Respected Sir,

I Martand P. Deshmukh (Age 60) state the following:- My samsung TV 32" was having trouble and was not working properly. TV was brought from abroad and its guarentee period is over. I called customer care No. [protected] and told them regarding problem of my TV. I recieved a phone call from local service center, a person visited my house saying that they need to take it to workshop since it can not be repaired on the spot. next day on 20th september 2011 they took my TV and charge Rs. 650/- as labour charges. later on I am communicating with them regarding my TV. most of the time I found busy line. when I could get in touch with them, they have differents reasons. Thrice I called customer care too and told about same. since last saturday they are telling me that it will be deliver at your place after 5:00 PM. Till date there is no proper reply from them, and TV still with them. on 30th september they told me the estimate of Rs. 6700/- and I agreed. Yet I did not get my TV and no proper reply from them. Kindly do the needful and help me.

Samsung TV — tv fault not been corrected since 9 months

hi, i am rupinderbawa i bought a samsung slimfit tv 32 inch in sept 2006. i developed a snap in aug 2006 in warranty . the picture went dead. i called thee complaint office and they took the tv for repair and then told me that the circuit are burned and will be replaced but are not available .they marginally corrected the fault and delivered the tv to me saying that they will take the tv when the PCB (circuit) will be available. waited for one month and then lodged a fresh complaint. took the tv and kept it for good 5 months cos i wont take delivery f defective tv. then they called and said tv is ok and went to the service centre and saw that it was not woeking properly. refused to take the delivery.
then they told me that the parts for its repair are not available in india.
their official contacte me in march and said we will replace tv but since this is a model which has been discontinued we will give u a lcd tv of equal cost.but will take i month.
now it has been about 2 months and no news of the tv. called them again and now they have gone back on their promise that they will replace tv. saying that they will reimburse the amount.

I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANY BODY THINKING OF BUYING SLIM TV DONT BUT THEM COS THEY DONT HAVE PARTS TO REPAIR THEM AND THEIR SERVICE GUYS ALSO ARE NOT KNOWLEDGABLE ENOUGH TO REPAIR THEM

Unfortunately, picture tube manufacturer fault has not performed well I am disappointed because  the product does not work properly, the service was not performed correctly, I was billed the wrong amount, something was not disclosed clearly and was misrepresented, etc.) since last six months TV was not working when my mother is calling to Mr Brigmohan(manager of bajaj electronics hyderabad ) the service was not performed correctly know they demand to pay more money Rs 25.000 i don't know what shall i do please advice me?
 
 
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate I want – money back,  or  exchange, etc.) .

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem I will wait until[protected] before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.

Samsung — TV FAULT

CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND MADE COMPLAINT ON 17 AUG, AFTER THAT CALLED ATLEAST 20 TIMES, STILL NE RESPONSE.

Samsung/Colour TV — TV is not working after Samsung engineer repair and now they are not providing service after repairing TV by their engineer

My TV was not working, I complained in customer care. Then Samsung company mechanic came repair it. But same day TV was in same condition of fault. On another complaint mechanic came and told some part will be change in this TV. Then mechanic changed some part of the TV. After changing these parts, TV’s colour system is not working now. Now complaint is registered in customer care. But After complaint mechanic is not coming till now.
Samsung persons don’t know technical system or they do not want to work properly. My detail is:

i am in chennai/ennore. i made a complaint regarding my tv on 30/01/2009. no one came forward to resolve my tv problem from the samsung service centre. after a repeated reminder from me they still donot care about the customer problem. every day they told service engineer will come tomorrow. now the month is february and the date is 26. still my tv problem is not rectified. samsung is cheating the customer in the name of service. my humble request to the readers of this complaints donot buy hereafter samsung product.

Samsung TV — Part not getting replaced.

Hi,

I bought a TV 10 months back and now a part needs to be replaced as the part is not functioning properly. After 15 days now they tell me that the part is not available at all and they are trying to get it. When I asked what will happen if they don't find any part they had no reply. Please let me know what can I do?
I have purchased the samsung 21" flat tv before 5 years and it is working properly until today (20.8.2009) and suddenly morning no picture is coming The sound is clear. I want immediate service to rectify this.

Samsung TV — Conflict between tv and airtel dish box

Hello,
I own a samsung tv (model: CB50812, S/N : 3ZAJ80130K) a pretty old one without remote too. I recently purchased airtel set top box and what happens is that the airtel dish tv remote does not function wen the TV is ON. The remote works fine wen the TV is off. I tried connecting the TV to BIG TV DISH set top box and the same problem remains.. Can anyone tell me wotz wrong????????????

I Martand P.Deshmukh wrote the above complaint regarding my Samsung 32" TV. On 12th October 2011. My TV is still with above mentioned service center. After so much of Telephone talks and mail communications with Samsung customer care service and also their service center till date I didn't get my TV back. The last telephone call to Mr. Bhavesh, on 21st. October assured to return my TV.next day saying that its unable to repair. Please take the matter seriously and do the justice for my complaint.

Dear Sir,

I agree withe Mr. Martand, even my Samsung TV 22" was repaired by Kalpataru Services on 10the Oct 2011, but after repair next day I found that my colour TV has become black & white. Also theere are some absurd colour rings appearing on thee picture. When I tried to contact Mr. Suhas (who repaired my TV) he was eitheer not reachable or did not respond to my calls. Calling Samsung service centre is useless as nobody responds to calls. Yesterday luckily Mr. Suhas picked up thee phone but he is not in town so he gave me Mr. Bhavesh's number and told me to contact him. Mr. Bhavesh assured me of rectification yesterday. But after theat he is not responding to our calls.

Please help. Samsung is not providing proper service due to which lot of time is being wasted in getting thee rectification done.

Finally yesterday 2nd Nov.2011 so called Samsung service center return my TV doing nothing. Felt shame about such companies, they advertise their products with such zest, ppl are getting attracted. Important thing I wish to mention perticularly that service center has not done any repair and return my set. I was facing a trouble in my TV at the time of switching ON/OFF.I use to get vertical lines on screen and no pic, after switching ON/OFF several time suddenly it start working. This was our regular routine and we watch all the channels properly. Any time the set is switch OFF we have to do the same thing again and again. For this trouble TV was given to service center. on 20th september 2011. I dont know what experiments they did but I am not been able to start my TV even after switching ON/OFF many many times. Just same trouble forever.

Please help and let me know what to do.

Its very true Mr. Martand. I think this Kalpataru Services is of fraud peoples. I also got the same experience. One person has came in evenning around 7 ocklock evening. He just open the tv screws from back cover and again fixed the screws doing nothing. Said tomorrow we will take this tv to our office.He collected Rs. 500 from me doing nothing. During doing all this that person is calling to someone continuously pretending discussing serious issue. Means he was not at all knowing anything about the work. Next day I got call from Kalpataru saying your panel got problem & it will cost Rs.22000/- where as my tv set at present got very minor problem.
I think its a fraud people loting the customers. How shall we go ahead shall we lodge police complaint against this?
I totally agree wit Mr.Martand Deshmukh...MrShaik Irfan...and Kiran Shanbhag...Samsung..Service Center...Kalpatru...managed by Mr. Bhavesh n his cronies.. is Total Fake..Cheaters ...Customers...BEWARE...do not leave ur gadget such as TV with them even for a second...they will take away parts n boards which r in working condition n replace them with nonworking ones, then they will quote u a high prise, when the fault is very small.. I jus got saved, as I my self is a Marine Engineer, n I had opened my Tv. To check it myself before asking for d above service provider, so I was well aware of all my parts n boards which were Rusted, There at the Cervice center they happened to tell me that, the TV is working, but we have changed this Board from another TV jus to check, we wil hve to order a new one frm Chennai. D cost would be around Rs. 5000/ . I new it was my tv part which was working perfectly... proved tat it belongs to my TV ..fixed it..walked out with my Tv ln full working condition...They had no face...to argue any further...So C U S T O M E R S... BEWARE...If Samsung India...and ...Samsung. Japan...do not wakeup n cancel their service Licence...a day will come when no one will buy.     Since 10 months i have lots of complaints with this phone.From the 3rd or 4th month itself it started
    working inefficiently. when went to the shop from where we bought they just said we cnt help you now,
    its sold. in these 10 months i have sent it thrice or may be more to the service center to get it furnished. but the problem doesnt end its only temporary. evevn now its giving problems but instead of going to service
    center i preffered to bring this problem to your kind notice. at the time i bought this phone the
    shopkeeper assured many features in it but only after using it i discovered all that never existed.
    after i bought this phone many of my known told me about such bad response of samsung phones as
    they themselves were using it and were not at all satisfied.

    Customer changed its touch twice. The problem of swithing on-off is regular. Even customer care repair thrice or may be more but it is still existing. I'm not at al satisfied with the service of this product i want a compensation or relief against my loss. I want Replacemrnt of the set otherwise I have to go consumer court. Kindly look into the matter and consider the grievience o[censored]r customer.I expect a good response and action against my complaint from such a reputed brand.

    I have already lodged the complaint of this set but all in vain. Early action is expected from youside.

    Samsung — poor quality of samsung phones

    Dear Sir,

    Subject : Poor quality of your product:Mobile Model No. GT-B3313---a.k.a. Corby Mate.

    With reference to above, I wish to state that all along, we have been using Samsung Mobile
    phones in our family and we were quiet satisfied with the perfomance of the mobile sets. Continuing
    with the same, I purchased my latest mobile set Model No: Samsung-B3313 a.k.a. Corby Mate
    on 21.10.2009, after going through the features of the new addition of your range of Mobiles.

    However, all the promises made by the Company turned out to be fake and mobile set developed
    lot of snags and started giving different kind of troubles immediately after its purchase. It gives the immpression of poor quality of
    production standards associated with manufacturing defects. One feels cheated by the Company after buying
    Samsung product.

    Few common snags observed within 3 months of its purchase are:

    * Navigation key not working properly. Down Key has to be pressed with more force (almost 5 times harder);
    * Wallpaper can't be changed because it gets hanged;
    * Malfunctioning of the sliding part;
    * Silent mode gets stuck when we press the # key. The vibration continues.

    I request that before introducing new models, proper R & D and other quality tests are done properly, so that
    customer gets proper satisfaction and value for its hard earned money.

    I trust you would look into the matter and solve the problems faced by me.

    We have purchased the above noted microwave Oven from Great Eastern Invoice no : DH/CM/18781/09-10 Dated : 20.03.2010. Within a Year we have called your service engineer thrice. We were lucky that the problem took place within a year , or we would have to spend more than 3000 Rs. for its spare.
    Now last evening again the Microwave stopped working . This time we request you to kindly get the Complete set replaced . There's definitely something wrong with the Oven.

    Samsung — ear is paining while speaking

    I purchase Samsung corby TXT. Samsung people repared two times. I am getting some kind of pain and uncomfortability at ears while speaking on mobile phone.

    I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG PHONE SGH-F400,WHICH IS HAVING LOT OF RADITION. PHONE GET WARM/HOT AFTER TALKING FOR 3 OR 4 MINUTES. EAR GETS PAIN WHILE TALKING IN THIS PHONE. VOICE IS NOT CLEAR , VOICE GET BROKEN. IF I RECIVE CALL WHILE WORKING WITH COMPUTER MY MONITOR WILL SHEVER / DISPALY GETS DISTRUBED. EVERY IT IS TO BE CHARGED, ELSE BY NEXT DAY FIRST HALF BATTERY WILL BE LOW. MY USAGE WITH MOBILE IS ONLY 15 MINS PER DAY WITH OUT ANY OTHER USAGE SUCH AS AUDIO, CAMERA, ETC STILL BATTERY GET DISCHARED IN 10 HOURS.
    one good thing with this phone is audio clarity for music is really good. i appreciate its audio clarity for music. but as a mobile phone i canot advise. it is not user friendly for games, sms, ring tones etc. take care

      I have purchased new mobile GT-55670last month. Initially battery was working for 2 days, but since last 2 weeks i have to recharge withing 12 to 15 hours even though the usage is reduced. I contacted your service center at Akota but without looking to the device I was asked to keep it for a day. can you give me some tips or parameters which I can look it in to mobile, some kind of first aid. Since my father is sick and hospitalized keeping mobile device for a day is not possible.

        I biought a 47" Samsung LED TV for 97000 from VIjay sales on 5 June 2010. 10 days ago it stopped working. Sampsung's engineer told me that a board would need to be changed and I had to pay as it was out of warrantly. No problem. It has been 10 days and yesterday I was told that they cannot find the board. so what am I supposed to do?? keep waiting indefintely?!! This is a lousy product and everyone should stay away. stick with simple LCD TV where they have spares and it is half the price of the LED.

          Samsung 28 litres (M-1031 L) micro oven purchased on 05/02/08 from Raipur Electronics Pvt.Ltd Bhowanipur, Kolkata, (Tax Invoice no- 3111) in the name of Mr. D. Mukherjee. The micro oven started facing problems since August 2011. The Samsung Service Center Executives failed to address the problem. They also failed to provide any replaceable parts for the oven. Now they are saying that they will return only 34% of money on no basis. They claim to not have the parts for the micro wave oven. However when the Oven was purchased it was the latest one in its category, with convection & grill. If SAMSUNG CORPORATION fails to address defective parts, why should we suffer? Was the device only sold for 2 years usage? If the parts are not available why should the consumer suffer??? I want answers

            We have purchased one Samsung 46 inches LED on 17th February 2010. We reported for the first complaint for display not being ok on the left side, after 4-5 months of the purchase, the engineer from Samsung visited and reported that the set is working fine and we should not worry.

            The second complaint was opened again some time back in March/ April 2011 for black lines appearing in between on the left side top corner on the 46 inches LED TV set. The engineer(Bhushan Mishra) visited and said that there is some problem with the tekon(excuse me if the spellings are not correct) board which needs to be replaced. He also mentioned that the cost of the board will be around Rs. 6000/- which you will have to pay since the 46 inches LED TV is out of warranty. We talked with his supervisor which is Mohd. Ashraf who also mentioned the same. He mentioned that only a 10% discount can be given for the part.

            In between the display problem aggravated and now half left side of the screen is super imposed with black lines in between.

            After 1 week we called Mohd. Ashraf he said that the part needs to be requested and is currently not available, we told him to request for the part and replace it when available. Later again i contacted him after 1 week since i am only available during weekends. The part as per him was replaced for another customer and hence a new part was requested again. At last when the part was available with him he told that as during month end inventory cannot be moved out so you may have to wait for another 1 week.

            Finally Bhushan Mishra and Anil came up with Tekon board they replaced it and the same problem continued, at the end they concluded that the panel of the 46 inches LED TV needs to be replaced. The panel of the 46 inches LED costs around 35,000/- as per Bhushan and Anil with taxes as extra.

            My father started personally visiting Samsung Service Center in sector-31, Gurgaon. He paid three visits and met Atul Saxena who kept on following his superiors for free of cost replacement. Today he mentioned that upto a maximum of 20% discount can be given for the LED Panel replacement. For which he has generated a letter and has sent by courier.

            Rajiv my request to you is to please consider free of cost replacement for 46 inches LED panel based on the sequence of events as stated above.

            If we donot get a free of cost replacement we will approach consumer courts. Sorry, but we donot have anyother option available apart from paying 35,000/- as the cost of the panel, which we see as completely unjustified based on the following reasons: (and i would expect if you can answer these in a reply to this e-mail)

            Just FYI we were very much satisfied with Samsung products before this case we are having three TV Sets of Samsung. The oldest one which is a 21 inches CRT Tv was purchased when it was first introduced in India, this set was completely untouched for the first 15 years and we were very much happy to have it seeing its display and stability.

            1. Does a 1 year warranty on the 46 inches LED TV which cost us 1,40,000 Rs. sufficient and justified?

            2. Does the warranty of 1 year gives Samsung a shield from 2 year onwards on the low quality of products? or the life time of Samsung products especially the LED TV cannot be guaranteed beyond 1 year?

            3. When an air conditioner of 20,000-25,000 Rs. (bought thru a local shop selling assembled AC's) carries a 5 year warranty on its compressor which is the critical most component, why can't a big giant in consumer electronics like Samsung provide a 5 year warranty on a panel of the LED TV which is very much protected and is very safe?

            4. Considering that the 46 inches LED TV panel which is safe and protected thru Samsung designed and certified circuit boards for any kind of abnormalities being developed in the board/ electronic circuitry, it also comes at the end of the loop where the last part of displaying the image is done using it, based on the above why you donot think that it is not a Manufacturing Defect? being in the 46 inches LED TV set from the very beginning when it was purchased and hence should be replaced free of cost.

            5. After talking with Harinder from customer care department came to know that there are 100's of complaint cases logged on a daily basis including many for the LED TV panels, does this means that Samsung is selling inferior products and the quality cannot withstand beyond a year?

            My time will also be wasted and Samsung might also earn some bad advertisement if i approach consumer courts and other consumer forums.

            and Lastly based on the above justifications or reasons i am sure that the apex body will consider and push my case for a complete free of cost replacement for the panel of 46 inches LED TV.

            I am very much hopeful of you considering my case as being the rarest and providing me the confidence of continuing my investments in Samsung and its products.

                I have bought mobile (samsung - s5830) from reliance digital , shipra mall , gzb. dated 24/09/2011. After using for a day or two.. I realized the battery back-up is not for 2 hours also. I reported this problem to reliance people on 02/10/2011. While selling the product the salesman was very emphatic that if anything happens you can directly contact us, but now they do not want to listen anything because as per the terms and conditions there is no replacement if the same is not reported in a day.

                After requesting they have taken the mobile phone to send the same to samsung service centre dated:02/10/2011 and I was communicated that you will be informed about the progress. Till now i.e.dated:09/10/2011 neither the samsung has communicated nor the reliance.

                I am feeling cheated that I had wasted my 15K.

                  I had purchased a Samsung phone GT S8530 ( wave 2 ) in Rs 16,000....the problem in the set starts just on the 7th day of its purchase date, and after 2 months its screen was totally out of order ( then i had given the set to service center, they replace screen in almost 20 days) but now i m facing a major problem again( after 5 months from purchase date). my power button, lock button, and camera is not working and phone is not charging....the service center said that it is due to component damage due to moisture which is not covered under warranty and will cost u Rs 6000 to change the MOTHER BOARD. But seriously i had always cared my device greatly...and as a student i cant afford Rs 6,000. Since the set was prob-lemming from the 7th day of its purchase i must have a doubt that the set was a faulty one and the internal components was not up to the mark.....i have no more faith left on Samsung product and i am very much depressed now.....hope somebody will listen to me.......i want to say Samsung that take my set back since it is no use to me.....please help me.......

                      I have two Samsung mobiles-

                      1. Samsung Omnia Pro B7610 (Windows 6.1 OS)
                      2. Samsung Galaxy SII (Android 2.3.3 OS)

                      Omnia Pro was purchased about a year ago and subsequently Microsoft released an upgrade to Windows 6.5. Samsung offered upgrades globally for Omnia Pro to Windows 6.5 but till date, their service centers do not offer OS update to Windows 6.5 in India. The phone performance is buggy and difficult to use after a year. Screen quality is poor and is already scratched up.

                      The second phone Galaxy SII, the latest high end mobile phone recently got an update to Android 2.3.5 world over through a desktop software Samsung Kies. However, Samsung has denied update to the Indian version of Android 2.3.5 through Samsung Kies.

                      I contacted the head of customer care- Mr Rajiv Ganju (rajiv.[protected]@samsung.com) and since he had no clue about the updates, wrote to me that he is forwarding my request to somebody within Samsung. That was a long time ago. Thereafter, I sent him a reminder but received no response.

                      Is India a dumping ground for these MNCs where they just sell their wares like disposable diapers and no responsibility for an after sales support?

                      Why does our Indian Government do not make them accountable for the theings they dump here and then forget about it? Indian consumers are ripped off as there is 0 accountability towards customer service commitments.

                      When will Samsung wake up and address these issues and most importantly, why is this bias and a tardy attitude toward Indian consumers who loyally follow brands?

                        I bought a samsung wave 2 s8530 before 4 months after 1 month itself the touch screen automatically works and still the problem continues when i went to the service center they are telling i have to pay for the touch screen as nearly 5500 then why there is a warranty or guaranty for these types of phones really china mobiles are better than samsung phones atleast it will work for 1 year i really hate samsung mobiles....

                            i saw the advertisement of the samsung chat 222 on TV and the newspaper, i decided to buy it in ijebu-ode after three weeks o[censored]sage the phone started switching off/on. i took it back to the shop. mobile world and it was taken back to samsung office in Lagos till date have not gotten my phone. every time i ask after it. the reply is always they not called us about it.                             Samsung — company not providing the spoilt part in time

                            hello,
                            i have a samsung refrigerator and last month it stopped working as a part was spoilt and the company personnel changed the part after almost a weeks time and after calling them up almost everyday. they charged us rs.2000 for the same but this week again the same part got spoilt and again the person says i will have to shell out rs2000 for the same part! its going to be almost a week but the part has not yet arrived and they say still its going to take time.they say that they don't have the part since a week and they are getting it from chennai. how can a company like samgung not have parts of its refrigerator in mumbai? i am facing a lot of problems due to unavailability of the refrigerator.
                            Also they say that the part is getting spoilt because of power problems but how come the part gets spoilt only in my fridge and no one in the building is having any problems.
                            I, hope you look into the matter and help me out on my problem.

                                  I had purchased a SAMSUNG MICRO OVEN for my personal use at home during 2006 and I was using it till June 2011. During this period I never find any fault in the machine. One day during june 2011 we switched on the machine the light of the machine did not blow, then we contacted Company's service center here i.e. CAUVERY SERVICES, NO.4, C V NARAYAN RAO COMPLEX, A N K ROAD, GANDHI NAGAR, SHIMOGA.Phone No.[protected] & 405783. The person who attended @ my hope said that, there is a complaint in the Bord & bring it to their office for repair. Accordingly, I took the oven to their office and handed over and received the acknowledgement on 09.07.2011. After one week I received a phone call from the service center & I was told that, the machine cannot be repaired due to not availability of spares & you should go for new one. I really wondered how can a company can manufacture a machine without its spares. When I questioned, they have given a Phone No.([protected]) of Sri.Roshan service coordinator of the company. I contacted the person several times but he did nothing except assuring that he will look in to the matter. Till to day my above machine laying in the above service center with out attending to my complaint. Not even they contacted me to know the fate of that machine.

                                  2. I invested around Rs.14000/- on the machine just 5 years back & now the machine is no way useful for want of its spare. How can a company manufacture a product without spare. At the time of purchase the dealer was assured of its availability of spares and service. Rs.14000/- is not a small amount. The company should get my machine repaired or they should replace it.

                                  3. With the above, I request you to do something to my complaint and see that my oven is delivered back in a
                                  serviceable condition.

We are approached the Samsung Mobile Service Centre located at Brodie pet, Guntur. They are saying that the mobile LCD cost is Rs.680/- where as we are purchased the mobile for Rs.1,299/-.

                                    Total mobile spare parts prices are as follows in that service centre.

                                    Total amount is Rs. 3,280/- that means 2 and half time above price of the new mobile price, It seems that if we lost or broken any of the part it is better to purchase the new mobile. Where as we have inquired the same part in the local market. They said that they can sell the same part (genuine) for Rs.300/-. The same thing i was discussed with Mr. Venkat Reddy (Incharge of the Service Center), he was given a inattentive answer which is hurting to the others. He said me that you can buy out side why you are coming to the Service Centre.

                                    Kindly take the necessary action and give me the correct price of the LCD.

                                      Pathetic Service from SAMSUNG

                                      This is in reference to Service Request number - [protected] raised at your contact center on 05th Oct 2011 regarding the visit of engineer at my place.
                                      I have purchased Microwave oven Model Number - CE104VD-B (CE104VD-B/XTL) on 02nd Oct 2011 from Divine Gizmos Pvt. Ltd. As per them engineer will visit at my place by 3rd oct 2011, I have enquired them d I have to place a request for the same or they will come by there own. As per Divine Gizmos Pvt. Ltd they will forwarded the details to service center from themselves.
                                      Someone called me on 3rd Oct 2011 from mobile number [protected] that he will visit by today itself, I waited whole day and cancelled my other appointment but nobody turned up even no one even bothered to give courtesy call. Lately received a call that he will visit tomorrow early morning in between 8:30 – 9:00 hrs I said OK.
                                      Next day 0n 4th Oct I waited for the engineer, again same story no one come then that person called us ( sorry don’t remember his name) around 11:00 hrs stating your place in not come under his zone, when I asked him to provide any number or service center number but he was not aware of same and disconnected the call.
                                      On 5th Oct somehow I manage to get your customer number, I called in the morning some Mr Shanu attend my call, the pathetic customer care representative I come across in my life he just picked call start giving his opening script but without listening me anything he just give his closing script I was saying hello but he’s not bothered for anything.
                                      I again called at customer care one lady attended my call she listen me very patiently and taken all my concern and provide above mentioned SR number giving a TAT for engineer visit by 20:00 hrs and assure that will receive the call from service engineer.
                                      I waited for call from service engineer but again false promise no response from your end. Around 16:00 hrs I again called at contact center they again assured me that they have sent a mail at service center on priority and will definitely receive get response.
                                      I trusted on your contact center people but as expected no call no show from your service center and contact center. I again called up at contact center at 20:00 hrs when asked by when the engineer will visit again new date and time provided that by tomorrow definitely engineer will visit I asked him to provide my the time by when he will come, again received the standard answer between 10:00 – 20:00 hrs he will come any time. This is really wretched, on festive day how come someone think to park all his personal work and sit at home waiting for engineer. When I asked them to give me mail on this they bluntly denied the same and said we don’t have provision of same quite surprising because in every industry in customer service have this provision.

                                      At last to sum up all my pain and inconvenience caused due to false excuses form your contact center/service center/showroom. I would say BIG NO to Samsung for future I’ll make sure at least in my circle no one go for so called SAMSUNG brand and will give a print in leading newspaper stating “SAY NO TO SAMSUNG”.
                                      I felt cheated I wasted my money in a brand who don’t care for the customer they are in the market just to sell the product no after sale service support. And the funniest at the back of your Samsung broacher you guys mentioned in big letter “KNOCK OFF YOUR WORRIES” well no comments now I know this is just to print not to implement. And moreover you guys have customized service for different products like LED TV, Notebooks, Washing Machine, AC and refrigerator but not for microwaves.
                                      Hope after this mail you guys start taking your customer seriously, will work on customer satisfaction. Or i would suggest these korean or japness what so ever they are better shut down and go back to there own country, sell these product with these services.

                                        I Bought a Samsung LED TV Costing 55k, the guy in change told us that the TV Has the feature of playing the Video via Pen Drive.
                                        I Bought it, but when we saw at home the feature was missing.I Went back again, but now the guy says he didnt told us that we can play Video via Pen Drive. I am left with no option now.i am cheated as that feature was a KEY FEATURE for me.
                                        Kindly Help me on this.
                                        moral of the story: never believe any seller, Always check, what is told.
