Till May 21st your customer care team were saying my warranty elapse only on Sep 2015,
After seeing the Bill, I volunteerly called the customer care and informed that my purchase
date is May 3 2014, Now My TV has some problem, I couldn make it up, Becasue my warranty elapsed
If they have informed before that my warranty elapse on May, then i would have register for
an AMC, Also I made a complaint on May 13 2015, But no Engineers turned to me, But while I was
enquiring the team saying, I dont have my Purchase bill, Thats the reason No engineers visited
my place, I have showed my original bill to your Service engineers, From May 13 Nothing happened,
I am not using my TV for these 10 days
I am complaining about your Datatbase, This shows wrong data
Note:
I am a 75% Physically disabled - Government certified
I made more than 3 complaints - But my problem not yet resolved
Everytime If I call Customer care, they are saying their Senior Officials trying to call me
As of now I didn receive any calls

bought 2 split ac from samsung AR18HV5NFWKNNA . I have been repenting on my decision to remain Loyal to samsung for all my house appliance ranging from Mobile to LED Washing machine refrigerator. I Request you to please take back the Split AC fitted in our house and donate the money to any charity or NGO of your choice in India and send us the Receipt
Ever since there have Compressor Failure, circuit failure, water leakages, gods knows what else will be in future.
Your Fliter does not fit tight in the given spots every 15 days we have to clean the filter else the performance reduces, now 1 Ac is not working the compressor just starts randomly sudenlt in middle of night ac stops working next day it would well. the other ac there is problem of water leakage third time this is the problem i am facing.
I guess the best solution to all this is just take back your product. Show less
