I purchased a Samsung phone (HERO E-2232) on 14th sep 11. I had already lodged a complaint regarding the GPRS in laptop is not working (BP No.[protected]). The complaint is lodged on the same day of purchase. every time when I call the customer care centre the concerned person saying they will arrange a call back for the same. even after 6 days are over I feel that it is simply fooling the customer by saying arranging the call back. As per the direction given by customer care centre I have purchased the data cable. downloaded the necessary software. Still the connectivity is not done .The specification is provided in the company authoried website and the same service has been confirmed by the customer care. today (22/09/11). i got a call from samsung, they are claiming that the hardware modem is not with the handset and the internet connectivity with pc is not possible with this hand set.

    I have purchased my mobile handset from samsung dealer but now I am facing somew issues with it and the service center has told me that the mother board has to be changed but from last 20 days they are not responding the calls and if I am going there they have the same answer as we have not yet received the motherboard and are also saying that you van take handset of other company if yoou have any issues with the service of samsung.


    This means SAMSUNG is not intrested to serve there customers.

    Pls suggest me what should I do

    My name is sunil verma i have purchase samsung core prime on 14 feb 2015 but within 3days mobile started getting hang so I been to Samsung Gallery (Gathkopar, Mumbai) to replace my Mobile Phone but they refused it.
    i want my phone to be get replaced ASAP.

    So please look into this matter and need your positive feedback on this.

        Its been just few months that I have bought Samsung Tab on my Husbands birthday April 2011. For few days it performed well however the iritation started when it started acting weird.

        Its doesnt get charged properly. Sometimes it shows fully charged however once we start operating the application it shows battery less than 3% and cannot perform the task.,

        I have bought this product from VIjay Sales (Kalyan). We showed this tab in various authorised service centre of samsung however the problem is still unresolved.

        Looking forward for quick guidance as this is losing my trust on your products.

            The lower compartment is not cooling while the upper compartment (deep fridger) is working satisfactorily.Even the relay was also changed. It worked for 3-4 days with new relay but, again, I have the same problem.

            Samsung Refrigerator — DEEP FRIDGE NOT WORKING

            THE NEW REFRIGERATOR PURCHASED IN THE MONTH OF MAY, IS FAILING EVERY MONTH. THE LOCAL SERVICE CENTER IS ATTENDING TWO DAYS AFTER COMPLAINT. EVERY TIME THE TIMER IS FAILING, WHICH TAKES A WEEKS TIME TO COME TO THE SERVICE CENTER & THEN REPLACED.
            THIS WILL CONTINUE TILL THE WARRANTED PERIOD, AFTER THAT , I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH REPAIR.THE COMPANY IS IS NOT IN A MOOD TO REPLACE IT.

              my mobile have two problem. One of them that it is not supported micro sd card and my mobile is in under warranty process. I brought it in June month.
              and also it is not able to support any samsung PC SUITE.

                    I bought a double door refrigerator about 2 years back, which went faulty last month around 27th August. A compliant was registered through Toll Free # 30308282 and obtained Service Ticket # [protected]. Their appointed technician visited home and diagonized fault of Compressor and said that this will get rectified within a week. A week afterwards and till today whenver we call, their standard answer is "new compressor yet to be sourced". At times when we call and provide the service ticket number, the telephone line is getting disconnected automatically. Between 27/08 to till date, i would have called atleast 50 times and no response being provided. With this compliant I wish to recommend general public not to buy or think 1000 times before buying Samsung Refrigerator. Let you be not another scapgoat of buying Samsung products.

                      i have purchased a samsung mobile CDMA on 25/3/2011 in just six months my phones cut key was not working i reached to the neariest service station name PHONE CITY authorised service center near princess street at 5/9/2011at your service center employes told me that your phone will get repaird in 3 days after 3daythey told me that your mother board has got courropt so it will take some days aprrox 6 but still i hav not got my cellphone back its 12 days approx i had recived the sms from samsung company that ur parts has delivered i called at the service center they told me it will take time 2days or 3 days they r just playing around who is responsible for that. company is good but the service centre is not proper please help me samsung service center no is [protected]

                        I bought a mobile phone with a feature used to browse Internet from PC using dial up network method. The software and driver used for this is obtained from the Samsung mobile link http://www.samsung.com/in/consumer/mobile-phone/mobile-phone/dual-sim-phone/GT-E...
                        The Samsung Kies, PC Sync is able to detect the phone and lists the phone contacts, images, and videos from both the phone memory and memory card (micro SD 2GB).
                        For connecting internet the driver software also provided in the name of Internet Connection Manager, Tethering but it could not connect the internet.
                        I checked all the things such as data cable, mobile network, and worked with different operating system as they mentioned Windows XP and Windows 7 but it's not working.

                        The cable is good by checking with another phone that is Samung corby GT-S3653 and it is able to do dial up network.

                        In the manual they have not specified proper data cable accessories and also not included with the pack.

                        According to me the Samsung company is not providing proper driver software for the mobile phones working environment. As a technical means the driver is not supporting usb composite devices that is able to access expandable storage (memory card) and phone internal modem.

                        Can't make Dial up network.. still I'm trying, because the firmware or driver released for this mobile is in beta version.. we "the customer" have to take part the testing work by paying money..

                            Hello there,

                            My name Nitin, I have bought a “Samsung LCD LA40B550” from Vijay Sales on 28th Sep 2009.
                            We observe some issue in TV sometime in August 2011 and did complain on 29th August with Vijay Sales (complaint no. 1108B292872) and Samsung (Complaint no. [protected]) as well. One technician from Samsung attended complaint on 3rd Sep 2011 and told us there is some issue in mother board he has taken the model no and told us to get back to us with product price within 2-3 days.
                            We have not heard back from that day. We did regular follow up with Vijay Sales and Samsung both.
                            Today on 15th Sep 2011 when I have done follow up with Samsung they told us small part is not available and we need to replace the entire panel, which will cost us around Rs. 30,000.00.
                            Now I want to complain about the product quality Samsung is selling in market. Rs. 60K product is not working 2years. What is the value for money they are providing to the customer?
                            I need your help to replace the faulty product and also give a lesson not to play with consumers hard earn money.

                            Please let me know how can I proceed with my complaint.

                              in 9Aug 2007 against invoice no.R1922.
                              i am living in modinagar , so i use this product in modinagar , & My near samsung service center in Ghaziabad.
                              1. this is defected AC . AC is not proper worknig in the 1 st day.
                              2 I was companit in samsung service center in the 1 st day.that time samsung engenier was visit in my home & he told me , Ke AC ka compraiser kharab hai. OR ac ko service center le jana padega.uske baad vo AC kabhi thik he nahe hua. or aaj bhi last 2 month se ghaziabd service center mai he .
                              Againt this AC i hav paid Approx Rs.6000 to samsung service center for compraiser gas reifeling.
                              I am very disappointed against this AC since last 3.5 year. I am not understand wat can i do. before 2 month back my Ac In service center ghaziabad. he is not replace the my AC.I am doing daily call to service center . but he is saying for wait, Kindly request to you plz solve this problem.

                              He was assured me same day, he will do the replace AC or otherwise give me full ac amount refund me in next 15 days & On 5 sep 2011 samsung executive was come in my home for collect the AC bill copy.
                              Now 37 days is left, any body not receiving my phone in samsung ghaziabad office. I am not under stand, what can i do..
                              Plz reply.

                                we have brought samsung lcd tv model-22D450 from anand and company electronics pvt ltd (www.capitalelectronics.com) on 20/05/2011 in the name of Dr. Priyanka Bhattacharya. After few days two vertical lines appeared on the screen. we lodged complaint on 29/07/2011 over phone (samsung service[protected].they give complaint no. [protected]. Their servicemen visited twice with no effect till today.we hope you will take necessary steps to look over this matter and maintain the goodwill of your company.

                                  I have purchased Samsung Galxy S2 hand set on 01.08.11 from one of Samsung authorized dealer at Vashi (Navi Mumbai).



                                  On 05.09.11 morning all of a sudden I found that there is no display in the handset.



                                  I have taken this hand set to your nearest service centre (Sri Sai Enterprises) at Vashi, they informed me that there is some inside crack in bottom side & informed although it is not your fault but as per Samsung policy you require to pay for change of this crack part i.e. display screen, however he will confirm from Samsung & revert.



                                  As per instruction from service centre this hand set is submitted to service Centre vide their work order no. 9056 dt. 06.09.11.



                                  I have registered my complain to Samsung customer care no.[protected] & they have given my complain no.[protected].



                                  Then after I have spoken to Mr.Madhusudan of service centre person on his cell no. [protected] on the subject but he informed me that as per policy of Samsung you require to pay for display screen whether it is your fault or not.



                                  Again I called to customer care & they have given me area service Manager Name – Mr. Anand Parker cell no. [protected]. Today when I called him he taken service centre person on conference and during the conference it was confirmed that there is no out side damage only inside small cracks is observed. After the conference call he informed me that whether damage is from inside or outside you require to pay for change of parts irrespective of manufacturing defect.



                                  This statement is very surprise from Samsung Area service Manager. It shows their poor commitments to customer satisfaction & cheating attitude.

                                    I Have Samsung Washing Maching WT6500 5.5kg. It is out of warrenty period. So, We call a person who has given adv. on news paper. His Name is Pradeep Sharma and cell no. is [protected], [protected].
                                    Last one month back he came and open the maching and asked us that spiner morter and spiner drum damaged so we have to purchase it as maching is too old we cannot get original new parts so by back machine parts he will purchase for and he taken 1000/- Rs for it.He assure that with is 3 days he will complete the job. but he never come back.
                                    I continuesly calling to him. He is daily telling to come today or tomorrow but still he not come.

                                    What I can do? I have no written avidance that I had given Rupee. Suggest.

                                      We bought Samsung LCD TV on 2-Jan-11 Rs.38,900/- 32" LA32C530 Invoice Number -510361 Croma - Complaint Number[protected] registered in Aug-11.
                                      After purchasing of 4 months in Apr-11 we have registered complaint regarding display problem, Picture Display is getting fluctuating very frequently. Samsung Executive visited many times but not able to resolve the problem, so we need the replacement of LCD TV as LCD is defected.

                                        On 17/03/2010, I purchased 2 window ac - AW182ZAETL, from Kabir Electronics, Mohali, Punjab. I was big fan of Samsung products and because of this reason I purchased these ACs. Prior to this I am owner of one LG ac(11 years old) and Kenstar ac (5 years old). I rarely use my Samsung ac. Now the issue is one of my Samsung ac stopped working on 29/07/2011 night and next day I called up Samsung tech (Jasbir Singh) to check the AC, instead of coming himself, he send 2 trainees, and according to them the condenser of the ac was in sorry state and gas leaked from the joints of the pipes of the condenser and entire condenser needs replacement. Now the tech is telling me that its about 3500.00 to repair the ac.
                                        After that I called up Samsung contact center and requested to send technician with complain number - [protected], Monday crossed, no call, Tuesday crossed, no call from technician, however, there was a sms on my phone that I have refused to pay the repair cost.... amazing, I again call up the customer care and they assured me that tech will call on Wednesday, no call and again I call C/Care, a rude person told me that next day will be the day when the tech will call me.

                                        Now the question is, is that the excellent service of Samsung?
                                        1. It was my mistake to purchase the Samsung ac?
                                        2. How the gas leaked from the joints?
                                        3. Is it the poor quality of the product or its the manufacturing defect?
                                        4. Why this was happened just after the warranty was over?
                                        5. Is Samsung playing game with Indian customers?

                                        09/08/2011 - After much communication on phone with S/Center and on mails, finally, got a call from someone from Samsung, next day 2 techs. arrived my place and checked the AC, and said that need to refill the gas, rest is Okay. I dropped the AC in Phase 8 Ind. area Mohali Punjab, service center, and after 3 days, got a call that AC is working now, however, at that time I was not in city, so asked them to run this AC so that nay issue should be detected.

                                        03/09/2011 - Paid 1185/- INR for refilling the gas and bought back my AC and installed it, worked fine for 3 days, after that same issue.

                                        13/09/2011- Again dropped the AC in service center, checked by technicians and insisted to replace the Condenser, I requested them to give me detailed estimate on letter head or the receiving, they refused to, on insisting them, one of the clerical staff, asked me to take back my AC and refused to given and receiving and service to me. I immediately called the Customer care, the agent advised me to stay there and he said will arrange a call from Supervisor, but after 45 min., there was no call, feeling insulted, I requested the helper of S/center to load back my AC in my car and came back to home.

                                        ANY ONE FROM SAMSUMG SHOULD ADVISE ME WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT STEP - I AM PLANNING FOR CONSUMER FORUM IF THERE WILL BE NO GRIEVANCE FROM SAMSUNG. I WILL NOT PAY FOR CONDENSER NOW, BECAUSE ITS BAD QUALITY PRODUCT, SHOULD BE REPLACE BY COMPANY. I AM HANDICAP PERSON AND ITS REALLY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO CARRY THIS HEAVY MACHINE TO TAKE IT TO SERVICE CENTER, EVERY TIME I PAY RS 100 TO UNINSTALL IT AND REINSTALL IT.

                                        my LG ac and Kenstar ac are working fine in same house without any issue for years.
                                        I want this entire episode to be conclude by the company as clearly its an issue because poor service support, poor quality of the product and a manufacturing defect.
