Sir/Madam,
My name is Rejil Raj( I am also a bank staff & business man). On 29.10.2011 I bought a Samsung GT-B7722 mobile(IMEI No:[protected] Model no:GT-B7722) from Univercel,but unfortunately my phone having lot of problems. First time, I can't access/connect to internet through pc &second one is 8GB memory card is not supported & third one is Ear speaker is complaint.I reported complaint over the phone within 2days.But after 7days, I surrendered my phonefor repair to Samsung authorised service centre(complaint no:[protected] centre name:M/s server and clients hardware solutions,sasthamangalam,trivandrum, kerala Ph:[protected]-Contact person Mr.Joys) for repair.But they can’t able to rectify the problem.After complaining to the Hnble.Consumer Forum,one of the samsung executive Mr.Mahesh(Mob:[protected] -Complaint No:[protected]) call me and directed to submit another service centre located in Sreekanteswaram,Trivandrum (contact person Mr.Baiju-Mob:[protected]).After a long time they clear my issue.But some days after again I can’t access internet eventho my phone(if I restarted my phone,then we can use internet for some minites,then it becomes hang,then an error message showing).Again I submitted phone to Sreekanteswaram service centre(Complaint no:[protected]) for repair.But they are not able to clear my phone’s problem,they tell me that, may be its from mobile service provider’s problem(it is not a service provider’s problem if I use different SIM that’s same message is showing).So I collect my phone from service centre (without rectifying the problem).
Sir,I need Justice,most of the time it have lot of complaints.I lost more than 50,000/-through this phone(I can’t access internet,so I lost my construction work& two times I lost my memory card worth Rs.1000 while submitting time ).I demanded for replace the phone but they are not willing,their service is very poor(behaviour also).Sir,I need justice,I don’t need this phone I want to replace with new one,because it have a lot of problems(from the purchase time it had lot of problems,I submitted 4 times to repair with in this 1 month time frame and I visited the service centre more than 12times). So please take necessary action against this.
