I (samsung customer id 895010) bought a Smart LED TV (UAH 5500) in July 2014. Since then, the product has gone bad thrice and has been repaired under warranty. I am again facing the same issue now. I have asked for a replacement TV for which I have received absolutely vague responses. I am feeling harrassed through this and I have spent a lot of my time and money on this. They have also rejected the request to replace the television as promised the last time. Kindly take action against them. Regards, Anurag

    Hi, I recently purchased SAMSUNG Galaxy S6 EDGE (Purchase Date – 23rd May -15), I bought this phone on my wife birthday occasion. Ever since we have bought this phone we are facing heating problem, while talking and paying games and while using camera. I had discussed this issue with the supplier from whom we bought this phone and he suggested to go to the service centre and get a BOA create thereafter he can get this phone replaced. Today, Morning I went to the service centre and explained my issue to them. After five hours of inspecting the phone they said they temperature is going up to 42 to 43 however as per their guidelines they standard it says 48 degree temperature than only they will be able to issue me BOA. I have Ashish Sharma (Who was wearing an HLC ID card in SAMSUNG office) and Sandeep Sharma, they wanted me to leave the phone for 24 hours however can any explain me why should I leave my phone for 24 hours when I have just bought this phone a day back and when they have diagnose issue in 5 hours than why can they issue me a BOA. I tried explaining them, under AC if the temperature is going up to 43 degree just imagine when my wife would be travelling with the phone on outside temperature. We are not even able to hold the phone and even the service centre guys saw them self and felt it. The story doesn’t end here or pain, they asked me to call SAMSUNG customer care cause they are not from SAMSUNG I did that also and customer care said they can’t do anything we have to speak to service centre guys not sure who is the accurate consultant of SAMSUNG. I personally have been a loyal customer to SAMSUNG and even I have bought AC and washing machine. However after today my impression is worst to deal with or most awful experience. As you can see the phone has personal attachment and I hope someone can understand my situation it’s just a 2 days old phone and I am not getting any support here. The answer is NO however this is my last try as I still believe that SAMSUNG as a brand will not leave his customer alone.       we have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 in month of August 2014, we have warrant and extended warranty . so we are already in warranty. Suddenly our phone is dead and is not getting started. when we visited samsung customer care in nasik, they are saying that mother board is damaged due to overheat and is not covered under warranty. We are asked to pay 7000+ for the same. There is no other damage and we are still in warranty, still why should we pay for internal problem. Please help us

        Hi Team, I had given my S5 mobile as there is some water mark in the screen to the service center in Rajamundry, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. At the time of taking the hand set the service people mentioned as follows. They inspected every thing in the mobile and mentioned that I will get the replacement of the screen (as this is a water resistant mobile and its not a manual mistake) and the hand set has to go to Viskhapatnam for the same which will take one week of time to get that repaired. Next week: I called the RJY service center and no one picks the call some times the phone not working. Next: I called the customer care people and they had given one mobile number which is switched off. Next: Again called the customer care team and they said they will arrange a call back No call After couple of days : I went to Service center which is 30 KM far from my place and they had call with service center people of Vizag and given me a shock. Shock : I need pay some money to get the display replaced. I asked the service center people as WHY..? They told the screen might get damaged or broken when the replacing so I need to pay the money I asked why I should pay the money as the mobile is in Full Warranty and the same had mentioned in the Job sheet while taking the mobile. Next: They asked to call the customer care people and they dont know any thing on this. Next: I had a call with customer care people and they convened me to pay the money Rs1000 . Next: They told if I agree to pay the money I will get a 3 more months of warranty for the display, which turned me to agree for the same. Then they told they are getting it repaired and I will get the hand set in 3 or 4 days (Which is before last week) Last week : I got a call for one lady and she told that 'it will take a week of time sir and we are very sorry' Today I got a message and they told that I will take some more time as they need some approval to deliver the hand set and there is some process. I am very disappointed with the same need the exactly know what is this process and why they took this much of time for this. Thanks & Regards, Kiran.G [protected]

          Hi My name is Animesh. I'm using samsung galaxy j7 prime 2017. Which I purchased 2 months ago. I'm facing lots of problem in that phone. I was unable to get solution from service centre and toll free number. This is my 4th time I if visited to samsung service center. Every time the problem was dofferent but they are providing same kind of solution they update my phone and giving back to me. I don't know what kind of service you are providing.               We had purchased samsung split ac last year, there was some problem, we placed a complain to samsung service station in Sasaram with complaint number [protected]. After several follow ups they replaced component named PCB, and charged 2500/ for same, but still ac is not working, also no one is listening to our calls from last 3 days. It has become very difficult in this summer, so pls help to rectify the same.

                  I have purchased LED smart TV model no. UA-32F-5500 of SAMSUNG on 27.10.2013. The product serial no. is 23553ZND700546. The TV was installed by company’s service engineer. Well within the warranty period, the TV stopped working and complaint was lodged vide complain no. [protected]. Service engineer visited and informed that panel needs to be replaced. Next day in my absence he came and replaced the panel. He has not given any documentary proof for its genuineness/originality or its part no. After 6-7 months LED again stopped working. Local dealers were contacted and service engineers visited 2-3 times. They informed that panel again needs to be replaced and for that they will give estimate. I asked them the reason behind repeated failure of the part but they could not able to answer. I also informed them that the earlier replacement was made without any documentary proof. Further vide SMS I came to know that my registered complaint no. [protected] was cancelled as the cost was not approved by me. It is a serious failure on part of SAMSUNG to get notice the fault in their sold product in which the same part is failing repeatedly. Further the company has not produced any documentary proof of the replaced part for its genuineness/originality. As such SAMSUNG should be asked to replace the product at the earliest.

                    I bought s6 edge 64 gb on 19th may 2015.they said the phone screen is gorilla glass and very resistant to damage due its tough glass. but on 21 may I slipped on floor along with my phone. At that time my phone glass is broked I was shocked because the phone is slipped from just 1 feet height... Why they blame the customers by such fake advertisements. I bought it for 66000 along with insurance. I was visited the shop they said the display cost was 13000. but I insured the phone with 2500...so 90 percent of the money will be returned after 21 days of claim. so replace my phone with new one

                        Hi Sir, I am using handset of samsung E7 that i bought on 14-Feb-2015... display of my handset was broken on 12-May-2015 and i gave my handset to Samsung service center to Repair, address ( Samsung Service Center Nehru Shopping center Lawrence Road Amritsar - 143001)... and the representive of the Service center asked me to wait for 1 or 2 days on daily basis as they didn't have display of white color and having of black color, on 19-May-2015 i came to know that they have received the display of the handset but on next day they told me that series of display is not matching with handset and handset is not getting start... My 1st Ques: The person who ordered the display was so illiterate or educated who had never seen the series and ordered the display to the company, after this they gave me the time of 2 more days to wait. After that when i called them on 23/05/2015 then again they told me to wait for 2 more days and when i reached at the office at 6.50pm then they asked me to wait as they had submitted the handset to other service center which is at Batala Road Amritsar... When i asked to give my handset back they said Ok... after that i asked for the display with black color and told them to give me black body of handset and i will buy that also... then after 15 min they asked me to take my handset from Batala Road as it was ready .. My 2nd Ques: did they receive the display in 5 min and also changed the same in a min and called the lawrence road service center... What the rubbish service they are providing? They harassed me for 10 days as i believe they had the display in their center and they intentionally did this all... even i had already paid 8500 to them for display...                           I' have complaint of samsung grant prime of over heating today I called to samsung mobile customer care an asked them to transfer a call to supervisor I have called them three times but they are saying our supervisor will only call me they said with in four hour I'll get the call but no one called it's more then 5hour an they are saying they can't transfer the call directly. It's very bad service from customer care need the updation of my complaint asap

Since last 2 months i haven''t heard from them and they have not serviced my phone yet. I will raise this issue to higher authority if i don''t get my mobile back in 2 days and also want to claim compensation for the mental harassment i am going through. I am Karthikeyan from coimbatore, tamilnadu, india Till May 21st your customer care team were saying my warranty elapse only on Sep 2015, After seeing the Bill, I volunteerly called the customer care and informed that my purchase date is May 3 2014, Now My TV has some problem, I couldn make it up, Becasue my warranty elapsed If they have informed before that my warranty elapse on May, then i would have register for an AMC, Also I made a complaint on May 13 2015, But no Engineers turned to me, But while I was enquiring the team saying, I dont have my Purchase bill, Thats the reason No engineers visited my place, I have showed my original bill to your Service engineers, From May 13 Nothing happened, I am not using my TV for these 10 days I am complaining about your Datatbase, This shows wrong data Note: I am a 75% Physically disabled - Government certified I made more than 3 complaints - But my problem not yet resolved Everytime If I call Customer care, they are saying their Senior Officials trying to call me As of now I didn receive any calls Kindly do the needful Thank you

                                  this samsung powerbank is fully used product. it is 9000 mah battery powerbank but it is not at all 9000 mah . it is badly used product and it is like 1000 mah. when it is fully charged but discharged within 30 minutes only. it is fully used product . i have a very bad experience with your service. and finally i just want you to replace by very soon .

                                    It is with great pain and regret I am lodging a complaint.. I had bought two Samsung Split AC 1.5 ton invertor Model:AR18HV5NFWKNNA from Girias, Bannerghatta Road branch on 04th May 2014. Our Customer reference number is [protected]. We had problems right from the first month o[censored]sage. We had informed Girias about this sometime in Oct 2014 and they arranged to send some technician. Samsung Technician visited in Nov 2014 and informed that the power supply board has failed in the outdoor unit. He told he will order and revert back. Nobody responded till Feb 2015. When we contacted Customer care, they informed us to raise the complaint again (Ref number:[protected] dtd 7.2.15). Again another technician visited and he tried to replace the board from a working unit. It did not work. After that even our second working unit also failed. Samsung informed that they will order the main board and will revert back. Even with in numerous calls made to Samsung Customer care and their local managers nothing worked. I had spoken to their Service manager Mr.Praveen (Mob:[protected]) and he assured that he will sort it out soon. Again another fresh complaint was registered for both the units (Ref:[protected]/[protected] dated 18/3/2015). In between two visits from Samsung technicians to solve the problem didn't help. Every part of the AC were replaced and still they were unable to repair. I called Samsung Customer care and asked them to replace or refund the amount. Mr.Praveen informed they would want to try one last time to repair the unit and also he assured that the Samsung will extend the warranty by 2 years if resolved. Else, they will arrange for refund. For every visit by Samsung technicians, I had to take leave/permission from my work. By end of April the Samsung engineers visited to replaced the main PCB and AC started working. We use the AC for only 1-2 hour a day. Again on May 12 one of our AC's had problem and we registered a complaint. Samsung Technician visited on May 18th and he informed the need to service the unit and it will be on chargeable basis as the warranty has been expired on 4th May 2015. I was really frustrated and told him that I am not going to pay anything. He just left without doing anything as instructed by their managers. It was difficult for me to explain the pain we underwent all these days. I tried calling Samsung service manager many times and there was no response. Honestly speaking, both the AC units might have been in working condition for 2-3 months during the entire warranty period. Please look into this matter and advise how to proceed.                                     I am facing the same problem bought ac almost at the same time as you did. and have been facing the same problem since 2015

                                    bought 2 split ac from samsung AR18HV5NFWKNNA . I have been repenting on my decision to remain Loyal to samsung for all my house appliance ranging from Mobile to LED Washing machine refrigerator. I Request you to please take back the Split AC fitted in our house and donate the money to any charity or NGO of your choice in India and send us the Receipt
                                    Ever since there have Compressor Failure, circuit failure, water leakages, gods knows what else will be in future.
                                    Your Fliter does not fit tight in the given spots every 15 days we have to clean the filter else the performance reduces, now 1 Ac is not working the compressor just starts randomly sudenlt in middle of night ac stops working next day it would well. the other ac there is problem of water leakage third time this is the problem i am facing.
                                    I guess the best solution to all this is just take back your product. Show less

                                      Hi I have recently bought new samsung S6 Mobile and very badly disappointed hence i am unable to mobile its getting very heat after charge i am not able to use it. even after visited twice the show room and twice the service center they installed new OS but still i am facing the same problem . i really regret for investing huge amount for 48000 in samsung S6 mobile i have never had such experience while using my other mobile.after buying the its been many time i wasted my time spending the show room and service center for this but still i am facing the same problem and lossing my valuable time

                                        Hi sir I'm MUSHAVEER I bought sm g530h grant prime mobile on 14.4.15 issue of over heating I gaved once for servicing in rt. Nagar on 20.5.15 an again it's same issue of over heating an now I don't won't the same mobile I need replacement.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Need a replacement without fail
