we have purchased a mobile model no E2652 CHAMP DUOS vide inv no.msidg /16074. dtd 16-10-11 in MEMMO GLOBAL COMMUNICATION PVT LTD, DABAGARDENS, VISAKHAPATNAM, after purcahse of mobile as we faced the above complaint for many times, we have given the mobile to your serivce centre many times viz., samsung service centtre, near C M R CENTRAL, for doing needful, unfortunately we have found very bitter experience with the same centre, why because as on date the same mobile is not working well, therefore, we request you to give proper guidelines to get service with warranty or REPLACE PIECE very immediately under intimation to us, MATTER IS MOST URGENT AND SERIOUS.

samsung/s5603 — not repairing
I had given my Samsungs5603 to Mastercare Services, Chincpokli, Mumbai (Authorised service centre of Samsung Mobile) as it had some problem ).On 25/04/11 they had told us that they will get back to us in 2days. On 27/01/11 when we called they said that its not yet ready and you will get it on 29/04/11. When we called there on 29/04/11 they said that its not ready yet.again they ask one more week . Even 09/05/11 they replied that it not yet repaired
Already more than two weeks has passed but they are not repairing . I guess I did biggest mistake of my life by buying Samsung Mobile going to the Samsung Service centre. why do you keep this irresponsible service center please save your goodwill yourself otherwise you lose your customers
Please help me to get my mobile repaired
