dear sir this is inform you abt my complaint no [protected] which was made on 1 may 2015 the day i made complaint to them they told me that the compressor will get replaced on saturday ir max by sunday and when i called dem on saturday they told me day they will replace with in 3 to 4 days as its out of stock and when i called dem on 7 of may den they again said me it will take 4 more days and in the mean while i called on ur costumer care number they told me that they have compressor in stock i just fail to understand a company like samsung can to dis kind of stuff to there loyal coustmers because of contiuned delaying from ur support team i purchased a new refrigrator of samsung only for d proof i am attaching the a copy of both d new and d old bill kindly do the needful as soon as possible

    I called the customer care[protected] and i got complaint no. Even after that i didnt get single person visited my place not get serviced nothing. After that i daily used to called customer care and till today while writing this complaint none of the serviced engineer came here. One of the serviced engineer called once and told he gonna charge me if he come to my place. Yet my AC is under warrenty. I think i called the customer care nearly 10 times. And i get single tommo morning within 8am you get called from serviced engineer. Below is the complaint no i got mess when i logged first time. Thank you for contacting Samsung.       Evening All, To Whomsoever it may concern, This is to bring into your notice that I've been harassed by SAMSUNG INDIA as I was trying to just get my A/C repaired (Servicing) which took around 15 days and i was given fake promises all the time. First call i made to the customer service number for Servicing on April 21st and i was told that one of the engineer's will be visiting my place by next day i.e. April 22nd before 0800 PM, I received a call from someone at around 0300 in the afternoon that he'll be visiting me in next 30 minutes but he never turned up, then i called the same number at around 0500 and asked that person why he didn't come and i was told that he went onto a different call at rajouri garden and after that he'll be heading onto his next call at somewhere in mayapuri, I even asked him to visit me after finishing all his calls to get he service done but he said that he'll be coming tomorrow since his shift is over, I had to take a leave from office that day but couldn't utilize it. I didn't receive any call next day so called him that he was suppose to visit me for the A/C servicing but he told me that he can't come since he is on leave so I had to call the customer care again to raise the complaint with them and I was promised that someone will be visiting me the very next day and they apologised for the same. Finally one of engineer's visited my place on April 24th and told me that Installation of the AC was not properly done by "SURI Agencies" (who do first time installations) because of which valve and some nuts were loosen up and the entire GAS from AC was leaked which was not my fault. So he promised my that he'll be visiting me to very next day and refill the GAS since its not my fault. I even asked him that, do i need to raise this concern with Samsung Customer Care but he said i don't need to do anything since he have noted all the details and he himself will forward it to the concerned department and get it rectified by next day. I was waiting for his call the next day and thought that he'll come and fix my issue but no luck so I waited for entire day and called him at around 4 in the afternoon on Sunday and i was told that i need to raise the fault again to the Samsung Customer Care (why did he stop me doing so at the first place), I requested him to please visit to get this problem as I was very irritated by that time but he said i didn't have your job sheet so I can't come please speak to the customer care people. I again called the customer care on Sunday i.e. 26th April and explained them everything and told them about the Gas leakage they again apologised but i was again given fake commitments that they'll fix it asap however i receive a call the next the day and someone visited my place and again told me that he's the first call engineer and he can't do anything related to Gas Leakage since he was here for just A/C Servicing which was the dumbest expected reply since it was already clear that its not about Servicing and its about Gas leakaging so I made a call to Customer care while he was at my home and had to explain everything from start and the lady on phone was very generous and raised a fresh complaint/job sheet and ordered that engineer to refill the gas since he now has a new job sheet number and he even told her that Yeah, i can do that now and hang up the phone but after hanging up the phone he told me that he don't have Gas Cylinder and someone else will visit me to get the Gas refilling which he never mentioned on the phone call with that Lady from customer. This happened few more times when i raised complaints for Gas Leakaging but i was receiving calls for AC servicing which shouldn't be the case, Your numerous engineer's called and visited me and told that they are first call engineer's and they had nothing to do with Gas Refilling since it should be done by a specialized engineer. This goes on until i made a conference call with those engineer's & customer care representative (Akshay) on May 04th and the engineer admitted that he was assigned that job sheet forcefully by his supervisor Feroz (Service Center) even when he told him that he has nothing to do with Gas Leakaging since he is first call engineer, When customer care representative threatens the engineer that he'll be escalating this to the concerned team that this could cause him his job, he apologised on the top of his voice and told me that he can even come in next five minutes and started telling stories that we've been forced to take these complaints even when we are just first call engineer's just to increase the Job Sheets. Once the Service center agents were caught, they sent someone and get that fixed the very next day on May 05th and refilled the Gas which should've done long back. I've been harassed and had to take leave during this entire process but of no use to I am now looking for a good compensation at the earliest else i can take this matter to court as well.         I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED THE SERVIES PROVIDED BY THE SAMSUNG SERVICES STATION THE GUY CAM FOR TO INSTALL THE AC TOTALLY MADE THE WRONG INSTALLATION AFTER THAT THEY NEVER LISTEN A SINGLE WORD AND HE WAS SAYING HE AS TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE AND ITS NOT MY DUTY. PLS TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION OVER THEM OTHERWISE IT WILL DEFINETLKY EFFECT YOUR GOODWILL.

          I AM VERY SORRY AS WELL DISPPOINTED TO THE SERVICES GIVEN BY YOUR COMPANY REG AC INSTALLATION. I HAVE PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG AC ON 26TH APRIL BUT THE GUY ASSIGN TO INSTALL THE SAME WAS WRONGLY INSTALLED IT, THE PLACEMENT WAS WRONG AND EVEN HE WAS NO READY TO LISTEN A SINGLE WORD HE WAS SAYONG HE HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WITHOUT TAKING THE SIGN HE GONE ANDAFTER TAHT WE ARE REGUALLRY CALLING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND EXECUTIVE DAILY ASSURED ME THAT OUR TECHNICIAN WILL COME TODAY BUT TILL YE T WE DIDN'T GET EVEN A SINGLE CALL.. I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON THIS.YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE SOME QUICKS ERIOUS ACTION ON THIS OTHERWISE I WILLA SSURE YOU IT WILL DEFINETELY EFFECT THE GOODWILL OF YOUR PRODCUT LIKE SAMSUNG.

            I purchased new Samsung Split AC on 27th Feb 2015 from Metro wholesale Indore & it installed in my room on 03rd March 2015. Due to normal temp in Indore we are not using it on March month, We started it from April 06th & we found that cooling is not proper. So we called to CC & follow the instruction given by them. Every call made to CC we will get the new Step to do for AC. On my 04th Call they arrange Tech & when Tech some on 02nd Day we shocked when he said that Gas it not filled at the time of installation. He filled the Gas & check the AC, cooling start that time as Temp of Indore on that day is Max 27, so my room gets cool for that time & next day when we start AC issue with the low cooling. From the 10th Apr we continuously talk to CC & Tech but still Issue is not resolved. And on my complaint of 22nd when tech comes he told me that issue with Overheating in your room & he told me to purchase new AC of 2 ton. 1.5 tone AC is not working in your room. My room size is 15” X 10” which is appropriate for 1.5 tone AC.                 Dear Sir, My mobile is 4 months old.After first month feel many problem on my mobile.Mobile unexpected heat and some time hang and camera problem and music player not supported normaly. I visit service centre in Asansol and Purulia but 2 times software update done but not solve my problem.I can replacement from company but not given..and not responsible for me.pls help me

                  Five days back, complaint was given regarding Microwave oven.No body is calling/coming/responding in spite of daily reminders from my side. Ref. No- [protected] Service is very PATHETIC.Pls. Don't sell the product if you are unable to provide service in City Like Hyderabad. Really Shameful.

Thanks andd regards, Mritunjay [protected] Your question Mr Shlendra, This is to inform you that your product not as per the other company standards the quality of product is very poor compare to other company, this is to inform you that in new tab two times your service engineer is going to replace the mother board and are you giving me the guarantee that after repairing of 2 time again mother board your product will give same service or you will replace if same problem repeats . 2. as all in your organisation to whom i was spoken till date only one person is responding that is mr. amol esclation desk. as he informed me that you have updated in system that you have offer me three months extended warranty which is completely wrong and same recording of our conversation is given to cnbc awazza( In telephonic talk you have not offer such things and same day night i have called call center and they have informed me that you have updated like this ), this will show your image and your company without informing to customer and without taking his consent your are updating wrong information to company this information given by your call center people.so i will assure you that in future no body from my relatives and friends will purchase any products from samsung and this all conversation on i am putting in social media also let them decide them self what actualy samsung company is, same thing i have inform to cnbc tv also. i was suffered loss of 17000.00 . some body also telling that your intention towards replacement of tab is only based of monetary benefit from customer, this information is given by your company staff.                       Hi, My Galaxy S6 phone dead within 6 days of purchase after over-heating. Since the piece was used for 6 days there are some obvious minimal wear and tear on mobile. But the Service executives did not accept for replacement citing scratches and dent which are very minute. I have spent 50k on this mobile and within 6 days this problem makes me think Samsung is not a reliable product as it is advertised. Even the post sales service is not customer friendly. I seriously Regret buying samsung mobile.

                        I HAD PURCHASED NEW S6 EDGE 32 GB FROM A DEALER IN BUNDI RAJASTHAN ON 25 TH APRIL .THE PHONE HAD A INTERNAL PROBLEM DUE TO WHICH IT VISITED SERVICE CENTRE EVERYDAY AFTER 5 DAYS ANY HOW THEY MADE DOA FOR IT. NOW INSTEAD OF GIVING OTHER PIECE THEY ARE TELLING TO GIVE ANOTHER 6000 RS AND TAKE 64 GB EDGE GOLD.THE FIRST PIECE I PURCHASE WAS FOR 58000RS IT WOULD COME TO 64000RS.WHEREAS I AM GETTING THE PHONE IN OTHER SHOP FOR RS 61000.THE COMPANY ON ITS PROMOTION IS GIVING BIG PROMISES BUT CANNOT REPLACE A SET IN 8 DAYS EITHER THE COMPANY IS FRAUD OR DEALER ARE MAKING IT LOOK LIKE A FRAUD COMPANY

                          I had purchased Samsung double door refrigerator which got some problem with compressor in the warranty period . Self has contacted Authorised Service Centre & paid the service charges for replacing compressor. Afterwards again the problem persits, then they had taken the Refrigerator to their service centre for checking. After one month now they are telling that there is internal leakage problem & same can't be rectified. Now Samsung Customer Care is asking me to take depreciation amount against the Refrigerator. My take is there wasn't any internal leakage problem priorly but it occurred only after repairing done by Authorised Service Center. Why should customer has to suffer for their mistake. They are simply replying to take the depreciated amount. My complain No. is [protected].

                            The high efficiency dryer that is 3.5 years old broke twice with the same problem. The technician confirmed that the unit was defective. SAMSUNG refused to offer any help or incentive option. SAMSUNG does not have any regards about the customers, does not take any responsibility for products they sell. I am very unhappy with the whole experience dealing with this company. I will try to avoid buying any SAMSUNG products and I will be telling it to all my friends. I feel that my rights as consumer were violated. The company sold me the defective product and did not want to take any responsibility about this.

                              I have purchased a single door SAMSUNG refrigirator on Apr 24th, 2015 from M/S.Virupakshi Electronics Belgaum Karntaka bearing the model no.RR23J2835UZ. In the span of last one week it is observed that defrost condensate is spilling inside the refrigirator.

                                I had bought the Samsung Refrigerator on 14.11.2011.however within year of service the compressor stopped functioning.It had to be repaired in May 2014 with gas charges paid by me.Again since last six months the lower portion of the fridge not cooling.Had given several calls but technical support from call center always told me to get a manual defrost of the fridge and the fridge will start cooling for 3 -4 days.Today after repeated complaints an Engineer came to the house .He said the fridge is not repairable as some internal drainage is broken making it dysfunctional as cool air ill not pass the duct and not cool the lower chamber.The engineer made me talk to Mr. Ali and Mr.Zaidi who just wanted to compensate me with some percentage of amount of the fridge .I or any consumer cant break the internal ducts of the refrigerator.Its a manufacturing defect and the product should be replaced.Today as per the engineer and Mr.Zaidi today Product engineer was supposed to be at my home but he never came .I had taken leave from office to see him but he never came.The fridge is defective and should be replaced.

                                  Sir, Since I experienced a low battery back up on my Samsung mobile (GT – N 7100 Bearing Sl No RFID12DGPFB, RSN NO [protected]Note II ), I found some of the built in applications are running in the back ground, which drains the battery faster. As I could not rectify it, I had given my Mobile (Note II) to the Authorized Samsung Repairing centre on 11 Apr 2015 at Kavil Kadavu, Kodungallur, Trichur, Kerala (Ph No[protected], Mob No. [protected])for its rectification. They have issued a manual work order sheet bearing No. 11302 regarding the receipt of mobile. So far the complaints have not been rectified. It has already been elapsed more than three weeks time for the rectification of mobile. The authorized service centre agents are repeatedly giving some excuses like they are on job, checking the item etc etc. Earlier they informed that there is a short on mobile and followed by IC problem and now they may tell the entire board to be replaced. When I approached the Samsung Customer Care they asked about the JOB Sheet Number which is supposed to be generated by the authorized service centre at the time of receiving the item. But the service center has not been generated any job sheet where as they have given only a manual work order by which the service center is hiding the work details from the Samsung Company. According to Samsung customer care requirement, when I contacted the service centre, they have given a Job sheet No [protected] without any date. But it has been generated after two weeks time As far as I am concerned, it shows the deployment o[censored]nexperienced and unskilled personnel to undertake the service, which results a simple work to complication. I am sure that service center couldn’t pin-point the actual fault and giving some flimsy reasons to justify their try and error method. On 05 May 2015 when I visited the service center I found the entire mobile has been changed. They have shown a mobile with a front panel scratched on many places. I hope they have even changed the panel it self by which I couldn’t identify my mobile and it is not understood what they have done on the major components Your kind attention is invited to persue the matter physically through a well experienced technician at an early date and a detailed work report may please be obtained from the agency from 13 Apr 2015 to till date regarding the service of my mobile. The follow up report may please be intimated.

                                      I've Purchased Samsung LED full 3D 40'' from Muscat Oman on 02/10/2014. I brought it to my home country India. After 8 months suddenly its Display gone with only audio coming out. I registered my service request with Samsung Customer Care India. However they denied to service the television under warranty saying a separate warranty card is needed. However I've shown them purchase receipt and there is a logo of International warranty on my TV box. Can someone help me out here. As after paying such heavy amount to company in expectation of a good TV, if we don't get service warranty as promised. I used to be a fan of Samsung, all smart phones of in My family are of samsung and from their elite series but this incident is breaking my confidence in the Samsung Products. Please help me.

                                        Sir, I have already lodged complaint on 19/04/2015, 30/04/2015 but till date my problem is not solved. It is matter of shame that multinational company samsung could not solve minor problem after 26 days has been lapsed.. Sir, I had purchased samsung invertor model refrigerator for Rs 43, 000/= on 21/04/2015 from samsung showroom, new sadak, Abohar. refrigerator gas leak 2 times. I have loadged complaints on 19/04/2015, 30/04/2015 but till date my problem not resolved. The engineer visit 20/04/2015 and asked that he will replace the order for damage part but till date engineer not visit again. I persume that this referigerator having manufacturing fault so the gas leak 2 times. Before this samsung refrigerator I have used LG refrigerator. I have never any complaint of this LG refrigerator during these 12 years. Before LG referigerator I used Godrej referigerator for 10 years and I have never any complaint of Godrej refrigerator in 10 years. Accroding to my opinion it is manufacturing fault. So, you are requested to please replace this refrigerator or given my money back . I hope you must refund my money so that your goodwill always keep remain, otherwise I have no obtion beyond go to consumer court to recover my valuable money.
