This saravanakumar from chennai . We have bought Samsung Air conditioner(Model No: AR18JC3JAMVNNA-SAC, AR18JC3JAMVXNA) in TA-Tech Arena, chennai on 11.04.2015. They have came for installation of Airconditioner on 14.4.15. Actually the person came for installation is whether the Samsung authorized person or dont know they came and install the air conditioner, after installed the AC they have ON the AC its not get ON after checked they have told me stabilizer is the problem so only not working like that told.So i have informed to the Shop they told me we will provide the new stabilizer like that told. 18.04.2015 stabilizer service person came and check the stabilizer its working good only then the AC is power ON but cooling is not came again we have called to the shop they have sended on person regarding to check the issue, he came and checked gas is not filled like tat told again we have called to the shop we will send another person for checking like tat told but still now nobody came and rectify the issue.we have called and ask about the issue the samsung service person is cutted my phone call and went while talking.Daily we are calling and continuously following from the one week but still now problem is not rectified.Is that the correct way to delivery and install the branded material to customer. i have given the address of the store for your notice. Herewith I Have attached the Bill copy for your reference.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had purchased samsung invertor model refrigerator for Rs 43, 000/= in last year
from samsung showroom, new sadak, higher secondery school, Abohar. After six months
it stop work(cooling ) and your local engineer fill up gas and after that it work only six months now same
problem occurred. Please look into the matter and resolve the problem permanently. I would
like to inform you that before this I had purchased LG referigerator 12 years before. I have
never any complaint regarding LG referigerator in these 12 years. Please resolve the perblem
permanently so that our faith is also maintained just like LG products.
