SAMSUNG AC (SPLIT) MODEL NO AR18FC3TDPD PURCHASE ON 24.6.2013 FROM ASHOKA SALES WAS DAMAGED BY SAMSUNG SERVICE WHILE IT WAS BEING SERVICED AT THE END OF SEASON IN SEPTEMBER LAST YEAR.THE AC WAS WORKING PROPERLY BEFORE SERVICE WHILE IT STOPPED COOLING AFTER SERVICE.ON CHECKING BY THEM IT WAS FOUND THAT GAS HAD LEAKED DURING SERVICE.I WANT FREE GAS RECHARGING FROM THEM AS IT IS THEIR FAULT BUT THEY ARE REFUSING AND NOT RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAINTS.

      My Washing Machine (purchase Date 01.12.2012) has not work. I have informed to customer care on 21.05.2015. On 24.05.2015 one Mr. Asit Haldar ([protected]) has come and said the drum has been broken. It will be repaired in service center. The transporter will come from service center and pick the machine. But no one will come till one week. I have complained to customer care[protected] and also transporter Mr. Asaraful Alam ([protected]) in several times. At last after a long tercel the transporter pick the machine on 29.05.2015. But after that till today no response from the service center, although I have tried to informed the matter to the manager of service center ([protected]). But unfortunately no one answered the call. I also informed the total matter to customer care[protected] times from my mobile ([protected], [protected]), but till now no positive results has been found.           I have purchase a televison through online website EBAY on 23.03.2015. They have delivered television on 8.4.2015. During shipment bluedart didn't provide invoice.After one week a blue color line appeared on the screen.I have raise claim request to rectify the same to Ebay. Seller is saying without invoice he is not going to repair.Give me solution.

            hi, this complaint is with reference no-[protected] dated 26 /05 /2015 regarding my microwave which is out of order for the last 4 months.As per my record as well record of Samsung I purchased a microwave oven no-CE1031DATXTL on 1/01/2010. I made complaint to customer care Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd in the third week of april 2015 for its repair .Then subsequently I must have made a dozens of calls in april, may and june 2015 but of no results except passing the buck. The customer care in turn directed its service centre who deputed a technician / engineer to visit my place and check the problem.On diagnosis he told me that PCB was out of order and it required replacement with the new one on payment which I readily agreed .Later on I was told by the service centre that as the model got changed so we are trying to get the PCB from other service centre.On my persistence calls at least dozens times I was finally told that the PCB was not available.Then I asked the customer care to connect me to your superior who in turn asked for some more times to sort out this problem who chose to be silent ..Even I offered that in the case PCB was not available, pl give me depreciated value of my microwave oven as it is in very good condition and I will purchase a new microwave oven in its place on which they asked for its purchase receipt.It is surprising to me that when every thing is in record and your technician /engineer has seen and verified it why are they insisting for receipt.It is therefore requested that this issue be sorted out in the above light without further delay.Harish Chandra IAS, A-4 /1 Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar .Lucknow.             Dear sir,

            It is really sad, despite of the fact that the complaint was made a fortnight back ie on 08/06/2015 for repair of the Microwave Oven to Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd but what to say of repairing the Oven, no response has been received till now. In all 4 months have elapsed, I must have made a dozens complaints and personal contacts continuously but nothing has been done so for. Could you pl expedite the issue by getting it repaired or refunding the depreciated value of my Microwave Oven without further delay.

            The performance of the Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd is very disappointing.

            It is really sad that nothing has been done till now.even no one called me or visited my place what to say of repairing the Microwave Oven by Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd.               We bought an Inverter AC on 02/04/2015 and got it installed on 17/04/2015. Within two days of installation we had a problem with it and registered a complaint on 20/04/2015 regarding the same. The complaint number being [protected]. After repeated calls and complaints, a service engineer showed up on 23/04/2015 checked both indoor and outdoor and concluded that there was a leakage of gas, so he pressure locked it for 48 hours, promising that there would be no more such problems as we asked him to replace right then as it was brand new and already faulty. After 48 hours he checked the pressure status and said everything is fine now and there would not be any problem. We used the AC for a week then onwards and it worked fine. After few days same problem occurred and then the same saga of registering complaints and repeated calls!! We registered a complaint on the same complaint number being [protected] on 10/05/2015. Another service engineer showed up again (this being a nuisance as they keep checking it again and again with no conclusion for days together disturbing our work and time! I mean is that the level of expertise samsung has???) And finally he concluded there was a leakage in indoor unit this time which he sealed using a tape and again assuring that there would not be any such problem again. A week later same problem arises!!! We complained to the service head on 01/06/2015 but of no use so we registered a new complaint on 03/06/2015, number being [protected]. AGAIN another service engineer turns up on 04/06/2015 (when our house was full of guests but still we had to disrupt our work and stay with him) He dismantled the whole outdoor unit and concluded that there was gas leakage but could not find out where exactly so he has to report to his higher authority and based on their decision of whether to replace or repair he would go forward with it(find attached proof on that report). Since then there has been no response from Samsung. We called Samsung on 08/06/2015 to find out the status but there is no proper report on that and no one knows what the problem is! The report simply said that "We requested the customer" (what would anyone understand from this???) We need a replacement right away as we had enough headache with the present one in just 2 months. The warranty period is 10 years apparently!!! We will not hesitate to go file in consumer court if this does not solve right away! We have all the necessary documents to prove Samsung's carelessness!!! Contact number: [protected]

                  Its been 2-3 months that the Refrigerator is not working properly leading to spoilage of food and other homemade things...But the ice is being mounted on the top wall of freezer area.. When attempting to open the fridge, it is unlocking easily without any gaseous pressure.. So, please proceed to resulting problem as soon as possible... Thank you

The following problems was observed: • Overheating of Handset • Network problem It was handed over to SAMSUNG service center situated at Raipur(India)on 28/05/2015 . They accepted and found it as a defective piece. For the replacement, SAMSUNG dealer(Tohfa Electronics at Raipur, India) said me to wait for 10-15 days which is not reasonable.

                              I had purchased samsung refrigerator RT29HDRZESA/TL on 10th may 2014 from samsung dealer at ANAND St: gujarat. On 15th May 2015, knob of veg box (cresper) broken. On quiry from service centre at ANAND, they inform that their is no warranty on plastic parts. Also I have Hot Summer offer voucher of Rs 5000=00 but service centre not agree to repair of replace the veg. box. Kindly note that majority parts in the said model is of palstic part.                                 I have bought in a samsung split 1 ton ac on 25 /05/2015.but its very sad to inform you about the horrible service that I am getting from samsung.Repeatedly I am calling the toll free number and logging service request online for the ac installation but nobody is comming for the same.I would like to inform that the TAT for ac installation for samsung is 48 hrs, and its been more than 15 days dat no one is comming for the same.I dont knw what to do as the ac is laying packed in my house and the store from where i brought in the ac will nt exchange it.

                                  I purchased a new Samsung galaxy neo plus GT I9060 Imei [protected] mobile phone dated 4/6/2015 Rs 10050 . That day I realised this phone on off key working very hardly then next day I contacted to the dealer about this problem . He told me you should go to the service center for replacement or repairing the mobile phone .after this I went to the service center and technician told me this phone is damaged by the water / short pcb and this mobile will not covered in warranty and you pay for this Rs 6000+ (out of warrenty charges ) . now I am so confused this is manufacturing defect or any reason type of defect provided by the manufacturing unit . so why I faced it .only Samsung and Nokia mobile damaged by the water/ short PCB after few day from the date of purchase . it shows company provided a manufacturing defective pieces in market and I have many more proof to prove this defect. please help me consumer complaints to resolve my problem because I don't have money to repair this phone .                                     I have purchased Samsung mobile galaxy grand neo I90 on[protected] from Vijay Sales Baner branch pune(e Code-A308, [protected])(screen prot galaxcy grand neo gt 906) My complain about this model is automatic gets switch off during calls or otherwise any time. I had gave my mobile 3 times to authorized service centre for this problem.But this problem still continues. Pl. pay attention towards my complain on urgent basis.

When I call to Samsung Customer Care the executive didn't ready to lounged the complaint by asking me for waiting for some more days and misconducting me. When I ask her for complaint no. then she raised a Complaint with reference no. [protected]. When Service Engineer visit to our home he also didn't able to resolve the problem and said that he could not do anything now. I am put my email complaint in Samsung technical support center and Samsung customer care center. But in feedback I am not getting any satisfactory answer.                                         I bought samsung galaxy s5 on 16th august 2014 in the hope that samsung is the best company in india hence will give the best.After using my phone for 7 days its ear piece componet get fused off.I deposited it to the service centre. They asked me to take the phone back after 7 days but they actually have it after 23 days to me. I filled many complaints after which they have it to me. Phone came with a little repairing defect. I asked them and they said i have to deposit it again. So i preferred to ignore that defect as i was not in a situation to again wait for such a long time. Now after 6 months that defect has become big one that it's sensor stopped working. I again deposited it to service centre. The date odd submission is 18 may 2015.again 7 days t ime was given to me. Today is 6th of June and i have not got my phone yet. Even they are not telling me the status. They don't know where my cell phone is. According to them they have lost it. This i came to know when i filed complain 6 times against the service centre. They again and again di sobering my request of status of my cell phone such a poor company... Now i really don't want i phone back as they must have changed few parts of my phones, which they always do. I simply want refined for my cell phone... Poor service and poor quality
