I was taking on phone 3 people come on bike snatch my phone from my hand and ran away. I lodge an fir to nearest police station i tried to contact samsung care but they said we can not do that .. Why they can not do that i have bill.. i have copy of complaint & i am the owner of phone. They must have to block my phone so nither i can not use nor they cheaters.     I upgraded to a Samsung S6 but am regretting ever doing it. My experience with a Samsung product is BAD BAD BAD . We bought my daughter a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for school purposes BUT it has been in for repairs 3 times already in 1 year. 2 years ago I upgraded to a Samsung S4 but I did not have it for 7 days and it started giving me problems. I have had to take it back to Vodacom 2 times already as the cellphone becomes hot. It is in the repairs at this very moment as it just switches off. When upgrading I did not want to upgrade to a Samsung cellphone again but my husband and son kept saying that I should BUT honestly I regret doing it as just as with the S4 the S6 has gone back to Vodacom before having it for 7 days. What upsets me the most is that I am without a phone at this very moment. I asked Vodacom whether I could rather upgrade to a S6 Edge but was told that I would then have to pay an about of over R2600 which I don't have.

      Dear Sir /madam I want to complaint you that am facing these problems in my device ( Samsung galaxy gt-s7582 ): 1- When I am installing any application the device restart automatically. 2- When I activated android device manager the device facing same problem. Thus I am facing these problems from last 3 month. My reference complaint ref.no is - [protected]. I visited Samsung service centre many times. Plz replace my device at any cost. Thanks.

        I had purchase my mobile from R. B. Enterprises dated 30/03/2015, details of mobile mentioned below:- Item Description – Samsung A5 – Gold Model – SM-A500G Sl. No – RZ8G20K3SCY IME/RSN No – [protected] Amount – 24, 900.00 I had purchase a Samsung A5 dated 30.03.2015.After 3-4 Days when i put headphone to listen a song i noticed it making my phone hang, and restating my phone again and again till i have not put headphone out.In time of this loop restart action, there is sparking sound inside headphone. Due to my busy work schedule, dated 18.04.2015 when i went to the shop, from where i had purchased the phone, They told me to take phone to samsung service center. Date 20.04.2015 when i took my phone to service center, they saying it is too late.We replace phone only after 7 days, while this rule is completely unaware for a normal user. Any way, today is 25.04.2015, while am calling to service center, they replying you have to wait for your phone.And they also don't know when i will get back my phone. I am completely fed up with samsung this time.I invested 24, 900/-Rs in a phone.And after using 3, 4 days am feeling hardware problem.And after using 18 days, phone is in service center for whatever action from last 6 days.and no one know when i will get it back. My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product hardware related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the product. I expect Bill amount 24900/-Rs refunded for my mobile or I demand a new phone for my inconvenience.               I have purchased a Samsung a5 on 11th April but after 3-4 days I realised that there is something wrong with battery.i visited to store but they didn't help me then I visited to Samsung store and they refused to change my phone..and the bad thing is through hr person is sanjay gandhi...he doesn't know how to treat customer.see I am very upset only because of 8 day they don't want to help me..I will not buy anything of Samsung. ..its a request please change my phone...It s a matter of 22000 rs . It's a fraud company...

                i had bought 595 litre refrigerator with dispenser from goel electronics basti in august 2014. after 3 days of purchase a guy from customer care centre came for installation but he said its new model i don't know how to install dispenser system of refrigerator and i will send senior person for installation but no one came . i called at least 50 times to customer care centre but they only said we will look into the matter but nothing happened till date services of customer care are very pathetic they don't know about their own product

                  I have brought Samsung Galaxy core 2 dated: 23.01.2015. From 1st day in handset having voice problem during calls. I have many times service centre regarding my problem but they said handset ok. Now i am totaly frustated with core 2. Now i will go for consumer court and put a case to samsung. Because i don't have solution to reslove my problem..

                  Sir, I have purchased Samsung S6 Edge on 02.05.15 with great hopes and confidence but on the 3rd day of purchase itself, I got problem with the mobile, it is getting malfunctioned without my intervention, if I am doing one operation, it is executing some another, cam is getting opened, phone is also getting hanged up for 2 to 3 minutes.

                  I have purchased the mobile in Visakhapatnam whereas I was residing at Salur which is 3 1/2 hrs away from Visakhapatnam. I am working as Branch Manager for a reputed bank.

                  On 3rd of purchase itself i.e. on 04.05.15, when I got problem, I have escalated the issue to Customer care no.[protected] and they advised me to restart the device and to verify for few more days and if the problem repeats the device will be replaced with new one by getting DOA from Service Centre and I have followed the instructions and on that day it is OK but again repeatedly the above mentioned problem is occuring.

                  Yesterday I went to Service Centre at Visakhapatnam and I have informed all the above and now your service centre people are informing that the device cannot be replaced as it is more than 7 days. They have updated the OS and again today the problem repeats.

                  As I told earlier, it is very difficult to roam around you number of times as I am staying away 4 hours from your service centre.

                  If Customer Care people on 4.5.15 informed to go to Service Centre on that day itself, I would have gone but your people have wrongly guided.

                  This is the value you are giving to a customer who has purchased a high end product worth Rs.57722/-.

                  As you have failed in customer satisfaction and as you have given unnecessary tension to me without replacing the damaged product (which is not even 14 days old), as there is no other alternative, I have decided to file a complaint with Consumer Forum (which I have informed to your service centre people yesterday itself that complaint will be filed if problem persists/repeats).

                  But I felt it's my moral responsibility to inform your goodselves to inform before proceeding so as enable you to take a final decision in this regard.

                  Please inform me your final decision through mail to [protected]@gmail.com or to my mobile number[protected] to proceed further in this regard.

                        I have purchased a samsung top loading washing machine on 18th april 2015 from a store at chennai, and the dealer said the samsung company will provide demo within 1 day for the machine operations, and for this the dealer has registered a request( ref no [protected]) with samsung company. But the samsung company has not sent any service engineer to provide this demo till date and it has been 5 days are up since the date of purchase, i have also called samsung call centre several times to do the needful, but i use to get same response as usual that request would be resolved with in 24 hours. How can a mnc company like samsung is not providing demo or no service, This is very disgusting.

                          We bought 345 ltrs Samsung refrigerator in around 2011. The chillness is found very little. Very often the milk packets turn bad. Vegetables do not remain fresh even for a couple of days. We complained to Samsung. They promptly sent a rep. who could not do the job properly. A second time complaint also got the same reply as to nothing more can be done. After buying a frig for Rs.25000/-, if it doesn't work properly for 4-5 years, it is not right. Can I get remedy or should I go for new? Thanks for your help. Ranganathan

                            Sir, We have lodged complaint on 19/04/2015 vide reference no [protected]. The engineer visit on 20/04/2015 and asked that gas pipe will be replaced and when we received the gas pipe we resolve the perbolem. Now 5 days has been lapsed engineer not visit again. We have faced this type of (leakage of gas) second time within short duration i.e. purchase date of referigerator is 21/04/2014. We had LG refrigerator before this refrigerator and during the tenure of 12 years I have never any complaint of LG refregerator It seams that this refrigerator have manufacturing fault. So, you are requested to please replace this refrigerator or refund my amount to avoid legal complication as your engineer say that we will repair this last time after that your warranty will be lapsed. At the time of sale, store manager committed me some offers coming with this handset with a expiry date of April 30, 2015. But when I tried to redeem these offers, samsung care executive told me that there is no such offers available with this set.                                   Sir I bought a 40inches LED Television (Model No. S-LED 40H5100) from Hazrat’s Vision at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92 on[protected]. I made a compliant wide reference no. [protected] dated 11.04.2015 and a technician visited at my home to see the problem on[protected] and he found that the problem is in the TV display due to dust particles surged into the LED TV. After that he talked to his supervisor (Mr. Imran) and he said that display will be changed as TV is under warranty period. But I have submit request for change of complete TV set as warranty of display is valid only up to the original warranty date i.e.[protected] then he said he has to take the approval through e-mail to change the set and asked me for the following documents: 1. Copy of Invoice 2. Cancelled Cheque 3. My ID Proof Copy 4. Declaration form of Samsung I have provided all the documents on 15.04.2015 and inquired the requirement of crossed cheque then he said that either TV set will be replaced or amount will be refunded but however he confirmed on[protected] that only display will be changed and refused to share the mail to confirm whether mail has been sent for replacement or refund. It is not understood why Samsung is not ready to replacement of TV or refund the amount as this is the product fault and customer is going to suffer. Warranty of TV is going to expire on[protected] and Samsung person insisted me to purchase AMC to continue the warranty on the TV as if the same problem is going to occur again and again. I am also using other TV brand like Sony (2 LCD’s) &amp LG (1LCD) at my home from last so many years and did not faced any type of trouble/problem in other TVs even though I bought Samsung TV considering the advanced features available in the TV and now facing the display problem in a very short span of time. It is appearing that it is a constant fault in the Samsung TV’s and Samsung is interested in making money only by first selling the product and afterwards selling AMC of faulty product which is never expected from such International Brand. As such I am requesting you to look in to matter personally and resolve the issue to refund the money to me only as I am least interested to use any Samsung product considering the service quality offered by Samsung would like to continue with my trusted brands. I also mailed the same on [protected]@contactus.samsung.com on 20/04/2015 where you have assured that reply with status will be given with in 24 hours, however, no reply has been received till date.                                     I purchased a Samsung A5 recently and found a dead pixel within 20 days. I gave my device to the service center in Fatehgunj, Vadodara(Gayatri service centre, Saffron complex). on the 20th of April. The LCD exhibited dead pixels. They were supposed to get back with the details of the phone and it's repair within 24 hours as promised but they did not respond for the next two days. I called up the customer care 5 times later and still failed to receive any response from the service center .My mobile is still with them and the contact number given in the sheet is switched off. Apart from this my phone does show one more problem. i.e the selfie camera doesn't respond to palm/hand actions automatically. I'm extremely appalled by this behavior and un professional attitude of your workers. If this is not treated and taken care of in the next 24 hours, i'm afraid i will have to take this matter to consumer court and i'm quite capable of suing the company in case i don't receive a new phone/ a corrected /properly functioning device.

Due to recommend... So many items i purchased, we faced a delivery Problem its not a issue... But Resonantly i went to Kaveri Nagar, Saidapet Branch to purchase a Double door Fridge, Mr. Mansoor attended as a marketing Rep. He given a demo of variety finally i decided to buy a SAMSUNG FF Fridge RT36HDJFELX/TL ... and i proceeded a loan with Bajaj fenserv. ok Mr. Mansoor said the product will delivered with in 3 days(10/04/15 to 13/04/15), i said its ok... Finally the product came to house, we removed the product, their is a lot of dents and scratches in the product, so i send backed immediately, and then next day i went over their, i asked manager regarding this issue, and i said cancel the bill i am not going to bye a product, so clash gone to manager and me. finally he said, loan cannot be cancelled, so kindly go to next model LG FRIDGE Model No: GL-D372JHSL 335 Lits Mr.Gopi attended as a marketing Rep. Ok i said when i will be delivered, he said with in 3 days (14/04/15 to 17/04/15) i said ok. After 3 days(17/04/15) he Mansoor called me and said, SAMSUNG model came can i send he is asking... This is a way to treat a Customer, so finally i said cancel my bill and cancel my loan also without any arguments... so what i am coming to say is here after i wont bye any product in your Vasanth & co in any branch... we Kept a trust on u but this time no trust and i never recommend also to any one ...                                         DOA Issue

                                        Hi, I pre-booked the GS6 and bought it on the 10th of April 2015 from Shree Sai Kripa Mobile Shoppee (Samsung Cafe) based out of Indore, MP. After a couple of days, I found out that the screen had some insane amount of pink tint at the bottom and the color temperature of the upper part was different than lower. Upon inspection, the service adviser in Delhi (Rameshwar Traders, Pitampura) issued a DOA certificate and asked me to send the handset...
