I bought a samsung fully automatic top load washing machine. Two months back I faced a problem in draining the water. I contacted my nearest service center and got inspected by samsung serviceman. Finally he detected a couple of problems in my machine, First one is the failure of drain motor and the other is the failure of a small rubber valve which is useful in preventing leakage of water. After one month of this inspection the drain motor is replaced by a mechanic with a zero.. knowledge and they said the valve should be received from a city far of 200 kilometers. This was happened 2 months back. From that day I was calling them frequently to solve my problem and the answer from them is very irresponsible. I said that I will complaint on samsung in consumer forum but they are the least responsible.

I have bought Samsung A7 Gold mobile phone on 17th April 2015, now its over a month and i have not recieved CASHBACK of Rs.3000/- till yet, i am so upset from reputed company like SAMSUNG for giving fake promises and offers like this .. you people dont do anything like this why you give these kind of offers i did not understand this, i think all these schemes is just to make people foolish so that they buy samsung products, somebody called me from ceo office asked me to wait for 3 weeks and i will get my CASHBACK within that period of time.. he promised me that i will recieve first Rs. 500 by May first week but its over a month now and i have not recieved anything from PAYTM.. I always buy Samsung products but now the reputed company like Samsung also bluff with people trust me i wont buy any product of samsung in future and make it a point of posting it on every social networking site so that everybody will come to know the fact.. I am very upset, its not because of Rs.3000 i have not asked for any offer its the offer given by you people only so its only about the trust that you people have commited something to the customer and thats your responsibility to fulfill that commitment.. I am getting different notifications from PAYTM except the notification of CASHBACK... thats really rediculous anyways wish you goodluck Samsung team will never buy any samsung products in future and post all the things related to this what happened to me your fake commitments on all the social networking sites ..       Hi, We bought a Samsung LED TV set in March 2012 thinking that we are getting the best class quality product currently in the market. Alas, in December 2012, we started seeing an issue in the TV screen wherein a black bar appeared in the top half of the screen. We were shocked to the hilt as this is not something that is expected in the first year of TV's normal operation. Nevertheless, we thanked our stars as the TV was still in warranty period. The panel was replaced at that time and we were told that it is a very rare problem seen and shouldn't happen again. Now two years later, we are getting a similar problem again where we see a horizontal and a vertical dotted line on the screen which kind of divides the screen into four. Imagine our shock again. And now we are told that it is a rare problem and we would have to change the TV panel again and the problem should not be seen again. After spending Rs 60, 000 on a seemingly world class product, this is what we get. Getting "rare" problem twice within 3 years of TV's purchase shattered our belief about the quality of Samsung products. And we are being expected to pay Rs 24, 000 to change the panel and wait (with our fingers crossed) till a similar problem happens again. We obviously would not waste our hard earned money like that. It might be just a case of one defective product among hundreds of the same kind which are good. And we understand that. But what we are more disappointed about is the way this is being handled by the Samsung representatives. Nobody is actually trying to understand our plight. Its such a logical thing to understand that getting a problem twice within such a short span of time does qualify for the issue to be looked upon as a special one and not just be told about the warranty period clauses. We know that warranty is for 1 year but warranty does not mean that the product will run for just one year after which the customer would have to keep spending money to keep it running. Such products are expected to run for years without any issues. We have seen that happening with other brands. We are just not getting any responsible solution from Samsung. All we get is a standard template mail having sentences like 'we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback', 'Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products.', 'we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products' and so on. All these flowery things seem nice only when one actually stands up on them otherwise they just sound fake. We are nothing in front of a big company like Samsung, so this is definitely not a fight we are expecting to win. All we can do is raise a voice against the injustice and if there is someone out there who really cares about company's reputation would listen and do something about it. I still have hope from Samsung as I just can't believe that a company which has made a stronghold in the market over the time can do that while remaining agnostic to customer needs and wants.         I bought a Samsung Series 6 (46 in) LED last to last year. It worked great for a year or say until it was under warranty period. Then it started to turn greyish from sides/corners, which i thought to be fade in with time but it didn't. Now when i plug my laptop with it, i can see the grey spots easily on white screens. I paid almost about 1 lakh for it and i don't want it to go in waste. So please help me!

          Hello sir, I have purchased Samsung note edge worth rs 65000 .But from the beginning I am receiving some issues: Phone hangs a lot (as not mentioned) Problem in receiving calls (its the main issue that is not to be done) Auto screen off doesn't work. When i receive call other applications will run automatically. Phone heat up a lot when plugin for charging. Fast adapter charger is not working well. These are major issues which Iam facing after spending a worth amount on it .its been very annoying for me. I am not satisfied with the services you guys provide . I want my handset to be replaced as soon as possible.revert me back as soon as possible. thanku

            Resp sir/Madam I bought a Samsung 23" LED on 12th May 2015 from a local vendor from Nagpur, he promised me to install the LED within 1-2 days at my given address and he registered my installation request to the Samsung and i got a confirmation call and sms from Samsung and provide the toll free number to take follow up.I am continuously calling customer care for my installation and they are just passing the days that today or tomorrow and also they gave me the number of Technician from aurangabad Mr.Ishwar who is coming from his city just to install my LED on Sunday as said by customer care but when i called him he replied that sir you are guided wrong i am not coming to your city after talking with him when i called yesterday to customer care they relied we cant process your complaint now do whatever you want when i said i will make a complaint to consumer forum.please guide what i could do i have talked with local vendor from whom i have purchased LED and waiting for his response

            My complaint has been resolved by the local vendor from whom i have purchased my LED with my kind request and it might be because of his regular business with samsung, but it is not at all resolved by samsung itself as i didnt get proper coopertion and guidance from customer care service. Thanx to consumer complaint forum and my local vendor for timely support and samsung please improve your customer care services and the recruit proper employees for customer care services as they even cant read the address properly.

But till date I have not received any status of my complain. If the customer care has assigned my problem to the service engineer.                 This is about the Samsung Galaxy S5 that I had the misfortune of buying. So I made the wrong decision to purchase Samsung Galaxy S5 in Sep-Oct 2014. The 1st complaint I raised was within 2 weeks of buying the phone. It completely blanked out and had to be ‘fixed’ by your team. Now, prior to reaching your team I had to go to couple of service centres only to realize their Fancy phones are not serviced at all centres so we had to lodge a complaint and it was treated as in house service. Where a gentleman called Mr Yakoob called and fixed an appointment to take the phone and give me a back up handset. It took a few days and it was all fixed. I raised a concern at the same time that if a phone has malfunctioned within 2 weeks (or maybe 20 days) then shouldn’t Samsung replace the handset.. I was given some nice polite answers and I let the topic drop. Now in April – the phone started behaving like a landline. As I am sure most Samsung consumers already know their phones are not designed with a good battery life and yet fools like me buy them (my apologies on that front!). So I send an email to their executive office and also call the customer care to lodge a complaint. Again Mr Yakoob comes into picture and picks the handset from my place on 17th April 2015. From then there has almost been no proactive communication from your end. Someone called my husband’s phone and asked if we have taken a back up (a fact which was established at the time of pick up itself) somewhere 3-4 days later and then no communication. I tried calling Mr Yakoob – no response. When I tried calling him from a non registered number on 25/26th April, he answered. Ofcourse he did not know it’s a customer’s call. Then spoke to us and tried to explain that it’s a battery issue and they don’t have parts. Promised to follow up and send the handset. On Tuesday, 28th April a gentleman called Janaki Raman comes to my house unannounced at 8.30PM and says here is your phone – we have replaced the battery. On the same day a certain Mr Ashutosh called me and I told him – if the handset has malfunctioned to this degree then I think they should replace the handset. He said he will look into the matter and call me back. I am not surprised to not have received any phone call yet on that front. So, I tell their delivery man that: a) What happened to the replacement call b) How do I know the battery is new? a. You have not opened it in front of me b. You are refusing warranty from the date of ‘new’ battery c. There are evident marks on the battery which indicates the battery may not be new So he called Mr Yakoob who started YELLING at me. He said: A. I have taken in house service which is my fault a. How? You don’t service S5 at all centres so I cant be expected to travel across the city to give it service and pick up. Maybe you should make it clear when someone buys the handset so we know what we are getting into B. He says I have no choice but to do what he says – I can return both the handsets and they will keep the complaint open C. I was almost threatened to either take the phone or leave it – he is just from an authorized service centre and is not ‘responsible’ for closing a case to customer’s satisfaction D. When I explained that the loaner handset is making my life difficult because I am unable to use the apps that I normally do (as exhibited to the delivery man), I am unable to access my work email from it – he just dismissed it. Their agenda was to get the phone delivered or take it back. E. Made it very clear that he is not from Samsung but just a service centre and not answerable to me or to any customer. Then comes Mr Swaminathan in the picture – who begged me to adjust for one day and he will have it all sorted. Please let us take the phone back and Samsung will call you on 29th – its 30th Morning – I am still waiting. I did get a call from Mr Ashutosh to ask if I have received the handset and before I could complete my response he HUNG UP – Really?? HUNG UP!? Their mishandling of situation has costed me – loss of work time, agony and really bad taste. My ask after all this fiasco is simple: Oh – and I might as well add – Because your delivery man came un announced, my guests had to leave because Mr Yakoob was yelling on phone.. Delivery man occupying mental space hence I couldn’t even attend to my guests. After all this, someone from their head office called me because I posted the issue on Social media. She assured me that it will all be sorted and sent the phone to me. I categorically requested no one to come to deliver the handset after 7pm, yet last week TWO men came to my house and one of them started screaming at me. He demanded photo id Xerox which I was not informed to keep ready and when I said I cannot give it now he started yelling with his hand MIDAIR. His statement if I remember it right were: 1) I will do as my boss says not what you say. Who are you – No body! 2) Go get the Xerox copy now or else I will not let you touch the phone ( I have a 2 year old – So you really expect me to step out of the house at 7.45 for a doddamn Xerox copy) 3) I have to go to my home because my duty is to come here and it ends with that. (why the hell was he in MY house after the time I said no one should come!) 4) Etc etc etc This person’s name is RAKESH. Now – this was followed up with my call to you (Ms Gupta) who agreed that the service centre was advised not to come to my place after 7. 2nd – Mr Yakoob said I refused to let his representative take a photo of my ID card and in the next instance they said – a signature is needed on the copy of the photo ID – SO please figure out who is lying and twisting facts. Now, they requested Bhoopesh to make sure same people who have come to my house in the past to not come- but then ofcourse – mr Janakiraman was at my door to deliver the phone. I called Samsung HO to update – and they said you will talk to the service agent and call me – I am still waiting for that call. I finally took the delivery of the handset because of their take it or leave it attitude. And I ofcourse couldn’t leave a phone that I had the misfortune of purchasing for INR37500! Why should I? They have also misused my phone while it was with them for service - messages, games downloaded etc. I don’t have much faith in their capability to solve this issue everyone their has the same take the phone or leave it attitude. No empathy towards the issue the customer is facing. The only reason you even called was because the complaint was on Facebook. Next step – I have come to consumer forum and a legal step for the harassment I have been through because of your service. Please help!

                  Dear Samsung team I bought Samsung washing machine on 31.03.2014 its under 2 year’s warranty From 2 days washing machine is not working. I have logged complaint in customer care. Complaint NO is [protected]. Service person had come to the house and he checked the washing machine and he told the cockroaches have their in on the power saket board due to this reason it’s not taking power. Need to replace entire set it self. And its not comes under warranty. if you want farther information need to call customer care Today i had called to customer care and I spoke to regarding this your people are telling that it is a physical damage it’s not cover any warranty My concern is due to cockroaches power saket is not working how could your people are stating that this is physical damage And while giving demo your executive why not educated us cockroaches will go inside washing machine kindly take precautionary action. We would have taken action on it And your customer care person telling that we will not educate any body. Customer should ask question I m very disappointed with customer care people answer and about product too I want my washing has to be get rectified under warranty Looking forward Jagadsih

                      I have purchased samsung refrigerator as i am using other products also from Samsung. I have made a complaint to customer care but they are not ready to replace as warranty period was expired. I am disappointed as material defects noticed during warranty period but I have ignored reporting it and any one do not expect to get materials useful life as one year. Pl do not buy Samsung refrigerator. There are other options to explore as to optimise cost they have compromised material quality.

My Double door Refrigerator not working since 25th April'15 as per Engg Visit compressor get faulty. after that they change between 6th MAy to 11th may and i have to pay 1559 Rs bcoz compress comes under warrantbut next day it stop working again, i call to customer care but they just ask for next engg visit which not done again i call to customer care and they again fix one more engg visit without any solution, still there is no visit done i m struggling very badly there is no solution pls an you help and proive me any solution or should i buy any other fridge if you don't have any solution pls just update me, .

I purchased a Refrigerator of your esteemed company from a reputed shop at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam on[protected] as per the details stated above. We have been facing cooling problem in the Refrigerator since 10th of current month. In this regard, we have complained against it to Customer care three times. We were told every time that a technician would come to my house in order to find and rectify the problem. At last, the technician happened to come to my house on 15th May 2015. He told us that a Pin hole was formed in the Freezer. It is just seven months time since we have purchased it. To be frank, all the house hold accessories in my house are purely due to Samsung Company. First time, we feel inconvenient and we are facing the severe problem from the Samsung company dealer who causes to make us at the cost of confidence on your esteemed company.                                   On 28th April 2015, I bought a Samsung SM Galaxy A5 mobile ([protected]) through Mobile store (1447) for Rs. 23, 000/-. The Sales Man & Samsung representative told me Pay Tm will reward me Rs.500/- per month for 6 six month and he installed the PayTm in my mobile no:[protected]. DZ-iPaytm had sent a verification code to verify my mobile on Paytm is 826224. when I wrote to Paytm thorugh their ticket#[protected] they inform me to get in touch with samsung to resolve the issue. By clicking your id it denotes that my account verification code was expired. When I enquired this with the Mobile Store (1447), Palayamcottai, the Representatives told that I would get the reward within 15 days of Purchase. Since this is the 17th day of the new Samsung A5 mobile purchase, if I will be given Payment Points (rewards) or not. Kindly confirm and do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you RajaA

                                    We bought above TV on 4th Jan 2014 from Mehta Automobiles pvt ltd AB ROAD, INDORE MP Tel[protected] vide Invice # 3459 For 61900 . Now black spots are appearing on the screen. We called up customer care. A person visited and asked for extended warranty . At the time of purchase we were not told about any such warranty. Now they are charging app Rs 22000.to rectify this problem. We were in impression that our TV is under warranty atleast for 3 years other wise we would have not opted for such a BIG Brand and such a costly TV. Because every one is offering warranty 3-4 years. In the bill, no where mentioned about any warranty so how would we know how long our TV in warranty.                                       I airmailed registered 2 CorbyB3210 phones to HQ on 20-4-15, reached India mainland on26-4-15 according to Singapore Post website item tracking RC[protected]SG. 4 days ago, l wrote to customer service requesting for blacklisting of the S/N numbers because registered mail if not delivered by 18days- it must have been stolen. But yet, there is no response from them about my blacklist request! I wonder did they actually read customer's emails at all? What do you think happened!
