I have purchased new samsung mobile phone model number s3770k when i purchased it there was a symbol of samsung apps on the box which stated that it supports samsung apps but when i used it shows it is not supported. I argue to replace my phone with a supported one or give me refund.

    I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE MODEL GT-S5233S AT CROMA, DELHI DOMESTIC AIRPORT vide receipt no.008580 on 23.04.2011 under guarantee for one year.
    the mobile phone serial no. RW6B341236M AND IMEI No.[protected].

    The above phone was kept in charged in the night and in the morning, it was found that the mobile is not getting on.
    gave this mobile to samsung authorised service center name :Asian Telecom on 15.10.2011 and work order no.is 3098.
    The above said service center has communicated to me that the mobile is not under guarantee. the same was complained to samsung web site. but there is no reply from samsung. And i have been cheated by charging Rs.1706.17 vide receipt no.5382 dated 30.12.2011.

    i had this bitter experience with this reputed brand. public are cautioned to be more care full about this samsung branded mobile.

    where as my other mobile brand Nokia is given excellent service.

      I have ordered 1 samsung mobile phone model no: Galaxy Y RS: 7349 through you "letsbuy.com" on dt: 22/12/2011. Today we came to know that the mobile has been delivered in our office by some courier company name DELHI VERY and they have shown the receiving of some unknown person,How it is possible that the guy handover the shipment to some other person without showing his/her identity. its rediculous and unacceptable at all. Need your urgent intervention.

      Your eary reply will be hight appreciable.

        I took samsung galaxy pop on 2nd dec 2011.Its motherboard stopped working..I can jst dial calls but cannot receive any calls..I went in the service centre but they are not responding properly.I told them to replace or give my money back but they are not responding properly.Its Gps sysem is also not working.My handset is with them since past 3 days,i dint receive any call since then.Please takecare of the same.

        Smart Pop — Not responding

        I book Smart Pop machine in Exibition at Thane on 1-5-11. after 2 to 3 days they gives us home delivery & took the balance amount. total price is 1590/- INR. while delivery my Mom & dady was at home as we both r working.
        when i go to home & check that machine, that mchine is not working. from that day i call that agency so many times but they are not attending till date & responding also.

          i have a issue with samsung service center(Tirumala electronics)Guindy.They took my fridge for service weeks back.while taking the estimation given by them is Rs 2500/_
          But after a day they called me and given the estimation of Rs 5000/-.Then i shouted him that estimation shoud be plus or minus 500 how come its 200%. again he reduced it to 4000Rs. i asked him his managers cell no he refused to give.Then he told ill ask my manager to give a call.no manager called me again the same person called me and told that manager has promised that we can do it for Rs3000 to 3500/i accepted to do the service.Yesterday they called me told that your fridge is ready the bill amount is Rs 2850.i am a happy that the bill amount is less than the estimated amout.But after visiting my house only i came to know that it was a worst service from the service point not even painted the tinkered area .service engineer Mr.Suthersan ([protected]) Is not picking my call.i am using a samsung laptop samsung mobile of 4 nos and ac.But i never had a bitter experiance like this.Pls take a action on them and do the needful as soon as possible.

          i am facing a problem with service center.No one responding me.They took my refrigerator on19 dec they promised me that within 2day they return it back but no response from them.i got a call from customer care on 20th dec they told within 48hrs.i called mr suthersan no.[protected] on 23rd he took anand on con call then he promised me will give delivery on saturday 24th dec.again no respose i called suthersan on saturday he use to send a sms that he is not feeling well he send Mr Anand mobile no but it was switched off.then imdly sent a sms to suthersan that i have my card ill buy a new one. pls take care.so i dont want the thing to be delivered thanks for ur help.

          I have purchased Samsung brand on 29.12.11 from your dealer based at Naganallur.Supply took place after a week.
          Commissioning Done after a week.After 15 days fridge become unserviceable and compliant lodged to customer care
          Found gas surged(Leaked out)It was recharged and assured for serviceability but after 30 days again gas had leaked out and equipment not working.After making no. of calls to customer care and service supervisor no response.All the technician visit to inspect site come without test equipment/tools.kindly requested to arrange for replacement of new fridge. As the defect had reoccurred.Compliant made on 18.3.12 till date nobody had turned to make any effort to make customer satisfy.

            I have purchased the above model TV from VASANTH & CO, Chennai in Oct-2009 for Rs.22,700/- and was using this product with full care.

            In fact my usage is average maximum 6 to 7 hours per day and the warranty was for 12 months; however recently in Dec-2011 one day the screen has suddenly turned to not clear view with only audio without any video.

            when called for customer care service a person visited and without checking for the problem mentioned by seeing the problem that I need to replace my panel and it will cost me around Rs.17,250/- how can the company think that for repairs a consumer will pay 80% of the cost after such a short term problem.

              My name is swapnil thakur staying in hubli. I had purchased a samsung LCD 32 inch TV in the month of June 2011.

              The screen developed a vertical line in Oct 2011. When i contacted the cutomer care, the person from samsung came and checked the TV and informed me that one spare part needs to be replaced and it will be done in a weeks time. This took place on 15th nov.

              But the worst was to happen. I have called the person 10 times but every time he gives one or the other reason or switches off his mobile on seeing my number. After that i had again called up the customer care about 10 days back and got an assurance that the problem will be solved immediately.

              But i dont know why there is still no revert frm either the customer care or the samsung service person.

              This is one of the worst services i have faced from samsung. Now i have started regretting my decision to purchase the SAMSUNG TV.

              Samsung — Line appearing on TV screen

              Sir,
              I bought samsung TV model no. CS21S8MEEX/XTC Sl. No. 073332AQ400130 on 01.05.08 from South City (Pentaloon -E zone), Kolkata.
              After one month one thick line appeared on Top of the TV screen. I verified from cable operator and made contact with seller. They suggested me to take help of customer care.
              Samsung people came and rectified this problem with adustment of current, VT etc. and assure not to come same problem. Again after one month it appered and samsung people attended but this time some parts have been also changed. Three months it run well, and after three month it is again seen and that time service center sent so called Sr. Executive, who again reseted the parameter of the programme and went back and suggested that there is spark in supply board that's why parameter of the programme is being changed. I replaced the switch board. Again in end March' 09 same problem faced. I called samsung people to attend the problem with assurance that this will never seen again because of warranty period is being lapsed. They assured that if it appear again, neccessary action will be taken.
              In april month it again appeared and again programm was reseted.
              This repeatedily appeared in May and it has been decided to sent the set to workshop. At the time of receiving TV set they asked me puchase slip that I have but could not handed over because of I was in duty. My relative was unknown about the actual place where it was placed.
              The workshop people showing me estimate for the repair of the set.
              After that I want to make several contact with Senior person of service center regarding this issue because of the problem was so critical then why this descission is not taken earlier and who will be responsible for the lapse of warranty period. They are are not calling me back to convince my queries.

              If you have any solution of this deffective set then kindly rectify it shortly otherwise the it should be replaced.

                I Ramesh manchanda ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) ([protected]) purchased a cell phone of samsung company during february month this year ,but eventually after 2 months the cell phone's touch pannel get hang ,i gave my cell phone to service center to repair but it took a 2 week long time to repair it and handit over to me,but it was just a start,after this my cellphone need to go to the service center for the same problem or the other month after month,sometime i am unable to recieve a call sometime i can not answer it,some time the visual get disturb or sometime the lock button doesn't work, its december now my cellphone touch pannel is still not in a good condition of working ,it still have hanging problem,i generally miss my important business related call because i can not pick them up due to problem in touch panel ,the camera also not working properly .i gave this phone to service center 8-9times for repair but te result is extremely hopeless,my phone is under warrenty period but what is the use of such kind of warrenty?.what will i do after feb month if they are not repairing my phone and not even considering my problem so many times? the service provide bi servise center is really harrassing and its now became a mental torture for me to go to service center every fortnight and then begging them to return my phone and then after 3 weeks recieving the phone with one problem solved but another one as a gift from them.

This is the first mobile that I bought from your brand and this is the worst experience I have ever had of a mobile brand. On 29/07/2011, I have purchased a Samsung mobile phone (SAMSUNG WAVE 2 GT-S8530] from the dealer. After purchasing the phone 15days after the purchase I wants to just change my simcard in the Samsung phone and insert barrettey into phone it automatically on further it when phone is on then its work very slowly..... and hang again and again. and i want to swich off it can"t work. when i pick out the barrettey then its off
                    When I went to the Samsung service center Known as dolly digital which is located at opp of L.I.C buliding near amla tole.I said to the service center I want my phone to be replace I don’t want to be repair they said that for this purpose you have to submit the phone only, he also told that its not possible as a sure. then i told them its not possible it not issuse you made phone on proper way then told me you come to me after 2 days. when i visit them after 2 days then he told me the problem of you is not possible to made in daltonganj service center its have to send ranchi service center, 10 days take time to made phone. he again again give me such time to come.after 2 months i again visit them he told me 5000/- amount is to made for phone because mother board had get damage. i had not get phone now.such type of issue he told me.....

                      Hi,
                      I am Govardhan Boga, have purchased Samsung Mobile Model- GT-B5722 before 6 months ago. From the 1st moment itself the said device is never connected to my PC. I have not only checked my PC and updated the same. But the original problem is lied with Handset cause others handsets (Samsung itself) connected to my PC.
                      I have already checked the handset with Samsung Service Center almost 4 to 5 times but never received any solution. In fact they also accepted that there is defect in handset itself but so far they haven't solve my problem as well not even replace my handset.

                      Really, can I expect the help from Samsung as I am not received any solution to my problem?

                      Can anybody from Samsung will check my issue and resolve it..??

                        I purchased samsung galaxy GT -15503, IMEI NO. 353658/04/176712/8 on 23 july from Raju woner world palwal.
                        I am describing some major problems:-
                        -Restarting
                        -Battery backup
                        -Downloading error
                        -Not updated upward android 2.1 version
                        -Touch not working many times

                        From the starting days i was facing the problem of restarting automatically. I went to service centre they took my complain & update the android version. For 5-6 days it work well & after that the same problem arise. I again went to service station they change the PB board. After that it work well only for 10-15 days & again the same problem arise. Now they are saying that there is no problem & we have updated it. But i am facing the same problem.
                        Please sir, you told me what i should do now.

                        I want to replace my phone with the new phone. As samsung is a reputated company and doing good for customer satisfaction. I hope my problem will be solved in a positive manner..

                          This is sahith.rajalingam. Im from Hyderabad( address: c/o Mr. P.Priyanandhan Rao, 3-3-35, flat no. 102, S V Residency, New Gokule nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabd). I purchased my Samsung galaxy s gt i9003 mobile at planet M-Himayath nagar on date 01/11/2011 and my customer id number is[protected] . I even paid money for insurance on the same day. but its almost 1month and 15 days yet i dint get my mobile insurance. I approached him at least 5 times, but there is no response from him. so please take some action and see that i receive the insurance copy of my mobile.

                            I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Ace mobile phone on 22nd October 2011, the next when I was using the mobile I found that the mobile is having some fault with LCD screen, as I found the issue with outgoing and incoming calls because the screen is was blacking out. So I visited the showroom and they are saying that all the android application will be like this, Sangeetha mobiles karkhana. Again after some days I have given complaints to the call center, they guide me to go to the service center and I visited the service center 3 times with the same problem they are just doing software update and giving the mobile again the 4th time also same problem. I have discussed the issue with shravan and he told that if the problem is big we will replace them mobile, but he is not responding and also he told me to meet kamal service manager secunderabad but every time I go he will also not respond and meet me. This is very bad behavior of the service center personal.
                            I suggest please don’t but Samsung products because I have already faced the same issue with my Samsung air-condition. Please don’t follow these big advertisements of Samsung I feel all Samsung products are like this.

                                I am Sahil Bansal from Ludhiana.My complaint is against the Samsung mobile. I am using the Samsung Galaxy fit(GT-s5670).I was purchased on 5th April,2011.I think Samsung made the worst handsets,because the life of there handsets is very less.after purchasing the Samsung galaxy fit,there is the sensor and mic. problem in hand set after 15 days..on 30/05/2011 i was give to service centre for repair. they said they change the board of the set.. but they can not give the hand set because some work is left...i am hering from last 4 days that the set will give u in 1 or in 2 days....
                                But after complaining they give my handset with in two days.During this time the one of there lady,which was attending the customer calls,she misbehaved with me during the call.

                                But in September the same problem is occur.i was gone to service center to repair.because the same problem is occur they replace my handset.
                                But now from last two days the stereo handset is not working.I was gone again to the service center to check it.First they said there is the software problem.they said that they will update the software of the handset and all the data of handset will delete.I am alloying them to delete my personal data. after that they said they update the software of the handset.but they make me fool,that they update the software, they just do the factory data reset, but not updating the software.after that they said there is the problem of jack of stereo handset in handset.

                                Now I want the answer from Samsung mobile that what is my mistake.my mistake is that i was purchase the Samsung handset for first time.i am handling my fathers business from last 5 years and i have to talk with my customers, delivered order and so many thing.From the date i am purchasing the handset the lot of losses we have to bear because our customer was purchased the goods from others and once the customer reject the order due to no contact with mewe have to bear the loss of 20,000 after resale that lot below the cost of that goods,because i have no handset.I want the compensation for those lose which we was bear. Even the service center was not giving me the standby handset during the period of time the service center was having my handset.this was happen with me two times that the service center not give me the standby for the that the time my handset was with the service center.

                                I want my money back which i was given to purchase it and my compensation amount.

                                  i had purchased a microwave owen , 2 a/c and a fridge from samsung........the microwave is not functional since last two months. i purchased the product from prakash brothers at jabalpur. i filed the complaint and a mechanic visited and told that the PCB has to be changed. since then i am waiting for the change and no one has turned up. its a sorry state of affairs as we with repeated complaints have not yet received a solution.

                                  I purchased SAMSUNG MICROWAVE OVEN last December Model no:-G723V, which is still in warranty, within six months of the purchase of the product its got a problem in it, we not able start the microwave as its start and stop buttons are not working, I called up customer care on 16th June 2008(MONDAY) was been given complaint no:- [protected], I was been told that they would be sending their executive to the check the fault, one of there executive GURMEET SINGH([protected]) came in same day and checked the fault, as its lower buttons(START AND STOP) buttons were not working, as per GURMEET there was a part which was to be changed, he said he would check and will get back to us however he didn’t, I called him back on 19th June to get the status I was been told that the part has been ordered however due to rain its getting delayed, I said I am sorry but i cant wait as there was a get together at my place on Saturday(21st June) and my mom needed it, however the fault was not been fixed and no one from Samsung either bothered to get back to me. I then called up Gurmeet again on Monday
                                  (23rd June) to check the status he said he's out of town and will confirm me once he would be back on Tuesday and also gave me the same old story that the part has been ordered from Korea its still on the way, I was not satisfied with the answer this time so i asked him to provide me his managers name, he then gave me Mr. Rakesh Jha's no([protected]) and asked me to get in touch with him, i called up Rakesh he gave me the same story that they have ordered the part from Korea. by this time i was actually pissed off by getting this story again and again. Today (26th June) its been 10 days no has bothered to inform us that what’s happening on our complaint, however today i called up Gurmeet and told him that either get this part replaced or if not possible for you guys then simply replace our oven and give us new one or return our money back. he said its not in his authority so he would escalate this to his manager and would ask them to get back to me ASAP, however i have not received and call yet. I think the part which has to be changed is coming by BUS from Korea that's why its taking time, every time when i call up them they just say that the part has been ordered and would take one more week, what i am not been able to understand is that where this part is coming from because i don’t think Korea is that far that it would take 15 days to bring the part.

                                  Would request you that if any one is there to help the customers and is able to resolve there complaints, please get back to me and get this resolved ASAP, and help us in getting justice.

                                  Samsung — Microwave not function - Customer Care take you for task

                                  It hardly been a year since i bought Mircowave(CE1032L), last week it stopped functioning. No symptoms.
                                  Immediately I have registered compaint with so called customer care 30308282. its been seven working days, no agent called back for rectification. I have given 3 reminder since then. Everytime I get parrot reply. "Today a agent will call and fix a convient time".
                                  Clear shows
                                  1. Poor quality products
                                  2. Poor customer care
                                  3. Absoultely no commit on words

                                  sir, i have purchased a microwave 8 yrs back, its not functioning now, had launched a complaint with local service station complaint no.[protected] 25 days back service guy had come stating that part to be repaired or replaced is not avlb. n will not be avlb. ever in samsung. i spoke to call center again n with service incharge in conference call he clearly said that the part avalibility cannot be done n is out of service warantee, i remember the microwave i bought was for rs. 25000/- model 118kf(32lts.) if company cannot provide service or parts why should they sell all this proudts, pls. look into the matter seriously as its already to delayed,

                                    But their engineer asked me to solve the problem according to his convenience.
                                    He said that he will come when he will be free.
                                    If samsung is not able to provide the services in lucknow,i think they should stop their operations.

                                    i have registered a complaint regarding spin dryer problem to customer care on 6th may 2010. customer service executive confirmed that the problem will be rectified the same day or maximum next day up to evening. todays date is 14 th may 2010. till date nobody has rectified the problem . i have called more than 20 times during this period. but no use. now i lost my faith in samsung products. if customer satisfaction cannot be kept in mind then what for they are selling their products?
                                    I have purchased a samsung washing machine since Oct. 2010 and after that I found that sometimes spin dryer is getting shakes the washing machine. After I complain the same the service agent told us that it is a normal for every spin dryer.
                                    I am surprised and keep silent, but again now for last one month the same problem is occurring frequently and I am sure it is not normal.
                                    So Pls help.

                                      I bought a samsung on 2010.

                                      It fell down from a distance of not more than 2 feet.

                                      Then it's display not working when charging

                                      Just 2 min backup battery.

                                      Vellore Samsung Service Center engineer advised and change the key pad and display. they charged Rs. 3000.

                                      After that i got same problem.

                                      I submit the service center on 17th July.

                                      After 5 months they no response for my phone.
