I have registered a complaint in Samsung customer care centre on 27th May 2015 as our refrigderator is not working. One person came from the service station and told us that there is some problem in the compressor and some other team will come to take it up. After that whenever we are calling the service centre, they are telling that customer service techinician will come shortly. But it is never hapenning. We are calling the main Samsung customer care number and they are also not taking any action since last 1 week. My service request number is [protected]. My refridgerator model is RT26ADPP1/XTL/2011 (Samsung Top Mounted Freezer).

    I purchased the SAMSUNG A/C 1.5 ton split model BIO SLEEPLUS AS125TKAN/2010 on the April of 2010 from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra and almost 4 years is good & cool. In the month of May 2015, we are also facing this same problem of Condenser coil problems with the unit like Gas & water leakage, not cooling & hot air blowing etc.. past 2 weeks the A/C didn’t perform well and I experienced only hot air blowing inside the room. When I called up on the technical guys they came and reported that there was a GAS LEAKAGE. Service engineer says that you have to change the condenser aluminum coil cannot repaired & they give me Approx RS.9000/- quote for replace of copper coil & Gas refilling. I can’t pay such a big amount. I hereby claim that Aluminum coil usage in the SAMSUNG split A/C as fault product and also the gas leakage which shouldn’t happen so easily (poor material selection by SAMSUNG).

      I BOUGHT AN INVERTER A.C ON 22 MAY 2015 IN VIZIANAGARAM, ANDHRA PRADESH.IT INSTALLED IN BOBBILI TOWN 0N 23 MAY.IT INSTALLED WORSTLY. A.C IS NOT GETTING SIGNALS FROM REMOTE.I COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES.NOBODY CAME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.FROM FIRSTDAY ONWARDS IT IS NOT AT ALL WORKING.WORST SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG.

        I purchased a Samsung bluetooth headset and it was defective. I contacted customer service (spent over an hour on the phone) and they said if I returned the defective product they would send me a new one. After about a week I received the same product that I sent them. I contacted them again (spent over 4 hours on the phone, was disconnected several times) and told to do the same process. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have spent over 5 hours of my time trying to rectify a problem with a $14 product???? Samsung is unapologetic and the defective product still has not been replaced. NEVER Buy a Samsung Product! The Agent do not even speak English. Their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced.

          The above mentioned Refrigerator was purchased vide Invoice No. 747 from R.K.Video-2015-16, Samsung Plaza, Apsara Road, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu on June 01, 2015 by Mrs. Renuka Aima, 15- Charak Enclave, Pir Baba Road. The same has not been installed even after a lapse of more than 24 hours. The Service Centre contacted gave us a Ref. No. [protected]; and after that they have refused to answer any calls. This is highly regrettable and a very unprofessional approach.

            Hi, i am using Samsung Galaxy S4 mini since 11months, but i have faced many problems till today, i have 3 times given this handset in service center but result is no satisfaction. Once they have changed display, next time whole PCB changed. I approached many times to exchange with new one but no use. Really i feel very bad with this handset. Atleast now i want to exchange with another handset please i kindly request to u support me as above mentioned.

              I own a Samsung Note 2 handset. The display of the device went blank exactly after 1 year o[censored]sing it. Since the day I begin to use the device, I was experiencing problems with it however I never complained considering that there are always some odd issues in every smart phone. 1)Despite of 3000+mAh battery, it did not lasted for more than 6 hours. I used several apps to increase battery life but received no success. At the end I bought power bank to excuse the problem. 2)Most of the times, the touch screen of the device does not respond. This happened mostly when I used to wake up the device from sleep mode. 3)When the device is in sleep mode, to wake it up when I press the power key, the device does not respond and it makes us feel that the device is powered off. When I hold the power key to power on the device. It does not power on after which I had to remove the battery and reinsert it back and only after which the device turned on. 4)The device automatically powers off without notifying me. At many instances, the people who were trying to get in touch with me informed me that they were trying to call me and that the the device was switched off and when I check the device, to my surprise, I found out that the device was actually switched off. 5)I connect the device to the charger and left it for charging. After couple of hours, when I go back to the device to found out if it charged. I found out that the device has stopped charging with increase in battery percentage of only 5-10%. I had to carry that bulky power bank along with the device every time which was a pain for me but I never complained. 6)The device used to get heated very often despite of any usage. I still tolerated that. Now the display of the device is not working. There is not any physical damage to the device.                   Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A5 phone(IMEI1-[protected]/01 IMEI2-[protected]/01) on Dated 19.04.2015 from Digital Café C-3/160, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi 110053. Since I am using this phone I am facing problem like whenever I open any software, any folder and social networking sites, it automatically exits after sometime and also mobile is getting unlocked automatically . I have lodged the online complaint regarding the same very first week (Complaint No. [protected]) and then I visited Four times Samsung service center in preet vihar which name is MAA Vaishnavi e-services Pvt. Ltd. whose job sheet no. [protected] and [protected]. Even after repairing I am facing the same problem. When I used phone again, I’m still facing the same problem which is really frustrating. When I last time visited Maa Vaishnavi e-service Pvt. Ltd on 30th May, the staff and owner didn’t cooperate and also misbehaved. Now I want to replace my phone. I am getting frustrated due to this problem and visiting again and again service center. Kindly replace my phone as soon as possible otherwise I have to take legal action against SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS.                     Hi, I bought a Refrigerator from the Samsung store in Forum Value mall Whitefield Bangalore. The model number is RT33JSRYESA/TL/2015. its been 10 days now and the staff from the store have not provided me a Tax invoice and also a free gift that comes along the refrigerator, I have been following up continuously and get lame excuses from an unprofessional team. The sales person name is Mohan[protected]. All appliances in my home (TV, music system, AC) are all from Samsung a brand i trust. But this experience has been painful I need this addressed asap regards Vijay

                      Dont ever buy Samsung AC. Extrmely Poor Quality and Pathetic after sale service. I didnt expect this kind of service from a reputed brand like Samsung. Bought one split AC for my home on 27 May 2015. got it installed after two days, getting frustrated of calling customer care and requesting for installation. Just two days of operation and AC has stopped cooling. Complained several times.. emailed CEO office but no action taken. Fed up of careless Attitude. Till 1623 hrs of 1st June 2015, no response from any of the so called customer representatives.. I want full refund of my money.                         Dear Sir my father was go at so many time at your services center because our refrigerator is the part where we put bottle its broken but we not find out the model number we search so many times when we ask of visit the person tell us that our services charges is 350 so tell me how its possible because the product of the item cost is less than his service charges we tell us that come with us we take u and droop u but not a single person is come there is more than 1 month we almost purchase Samsung product we still purchase newly washing machine as well as plasma TV but after this services we never give any 1 to purchase Samsung now my clear point is u can send the executive to visit other vice i have no option to file a case against you at consumer form i[censored] open the services center than u should give the services also ...my name Priyesh H Chawda My number is[protected] &[protected]

                          Service centre people damages my phone's touch and handover it to me and said come after four days instead of providing standby phone. I have asked them to provide me standby phone they are not even listening. This is not my fault if they damages my phone's touch. .

                            Hi Team I purchased a Samsung note 4 mobile on 30 Mar 15..i thought that i am having the latest technology in my hand and in line with the latest gizmos..But my happiness was not lasted long, when it started to hang within a span of one month and on a unlucky day(30 May 15), when i was browsing through the gallery it hung up and never turned on. The next day i visited a service center and to my surprise the executives informed me about the motherboard crashing issue.. 1) A latest mobile with in two months if the motherboard get crashed up, i don't know how to explain its technical superiority. 2) It started hanging up despite having a 3 GB RAM on board. 3) Despite updating the latest version of Android software the note 4 seems to be very slow in sense of performance..viz opening gallery, to make calls etc.. 4) The main issue is, it will very hard to carry a latest mobile which undergone a major overhaul of motherboard crashing. My requests.. I need a replacement mobile same as note 4 I hope the issue will be resolved up to my satisfaction level. Mobile Details Model name - SM-N910GZKEINU SL No - R58FC0ARKVD IMEI no.                               My complaint (Complaint No : [protected]) is lodged with samsung care on 16th May 2015 regarding re-occurrence of issue even after getting repaired for my Note 4 ( SM-N910G). The issue started with the lollipop update. Post updating the device with lollipop it worked fine for 2 days, then all of sudden my device got restarted and got stucked at Boot logo. Hence I took my handset to Samsung Service centre (Unique Telecom ), where initially I was told to collect the handset in 1 Hr. But later I was being informed that my handset mother board is dead and it need to be replaced for which I was advised to come and collect the device after 2-3 days, but even after 3 days my device was not repaired and finally I got my device back on 5th day that too after much follow up with service centre. My phone booting issue was resolved by now. After using my device for some time I noticed my back key was not functioning properly, thus I took the handset once again to the service center for repair, but from that day till today I have submitted my device to service center more than 4-5 times, each time the device is repaired, the issue re-occures and still the issue is not getting resolved permanently . Thus I have lodged a complaint (Complaint No : [protected]) with Samsung care with an expectation that my issue will get resolved ASAP. But unfortunately even after calling Samsung care 9-10 times my issue is not getting resolved and I’m not getting any proper support. Each time I call Samsung care I’m getting just an assurance of getting call back from Samsung, but except one call ( on 18th may 2015) I have never received any call from Samsung. It only me every time who is following up with Samsung care to know the status of my complaint for getting my issue resolved. At present my device is with Samsung service centre from last 3 days. I’m expecting a call from samsung technical team who can look into this matter and get my issue resolved on priority permanently. Today I really feel regretted for buying Samsung Note 4 device, As from the 4th month from date of purchase, my device is more with Samsung service centre for repair, rather than me.

                                SAMSUNG FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE NOT WORKING, I FILED COMPLAINT WITH MY REFRENCE NUMBER [protected]. ENGINEER VISITED AND REPORTED THAT MAIN SUPPLY UNIT IS NOT WORKING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW ONE. SO I PLACED ORDER FOR THE SAME PART BY GIVING ADVACE OF RS 1500 BUT AFTER FEW DAYS THEY SAID THAT YOUR PART CANNOT BE REPLACED AS SAMSUNG HAS STOPPED MANUFACTURING THIS PRODUCT..AND WE CANT DO ANYTHING... SO I REQUEST YOU PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AND GET IT REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. THANK YOU

I purchase samsung S4, ( Model name-GT-I9500DKYINU SERIAL NO-RF1G2041FWR) purchase date 24.02.2015. we face the Hang heating problem and camera not clear. so i give mobile to customer care they solve my problem but during repairing period they Broken-damage my phone and they are now tell us we are not responsible for this.                                     Dear sir/mam, That on 12/05/2015, a complaint was filed by us that refrigerator is not workong properly and ice is not forming in our refrigerator through your Samsung customer care no.[protected] and a reference no. is given by your executive which is [protected] That on 13/05/2015, a fault of gas leak was being told by engineer on their visit . That on 14/05/2015, gas was refilled by the engineer in exchange of Rs 1280/- and an assurance was given by them that after 4-5hours that ice formation would take place but as such no ice formation had been take place after 4-5hours . No improvement had been notice in the refrigerator and the condition of refrigerator was same as before . That on 16/05/2015, a complaint was again launched by us with the same reference no. [protected]. That on 17/05/2015, a visit had been done by engineer but no satisfactorily reply given by them but on the contrary misbehave had been done by engineer. That on 23/05/2015, after continuously making regular complaints on customer service, a visit has been done by the same engineers after one week, and again an estimate of rs 700-900 is given to us and an advance of 500 was taken from us . That on 27/05/2015, engineer replaces some part of the refrigerator and again a confirm surety was given by your engineer that ice formation would take place after few hours .That after few hours no ice formation had been take place. Complaining on 28/05/2015 to the customer care support humbly again and again for the same thing but no action had been taken place yet by your company. Total amount of Rs 1766 have been spend by us on the service. No improvement had been notice in the refrigerator and the condition of refrigerator was same as before on 12/05/2015 I am unable to understand that, is my fridge there experiment center? Where they don’t know what has to be done and change several parts and still the problem is same. I can’t just tolerate this, some TOM DICK or HARRY comes and do there experimenting on my fridge and I will pay for it. If your service guys are not trained then pls give them proper training and then send it to the customer site. I can’t be at home sitting and waiting for them and calling them all the times and still facing the same issue and same problem in my fridge. If they didn’t know the problem then why they changed that part and why I was asked to pay for it.

Being a customer of your esteemed outlet, we had purchased a samsung washing machine at your Udupi showroom recently( Bill No.0342697). Though the product is working good, we needed some clarifications regarding the maintenance and cleaning of the machine.A person named Prashanth- [protected] either from Samsung or Pai International had been for the installation of the machine who assured us of giving a good service.But the person when called on his mobile repeatedly for weeks together never picks the call nor reverts back to us for the clarification if any.Please ignore this mail if its not related to you and kindly forward it to Samsung customer care if the concerned person is from Samsung.                                         The insulation of my A.C has got damaged. Accordingly I complained by calling the Customer Care service on 20th May 2015.I was told that the technician would visit me within 48 hrs. After 5 days had passed I again called on 25th May. I was again told to wait till 26th.No one turned up. I called again on 29th.I was told then that since I stay on the 2nd floor I have arrange a staircase to get my A.C repaired. Isn't this ridiculous and weird that Samsung wants its customer to maintain a staicase for the maintainance of A.C? My A.C is not working properly and the weather is so hot now. What is the point of having an A.C if I cannot use it when required.Such irresponsible behaviour is not expected out of a reputed brand. I am feeling cheated. What do I do now?
