I have bought this Phone on 19th Feb 2015 in Mumbai, Where i found i am getting disturbances in the phone, I can hear the voice of others where opponent is complaining about the disconnection of the same, I have reported same to my network operator where multilple times checked in other devices where i found nothing,
I have complained first the same to Dadar Service centre, they done software changes twice, even MIC issue they wont even listen, They were helpless and asked to visit me at flagship store in Santacruz.
I too had visited this branch 3 times every time they changed software and doing nothing, they simply saying that there is no complaint on the phone. During initial complaint call to samsung customer care, they put service centre guy on the con call (Vikas Pandey)He even admitted the issue, Later i visited the branch even he accepted the complaint later not able to listen anything from my end, I got a review from the Engineer Mr - Dhirendra from the service centre that this issue is coming becauase of the APP like True Caller,
I am shocked to hear these explanations .. This is under Warranty, Some one must check this phone regualary, Those try to speak in the long time more than 1 minute will realise this issue clearly,
