. But again after 6 months the same problem and now I have to pay 17000 rs for the new panel. How can a panel go faulty every 6 months.

            I want to raise this complaint to consumer forum courts. Please let me know how did you resolve this?

                Sir, I am a temporary resident of Ernakulam and staying at Chalikkavattom, CC47/1658 Avani, Venala PO, Ernakulam. During 3rd week of May 2015 especialy on 20th May I approached shop Named Samsung Authorised Service (By Swiss Time House) centre, Suituated at GCDA Complex, Marine Drive(Their Contact No.[protected], 2354959) for replacing the Back pannel of my Mobile Model No.GT-I9003.I asked its price .After checking its price from their Computer they informed its price was Rs.300/-, But they informed it is not readily available with them and order have to be placed.I agreed to place order.So they placed order and asked me Rs.100/-towards advance payment.I paid Rs.100/.in advance and gots receipt No.499 dated[protected].They informed me after one week you might come and collect it.On 27th May I received SMS informing me by them the ordered item has come and asked me to come collect it.Accordingly on 29th May I approached their shop to collect it.They created a bill No.SC373 in form No.8B by billing amount Rs.420/-(which includes Rs.400+Out put vat). I was suppose to pay Rs.200 as balance..When I enquired of its increased price they became violent and informed if you want take by paying Rs.320 or take back the money given in advance...The act of business man is totally fruad and unethical act towards me as a customer. Hence request your kind interference to resolve my issue...And request to warn such business people or cancell their lisence with immediate effect or otherwise this matter, I may be forced to take up to extreme higher up..It may be a small amount to compromise with..But this types of games they play with all customers.For the sake of victims of all these unethical business people law and rule of the state is be more vigilent for the safety of the poor consumers.                     I have double door Samsung 280ltr refrigerator, its 2009 model My fridge was not cooling at al from last 20 days in the lower portion and in the upper part it was cooling but no ice formation is there. After several complains to the Samsung service center, service engineer came and opened freezer portion and said your freezer is not defrosting and it has lot of ice formation so leave open like this for 24 hrs and then we will come and change some part. Next day after calling so many times they came and changed part DA47-10150F and said now it should work fine and charged Rs596 for the same. This was done on 12th-may-15 but till date problem is same. My fridge is still not working; again complained about it and service person came and said there might be problem with another part so we might have to change it, but you wait and watch for 2-3 days if it’s still not working then we will change it. I am unable to understand that, is my fridge there experiment center? Where they don’t know what has to be done and change several parts and still the problem is same. I can’t just tolerate this, some TOM DICK or HARRY comes and do there experimenting on my fridge and I will pay for it. If your service guys are not trained then pls give them proper training and then send it to the customer site. I can’t be at home sitting and waiting for them and calling them all the times and still facing the same issue and same problem in my fridge. If they didn’t know the problem then why they changed that part and why I was asked to pay for it. Call no : [protected] IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE THEN WHY YOU ARE SELLING THE PRODUCT

                      Hello Team, This is regarding my mobile samsung galaxy core prime. I Purchased mobile on 4 April 2015. From the day one mobile is giving problem. Sometime network issue and sometime camera not found. i visited your rajpura samsung service center they said this issue is belong to software. we need to update the software. They update the software but again issue is not resolved. After that they said issue is with main board we have to replace the board. i submitted the mobile rajpura service center. After 3 days i received my mobile from service center then i come back to home. i checked my mobile issue still same. then i go back to service center and asked issue still pending. Now they said we have to replace again board and camera. I am harassed from the service. 4th time they update the software and main board the also replaced. This is my new mobile and within month is giving so many problem. Now i dont want to replace the part. i want to replace the mobile or refund my money back.

                        worst service i ever had, (display) at samsung service center, tagore garden, attendent kawaljeet - first he says screen is crack then he says motherboard is bend ( neither i drop my phone neither i open or try to bend ) why they did not understand and make money i never ever going to use samsung product again & do not prefer anyone samsung product

                            Had lodged a complain on 24 th May regarding my fridge. Inspite of several calls the complain has not been attended. It's disgusting to see how these big companies treat their customers. Once they sell their product they wash their hands off. Touch home express services of Hyderabad sent a technician and so did the Samsung company. Till date the problem has not been taken care of. The technician of Touch home express service has taken away the motherboard promising to rectify it or install a new one. No action Now he has the audacity to not even pick up the phone. Samsung has a worst service. Thank heaven this is the only electronic gadget I have of this company. Shame on them

                              I have purchase microwave oven dated 16/10/2011 and it have cavity problem i call customer care of samsung few days ago and told him my microwave cavity peals out he say me tommorow engineer will came in your adress. Next day engineer came and told us cavity will b repairable pls leave this oven in samsung workshop. Next day we will take the oven with us and there service centre in charge told me we cant repair your oven in the workshop pls take it in 3-4 km away shop he will paint inside and it will b ready to use for few months but my oven cavity is in warranty period then why i take it in shop, i drop it in service centre then i again call in samsung toll free no and told all the matter he say i file your complain next day a call came from samsung care but he refuse me to make good the product and he told me we will give u only 44% of the product.If our product is in warranty period motor, binding and exterior is in good condition then why we will take only 44%. If samsung cant repair cavity then why the company gave warranty on cavity.

                                Having an AC 1.5 ton, with some issues since last one month. Grievances are as follows: 1) job attended to on 24 Aor with no knowledge of systems by a NOVICE. just cleaned up the ac and blamed the voltage and went. 2) problem recurred within a week and complaint lodged on 22 may, delay due to my absence at pune 3) customer care is unable to send the service rep till date and are unable to get me speak to higher ups..inspite of me making calls everyday..Sheer UNPROFESSIONALS 4) just cant understand whether i am dealing with a MNC or a Road side AC Mechanic Pls Get back to me on this urgently.

                                  I, the Complainant, ordinarily reside at Agartala, Tripura. I am an Ex- MLA and a Senior Advocate ordinarily practising at Agartala. I have a ownership flat on 4th Floor of Palashkali building at BF 35, New Town, Action area -1, Rajarhat, Street No.165 in Kolkata where I along with my family reside occasionally. I purchased an one ton 3 star AC manufactured by you from your dealer, Home Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata vide invoice No.90340084 dated 19.10.2013 on payment of Rs. 27, 590/-. The said AC was installed in my presence in my said flat on 20.10.2013 by your authorised service provider, “ Cool Point” of 32/1, Baguiati 1st Lane, Kolkata -25 vide its money receipt No.3255 dated 20.10.2013 on payment of Rs. 3095/-. I along with my family satisfactorily used the said AC occasionally from 20.10.2013 to 05.01.2015. The flat was under lock and key from 06.01.2015 to 10.04.2015. I along with my family resided in the flat next time from 11.04.2015 to 19.04.2015. On 11.04.2015, we found that the AC is not working i.e. no cool air was coming out of it. On or about 12.04.2015, I made a call with your toll free number and my complaint was registered under Regn. No. [protected]. I was informed over phone by toll free call centre that engineer will attend the call and accordingly an employee of your authorised service provider namely, Cool Point of 32/1, Baguiati 1st lane, Kolkata-25 visited my flat on 14.04.2015, he checked the AC and said that gas had leaked out but he refused to undertake any remedial measure on spot and took the outdoor unit heat exchanger to Cool Point saying that defect would be identified in their workshop and I shall be immediately informed as to what was the defect and what would be the charge for repair. Cool Point, however, did not give any intimation even within a week, after about 10 days I was informed over telephone that a sum of Rs.7, 300/- would be the repair cost as the period of warranty for one year had expired. I wanted that the outer unit should be returned to its original place. Two employees of Cool point returned the outer unit and fixed it over the roof in its earlier place on 23.05.2015. They collected a sum of Rs. 250/- from me towards transportation charge vide receipt No.CP/PCR/2015/01403 dated 23.05.2015. It is pertinent to mention here that on 14.04.2015 the engineer had collected Rs.169/- during his visit vide receipt No.CP/PCR/2015/00088 dated 14.04.2015 issued by cool point saying that it was inspection charge. My younger son, Kaushik Bhaumik, who is an Electronics Engineer along with a private AC mechanic inspected the said outer unit on 24.05.2015 in my presence and after opening the cover it was found that the wires which are connected to the top of the compressor were lying disconnected and the cap which is fixed over the compressor was missing. Mechanic told us that the outer unit was returned in such a condition that private mechanic cannot repair it without taking it to workshop. Apparently the cool point was unhappy for my refusal to get the machine repaired on their terms. Cool point was under obligation to return the said outer unit in the condition as was prevailing at the time of taking it in their custody but they have returned the outer unit without the said cap and fittings which were earlier there. I had reported this fact to an Officer of the Cool point on 25.05.2015 over mobile phone of the Engineer of Cool Point who visited my flat to check fault in another AC in my flat in connection with another complaint bearing No. [protected] dated 23.05.2015. During the period of present heat wave in the country, the refusal of your service agent to get the machine O.k. on spot, the delay of more than 10 days in informing the nature of the defect and repair charge and thereafter, returning the outer unit in further faulty condition amount to your gross deficiency in service and it has put us in physical and mental strains and such attitude and action amounts to undue harassment to consumer.                                     dear sir i had purchased samsung smart tv from croma in Oct 2013. Today morning, it is having display problems. i had called samsung engineer today to see the issue. He said that the display part needs to be replaced costing 25000. I am shocked to see that international quality brand product is defective in about a year and a half. i request you to get it replaced free of cost. I am a valued customer of samsung. I have purchased recently 2 samsung split ACs and a grand 2 mobile and other stuff.                                       Dear Sir, It is with an enormous amount of grief and despair that I am writing this mail to you. I was gifted a brand new SAMSUNG NOTE 3 Model No.SM-N9000ZKEINS which was purchased from the Select Citywalk Saket store of M/S CROMA ELECTRONICS on the 1st of May, 2015. The device was apparently functioning fine as expected but just after a period of 3 weeks i.e. on the morning of the 21st of May, 2015 a call came and to, my utter shock and disbelief the display went blank right in front of my eyes even as it was still vibrating as a result of the incoming call. However I tried restarting the phone, removing the battery, cleaning the terminal points etc but all in vain. Though I was pretty cheesed off but somewhere in the back of my mind I had a strange sense of relief owing to my immense faith in the famed SAMSUNG SERVICE but all my expectations were shattered when I visited your Okhla Service Centre. Firstly I was hoping for a replacement which was very firmly declined by your staff quoting that after a period of one week replacement was not possible. I still cant fathom how can your company generalise a replacement policy without delving into details and the nature of complaint. Anyways then came the best part in which my phone was taken apart 3-4 times in a valiant effort to replace the LCD DISPLAY which to my disbelief was about 1mm smaller then the device n was resulting in a gap. At the end if it all I simply haveis a service request acknowledgement from your service centre and broken trust with hopes that you shall consider my genuine complaint and issue me a replacement at the earliest. I deposit the amount on 23rd may2015.After receving those no's i got the RBI Referel no.77248 the scan of that is Congratulation !!! Transaction successfully completed, Kindly emails us with your reference no. RBI-77248 for the issuance of authority to reflect funds in your account.
