    With reference to these long trailing mails, I am once again disappointed with the poor response from your end just hoping that this would be the last instance, but in vain. After the last update of part being ordered from Delhi as per below mail, I received a call from service centre (on 24/10/11) saying the part was arriving from Kolkatta. Fade-up with these responses I approached the Vijay sales shop (on 25/10/11) from where I purchased the set and urged them to replace it. I was told that it would be done by ‘SAMSUNG’. Also the customer care personnel connected with Mr. Atul from ‘SAMSUNG’, who told that the part was in transit from Noida and would be arriving the service centre on 28/10/11 surely. He also assured me that if the part is not replaced on 28/10/11, ‘SAMSUNG’ would replace the faulty LCD with a new one. The ‘VIJAY SALES’ customer care response was that their role is only of follow-up. Is this what is so called ‘CUSTOMER CARE.’
    Today (28/10/11) on calling the service centre I was told that the awaited courier will arrive at 04PM and I would be contacted thereafter. Even my request to get Mr. Atul’s contact number was rejected. As usual there neither has been any response from the service centre nor my numerous calls are being attended.
    Already my Diwali has gone dark due to these poor & fake response from ‘SAMSUNG’ & ‘VIJAY SALES’. Still hoping that there might be some light in fag end of this season by replacing the faulty LCD set.

    With reference to trailing mails, I would like to bring to your notice that yesterday (21/10/11) Mr.Arvind ([protected]) checked the TV set and informed that one of the part needs to be replaced. According to him this part specifically required for this model would be available and replaced today (22/10/11). Today aftenoon on receiving no call from the engineer, I called him and was surprised to hear that he was on leave and another engineer would be attending the replavement. On calling the service centre, I was told that the part is not available and was ordered from Delhi which would take another 4 to 5 days to reach.
    I am fade up with this response. After a week of facing the problem and continuosly following up with SAMSUNG & VIJAY SALES (who haven't responded) the engineer has visited but with no solution. For a Samsung product which is a new model and purchaesd just 5 months ago, aproblem to occur twice is not digestive. On calling Vijay sales (who had not responded yet) I found that the complain was registered on yesterdays (21/10/11) date whereas my calls from 18/10/11 were never attended. Also it is clear from trailing mail which was sent on 20/10/11. Also Vijay Sales personnel said that the TV set could not be replaced after 5 months. But it can be checked from 'Samsung's record that same problem had occured on 02/07/11. Even then Vijay sales says that the complain was registered just yesterday (21/10/11) for first time. How can we register a complain when nobody attends any call on the numbers provided. Now also after 3 hours of assurance given, I haven't received any response, neither from Samsung service centre nor Vijay Sales.
    What kind of customer support / care is this where the customers TV is blank during the festival of lights???

    With reference to above subject, it is very sorry to inform you that even after continuous follow-up with Samsung India call centre since 18/10/2011 I have not received any positive response or call back as yet. Also nobody is attending my calls, neither at the Samsung service centre numbers provided nor from the Vijay sales shop from where I have purchased SAMSUNG make 26” LCD just less than five months ago.

    Since 13/10/2011 the said LCD TV has this problem. The TV switches on directly (without remote) when mains are switched on, and starts switching on & off all by itself frequently in seconds. This happens continuously with neither the remote functions being operatable nor the TV front touch pad functions are operatable. We are not able to watch the TV even for a single minute. This problem had previously occurred on 02/07/2011, but did not reoccur when engineer visited and from then upto 13/10/2011. The problem to occur with a new model and that too purchased so recently is very pathetic. I doubt whether the problem is with given model?

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      This is to bring into your kind attention that I, the undersigned, having a Samsung colour TV purchased on 15/05/2006, bearing model no. CZ-2158ML5XXIL and Sl.no. 3ZAX704713H, reported a problem with the DVD port in the TV through Samsung customer services and on 17.10.2011, I was duly attended by a representative of M/s Mondal Appliances Service, 87/10, Akshoy Kumar Mukherjee Road, Kolkata - 700090, an exclusive Samsung Service Centre. My T.V was inspected and reported to have a problem with the DVD port in the T.V and I was told that the same will need to be replaced. In this regard, I was charged with an amount of Rs.121.00/- as inspections charges vide cash receipt no. 3752 dated 17/10/2011. Accordingly, my T.V was taken to the service centre on 20/10/2011.

      The very next day (21.10.2011) I personally visited the service centre and I was clearly told that my T.V will be attended and shall be delivered after 3 days (expected to be 24/10/2011). However, since then I have been continuously following up with the service centre with a lame reply of "spare parts are not available" and more disappointing is the fact that they are not also providing any idea when will the T.V be handed over after repair.

      Now, after so much of follow up in vain, I have no other option but to bring this into your kind attention for an urgent action in this regard. I find it absolutely unprofessional and expect a brand like Samsung to have a much more efficient and professional service agents who can help and support your customer base. Customer service is not a mere job, it's an attitude! Being a senior citizen, it is also very difficult for me to physically toil after and follow up on rigorous basis to get my T.V repaired. I have known M/s Mondal Appliances through Samsung customer care and I would hold Samsung as a brand responsible for all my discomfort and unnecessary tension.

      I once again request you to take urgent action in this regard to fix the DVD port in my T.V and ensure an immediate delivery. I shall expect a feedback from your side with a clear commitment regarding the delivery date for my T.V.

          I had purchased one Samsung 3010 phone on Nov 04, 2010. We never opened the phone cover till it stopped operating. On 28-Oct-2011, the phone stopped functioning while charging. It did not turned on again, then we opened the cover remove/re-insert the battery, but still it did not turn on. Then we took the phone to our nearest Samsung service center at Shakherbazaar, Kolkata - 700008. To our surprise they informed that the ticket inside the phone is not present, so they cannot consider the warranty! Now, who removed the sticker, not us! Why should we, what motive do we have? This is just a cheap game to ignore the warranty. The phone is under warranty, and one could easy verify the phone/document by its IMEI number. Yes, they just need to make the phone turn on to verify it. Can't we expect this much from a service house of a reputed brand like Samsung. Till now I have used over 4 samsung mobile sets including Android phone, and I like this brand. But the way Samsung service center behaved, will definitely make me think twice before going for this brand again. They just cheat their customers.             It is very disappointing to bring to your notice that my device got a deep scratch on the glass screen with a fall from just half a feet. In a device where I have invested Rs. 31000 and knowing Samsung's reputation, it was least expected that a phone glass (which as per Samsung guidelines has Shockwave feature and gorilla glass) developing a scratch on the screen from just half a feet fall. Before purchasing Samsung Galaxy S2, I was informed through Samsung website and promotional team that this device is indeed a durable one. So to have a deep scratch on the glass screen from just a minor fall is really disappointing and against your promotional stance.

              Purchased Samsung Split air Conditioner Model: AS18EFAXTL, Bio Sleep in 2009 and since then my family has suffered. They sold defective piece and even after shelling huge sums problem couldn't be resolved. Now they have gone deaf. Neither are they replacing the AC nor refunding the sum. Have decided to drag them to consumer court very soon.

                I have bought samsung LED TV (5500D) on 6th October 2011 from E-zone, City center mall, Hyderabad. At the time of purchase they have promised that they will deliver the Free Blu ray disc player that I was suppossed to get along with the TV will be delivered in a week. They told that they dont have the stock of these bluray disc players hence will deliver to me with in a week. I have been calling them since 15th October 2011. The response from the store is pathetic. I tried reaching out samsung customer care and they told that they have no clue about it and need to check with the e-zone representatives it self. When I tried reaching the e-zone representative last time, he had no clue about the delivery of the bluray disc player and he cannot guarantee on the time line. He was saying that it may take 1 or 2 months more. Hope this is a pathetic offer to llo the customers. Help in this regard is appreciated.

                  1) Poor RAM Performance : Unable to medium or small size JPG images.
                  2) Flash Not supported : None of flash videos supported on U-Tube or Facebook.
                  3) Multi Tasking not possible: Not able to open two apps at single incident.
                  4) Non Capacitive Touch Screen : Very poor functionality. Hard Touch Screen
                  5) Phone goes hang if call received while watching movies or JPG images.
                  6) Poor 3.5G Support: Surfing with 3G option is very slow with dolphin browser.
                  7) After spending 10500 Rs the product is completely failure.
                  8) Service Center is struggling to provide satisfactory solution even after 2 months of registering complaint about the manufacturing defect of mobile.
                  9) Samsung should have tested the product for Quality & Performance before releasing it to market.

                  This is just my 3rd month after purchasing the product & tired with the followup with Samsung Service Center for the same. he Motherboard of B7722 was once replaced by the Service center but the problems are with the Product & Software itself. Greatly disappointed with Samsung as the Quality & Performance of product and poor after sales services.

                  Thinking of going legal with the company for providing poor product & asking for the refunds & compensation for the inconvenience caused during the period

                    I bought 3 samsung products including refrigerator from this shop around diwali. The fridge when installed turned out to be faulty, there was no cooling at all. After making numerous calls to the store and samsung service center, a guy came one morning to inspect the fridge and he said there is some problem in the compressor and he will speak to the store where we bought the fridge and get back to us by the evening. Then in the evening that guy calls up and tells us that you can explain the problem to the store (then why the hell he asked us to wait till the evening, we could have informed the store in the morning itself). Anyways, we called the store and explained them the situation and asked for replacement, they said they will replace it in a day, but nothing happened even after 3 days, we kept on calling the store but no satisfactory response. Finally they sent another fridge, luckily we opened it in front of the guys who came to deliver it. We noticed that the replacement piece was not new, the box was old, packing was temporary, there were lots of spots and scratches inside the fridge. We immediately called the store and asked why they have sent an old fridge, most probably the display piece, they said no its new and came directly from the warehous, we told them not to fool us as we could see the difference between the two refrigerators (the one that was faulty and the replacement fridge). I told the store guy to refund my money as I already waited for so long and in the end I was cheated and delivered with an old fridge. He said no we wont do that, I said fine, I am keeping both your refrigerators unless you refun dmy money, he said no you cant do that and we had a heated argument. Finally he agreed to refund our money, we went to their store and got our money back but after a week full of hassle, inconvenience, mental torture and lots of food wastage due to hot weather and no fridge. We could not get any food on Diwali as our brand new fridge was faulty. But thats not all, we got our refund, then we went straight to Reliance Digital at Inorbit mall and ordered another refrigerator, hoping these guys would be different and better but we were so wrong. We have been waiting for our fridge to be delivered as promised but no response from the store. These guys just know how to trick the customer into buying the product and then how to torture the customer and take away all their excitement of buying a new product. Still waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered. Still there is some hope.

                          We had purchased teh refrigerator on 3rd october 2010. We had been facing a problem with cooling and door giving a sound while closing. However due to Durgapuja falling in teh first week our complaint was not registered properly. I had lodged teh complaint in teh toll free number around 18th october. The service personnel attended our refrigerator on 24th october. After inspection he told that the door is not closing properly .Temporarily he pasted some silver tape and told that it may solve the problem but if teh problem persists then teh door has to be replaced. After that the sound is persisting even though cooling does occur. My earnest request is teh guarantee period of 1 year has just completed. But replacement of door is a manufacturing defect and may be very costly on our part. So kindly consider this case and help us.

                            Never buy any Samsung LED / LCD TV, I bought one Samsung LED TV on 28th Aug, in the first month itself the TV LED got faulty, company however changed the LED display, within 1 month after the repair the LED display again got faulty. They are using Very poor quality display and literally making fool of Indian customers. If this thing had happened in US / UK the customer must have taken the company to court. After two major faults within 3 months of purchase I want this set to be replaced itself. Rather I want this model to be taken away and give me a different model; I am ready to pay the difference if any


                            I do not recommend any one to go for Samsung TVs , this was my first time with Samsun brand TVs , Otherwise I am a Sony Bravia Fan. Always go for Sony Products, it’s really a peace of mind.

                              i had fiven my cell for servicing to cell solution whose address is 43 service road domlur layout bangalore 560071 in the month of july. the problem was touch screen was not working , and they mended it and took a fee of 1600, but after that the camera was not working i gave the phone another time they rectified camera after that bluetooh was not working and after that they lost my phone and gave me some other handset which i refused to take and they told they will give me a new handset which i have not got and this spare mobile is not working any more now they refuse to give me a new handset and neither ready to rectify this handset without charging me

                                Recently I purchased new samsung mobile "Galaxy POP" from "The Mobile Store, Airoli".
                                The next day itself I came to know that the mobile was not working properly, automaticly the mobile set was getting heated so much that we cannot even keep in our chicks to receive or dial calls and inspite of full charge within a day the battery was showing empty sign.
                                The same day I reached shop to return the hand set but unfortunately the shop was closed.

                                Next day that was Wednesday I was too busy with my schedule, so I went Thursday to return the hand set again I found the shop closed.
                                Firday I took halfday from office and went to the shop directly, The guy who was incharge in the shop refused to replace the set.
                                Once you purchase the set it will not be replaced it seems, only it will get repaired

                                [censored] you samsumg!! what is the meaning of guaranttee than?? I paid full amount for your product, within a week I returned that faulty piece..

                                Pls buddies.. think a lot before purchasing samsung product, that too from "The Mobile Store"

                                  I had purchased a Samsung Split AC Machine(12UA) on April 26, 2009 from Multi ChannelElectronics(North), Kolkata, in the name of Trisha Mukherjee, (Invoice No. – 18998 dated 26/04/09). Trisha Mukherjee is my sister.
                                  At the time of installation, Multi Channel Electronics had sent two local mechanics to install, but it was neither installed properly, nor started working. When we informed it to Multi Channel people, they informed Samsung Customer Care. The Engineer came from Samsung customer care and after inspection he said that those local mechanics had damaged the machine (the junction of the pipe and indoor machine had been broken badly) the entire gas had been leaked due to this damage and it should be re-installed properly again. Then he re-installed the machine at another place of the room. Also I want to mention that the wall of the room damaged badly due to this purpose only. Anyway, he did all the needful to start the machine and at last it started after filling entire gas in it. The entire matter was known Multi Channel people but they didn’t help us that time in spite of several request of changing the unit.
                                  Anyway, my sister (Trisha) had used hardly the machine in 2009 and from August’09, I didn’t use it for a single day.
                                  In 2010 summer (april), when she switched on the machine for first time, it was silent(not working). First She informed Multi Channel and they informed Samsung Customer care. Again another Engineer (Mr. Kishalay) came and said the same thing that again that the entire gas had been leaked due to prior damage. As it was within the warranty period, they had taken out both indoor & outdoor units to their own place(Samsung workshop) and repaired and filled up the Gas it without any cost.
                                  Again my sister requested and insisted Multi Channel as well as Samsung engineer to change the entire machine because of the Engineer was not satisfied at all about the condition of the machine and he forecasted that this problem might be occurred again after few days o[censored]sage. My sister informed Multi Channel Manager all this matter and requested to change the machine as the warranty period was about to close. But he assured that the incident would not be happened again in future and as the Machine Compressor has 5 years of warranty, they are liable to solve the problem till 5 years.
                                  Again I would like to mention that the usage of AC machine was very limited which we can prove through our electricity bills.
                                  Now, in this year (2011), the SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED. My sister called Samsung service center as well as she met Multi Channel people to solve the matter . SAMSUNG Engineer (Complain no. – [protected]). Mr. Ayan Pal Chowdhury inspected the machine and said the SAME THING to my sister that the entire gas had been leaked out again due to the prior damage. Also he mentioned that the old service center (Tobin road, Kolkata) has been shut down and he has come from a new service center(baguiati, Kolkata). He told that again entire machine should be taken and repaired with the filling of Gas.
                                  Me and my sister both are very embarrassed that how it can be happened again and again and Samsung Company as well as Multi Channelpeople are not taking any action to solve the matter permanently and the warranty period is over now!!!!!!!!!!!!
                                  We both went to Multi Channel Electronics and informed them entire matter. As usually, they acted the same. (This mail sent on 15th June 2011)

                                  Now, after many mail and return mails (few mails are system generated auto reply also), SAMSUNG had sent their engineer and taken machine for the checking and servicing on 24th June 2011. on 5th July they have confirmed me the servicing/gas filling/compressor changing has been done successfully (in free of cost), which was inspected personally by their head trainer/engineer Mr. Subrata Banerjee. They have issued 4 months warranty letter also after a long discussion with MR. SAMARENDRA NATH OJHA (ASM) on 6th Aug 2011. before re-installing the ac machine, I have repeatedly requested Mr. Ojha as well as Mr. Subrata Banerjee that they also should be very very supportive this time as our parents had suffered more than 2 years!!!! They both assured with very sweet voices.
                                  Surprisingly within next 7 days, water leakage started from the machine and again their engineer came and solved temporarily but the Machine was not working, he again came as well as inspected, but not solved. So he came twice that time.
                                  Then we decided to complain to Consumer Forum and informed samsung managers that either they have to return our entire money back (Rs. 19000) or we will complain. Ridiculously, Mr Ojha sent a mail as well as the hard copy letter offering Rs. 10640.......a depreciation value of three years!!! An unused (almost) machine how can be depreciated......it's out of our knowledge. We didn't accept their offer. We went to consumer forum and forum officers suggested for mediation.

                                  Today (17th Oct 2011) we met Mr. Samarendranath Ojha in Consumer Forum office for mediation.

                                  It was just a wastage of our time.....as Mr. Ojha was rigid in his point (amount). But We were quite flexible that we may consider the VAT amount but we can not sacrifice Rs. 8360 because now we have to purchase again a new AC machine which will not be less than 22K-24k. and we are not ready for replacement because Now we can not TRUST Samsung Servicing anymore. Mr. Ojha not shown a minimum humanity there. Even in front of the mediator, we invited him to take a cup of tea at our house to see how samsung service engineers/installers had damaged our wall (for ac installation-3 times inn 3 different places) !!! Rather shockingly he said suddenly, they have not seen any complain in their system since last two years !!! I would like to mention here, since last two years, every time we informed Multi Channel people as well as Samsung both. Even engineers or mechanics came to our house with "SAMSUNG" dress with LOGO. Then who are those unknown people taken our machine to Samsung Authorised Service Center??? And why Samsung filled up Gas and Serviced that machine in free of Cost if we have not complained OFFICIALLY???

                                  Now we are Not hopeful at all that MR. OJHA any more will help us, rather we consider his attitude totally nothing but the inhuman attitude and he was very proud of his "Customer Satisfactory" certificate (he told us, but who has given that we don't know).

                                  I also like to involve Mr. Subrata Banerjee.....as he also had committed us very nicely to get our trust when we had denied to take back our machine from service center last time.

                                  CAN WE GET ANY JUSTICE THIS TIME... OR..... SAMSUNG SERVICE MANAGERS / ENGINEERS / TRAINERS / ASM WILL RUN THIS MULTINATIONAL COMPANY LIKE THIS??? CAN ANY SENIOR MANAGEMENT PERSON (Samsung) HELP US TO GET BACK THE TRUST???

                                  BEING AS A SERVICE WOMAN (I AM WORKING IN A CORPORATE), I BELIEVE "A COMPANY CAN NOT MAKE ANY GOOD PEOPLE, BUT FEW GOOD PEOPLE CAN MAKE A BIG COMPANY".                                       I had purchased new handset Samsung galaxy s2 worth Rs30,000 from your samsung mobile dealer "Poorvika Mobiles Thirumangalam branch Chennai, Invoice No:6886 dtd:13.07.11 Emi No:[protected]

                                      Sir i am getting many problems in my smart phone galaxy s2 , Starts with Hanging problems continues with touch mall function ,Sensor problems,Sometimes More heat which not suitable for attend the call while charging time it create more heat.

                                      For this problems i gone to samsung service centre at T.Nagar Branch, Chennai near valluvar kottam where your engineer checked my mobile and told me that it is due OS problem so he reset the firmware . on the next day i got the same problem additionally sensor problems so once again i gone to another service centre which is located at annanagar "Wo.No: GB09006 dtd : 10.11.2011" which is near to my home i gone there and told these issues they told me that sensor problem wait for 5 days , i came back and called after 5 days they said it will take another 2 days due to shortage in availability of sensors . so immediately i called to samsung customer care Ph.No[protected] Spoken with kalpana she said that she will register the complaint and you will get a call soon "Complaint No : [protected] i didn't get the call from anyone so i called to the service centre they said wait for another 5 days we dint recieve sensor yet i got irritated i called to the area service engineer "Karthik - [protected]" he said you will recieve the call shortly , at the sametime i got a cal from service centre that your product is ready i dono how is it possible because 5mins before only they said that it will take 5 days then how they dispatched the product within 10 mins. Any how i gone to service centre and i got my mobile back on that day night while charging i got more heat i completely fed up i just waited for some more days to observe my product ,

                                      Most of the time i will charge by switched off my mobile Yesterday night i saw while charging black patches it looks very horrible which is more visible dark room, Once again i went to service centre regarding this issue and asked for replacement, they said that replacment incharge person not yet come so he said that come other time , Once again i am going service centre now So pls this is my costly smartphone i bought, i loved to be a samsung customer but now due to this problem i am very much disappointment due to customer service and product

                                      In the short period of time i got many problems i cant able use my mobile i am very
                                      much dis-satisfied with your product, So please replace my mobile as soon as possible

                                        We bought a 46" Samsung 6600 3D T.V. from the Next Showroom @Korum Mall in Thane in August 2011. We also paid for the Samsung 3D kit offer which includes a Blue Ray 3D DVD + Two Samsung 3D Glasses + free 3D movie titles which were on a special offer scheme from Samsung on August 31, 2011 vide bill # 001083. Almost two months have passed and we have been getting one story after another from the Next store salesman but, the 3D kit is yet to be delivered. Despite repeated assurances, no senior member of the Next store or Samsung has spoken to us to clarify what the issue is. We are shocked with the complete lack of sensitivity from both Samsung and Next. If Samsung is selling through retail stores, the delivery of goods through these stores is as mush their responsibility as the retail outfits. We have no clue on how much longer we need to wait and why. We're disgusted with the number of follow-up calls and visits we're making to the Next Store. We only get stories, not the product we paid for! Meanwhile Samsung continues to advertise entire pages on its SMART T.V. and 3D kit. We are one of the NOT SO SMART consumers who have been cheated by this electronics giant and what is supposedly one of India's largest chains i.e. the Next showroom.
