I Bought a Samsung LED TV Costing 55k, the guy in change told us that the TV Has the feature of playing the Video via Pen Drive.
I Bought it, but when we saw at home the feature was missing.I Went back again, but now the guy says he didnt told us that we can play Video via Pen Drive. I am left with no option now.i am cheated as that feature was a KEY FEATURE for me.
Kindly Help me on this....

I bought 40" 3D LED TV from Samsung on 22nd July 2011, next day engineer from Samsung visited my home just to hang that TV on wall, i asked him to explain the things and show me 3D in this TV, but he was not aware of how to operate this TV and said some other person will come for demonstration.
I made a note on Job card shown by him, but till today no one reverted from Samsung. I called many times to Samsung call center as well...

Since purchase the sim card is not working regularly and the mobile switch off automatically in between 1 or 2 hours on enquiry from the daler I came to know that the intention of the dealer named below was not good as he is giving us foolish reply saying that you must have inserted the sim in box ment for memory card. Now let me know how it can be possible while seeing over the space which is smaller and no sim card is possible to inserted...

during the warranty period mike of the mobile was not working problem and submitted twice at the samsung support centre. but after one month it is giving the same problem.
