Hi, I bought the samsung note in 1st week of december 2011. It got hanged yesterday and often gets rerebooted. I went to the the service center located at santacruz west, khira nagar, S.V. Road. the day before at 8 and came to know from the board outside that the store remains popen from 10-7. I again went there at
6:30 pm and saw that the store was closed. When I asked the security person outside the store he said they only accept customers before 6. When I asked to call the manager Mr. Matthew told me that there were no engineers to attend my call. He find even had courtesy to ask me the problem faced by me. This was very rude. He asked me come back the next day. It seems my time dint had any value . This was a very very bad experience from the product and the service. When I called the customer care to complaint about this, they gave me the same answer to come back the other day. They said a technical team would call me which until now has not happened. I regret myself buying a Samsung product .

    we have purchased a mobile model no E2652 CHAMP DUOS vide inv no.msidg /16074. dtd 16-10-11 in MEMMO GLOBAL COMMUNICATION PVT LTD, DABAGARDENS, VISAKHAPATNAM, after purcahse of mobile as we faced the above complaint for many times, we have given the mobile to your serivce centre many times viz., samsung service centtre, near C M R CENTRAL, for doing needful, unfortunately we have found very bitter experience with the same centre, why because as on date the same mobile is not working well, therefore, we request you to give proper guidelines to get service with warranty or REPLACE PIECE very immediately under intimation to us, MATTER IS MOST URGENT AND SERIOUS.

      Hi

      Purchased a Samsung Microwave Oven on 7th Aug'11 from Croma, Delhi (Invoice no. 165796 CSDY). Have been facing problems with it since then.

      Firstly, it did not work and after repeated complaints with Samsung officials they could resolve the problem by the end of Sep'11.
      That time executive said that switches were wrong ??.
      Then some problem occurred in Nov which was resolved by them after mails.

      Again, it has stopped working. My family has been facing problems with the Oven ever since we purchased the same and it breaks down every now and then leading to last minute problems to us.

      Have been following up with Samsung officials regularly to get this damaged Oven changed, but there has been no response from them in this regard..

      Pl suggest as to what action can be taken against Samsung and Tata Croma officials for selling a damaged product and harassing a Customer.

        Hi,

        My name is Prashant Bhoir & i had brought samsung C6712 mobile in Thane.
        Whenever i want to play any video it is showing error as "Unsupported Resolution".
        So i am unable to any video.
        I am very dissapointed by buying such a defective samsung piece which does not play Video file.
        Also, i am not getting Call waitig notification from second sim when i am already in call from first sim.

        I am regretting my decision of buying this Samsung Model.

        Can any of the Samsung support staff address my concerns.
        Otherwise in future i will stop buying Samsung Mobile Handsets.

          Hi

          I have bought a Samsung Window 1 Ton AC in August 2010 and the product was used very sparsely. After one month the functioning of Swing Motor in the AC was completely stopped and the Service centre acknowledged that this is not a common case. Then came the second one, the whole system came to halt just few days after the warranty period , around August 2011. This time the reason is different, The packaging material in the AC (near the fan) was not removed during the initial set up and the same got stuck in the fan blades, thereby bringing the system to a halt.

          Now in Nov 2011, there was a complete ice formation in the AC and the service person checked and the unit was taken to ASC. The Gas leak is detected due to corroded Cooling coil. This is what the ASC claim and the charges for the entire service for changing Cooling coil and refilling the gas is around 6k.

          Its unreasonable that a product brought for 16k and the maintenance for the product in the next year comes around 6K, more than 30% of the Initial Price. Its pathetic to say the least.

          Now, its gone to a level, where there is no spares available and this cannot be repaired, so a depreciated compensation would be given. Please be aware of this and better be safe than Sorry. A Lesson learnt the hard way.

              i bought a samsung monte phone and it does not catch network of any company sim i went to haba telecare faridkot punjab (samsung service centre) and they said we will have to replace mother board and asked me to wait for few days till they recieve it . now even after 16 days they donot have board what should i do they even donot pick up phone [protected] my phone is lying dead what is the use of warranty when it is expired just like this samsung is the worst company

              I have purchased a mobile in August from Citi Centre Goregaon west shop GSM Zone Mobile Sates and Service vide bill no 221 dtd 26.08.2010

              I had already lodged compalint with Samsung Santacruz (khiranagar) Service centre but they informed that there is sweat substance found in the mobile due to which its not working and mother board collapsed and asked for Rs. 3105/- as an estimated repair cost. I do not know how this problem happened and how can my sweat go in the mother board which i am not able to understand which is happening with me for the first time in my life.

              I am a regular user of Samsung mobile and also using Samsung DUOS B 7722 which is not giving any problem.

              I request you to help me in getting the mobile replaced and advise me further course of action.

              The above said complaint is valid. My name is Sunil Kumar and I brought Samsung E2120 from Poorvika Madipakkam on last September 2010. In March 2011, the mobile got repaired. It's just showing the Samsung model no in display and nothing else. I took it to the Samsung Service Centre in Velachery they told that the mother board needs to be changed. They took more than 15 days to get my mobile serviced. Now again the same problem exists. I went to the same service center and asked the people to change my mobile as it is under warranty period. But they told that they cannot replace the set. In the next two months, the warranty will get expired. What can I do if the problem raises again? Also it came to my notice that there are lots of people coming over with this same complaint. Is this mistake from Samsung or Poorvika or the Service Center.

              I have purchased a S III in August 2014. Phone hangs during calls. It was repaired in Dec2014 but no progress. I am fed up within 5 months
              sir i m using samsung product from many years i purchased mobile on 1/1/2015 there was some charging problem but working i approched service center at narina on 12/5/2015 Mr imran told me there is charging jack problem we have to replaced it and its not come in guaranty and cost will be RS400 i said o.k.After 15 min he came out from cabin and asked me they will charge Rs170 if i refused to repair it then itold him why will i refused then he said and he committed to give me repaired phone within30 minute isai ok im waiting ...after 1hrs i approched again imran why he is delaying me...then he told me there is motherboard problem and we have to replace it and cost will be rs 4500 . i was surprised how can he do with me first he told me for charging jacknnow for motherboard and i purchase just 4 months back and dealer told me there is warrenty for 1 yrs .I 100% sure he did something wrong with my mobile inside the cabin.now it is not workin and blank mobilei... i m doctor and i m very old customer please replaced my mobile with new one otherwise i will take some legal action DR NARESH KUMAR MOB [protected]...email add...                 Purchsed Samsung LED 40' 5003 TV from TATA Chroma. The technician attending the installation request got the Installation Performa signed before installation and after that installation of tge TV was not done in a proper manner. Dspite reqpeated complaints, no action have been taken.

                  1. I purchased one Samsung smart TV LED series 5 model UA32D5900VR version No HQ01 serial No-20573ZNBA00757X from Samsung Dealer Chellamani & co, 3 North car street, Chidambaram on 25.10.2011. The TV was installed on 31.10.2011.
                  2. On 09.11.2011 I noticed white patch on the left side of the screen. Since this persisted I informed the dealer who came, saw and informed the engineer of Samsung.
                  3. On 23.11.2011 a lady from Samsung contacted me to find out the work is completed and when I said it was not completed she assured that it will be attended within two days.
                  4. In the mean time I noticed white patches appearing on the right side and centre of screen after 30 to 40 minutes o[censored]sing the TV.
                  5. I was told the problem lies with panel and it has to be changed. They informed me that they can only demand for panel in the first week of December and complete the job by 10.12.2011.
                  6. The complaint number is [protected] date 28.112011 and earlier.
                  7. Yesterday I found TV remote functioning erratically. It requires too much pressure on button to start. I got scared and discussed the problem on mobile with qualified teacher of the branch. They told me that a proper quality check might not have been done properly.
                  8. I am saddened after spending so much of money that I got an inferior product. In fact I was expecting my power point slides can be used with pen drive but that is not possible.
                  9. Your engineer has not visited so far.
                  10. I request you sir, to please send this set for a thorough check to your factory research wing.
                  11. I also request you to provide me with a new set.
                  12. I am not able to get the E-mail address of Samsung Customer care or Complaints.

My safety cover and inner lid broken and I have booked to the nearest service centre at Keonjhar, Odisha before 25 days.                           Complaint of Poor service
                          I purchase a new Samsung champ from P.K. Electronics Pul sudhar, New Akalgarh Basti A.D. Halwara. of Rs.3600 on[protected]. Next day the phone is stop working. And remain in dead condition. I discuss this problem with the retailer but he refused to do something and advised me to go service centre.
                          But according to the rule. If there is any problem occurred in newly purchased branded phone within a week then the company replace the phone to retailer. Then why should customer suffer.
                          Today all the retailers are just making their own profit. Instead they like to give customers harassment. They don't care about how valuable is the time of other person.
                          It is directly effects the image of the company in the mind of customer. The customer just only feel that the manufacturing company is poor.
                          So it is the duty of the seniors of company to do some strict action in these type of cases.

                              Purchased in Oct 2009, Samsung AC for 28500 and same is not working due to leakage in condensor which is a part of compressor. It is surprising that warranty is for 1 year but for compressor it is 5 years. Now because of leakage in condensor in less than 2 years, compressor is also not working. More over, due to leakage in condensor, gas has also evaporated with no fault on my side.
                              I registered online complaint ( no [protected]) and also contacted shop in panvel from where purchased and also service centre and both are denying to repair it free of cost and are asking 5500 for repair and gas filling. Both shop and service centre are not showing any interest and care. Even i complained to senior person in Samsung but he is also asking to get it repaired with some discount of 20% and asking to pay around 4500.
                              Even I asked them to take back Ac and pay me as per policy and service sentre agreed also confirming that company will deduct 22% and refund balance and they will come with cheque and take back AC. But after 10 days they refused and said that company cannot refund and only it will be repaired at cost mentioned.

                              Pl help I am n=in Mumbai and facing lot of difficulty since last 3 months.

                              The leakage problem is there for every samsung AC .I have to get the gas refilled 2-3 times every season. Really bad ACs from samsung and worst customer care

                                Sir i bought the new samsung S5610 mobile handset 1 mnth before...after i started using it i found that in the text messeg here is an option called emoticon..when i am clicking to that the emoticons(face) are not showing..only the list of specific symbols are visible which creates the emoticons..i complained regarding this matter to samsung they told that this phone doesnt support the faces..but when i am going to the option edit image there after going to emoticon option i can see the faces...Thus i need ur suggestion regarding this matter...an early action will make me happy..m waiting for ur reply

                                    The printer was not working properly nearly 1and 1/2 month before and then
                                    I have given it to Mr. Satish Holkar, Nirmala Computer, for repairing purpose. But after nearly
                                    same period of 1and 1/2 month, he has given me this printer by saying
                                    " The printer needs Toner for after every 2 and 3 refilling which is of cost of 3500/- rupees"
                                    In between, I have called nearly 15 to 20 times to this person to have printer.
                                    Now, I have printer but not having the toner replaced as per his opinion.

                                      I purchased an 1 ton Samsung Split A/C during September 2011. At the time of installation itself, the company’s technicians did not fit the AC properly. On my complaint they sent another technician and got it fitted. As per the Company’s policy, it has to send its technician 3 or 4 times during the warranty period to service the AC, but nobody has turned up so far. But to my surprise, on 6th December 2011 I got a call from a Samsung Technician for servicing the A.C. I told him to come on 7th December 2011 but he did not turn up and he came on his own on 8th December, 2011 after 6 p.m. I allowed him to do the service. My point is the Company has not bothered to do the regular service in time. Actually the company has skipped 2 or 3 services on its own. During the March 2012, the warranty period will expire and the company will not bother to listen to my complaints or else, they will charge for every service. The Company has done injustice to me by skipping the regular services, for which they have not even bothered to intimate their failure.

                                      Samsung Split Air Conditioner — Poor After Sales Service

                                      Inspite of lodgeing several request to resolve issue in my Samsung Split Air Conditioner, there is no response to it. The latest complaint lodged 3 days back is still not entertained. There is some manufacturing defect in my Airconditioner purchased during the month of october-november 2009, there is regular one or the other issues in it and every time the service man gives us silly excuses regarding our problem.

                                      Samsung Split Air-conditioner — Poor Service

                                      Last month. I purchased an Air-conditioner [Samsung Split Ac] from a local dealer at Chennai. The dealer had made prompt delivery and arranged to send a technician for fitting. The technician brought a small boy who did every job. I suppose, that boy is not a qualified person and started working on a full scale. While fixing the outdoor unit, they fixed the L angles wrongly, i.e., not symmetrically. With the result, the plastic cabinet of the outdoor unit did not fit well. If all the screws are tightened, the fan is not working. After struggling for 2 hours, the technician removed a screw of the cabinet and said it is o.k. Subsequently, I lodged a complaint with the Samsung India narrating about the problem. Next week, a person from Samsung visited our house and checked the whole unit. He also could not rectify the problem. I only explained him the reasons for the problem. Lastly, he asked me to sign the form of compliance. When I asked him that when the problem is not rectified, how can I sign the form. Then, he suggested me to write that a demo was presented and sign. I also did so.

                                      The problem is that if a person comes from Samsung he should show his identity card first and start the work. On that day, when the technician came with his relative boy, he started working very fast and on many occasions, I had to point out the discrepancies, levels etc. At the time of drilling holes for the L angles, I did not notice about the levels, whether it was symmetrical or not. Otherwise, he could have corrected. I could find only at the last when they were struggling with the unit, as the fan not was working. They fought about for 2 hours and atlas removed the cover of the unit and found that the fan was working. They left the unit and got my signature also. When I asked them, they replied that it wont make any difference as the unit is working well.

                                      To add further, they did not insulate the copper pipes properly with the thermo-col material. Later, when the Samsung sent other person, he also could not identify the defectives. Rather, he suggested that why to disturb the new piece, when it is working, which I felt is correct.

                                      Now the outdoor unit of the instrument is not properly covered with a screw left, and the gaps are visible from outside and the copper pipes are not properly insulated. Both the technician and the representative of the company did not take my grievance seriously.

                                      The Company [Samsung India] did not even bother to convince me. They never felt that it is the question of their reputation. I, therefore, advise all the future buyers of Samsung Products, to think number of times, before buying Samsung Products.

                                        I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note from Croma, Mumbai with great expectations but my excitement soon turned into disappointment. My phone crashed and refused to start within 3 days from date of purchase. Further disappointment with Samsung's refusal to replace the defective piece. In spite of repeated follow up with Samsung, I have not been assured of any definite answer and I don't want a repaired phone.
