Sir, I have purchased sumsung washing machine in November 2008 from anandamela shop gariahat market serial No-WO765ZCO Model- WA82V4G .I am pointing out the fault that the pipe is not holding at the tap for coming water into the washing machine but the person who came to check the fault demand Rs.4OO/- from me.When i am showing the fault then why the inspection require?i want send technician who can solve the problem but not argument with us unnecessary. .     I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR IN JUNE 2014. MODEL NUMBER RT39FDAGASL/TL. SERIAL NUMBER 53034DAF200336M. THEN SINCE FROM AUGUST 2014 TO TILL TODAY I HAD BEEN REQUESTING SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER ON THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR FOUR YEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY. MY SAMSUNG REFERENCE NUMBER IS [protected]. THEY TOLD ME THAT WITHIN 48 HOURS THEIR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT ME AND PROVIDE ME EXTENDED WARRANTY ON PAYMENT BASIS. BUT TILL NOW NOBODY HAD CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE SAME. I HAD MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CALL CENTER ON THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER BUT EVERY TIME THIS IS THE STANDARD REPLY FROM THEM NOBODY IS APPROACHING ME TO PROVIDE THE SAME.. NOW ONE THING I WANT TO TO ASK SAMSUNG AUTHORITIES, WHAT DOES 48 HOURS MEAN IN THEIR DICTIONARY ?! DO THEY HAVE SEPARATE TIME DURATION FOR 48 HOURS ?! LIKE FROM AUGUST 2014 TO TILL TODAY ?! AGAIN RECENTLY MY REFRIGERATOR DEVELOPED SOME PROBLEMS LIKE ABNORMAL NOISE FROM COMPRESSOR, EXCESSIVE MOISTURE, NO TEMPERATURE CONTROL, ETC. HAD LODGED COMPLAINTS ON THEIR WEBSITE. MY COMPLAINT NUMBERS ARE [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] AND NUMEROUS REQUESTS OVER PHONE TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLL FREE CALL CENTER. EVERY TIME THEY ARE GIVING ME ROUTINE INSTRUCTIONS, I AM FOLLOWING THEM AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING. TILL NOW NOBODY FROM SAMSUNG HAD EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME OR HAVE A PERSONAL LOOK OVER THE REFRIGERATOR TO LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM. WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IF ANYTHING UNFORESEEN HAPPENS WITH THE REFRIGERATOR OR INDIVIDUALS BECAUSE OF THEIR CARELESSNESS AND CASUAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS' REQUESTS / COMPLAINTS ?! WHY THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER RESPONSE ?! I FEEL THAT THEY ARE HAVING MALICIOUS / FRAUDULENT / CHEATING INTENTION THAT THEY WILL DRAG THE ISSUE TILL WARRANTY IS OVER SO THAT I CANNOT GO FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY AND AFTER THAT THEY WILL CHARGE HEFTY AMOUNT FRO REPAIRS OF THE SAME. SAMSUNG PLEASE FOR GOD'S SAKE CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE. PLEASE PROVIDE IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION TO MY GRIEVANCE TO AVOID FURTHER INCONVENIENCE, HARASSMENT, PHYSICAL AND MONETARY DAMAGE TO MYSELF.

      This is to inform you that for approximately 6 months I have been using Samsung note 4 that also very rarely but lately I have noticed that there is a dullness seen at the corners of the phone and the extreme corners of the phone has turned black and the shine is completely gone whereas I am using my iPhone 6 almost for 10months bt there is no changes in the metal quality and look.So I am highly disappointed with the quality of the phone.I thought of getting note edge but now I have changed my mind and I will take IPhone 6 plus in a few days. And I will also recommend others also not to take any samsung phones. Thanks.

        ONCE REGISTER THE COMPLIENT AND ENGINNER COME AND VIST THE PLACE AND HE TOLD TO PRODUCT PART NOT AVAILABLE(PURCHASED I YEAR 2 MONTH BACK ONLY) AND HE TOLD HE CAN ARRANGE DUPLICATE PART TO FIX, BUT WE TOLD WE NEED ONLY THE ORGINEL PART. BUT WHAT HE DO WITH OUT MY PERMISSION THEY CLOSED THE COMPLIENT STILL THE PRODUCT DEAD, MANY TIMES I REGISTER AND MENTIONED THIS PROBLEMS TO SAMSUNG AND STILL DIDNT TAKE ANY ACTION, , , , AND THEY CHARGED SME AMOUNT FOR INSPECTION, , ,

            hello sir, This is vijay krishnat kadam I am having mobile samsung galaxy s5 which is having problem with external memory card. my phone is in warrantyy till may 2015 and already given my mobile to the service center on Thursday 9 april 2015.Job reset id is 2658.so nw after 20 days they havent given any update regarding to this.and while trying to contact the service person he is not giving any update on this. so i am requesting you to look into this issue seriously and take the strict action with the concern service center. service center details as per below.               Hai this is srikanth recently i bought samsung mobile model music2 worst mobile i experienced it get continuously restarting if i went to service centre they mention they can't solve (my screen got broken in accident they informed warranty cannot come under damage of device thats fine ) i asked them regarding the performance which iam facing from i bought the mobile from the store what is the use of selling to customers if we face such issues with your product really iam unsatisfied with your product thanks Srikanth

                Reference Number: [protected] My refrigerator started malfunctioning. It was apparently not cooling and everything in the freezer has started melting.The problem as told to me by the engineer was that the defrost cycle was not working. He asked us to switch off the refrigerator for a period of 12 hours. After that he just came and switched it on again. That is it!! The problem was solved.For this I was billed Rs. 449/- The issue did not depend the service persons expertise also and for this is was billed so heavily.

                  i dr anuj chaturvedi, karuna dental clinic, anand nikunj, chaugurji, etawah(206121), U.P., had purchased a split AC on 26th of may 2014 from mishra sales corporation, etawah.that AC got out of order in two months only.i immediatly reported to mishra sales corporation.they did not take it seriously . any how i had to suffer the problem untill summer season got over.in the begining of next season(2015) i again reminded the dealer many a times.then he sent a technician to examin the problem.he took almost 15 days to find out that coil of indoor unit is leaking.after that on my demand the dealer sent an official complaint on 9 th of april 2015 to company.since then almost 20 days hv been passed but nobody solved my AC problem. being a dentist i and my patients are suffering lot of problem due to high temperature .i m really very disappointed with samsung company 's behaviour. i m compelled to go to consumer forum to claim this company.i have started to take consultation from lawyer to take legal action against the samsung company. dr anuj chaurvedi, etawah, U.P., complaint id[protected], mob no-[protected]

                    Dear Customer Care team, I would like to highlight to you, I am facing On & Off while picking up the call after resting to Factory reset. I had given my phone to your one of authorized Samsung service center in Chennai TVS Electronics Limited, I got the update from service center stating that "Samsung Apps Cann't Work" due to hardware issue in the phone...?? I had informed to replace all parts, but I need my phone with fully functioning tested & No response after that from & just extending the days... Please find my Invoice no :[protected] Dt:25/04/2015.                         i buy a new samsung e5 on the 8/april/15. suddenly my phone slip my hand to a bucket of water after that phone was switch off(i think dead). then i goes to samsung care services in Laxmi Nagar Delhi and i told all the issue to the samsung engineer. he told me if you fix this phone that's the approximate cost around 25000. i says that phone value just 16000 then he said go and buy a new phone i'm able fix this phone. i don't know why the samsung hire that kind of non sense engineer. they don't know anything even they are talking with me very rudely. i am very up set with your services.i think i did a mistake to buy a samsung phone.                             Dear Sir, The color which u advertise in ur ad at every mobile shop is not available in the market and even urs dealer also refuse that color. then whats the purpose o[censored]r advt. I am residing in Noida 201301, here in sec-18 a huge market of mobiles but nobody brings that color. This is the company policy? or till date u don't bring that color in market.                               I purchase Samsung LED 32" on 25 April 2015 at 01.00 hrs. At the same time I registered my request for installation of the same. My request registered ref no. is [protected]. Every time your customer care rep giving time, but till the time no service engg has visited. If today my TV is not installed I will replaced and buy other company TV. The same has been prior agreed by the dealer at the time of purchasing. Thanking you

                                I purchased a Samsung Split AC 3-4 years back. This year also I got the AC serviced and when I started, the AC was not cooling. Since was a company fitted AC, sintead og going for a local Vendor, I submitted a complaint for AC not working on Samsung Customer Care on Saturday i.e.25th April 2015, a Saumsung representative (named Ashraf) visited us on Sunday i.e.26th April 2015 and he said that there is some gas problem because of which the AC is not cooling. So he said that another Samsung representative would come on Monday and would check and if there is no gas he would charge Rs.3000 around for gas and if some other problem is there, would charge Rs.8500 for that. But before saying anything, he would first come and check. Today I received a call from another Samsung Represenative (named Imran) and he said that the condersor is not working and he would charge Rs.8500 and he would only visit, once he receives the confirmation from us for the parts. The best worst part is he said that he won't visit before that. and said all this on phone without even checking. 1) So what is the Samsung Company for this. Even a local vednor comes and check and do you think I would just say yes for a part of Rs.8500 on phone. Requets you to resolve this issue on a priroty.

                                  Hi, I have bought Samsung double door fridge on 1 Nov 2013. Fridge stops colling in the month of Dec 2014, I logged a complaint with Samsung and their service repair representative visit my home and stated Gas need to be refill. He refill the gas in the month of Jan 2015 and charged me 1500+, After two days i spoke to service repair representative and he stated this is Ok still i feel that was not colling enough but they make me understand by saying that fridge is running on Optimal mode in winter and if we use it on high cool this will give enough colling. I came in their words but when climate change and summer starts in Apr 15 i observe that fridge is colling but not enough that it can make ice. I again logged a same complaint and again they are asking for the money. Now they are not even understaing the pain of customer who faced problem just completing 13 months time period, and still customer paid the money for repair, How one can pay the same amount with in 3 months if there is gas leakage. If there is gas leakage than that is due to the neglegence of their support personnel Gas refill is the work of support pesonnel customer even doest toches the back side of fridges. I lodge an fir to nearest police station i tried to contact samsung care but they said we can not do that .. Why they can not do that i have bill.. i have copy of complaint & i am the owner of phone.                                         I upgraded to a Samsung S6 but am regretting ever doing it. My experience with a Samsung product is BAD BAD BAD . We bought my daughter a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 for school purposes BUT it has been in for repairs 3 times already in 1 year. 2 years ago I upgraded to a Samsung S4 but I did not have it for 7 days and it started giving me problems. I have had to take it back to Vodacom 2 times already as the cellphone becomes hot. It is in the repairs at this very moment as it just switches off. When upgrading I did not want to upgrade to a Samsung cellphone again but my husband and son kept saying that I should BUT honestly I regret doing it as just as with the S4 the S6 has gone back to Vodacom before having it for 7 days. What upsets me the most is that I am without a phone at this very moment. I asked Vodacom whether I could rather upgrade to a S6 Edge but was told that I would then have to pay an about of over R2600 which I don't have.
