I had complained on 20/05/2015 with complaint no. [protected]. I had purchased the refrigerator on 30/04/2015 and within one year the cooling problem has been occurred. The vendor M/s. Jashoda Electronics, Opp. Shrinathji Complex, Nr. Gadhiya Lake, Sanand has also not supported me. So, I have complained on on-line Chat and they gave me the above reference. But till date no one has contacted me in this regard.

    I SUBMITTED MY GALAXY S6 EDGE FOR SCREEN REPAIR ON 21ST MAY 2015. I PRE ORDERED MY MOBILE AND SO AS A REWARD WAS GIVEN THE BENEFIT OF ONE TIME SCREEN REPLACEMENT BY SAMSUNG FOR RS 990 +TAXES FOR SCREEN DAMAGE VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. HOWEVER THE SERVICE CENTRE GUYS WERE NOT AT ALL AWARE ABOUT THAT PROMOTIONAL POLICY ABOUT SAMSUNG AND I HAD TO DEBATE WITH THEM FOR SOME TIME TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. THEY WERE COMPLETELY HELL BENT ON CONVINCING ME THAT THERE IS NO SUCH SCHEME AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO SHELL OUT A HEFTY SUM OF RS 11000 FOR REPAIRING MY SCREEN. KEEPING ASIDE THE FACT THAT AS A FLAGSHIP MOBILE OWNER I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH GOOD TASTE, THE SERVICE CENTRE LEAVES NO CHANCE OF INCONVENIENCING THE CUSTOMER. AFTER I MANAGED TO CONVINCE THEM OF THE EXISTING PROMOTIONAL SCHEME, THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR SO AS TO CONFIRM WHETHER MY IMEI NO. WAS ELIGIBLE FOR SUCH A SCHEME. NOW TODAY WHEN I GAVE THEM A CALL FOR THE STATUS OF MY REQUEST, I AM BEING TOLD THAT THE MOBILE SCREEN HAS BEEN REPAIRED BUT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME APPROVAL FROM SAMSUNG EXECUTIVES WHICH WILL ALLOW ME TO TAKE THE BENEFIT OF THE SCHEME THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR. ON ASKING ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE, I GET HORRENDOUS ANSWERS LIKE "AT LEAST 4 TO 5 DAYS" OR " WE DON'T KNOW WHEN THAT WILL HAPPEN". I MEAN IF YOU DON'T KNOW THEN WHO WILL. AND WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR AN APPROVAL WHEN WHAT I AM ASKING FOR IS SOMETHING THAT COMPANY HAS OFFERED AS A REWARS FOR ME BEING AN EARLY PATRON OF THE COMPANY. IF SAMSUNG INDIA EXECUTIVES IN THE BACK OFFICE ARE TOO LAZY TO RESPOND TO THE APPROVAL REQUESTS, THEN THAT IS NOT MY FAULT AND YOUR FLAGSHIP PHONES ARE TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE TAG AND PRICE. MY JOB SHEET NO. IS [protected] AND EITHER YOU RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BEFORE END OF TODAY OR CONSIDER THAT YOU HAVE LOST ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR CLIENTS TO APPLE.

The present situation is that it repeatedly any problems happening sometimes it happens leakage of water, sometimes it not working properly, sometimes it is not cooling only fan is working.           I am Pretty much desperate after purchasing Samsung Product, i had purchased a Samsung Split AC last year in the month of june, It served me last year but when i restarted that in this year summer after having its service from samsung engineer, after 2 days of service its compressor went into a problem and engineer said that compressor is to be changed and that will be changed till 20th of May (7 days after when compressor created problem ), it was hard for me to wait for 7 days for compressor in this summer but i did, now on 20th of may i got a call and they said it will be arrived till 25th of May and that was really very very shameful statement, it also realized me why i went for samsung product, no quality even worst service, worst service executives as those guys behaves like a government employee.

            I pre ordered for galaxy s6 edge around one and half month ago.. but still you guys not delivering my order... When this is available in every store... While I'm contacting regards to that product every time they asking me to wait for one week, wait for two week and I'm waiting from last one and half month... so it's quite been frustrated for me... please take it seriously...

              I had registered complaint on 04/05/2015 vide complaint No.[protected] it was told to me that within 24 hrs engineer will visit & resolve your problem but after continuous follow up on third day by service center it was told that engineer has visited at your home at his I was surprised because no one had visited at last fifth day engineer came and after checking it was told that compressor is out of order and it will be replaced within two days time. But another Engineer visited after eight days and it was told that compressor is working properly and some wire was loose now he had fixed that and the temperature of Refrigerator is ok now it will function properly but it was'nt, next day I call engineer and told that freeze is not been properly repaired (as ice is not forming and vegetable kept in freeze were rotted. He taken an appointment but till date he had not come. As I am regularly following up with service centre as well as with CEO office its disgusting that every morning a call come from Samsung office asking for apology and assure that the same day engineer will visit and clear the query but of no use. Today I had called a private engineer for repair but after call from Samsung I cancelled his appointment. Above all today I had received message from Samsung that the problem is sorted out and same thing confirmed from your service centre. Its a high time if within next two days if the problem is not sorted out than legal action will be taken against you.

                Hi Sir, I purchased 9000 MaH Powerbank on 10th April, 2015 through Askme.com but unfortunately it is not working well. When I send it to your repairing centre at Patiala, they declare it as duplicate. Please accept my complaint and provide me the original power bank.

                  I purchased Samsung digital AR18jv5hbwk model. It is not cooling the room. I tried to complain to Samsung customer care which itself was a difficult process as in the roll down menu my product does not exist. After live chatting I have been told that select any product with a condition that first four alphabets matches I registered my complain on phone and also by email. on first complain an engineer came and said that he will come next day with required accessories. but he did not appeared When after two days I contacted customer care he told that engineer updated that AC is perfectly working. I have been told that an engineer will visit on Monday but till Tuesday (19 May 2015) no one came. I again complained then an engineer came and told he is asked to install new AC...A Great Surprise. I asked ok you just repair it he said no no I am not an expert of digital AC so some one will come next day. In nutshell since 20th April 2015 to 20th May[protected]/- Rs AC is just hanging in my room as show case. AC customer care and service center is trying to pass the time so that their one year guarantee period is over and then I will have to waste money. very poor condition. A company like Samsung is not expected to behave like this

                    I have purchased Mobile Handset Star Pro, model S7262 (Black) having IMEI No. [protected] from M/s. S.K. Mobile Vadodara vide Bill No. SK/KUNJ/10101 DTD. 03.08.2014 for Rs. 6780/-. On 11.3.15 when I got problem with Mobile handset due to out of order while talking over Incoming call. I contacted M/s.S.K. Mobile, Vadodra where I purchased the mobile . They advised to contact with Samsung Customer Care Services. When I contacted at Customer care at Vadodara, they asked for Rs.4500/- for repair inspite of the Mobile set is under warranty period (purchase date of Mobile[protected] & Samsung warranty for aforesaid mobile handset is upto 02.08.2015). Instead of repair at free of cost due to Mobile under warranty or replace with new one, they directed me to claim for insurance, if insurance policy is there. Samsung Customer Care has issued estimate for Insurance Claim for which they have taken approx. Rs.265/- for estimate. The under signed proceeded for Insurance claim, but Insurance Company has also informed that It is not covered under Insurance as per their Surveyor report-the Mobile is repairable condition having manufacturing defects and it is only the scope of SAMSUNG Company. I can not understand who can help in this condition because Customer care of Samsung at Sayajigunj or Rajmahel Road asking for money of Rs. 4500/- for repair and without issuing any job for repair. Please co-operate in this regard and do the needful to resolve the complaint with SAMSUNG. (The Mobile set alongwith all original documents is with New India Insurance Co. & returning process under progress.)

                      I have purchased Samsung RT26FCTR1/CTL/2011 Ser No R0084PAB900739T on 18 Mar 2012. Every year it is showing some problem that you can see my complain using Mob No [protected] now changed [protected]. Since last year it is off road due to water leakage in inner body which has not solved by your engr rep yesterday. Due to this I am unable to use the refrigerator in this hot season.                           I have purrchased a Samsung LED TV 32F5500 Series & its cost arround 36000+. With in 2 months the mother bord has got a problem & replaced in the warranty period. Now after 1 year 11 months the LED disply is started flickering & service person told that Disply panel has got a problem they have charged 674 rs service charge & problem is not solved. Now they are telling pay 12000 Rs for panel replacement. I noticed that there is manufacturing diffect in Samsung 32inch & 40inch TV's the same has been also told by one of samsung service person & also the same was accepted by samsung customer care agent while registering a complaint. I cannot pay a 12000 Rs for diffected product & i am requesting samsung to replace Display panel with free of cost & the company is refused to give the same. As a common person already i have paid 36000Rs & it is a huge amount for me & i will expect atleast 10 years minimum life for a product i purchased..

                          I Pankaj Malhotra purrchased a Samsung LED TV UA40F5500ARMXL Series &amp its cost arround 62900+. With in 1 year 2 months the LED disply is started flickering &amp service person told that Disply panel has got a problem . Now they are telling pay 20174.05 Rs for panel replacement. I cannot pay a 20714.05 Rs for diffected product &amp i am requesting samsung to replace Display panel with free of cost &amp the company is refused to give the same.                               I bought a samsung fully automatic top load washing machine. Two months back I faced a problem in draining the water. I contacted my nearest service center and got inspected by samsung serviceman. Finally he detected a couple of problems in my machine, First one is the failure of drain motor and the other is the failure of a small rubber valve which is useful in preventing leakage of water. After one month of this inspection the drain motor is replaced by a mechanic with a zero.. knowledge and they said the valve should be received from a city far of 200 kilometers. This was happened 2 months back. From that day I was calling them frequently to solve my problem and the answer from them is very irresponsible. I said that I will complaint on samsung in consumer forum but they are the least responsible.

I have bought Samsung A7 Gold mobile phone on 17th April 2015, now its over a month and i have not recieved CASHBACK of Rs.3000/- till yet, i am so upset from reputed company like SAMSUNG for giving fake promises and offers like this .. you people dont do anything like this why you give these kind of offers i did not understand this, i think all these schemes is just to make people foolish so that they buy samsung products, somebody called me from ceo office asked me to wait for 3 weeks and i will get my CASHBACK within that period of time.. he promised me that i will recieve first Rs. 500 by May first week but its over a month now and i have not recieved anything from PAYTM.. I always buy Samsung products but now the reputed company like Samsung also bluff with people trust me i wont buy any product of samsung in future and make it a point of posting it on every social networking site so that everybody will come to know the fact.. I am very upset, its not because of Rs.3000 i have not asked for any offer its the offer given by you people only so its only about the trust that you people have commited something to the customer and thats your responsibility to fulfill that commitment..                                   Hi, We bought a Samsung LED TV set in March 2012 thinking that we are getting the best class quality product currently in the market. Alas, in December 2012, we started seeing an issue in the TV screen wherein a black bar appeared in the top half of the screen. We were shocked to the hilt as this is not something that is expected in the first year of TV's normal operation. Nevertheless, we thanked our stars as the TV was still in warranty period. The panel was replaced at that time and we were told that it is a very rare problem seen and shouldn't happen again. Now two years later, we are getting a similar problem again where we see a horizontal and a vertical dotted line on the screen which kind of divides the screen into four. Imagine our shock again. And now we are told that it is a rare problem and we would have to change the TV panel again and the problem should not be seen again. After spending Rs 60, 000 on a seemingly world class product, this is what we get. Getting "rare" problem twice within 3 years of TV's purchase shattered our belief about the quality of Samsung products. And we are being expected to pay Rs 24, 000 to change the panel and wait (with our fingers crossed) till a similar problem happens again. We obviously would not waste our hard earned money like that. It might be just a case of one defective product among hundreds of the same kind which are good. And we understand that. But what we are more disappointed about is the way this is being handled by the Samsung representatives. Nobody is actually trying to understand our plight. Its such a logical thing to understand that getting a problem twice within such a short span of time does qualify for the issue to be looked upon as a special one and not just be told about the warranty period clauses. We know that warranty is for 1 year but warranty does not mean that the product will run for just one year after which the customer would have to keep spending money to keep it running. Such products are expected to run for years without any issues. We have seen that happening with other brands. We are just not getting any responsible solution from Samsung. All we get is a standard template mail having sentences like 'we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback', 'Samsung products stand out as best in terms of quality and service of the products.', 'we always believe that our customers are the best judge and may help with improving our products' and so on. All these flowery things seem nice only when one actually stands up on them otherwise they just sound fake. We are nothing in front of a big company like Samsung, so this is definitely not a fight we are expecting to win. All we can do is raise a voice against the injustice and if there is someone out there who really cares about company's reputation would listen and do something about it. I still have hope from Samsung as I just can't believe that a company which has made a stronghold in the market over the time can do that while remaining agnostic to customer needs and wants.                                     I bought a Samsung Series 6 (46 in) LED last to last year. It worked great for a year or say until it was under warranty period. Then it started to turn greyish from sides/corners, which i thought to be fade in with time but it didn't. Now when i plug my laptop with it, i can see the grey spots easily on white screens. I paid almost about 1 lakh for it and i don't want it to go in waste. So please help me!

                                      Hello sir, I have purchased Samsung note edge worth rs 65000 .But from the beginning I am receiving some issues: Phone hangs a lot (as not mentioned) Problem in receiving calls (its the main issue that is not to be done) Auto screen off doesn't work. When i receive call other applications will run automatically. Phone heat up a lot when plugin for charging. Fast adapter charger is not working well. These are major issues which Iam facing after spending a worth amount on it .its been very annoying for me. I am not satisfied with the services you guys provide . I want my handset to be replaced as soon as possible.revert me back as soon as possible. thanku
