Hi, I have recently moved from mumbai to allahabad in month of december so have called to samsung for shifting my SPLIT AC.they done in January 2015.we have checked and cooling was not appropriate at that time and there was some weird sound from indoor but engineer told it is ok and charged 5000 rs. and not given receipt for that.So till then AC was not used due to winter season.But when we started using in May month cooling was nil....
