my name is victor prakash. i purchased one mobile of Samsung model 3303 champ on 30/05/2011.
i got one year warranty on purchase but the day when i purchased thereafter its not working properly
then i reported the problem to shop were i brought. the shop manager sent to Samsung service center
i got mobile after 15 days which was not mine,then i told shop manager ( magnet Sion Mumbai). that its not my mobile
then checked and said yes not yours then again he send the mobile to same samsung service center they told yes made
a mistake its not your phone. again they gave me some other handset.
which again got problem of same which was before that is after 1st month ends.
see, the day purchased from then till now its creating huge problem , purchase a new phone how can it repaired every month
every month i have to submit the handset with service center that they make even worse .

i feel i have been cheated by the shop where i brought and the samsung service center , because they changed my original handset i gave to repair .but its a new one i brought on 30 may.2011 and it got problem on 6 june.

      i have purchased netbook of samsung in sep only but before one month it got some problem so i contacted customer care they are so rude and they are not even ready to service it as they said we have to visit theoir centre twice the company products are very bad and even customer care centers too. they stole the guinine things and put duplicate inside so kindly don,t even try for samsung

      Samsung — bad service of customer care

      Dear Sir
      I am very sorry to inform you that what I have experienced after buyiing smsung washing machine 11 months back is really patehetic. Almost 10 days back I registered a complaint call and got the complaint no-[protected] but even after repeatedly making calls on daily basis no body turned up to address the problem.Now if this is the situation how would anybody recommend others to buy the product.

      please see if anything can be done at the earliest.

      Samsung Customer care — Bad Service

      Hi,

      I I requested for my windows AC to be serviced on Samsung Customer Care number on 05th June 2011. The request was registered with BP no [protected]. It was told that person will come by 8 am next day. (I had called around 9 am). The local contact called me next day around 11 am that they will be coming for service in an hour’s time. Finally they arrived around 5 PM.

      Without taking out the AC out, the technician told that AC is in very bad shape and looks like not serviced for many years (he mentioned 10 year). He told that looks like it is rusted from back. When it was told that it is only 18 months old and already serviced around 6 months back, he was not ready to accept the fact that it was only 18 months old.

      After bring it down, he told that gas has leaked and some part needs to be changed. He denied to do service since it has a lots of issues. We should not tell that they have screwed it. On forcing to do service, they put some water around and put it back. While putting it back, they have not fitted it correctly. When it was told that it is not fitted correctly, the person told that your window frame is defective.

      Even the connection to stabilizer was loosely connected and we need to get it addressed.

      In nutshell, these guys were only interested in making money and hence trying to create problem. Very pathetic service and behavior of the technician.

      I want Samsung customer care to look into it and get it addressed.

        I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine top loading mode (WA80E5L) on 16th July 2011. It was installed on 20th and the very next day there was a problem of very high vibration while the machine was in motion.
        I raised a complaint and the technician came to check it after 2 days then he said he would require some other technicians help and he returned after another 2 days with the another person, they fixed the machine at home and went.


        In four weeks time the same problem got repeated again. I called the customer care the person came after 2-3 days and he fixed the thing and went.


        On 5th October I raised another call (reference Number [protected])at the customer care center as now the vibration was again back and also this time the Spin and rinse were not working properly. In Fuzzy mode, it will do one rinse and then stop with an error noise. If we do manually rinse and spin, the spin will not work, sometimes the water inlet will not happen at other times the spin will just be too slow.
        This time the field technician came to our house after 3 days and then he said he that the machine has to be taken to service centre. He said the service centre people will come next day morning, I called Kumar the next day he said the call was transferred to service centre people and I was to contact one Mr. Devendra.


        I called Devendra, he said he will sent the driver to pick up the machine, the driver came after 2 days on 14th night. He took the machine to the centre and on Saturday (15th Oct) I got a call asking me to repeat the complaint. I told the person the problem, he said the machine will be repaired and sent in 2- 3 days i.e by Monday(17th) or Tuesday (18th).


        I got the machine on 17th evening. This is what I noticed
        1) The Machine had scrathes on one side. This was 2 month old machine, but now looks like 3-4 yeard old machine.
        2) The Same problem of spin and rinse not working in Fuzzy mode still remains and Spin is veryslow.


        Today I called the service centre and talked to Mr. Gauri Shankar and he said he will send his technician to check the machine. He says, during the time of observation at the service centre there was no problem. What observation was he doin?
        After 3 hours I get another call from Mr Devendra asking me, is the machine working fine? When I told him the problem exists, he says that he will send his "senior Technician" to my house.

        From all this I conclude that the after sales service of Samsung is very bad.
        Also, they sell bad machines and I have one demand from Samsung India.
        I need my Washing machine replaced, it is now full of scratches (probably from improper transport of the machine). This is just a 2 month old machine and it is looking like 3-4 year old machine

          Auto Restarting, Hanging, Slow performance, Task manager open and End all applications, Voice not audible, Over heat

          Dear Sir
          I have bought Samsung B7722 in Sangeetha Mobiles Rajakeelpakkam, Chennai on 2-9-11. On 3-9-11 i observed that auto restarting problem in mobile. On that day the person from Sangeetha mobile told me to go to service center for software updating but due to their printer problem they provided the bill on 16-9-11 only.After that i went to service center (Mobile India, Tamabaram Sanatorium) on 24-9-11 for software updating but the problem not solved. Again i went to the same service center on 14-10-11 for the same problem,results processor board need to be replaced.
          Today 17-10-11 the Samsung service center Techno care in tambaram also conformed the problem that processor board need to be replaced.
          It is atrocious that need replacement of processor with in one month of the mobile purchase.Again i went to Sangeetha mobiles, i enquired about replacement but the same persons irresponsible hard speech was not good.

              Samsung GT-7722 problems

              1. Security lock is missing, for the mobile at the initial page of the mobile. Everyone can access to the mobile or may call.
              2.during operation of application lots of time,
              Messages come by mobile
              NOT ENOUGH RESORCE CLOSE SOME APPLICATION,


              3. MUSIC PLAYER not playing and messages comes file has incorrect data,
              Rested by number of ON/ off of the mobile.

              4.mobile office reader- very hard to read my documents, bez of improper zooming of page and scrolling is very difficult.

              5. number of times mobile hangs up, and some time operates in delay response of touch screen.


              I paid 10,200 rupee for this but not happy with the product.
              If possible kindly replace my set with the other Samsung mobile. With the current market price value of b7722.

              Samsung B7722 — False Features - I lost 10000(Cheated Me)

              Dear Team!!

              i have purchased Samsung B7722 Duos Cost 10,250 in Sangeetha Mobiles Ameerpet Hyderabad
              this mobile completely false features am not getting batter backup at-least 1day.
              phone always hang up
              they have mentioned in Samsung website that facilities not available in Handset
              kindly raise a complaint against Samsung B7722 to block that mobile

              Atleast some other people never take this model

                I happened to visit Samsung service center during current year. I was encountered with irresponsibly behavior mentioned as under -

                1- Once I reached the service centre at 9.30 AM in connection with mobile service. The store keeper of centre said that the time of centre is 10 AM. He belied me as the time is 9.00 AM.

                2- I happened to visit service centre on 11.10.11 at 3.0 PM. The mechanic said to me to come within one hour for repair of set Galaxy fit.I returned after one hour to the service centre. The mechanic informed me that I have not yet examined the set. In this way, he did not behave me in befitting manner. It is really disgusting that Jind centre is providing poor service to the customers.

                  i have purchased GT-S5570 samsung galxy pop android version on[protected]. bill number 81R1104017 from lotus(unit no. 16,city mall 36,1st floor,G.E. road[NH6], raipur.) . i have submitted my mobile to the service center(service center[protected] near ppt college,durg on[protected]. The mobile was held by the service center for 1 whole day but none of the work was done. The mobile has the following problems- 1)- the mobile gets excessively heated before the mobile battery gets full charged. 2)-the mobile battery gets discharged in just around 15-20 hours even when nearly full charged. 3)-i wanted to know as to how i can activate my mobile tracker.
                  kindly guide and solve these problems as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased a SAMSUNG MONTE. For the past 1 month, my mobile had a lots of complaints. I took it to the service centre(ASIA ELECTRONICS, R.S.PURAM). I gave the mobile repeatedly for three times again & again but the problem was not at all solved. The response from the service engineer was also not proper. Whenever I go, I see many peple figgting there. This is the WORST SERVICE CENTRE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

                    very anxiously i want to inform that i gone through bad experience while i was at samsung service center,gwalior(M.P).actually my samsung monte mobile touch pad was not working, so i visited service center.but sevice excutive didnt treat me properly and also claimed 1100 for repairing of my mobile, although my mobile is under waranty period.
                    i want to clarify that in no condition my mobile had fallen or suffered through water so that waranty can be violated,but then also he refused to repair.looking for appropriate action regarding this issue Thanking You

                    STILL WAITING FOR ANY RESPONSE AFTER MORE THAN 4 MONTHS OF COMPLAINT.
                    I have purchased a samsung 21 slim model color TV in july 2008.I lodge a complaint having complaint no. [protected] in the month of february for non working of the television.An engineer visited and told that the IC No. 1215 is damaged and assured us to repair the same and quote 500-600 rs. as repairing cost.I again logded complaint on 4th april 2011.But after calling again and again the engineer replied that the above said IC is not available in stock so I have to get change the whole mother board which costs around 2500/-.When I Talked to customer care they provide me the Number[protected] of Mr yogesh (Manager) -service centre-faridabad .But the telephone no. was out of service.When again i call to customer care they promised me to arrange a call back from service centre as they said that it is the service centre who will guide me .When i received a call back from service centre Ms. Indu told me that service centre has no resposiblity for the same and it is samsung india who will help me in this concern and gave me the Contact no of Mr. Jitender(ASM-sales) [protected]).But still no satisfactory respose from any side.I want to know why i will pay Rs. 2500/- The fault is of samsung as the part is out of stock from their end

                    There is anything to do with the staff there in Asia Electronics. The entire network of Asia Electronics has been like that. It's one of the worst Samsung service centers here in coimbatore. We can't go anywhere else. This fraud guys are always doing like this and i tried informing Samsung customer care almost 10 to 20 times, but they haven't taken any action against these guys. Starting from Manager to Service manager to service engineers, all are big time frauds. They never respect customers. They treat you like a beggar if you phone them more than 2 or 3 times. It's useless. If you are in Coimbatore, don't buy Samsung products until this Asia Electronic thing gets out of here. I don't know how many people will still face the same problem because of these frauds.

                      Dear Sir,
                      On behalf of my mother in law (Barati Amma ) I am writing this . She had purchased 1 microwave oven MW 71E from nandilath G Mart in Thrissur in last month(Aug) and it was working .but the turn table of the equipment fell down and broken . For a new item to get from the shop they seems least bothered and until now no support has shown from their side . The equipment cannot be used without this particular item . they always tell a vague reply to wait till next week after next week etc . Any substitutable for this item also acceptable to us.
                      Hence I want to lodge a complaint on the offence of service provider of SAMSUNG home appliances located at THrissur.

                        MY SAMSUNG PRODUCT HDD, MODEL- SPO 842 N , Serial No: 353311CLC63343 due to bad sactor and sound problem for replace it was given to "" shree syam customer satisfaction,ALWAR(Rajasthan)" which was in guarantee period. After making several approach they told me that your product has been sent to jaipur[Raj] on date[protected] for replace. In jaipur when i made contact Mr. rajesh whose no. is [protected] who told me that your product has been sent to delhi for replace.and refused to give any contact no of delhi.

                          I bought wave 2 on sept 3rd 2011 then i had problem in the touchscreen and i submitted it to service center they told me they cant repair it because parts were not available so they told me they will refund me all the amount back through cheque within 14 days but i still not get my refund cheque though they had put a request for it and now it has past more than 22 days my bill # is [protected].

                          I request you to take strict action against samsung mobiles india asap.

                          Samsung — Refund Cheque not received

                          Below is the long email trail of the issue, finally Techno Care @t.nagar confirmed that cheque has been dispatched from their head office two week back, but after that there is no call from them. If I stepped into their office, they say that they have not received their cheque in their branch.


                          Is there anyone who can carry forward this to the next level of escalation and get this resolved, before I get into law. I could not waste much time on this and no updates from no one. When I stepped into Techno care two weeks back, Techno care people confirmed that cheque has been dispatched from main office and asked me to come and collect on last saturday. But when I stepped in to their branch, they claimed that they have not received the cheque in their branch. I dont understand how come there will be so much delay receiving the cheque and whenever I call techno care(t.nagar), they are not picking up the call and disconnecting the call. I dont know what is the issue here and its almost a two months now since refund process has begin.

                          Please read the below email trail first and give me a solution for getting the replacement handset or money back. I am ready to escalate this issue to anyone, who is a Senior Manager India , VP(Mahesh Krishna?) or CEO(Jung Soo?) to get a solution ASAP. In short, I bought Galaxy S GT-I9000 on April 1st 2011. Within 2 months, the Ear Jack was not working and customer service center people replaced the Ear Jack but even then it was not working. Then they said that mother board was gone and it needs to be replaced, I am not at all happy with solution given by service center here. Please let me know, is the mobile costing Rs. 25,000 has life for only two months? I am really disappointed here and I did not want to go with replacing mother board but I wanted a replacement handset for the faulty handset. When I checked with Customer Care, they asked me to check with one more service center before going replacement. So I gave my mobile to Techno care, T.nagar. They had my mobile for 3 weeks and only on 27th they gave the mobile back after several visits by me every week. They said they have changed the ear jack and everything is fine, but when I came home, I noticed that OS version has got changed. Then I suspected and checked the IMEI and it has got changed, they have the changed the mother board without my CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE. I WANT TO REITERATE HERE THAT I DON'T WANT MOTHER BOARD REPLACEMENT BUT REPLACEMENT. BECAUSE I BELIEVE SAMSUNG IS NOT SELLING SCRAPS FOR 25000 AND I DON'T WANT TO BE AN TO BUY SUCH A SCRAP FOR 25000 WHICH WILL LAST FOR JUST TWO MONTHS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHOM I SHOULD ESCALATE TO GET THE REPLACEMENT. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH AND CAN'T WAIT ANY MORE. I don't know how they can change the motherboard without my knowledge, now it seems only the display is from my original mobile and everything has been changed. Now if I go to the service center, there is high possibility that they can claim that it was not under warranty itself as the IMEI # is not same as in the bill . It is really worst that changed the motherboard without my knowledge and no proof was given on behalf of it. What is the proof, that it was a new motherboard? It could be something taken from another faulty set. The mobile is overheating now than normal and Proximity sensor is not working, I don’t know what else is faulty. I cant walk to the service further. I HAVE STEPPED INTO SERVICE CENTER FOR ALMOST 7-10 TIMES THIS MONTH ALONE AND CANT WASTE MY TIME FURTHER IN THIS ISSUE. I WANT A REPLACEMENT, PLEASE ROUTE THIS EMAIL TO THE PROPER PERSON, BEFORE I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER LEVEL.

                          I bought GT-I9000 on 04/01/2011 and it was working fine for two months without problem. However after two months, all of a sudden, one side of the ear phone had very less volume. I tried different ear phones and found that the problem is with the Ear Jack. When I took it to the Service Center , Hi - Tech solution - Anna nagar, they checked the phone and asked me to come after 4 days as the ear Jack was not available. And after 4 days they replaced the jack and with out even checking the phone,they gave it back to me. When I checked there it self and i found that the issue has not got resolved it. Then I had to make little fight there as I dont know how they can return the product with out checking whether the issue has got resolved..? When I asked for reason, they told me that it was my fault, because they said that it was I who said Ear jack is not working , I felt this blaming game to be stupid. So do they want me to mention it as Ear jack partially not working or Right side Ear phone has low volume because that is faulty and this is faulty.... blah blah blah all technical stories in my complaint. I am taking the phone because of an issue, its there job to analyse the cause of the problem and resolve it. However I just dont like fights, so I stopped and gave the phone back to them and asked them to check and respond properly with correct solution. They checked the phone again and told me that Mother board needs to be replaced. I AM REALLY NOT HAPPY HERE.. MY PHONE IS JUST TWO MONTHS OLD AND IF THE MOTHERBOARD ITSELF IS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, I DID NOT WANT TO GO FOR IT. BECAUSE THE MOBILE COSTING 25,000 BREAKS IN JUST TWO MONTHS WITH MAJOR COMPONENT(MOTHER BOARD), I WANTED AN REPLACEMENT HANDSET AND NOT REPAIRED FAULTY HANDSET. So when I checked with the customer care to proceed further for replacement, they asked to me to check again with one more service center - Techno Care, T.nagar, Habibulla Road. I just wanted to give a try so I gave the phone to Techno Care before ten days. They gave a deadline 15/06/2011 which is actally long time. When I went to the service center, they said it has not got resolved and asked to me come on saturday(17/06/2011). When I went today, they are still saying Ear Jack is not yet arrived and asked me come on Monday. I wonder how many days its gonna take and even after replacing the Jack once again, they will again come back and say it was a motherboard issue and mother board needs to be replaced. And by the time they actually find the issue, I believe my warranty itself end. This is really more frustrating for a customer who buys high end products of Samsung. I am ready to escalate this to any higher hierarchy. Route this complaint thru proper channel and I want a solution AsASP. REMEMBER THIS PHONE IS WITH ME FOR TWO MONTHS AND 1 MONTH(CURRENTLY) IN THE SERVICE CENTER AND NO SOLUTION. LET ME KNOW WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT FOR A HANDSET REPLACEMENT.

                            I Martand P. Deshmukh (Age 60) state the following:- My samsung TV 32" was having trouble and was not working properly. TV was brought from abroad and its guarentee period is over. I called customer care No. [protected] and told them regarding problem of my TV. I recieved a phone call from local service center, a person visited my house saying that they need to take it to workshop since it can not be repaired on the spot. next day on 20th september 2011 they took my TV and charge Rs. 650/- as labour charges. later on I am communicating with them regarding my TV. most of the time I found busy line. when I could get in touch with them, they have differents reasons. Thrice I called customer care too and told about same. since last saturday they are telling me that it will be deliver at your place after 5:00 PM. Till date there is no proper reply from them, and TV still with them. on 30th september they told me the estimate of Rs. 6700/- and I agreed. Yet I did not get my TV and no proper reply from them. Kindly do the needful and help me.

                            Samsung TV — tv fault not been corrected since 9 months

                            hi, i am rupinderbawa i bought a samsung slimfit tv 32 inch in sept 2006. i developed a snap in aug 2006 in warranty . the picture went dead. i called thee complaint office and they took the tv for repair and then told me that the circuit are burned and will be replaced but are not available .they marginally corrected the fault and delivered the tv to me saying that they will take the tv when the PCB (circuit) will be available. waited for one month and then lodged a fresh complaint. took the tv and kept it for good 5 months cos i wont take delivery f defective tv. then they called and said tv is ok and went to the service centre and saw that it was not woeking properly. refused to take the delivery.
                            then they told me that the parts for its repair are not available in india.
                            their official contacte me in march and said we will replace tv but since this is a model which has been discontinued we will give u a lcd tv of equal cost.but will take i month.
                            now it has been about 2 months and no news of the tv. called them again and now they have gone back on their promise that they will replace tv. saying that they will reimburse the amount.

After so much of Telephone talks and mail communications with Samsung customer care service and also their service center till date I didn't get my TV back. The last telephone call to Mr. Bhavesh, on 21st. October assured to return my TV.next day saying that its unable to repair. Please take the matter seriously and do the justice for my complaint.

                            I agree withe Mr. Martand, even my Samsung TV 22" was repaired by Kalpataru Services on 10the Oct 2011, but after repair next day I found that my colour TV has become black & white. Also theere are some absurd colour rings appearing on thee picture. When I tried to contact Mr. Suhas (who repaired my TV) he was eitheer not reachable or did not respond to my calls. Calling Samsung service centre is useless as nobody responds to calls. Yesterday luckily Mr. Suhas picked up thee phone but he is not in town so he gave me Mr. Bhavesh's number and told me to contact him. Mr. Bhavesh assured me of rectification yesterday. But after theat he is not responding to our calls.

                            Please help. Samsung is not providing proper service due to which lot of time is being wasted in getting thee rectification done.

                            Finally yesterday 2nd Nov.2011 so called Samsung service center return my TV doing nothing. Felt shame about such companies, they advertise their products with such zest, ppl are getting attracted. Important thing I wish to mention perticularly that service center has not done any repair and return my set. I was facing a trouble in my TV at the time of switching ON/OFF.I use to get vertical lines on screen and no pic, after switching ON/OFF several time suddenly it start working. This was our regular routine and we watch all the channels properly. Any time the set is switch OFF we have to do the same thing again and again. For this trouble TV was given to service center. on 20th september 2011. I dont know what experiments they did but I am not been able to start my TV even after switching ON/OFF many many times. Just same trouble forever.

                            Please help and let me know what to do.

                            Its very true Mr. Martand. I think this Kalpataru Services is of fraud peoples. I also got the same experience. One person has came in evenning around 7 ocklock evening. He just open the tv screws from back cover and again fixed the screws doing nothing. Said tomorrow we will take this tv to our office.He collected Rs. 500 from me doing nothing. During doing all this that person is calling to someone continuously pretending discussing serious issue. Means he was not at all knowing anything about the work. Next day I got call from Kalpataru saying your panel got problem & it will cost Rs.22000/- where as my tv set at present got very minor problem.
                            I think its a fraud people loting the customers. How shall we go ahead shall we lodge police complaint against this?

                              Since 10 months i have lots of complaints with this phone.From the 3rd or 4th month itself it started

I'm not at al satisfied with the service of this product i want a compensation or relief against my loss. I want Replacemrnt of the set otherwise I have to go consumer court. Kindly look into the matter and consider the grievience o[censored]r customer.I expect a good response and action against my complaint from such a reputed brand.

                              With reference to above, I wish to state that all along, we have been using Samsung Mobile
                              phones in our family and we were quiet satisfied with the perfomance of the mobile sets. Continuing
                              with the same, I purchased my latest mobile set Model No: Samsung-B3313 a.k.a. Corby Mate
                              on 21.10.2009, after going through the features of the new addition of your range of Mobiles.

                              * Navigation key not working properly. Down Key has to be pressed with more force (almost 5 times harder);
                              * Wallpaper can't be changed because it gets hanged;
                              * Malfunctioning of the sliding part;
                              * Silent mode gets stuck when we press the # key. The vibration continues.

                              I request that before introducing new models, proper R & D and other quality tests are done properly, so that
                              customer gets proper satisfaction and value for its hard earned money.

                              We have purchased the above noted microwave Oven from Great Eastern Invoice no : DH/CM/18781/09-10 Dated : 20.03.2010. Within a Year we have called your service engineer thrice. We were lucky that the problem took place within a year , or we would have to spend more than 3000 Rs. for its spare.
                              Now last evening again the Microwave stopped working . This time we request you to kindly get the Complete set replaced . There's definitely something wrong with the Oven.

                              Samsung — ear is paining while speaking

                              I purchase Samsung corby TXT. Samsung people repared two times. I am getting some kind of pain and uncomfortability at ears while speaking on mobile phone.

                              I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG PHONE SGH-F400,WHICH IS HAVING LOT OF RADITION. PHONE GET WARM/HOT AFTER TALKING FOR 3 OR 4 MINUTES. EAR GETS PAIN WHILE TALKING IN THIS PHONE. VOICE IS NOT CLEAR , VOICE GET BROKEN. IF I RECIVE CALL WHILE WORKING WITH COMPUTER MY MONITOR WILL SHEVER / DISPALY GETS DISTRUBED. EVERY IT IS TO BE CHARGED, ELSE BY NEXT DAY FIRST HALF BATTERY WILL BE LOW. MY USAGE WITH MOBILE IS ONLY 15 MINS PER DAY WITH OUT ANY OTHER USAGE SUCH AS AUDIO, CAMERA, ETC STILL BATTERY GET DISCHARED IN 10 HOURS.
                              one good thing with this phone is audio clarity for music is really good. i appreciate its audio clarity for music. but as a mobile phone i canot advise. it is not user friendly for games, sms, ring tones etc. take care

                                I have purchased new mobile GT-55670last month. Initially battery was working for 2 days, but since last 2 weeks i have to recharge withing 12 to 15 hours even though the usage is reduced. I contacted your service center at Akota but without looking to the device I was asked to keep it for a day. can you give me some tips or parameters which I can look it in to mobile, some kind of first aid. Since my father is sick and hospitalized keeping mobile device for a day is not possible.

                                  I biought a 47" Samsung LED TV for 97000 from VIjay sales on 5 June 2010. 10 days ago it stopped working. Sampsung's engineer told me that a board would need to be changed and I had to pay as it was out of warrantly. No problem. It has been 10 days and yesterday I was told that they cannot find the board. so what am I supposed to do?? keep waiting indefintely?!! This is a lousy product and everyone should stay away. stick with simple LCD TV where they have spares and it is half the price of the LED.

                                    Samsung 28 litres (M-1031 L) micro oven purchased on 05/02/08 from Raipur Electronics Pvt.Ltd Bhowanipur, Kolkata, (Tax Invoice no- 3111) in the name of Mr. D. Mukherjee. The micro oven started facing problems since August 2011. The Samsung Service Center Executives failed to address the problem. They also failed to provide any replaceable parts for the oven. Now they are saying that they will return only 34% of money on no basis. They claim to not have the parts for the micro wave oven. However when the Oven was purchased it was the latest one in its category, with convection & grill. If SAMSUNG CORPORATION fails to address defective parts, why should we suffer? Was the device only sold for 2 years usage? If the parts are not available why should the consumer suffer??? I want answers

                                      We have purchased one Samsung 46 inches LED on 17th February 2010. We reported for the first complaint for display not being ok on the left side, after 4-5 months of the purchase, the engineer from Samsung visited and reported that the set is working fine and we should not worry.

                                      The second complaint was opened again some time back in March/ April 2011 for black lines appearing in between on the left side top corner on the 46 inches LED TV set. The engineer(Bhushan Mishra) visited and said that there is some problem with the tekon(excuse me if the spellings are not correct) board which needs to be replaced. He also mentioned that the cost of the board will be around Rs. 6000/- which you will have to pay since the 46 inches LED TV is out of warranty. We talked with his supervisor which is Mohd. Ashraf who also mentioned the same. He mentioned that only a 10% discount can be given for the part.

                                      In between the display problem aggravated and now half left side of the screen is super imposed with black lines in between.

                                      After 1 week we called Mohd. Ashraf he said that the part needs to be requested and is currently not available, we told him to request for the part and replace it when available. Later again i contacted him after 1 week since i am only available during weekends. The part as per him was replaced for another customer and hence a new part was requested again. At last when the part was available with him he told that as during month end inventory cannot be moved out so you may have to wait for another 1 week.

                                      Finally Bhushan Mishra and Anil came up with Tekon board they replaced it and the same problem continued, at the end they concluded that the panel of the 46 inches LED TV needs to be replaced. The panel of the 46 inches LED costs around 35,000/- as per Bhushan and Anil with taxes as extra.

                                      My father started personally visiting Samsung Service Center in sector-31, Gurgaon. He paid three visits and met Atul Saxena who kept on following his superiors for free of cost replacement. Today he mentioned that upto a maximum of 20% discount can be given for the LED Panel replacement. For which he has generated a letter and has sent by courier.

                                      Rajiv my request to you is to please consider free of cost replacement for 46 inches LED panel based on the sequence of events as stated above.

                                      If we donot get a free of cost replacement we will approach consumer courts. Sorry, but we donot have anyother option available apart from paying 35,000/- as the cost of the panel, which we see as completely unjustified based on the following reasons: (and i would expect if you can answer these in a reply to this e-mail)

                                      Just FYI we were very much satisfied with Samsung products before this case we are having three TV Sets of Samsung. The oldest one which is a 21 inches CRT Tv was purchased when it was first introduced in India, this set was completely untouched for the first 15 years and we were very much happy to have it seeing its display and stability.

                                      1. Does a 1 year warranty on the 46 inches LED TV which cost us 1,40,000 Rs. sufficient and justified?

                                      2. Does the warranty of 1 year gives Samsung a shield from 2 year onwards on the low quality of products? or the life time of Samsung products especially the LED TV cannot be guaranteed beyond 1 year?

                                      3. When an air conditioner of 20,000-25,000 Rs. (bought thru a local shop selling assembled AC's) carries a 5 year warranty on its compressor which is the critical most component, why can't a big giant in consumer electronics like Samsung provide a 5 year warranty on a panel of the LED TV which is very much protected and is very safe?

                                      4. Considering that the 46 inches LED TV panel which is safe and protected thru Samsung designed and certified circuit boards for any kind of abnormalities being developed in the board/ electronic circuitry, it also comes at the end of the loop where the last part of displaying the image is done using it, based on the above why you donot think that it is not a Manufacturing Defect? being in the 46 inches LED TV set from the very beginning when it was purchased and hence should be replaced free of cost.

                                      5. After talking with Harinder from customer care department came to know that there are 100's of complaint cases logged on a daily basis including many for the LED TV panels, does this means that Samsung is selling inferior products and the quality cannot withstand beyond a year?

                                      My time will also be wasted and Samsung might also earn some bad advertisement if i approach consumer courts and other consumer forums.

                                      and Lastly based on the above justifications or reasons i am sure that the apex body will consider and push my case for a complete free of cost replacement for the panel of 46 inches LED TV.

                                      I am very much hopeful of you considering my case as being the rarest and providing me the confidence of continuing my investments in Samsung and its products.
