I am a user of samsung galaxy note 3 neo and within a month its camera started gathering dust from within .I have taken the phone to the service more than thrice but everytime t3mporary cleaning of the lens is done but the camera lens becomes dirty again and again.I want samsung to either replace my cell phone or replace its camera as it still holds warranty.My mobile number is[protected] and mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

The service engineer has taken a look at the product and assured to change the compressor immediately but unfortunately they have till now not turned up to repair it even after me having called them several times over the past few days.         Hi, My name is ROSHIN RAJ V and my contact number is [protected] Since my phone display was not working I have given it to the service center to get it repaired on April 23rd, 2015. My phone is in warranty period. They told need to change the display and will resolve it with in one week of time. Now 17 days gone they still says the display to replace still not reached there. It is really disappointing. They are not taking care it seriously.           Dear Sir, I have purchased a Samsung Mobile phone NOTE 3 neo from M/S Mobile World .Barakar vide Bill No 144 on dated 14/09/2014(Rs.24800). But sorry to inform u that from the starting the above mobile is hanging, heating & inernet problem is occuring, I informed the dealer about the problem but he advised me to contract to service center & I also visted the service centre at Asansol & theysaid that it only the software problem .So they updated the software but problem is not shortout then I also contracted online customer care through smarttutor but till now problem is not solved. Few days ago Mr. Asharaf of Samsung Service Center Asansol counter No.1 called me & said they will change the board as becouse it was available in service center but due to some reason I could not visit the service center on that day. Again on 08/05/2015 I receved a call from Mr. Ashraf Con. No 1 regarding for changing the board .So I visited at service center about 6.15 pm on the same day. I met Mr Ashraf Conter NO. 1 & he advised me for chaning the board to resolve the problem, but I disagreed for chaning any spares part /reparing the mobile asbecouse I want to replace my phone complitly. But he refused to replace complitly & then he updated a softeware after that my phone started giving many probleblem i.e over heating, charging ing problem blue tooth not sharing, wify direct not shareing etc & now phone is dead.. Therefore u r requested kindly arrange to change the complite phone otherwise I will knock the door of justice & as well as consumer firm also.                   I have purchased 2 units of Samsung AC IN Aug 2010, through Open world vide Invoice no DOW-13092 dt 08/08/2010 out of which below unit was having trouble in out door unit since beginning and in week time Samsung replaced with new one. Even after that this machine was having issues with cooling. recently I have paid Rs 1800/- in Oct 2014 for gas refilling and it worked for 2 months and now no cooling. Samsung's representative visited on 30 March against request no [protected] and given estimate of Rs 8500/- for replacement of condenser unit. I also gathered the information that this model is having manufacturing defect. If so, Samsung to replace outer unit free of cost. I'm very annoyed with the quality of product, exorbitant cost of repair. Model AS125TKANSTL S/N 0141PPIZ400199 I have paid INR 8350/- on 31st March 2015 to replace the condenser coil and AC worked for few days and again there is no cooling. I have made complaint vide ref no [protected] on 6th May. Seems, without having proper diagnosis, Sansung replaced the condenser coil. It is lack of workmanship and knowledge. I need resolution in next 48 hours else I'll go to consumer court with all evidences

                    I had purchased Samsung Grand Prime Model No G 530 H IMEI no [protected] on dt 1.3.2015 and I am falling under 1 year warranty service . I had a complaint of broken touch pad glass of the mobile phone . on 8th May I had visited Samsung service centre at 1, Bapuji Nagar Bhubaneswar run by M/s Divya Digital Care . One Mr Mohammad Shadab manager of the service centre misbehaved and manhandled me in his room during 1100 Hrs saying me a liar and he does not want to serve me. He could have categorically told me that my complaint does not fall under free warranty service rather slapping me abusive language and telling me a liar. He even told you all Hindus are liar and in a provocative word he even told me that he will make HALALL with Hindus like me . Request He must be removed from his position instantly otherwise I shall lodge a police FIR

                      I have bought this Phone on 19th Feb 2015 in Mumbai, Where i found i am getting disturbances in the phone, I can hear the voice of others where opponent is complaining about the disconnection of the same, I have reported same to my network operator where multilple times checked in other devices where i found nothing, I have complained first the same to Dadar Service centre, they done software changes twice, even MIC issue they wont even listen, They were helpless and asked to visit me at flagship store in Santacruz. I too had visited this branch 3 times every time they changed software and doing nothing, they simply saying that there is no complaint on the phone. During initial complaint call to samsung customer care, they put service centre guy on the con call (Vikas Pandey)He even admitted the issue, Later i visited the branch even he accepted the complaint later not able to listen anything from my end, I got a review from the Engineer Mr - Dhirendra from the service centre that this issue is coming becauase of the APP like True Caller, I am shocked to hear these explanations .. This is under Warranty, Some one must check this phone regualary, Those try to speak in the long time more than 1 minute will realise this issue clearly, Contact Name- Vivek Payyambally Cell No -[protected]

                        I bought a samsung split ac last month bearing model no. Ar 18 jv 5 hatq from botad, gujarat and I pay full amount of ac with expectation of good service. Generally in all the electrical products there is free demo service so buyer can enjoy all the fetures of the unit. Though samsung is a international company and having happy customers worldwide and being a top electronic product company I believe that there must be a free demo for my ac so that I can enjoy glorious fetures of the ac for which I pay a big sum of rupees. But there is a no demo till today regarding ac and because of that I can not enjoy some important and glorious fetures of ac. And it is mot expect able for such kind of mnc.                               dear sir this is inform you abt my complaint no [protected] which was made on 1 may 2015 the day i made complaint to them they told me that the compressor will get replaced on saturday ir max by sunday and when i called dem on saturday they told me day they will replace with in 3 to 4 days as its out of stock and when i called dem on 7 of may den they again said me it will take 4 more days and in the mean while i called on ur costumer care number they told me that they have compressor in stock i just fail to understand a company like samsung can to dis kind of stuff to there loyal coustmers because of contiuned delaying from ur support team i purchased a new refrigrator of samsung only for d proof i am attaching the a copy of both d new and d old bill kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                                  Evening All, To Whomsoever it may concern, This is to bring into your notice that I've been harassed by SAMSUNG INDIA as I was trying to just get my A/C repaired (Servicing) which took around 15 days and i was given fake promises all the time. First call i made to the customer service number for Servicing on April 21st and i was told that one of the engineer's will be visiting my place by next day i.e. April 22nd before 0800 PM, I received a call from someone at around 0300 in the afternoon that he'll be visiting me in next 30 minutes but he never turned up, then i called the same number at around 0500 and asked that person why he didn't come and i was told that he went onto a different call at rajouri garden and after that he'll be heading onto his next call at somewhere in mayapuri, I even asked him to visit me after finishing all his calls to get he service done but he said that he'll be coming tomorrow since his shift is over, I had to take a leave from office that day but couldn't utilize it. I didn't receive any call next day so called him that he was suppose to visit me for the A/C servicing but he told me that he can't come since he is on leave so I had to call the customer care again to raise the complaint with them and I was promised that someone will be visiting me the very next day and they apologised for the same. Finally one of engineer's visited my place on April 24th and told me that Installation of the AC was not properly done by "SURI Agencies" (who do first time installations) because of which valve and some nuts were loosen up and the entire GAS from AC was leaked which was not my fault. So he promised my that he'll be visiting me to very next day and refill the GAS since its not my fault. I even asked him that, do i need to raise this concern with Samsung Customer Care but he said i don't need to do anything since he have noted all the details and he himself will forward it to the concerned department and get it rectified by next day. I was waiting for his call the next day and thought that he'll come and fix my issue but no luck so I waited for entire day and called him at around 4 in the afternoon on Sunday and i was told that i need to raise the fault again to the Samsung Customer Care (why did he stop me doing so at the first place), I requested him to please visit to get this problem as I was very irritated by that time but he said i didn't have your job sheet so I can't come please speak to the customer care people. I again called the customer care on Sunday i.e. 26th April and explained them everything and told them about the Gas leakage they again apologised but i was again given fake commitments that they'll fix it asap however i receive a call the next the day and someone visited my place and again told me that he's the first call engineer and he can't do anything related to Gas Leakage since he was here for just A/C Servicing which was the dumbest expected reply since it was already clear that its not about Servicing and its about Gas leakaging so I made a call to Customer care while he was at my home and had to explain everything from start and the lady on phone was very generous and raised a fresh complaint/job sheet and ordered that engineer to refill the gas since he now has a new job sheet number and he even told her that Yeah, i can do that now and hang up the phone but after hanging up the phone he told me that he don't have Gas Cylinder and someone else will visit me to get the Gas refilling which he never mentioned on the phone call with that Lady from customer. This happened few more times when i raised complaints for Gas Leakaging but i was receiving calls for AC servicing which shouldn't be the case, Your numerous engineer's called and visited me and told that they are first call engineer's and they had nothing to do with Gas Refilling since it should be done by a specialized engineer. This goes on until i made a conference call with those engineer's & customer care representative (Akshay) on May 04th and the engineer admitted that he was assigned that job sheet forcefully by his supervisor Feroz (Service Center) even when he told him that he has nothing to do with Gas Leakaging since he is first call engineer, When customer care representative threatens the engineer that he'll be escalating this to the concerned team that this could cause him his job, he apologised on the top of his voice and told me that he can even come in next five minutes and started telling stories that we've been forced to take these complaints even when we are just first call engineer's just to increase the Job Sheets. Once the Service center agents were caught, they sent someone and get that fixed the very next day on May 05th and refilled the Gas which should've done long back. I've been harassed and had to take leave during this entire process but of no use to I am now looking for a good compensation at the earliest else i can take this matter to court as well. PLS TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION OVER THEM OTHERWISE IT WILL DEFINETLKY EFFECT YOUR GOODWILL.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG AC ON 26TH APRIL BUT THE GUY ASSIGN TO INSTALL THE SAME WAS WRONGLY INSTALLED IT, THE PLACEMENT WAS WRONG AND EVEN HE WAS NO READY TO LISTEN A SINGLE WORD HE WAS SAYONG HE HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WITHOUT TAKING THE SIGN HE GONE ANDAFTER TAHT WE ARE REGUALLRY CALLING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND EXECUTIVE DAILY ASSURED ME THAT OUR TECHNICIAN WILL COME TODAY BUT TILL YE T WE DIDN'T GET EVEN A SINGLE CALL..
