I had purchase my mobile from R. B. Enterprises dated 30/03/2015, details of mobile mentioned below:-

I had purchase a Samsung A5 dated 30.03.2015.After 3-4 Days when i put headphone to listen a song i noticed it making my phone hang, and restating my phone again and again till i have not put headphone out.In time of this loop restart action, there is sparking sound inside headphone.
Due to my busy work schedule, dated 18.04.2015 when i went to the shop, from where i had purchased the phone, They told me to take phone to samsung service center.
Date 20.04.2015 when i took my phone to service center, they saying it is too late.We replace phone only after 7 days, while this rule is completely unaware for a normal user.
Any way, today is 25.04.2015, while am calling to service center, they replying you have to wait for your phone.And they also don't know when i will get back my phone.
I am completely fed up with samsung this time.I invested 24, 900/-Rs in a
phone.And after using 3, 4 days am feeling hardware problem.And after using 18 days, phone is in service center for whatever action from last 6 days.and no one know when i will get it back.
My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the
product hardware related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the product. I expect Bill amount 24900/-Rs refunded for my mobile or I
demand a new phone for my inconvenience.
