COMPLAINT NUMBER: [protected] DATED 3.9.11.......MY DESKTOP MONITOR WAS OFTEN HAVING PROBLEMS AND I LODGED A COMPLAINT IN THE CUSTOMER CARE. THE PERSON CAME AND REPAIRED. BUT THEN TOO IT WAS HAVING THE PROBLEM. THE PERSON WHO VISITED TOLD ME THAT THE MONITOR CANNOT BE REPAIRED AND SO THE COMPANY WILL REPLACE IT. THE PERSON TOOK THE COPY OF MY BILL AND HE PROMISED ME TO GIVE THE NEW MONITOR WITHIN 15 DAYS. BUT SINCE THE LAST ONE MONTH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME. I GAVE COMPLAINT IN THE CUSTOMER CARE FOUR TIMES BUT TILL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. WHEN MY PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRENTY THE STATUS IS SO BAD. I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED IF IT IS UNDER CONTRACT, ETC. THIS IS THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY A WELL KNOWN COMPANY.I WANT THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY.

    i have bought a samsung mobile c-3303 last year in sept.
    during the warranty period mike of the mobile was not working problem and submitted twice at the samsung support centre. but after one month it is giving the same problem.
    plz sir its my request to consider my problem and replace the mike at the earliest.

        I purchased Samsung Galaxy 3 handset on 20th June online. After less than 2 months, its software crashed. Service center at Bharatpur could not get the problem resolved. So, I called customer care and asked the location of the nearest centers. The center whose address I got from them, was closed weeks back. I finally found out the location of new Service Center i.e. A-care Kheria. Though I had called the manager prior to visiting, but when I reached the center, he refused to attend to my problem.
        After lots of trouble and visiting Kheria center several times, I was able to get the original problem resolved. But when I received the handset, its ringer was damaged and each and every screw was missing. Even the spare ringer is not available in my city. After about 2 months of struggling, I am helpless. The handset cost me Rs. 9,000 and purchased from HomeShop18. They also forwarded my complaint to Samsung, but it didn't help. I have used handsets of Nokia and LG, but never faced a single issue on the part of service center. Even after so much has happened, Samsung is unwilling to get my handset replaced or refunded.

          PFA my Bill. Hometown bill no# T21/2222

          I Akhilesh Bhardwaj ,have purchased Samsung LVDTV Model-LA26C450E1 form Home town , Yerwada Pune at 6th February 2011, now TV has started giving display problem. Mr. Rakesh ( Samsung Engineer) has visited my place and suggested to replace the part ( which is 90 % of the actual cost) Reference Samsung call# [protected].Thanks to the god ,TV has shown misbehavior under the warranty period which is under 01 year ( as per Samsung deal ) and after that no as such warranty or guarantee of your product that will run or not ? Note- Please not I have not brought any local product to just use for 01 year and throw it away from home b’coz not sure whether it will run or not .

          I have communicated to Hometown representative Mr. Prasad who is very helpful also with Mr. Desai ( Samsung Coordinator in Hometown) who was helpless to permanently fix the problem. Samsung call center executives & Mr. Rakesh ( Samsung Engineer) says they will replace the particular part but my query why can’t Samsung provide me another new set of TV against the replacement of your faulty product ? request to please test this product under your lab to find out route cause to provide better services in this competitive market.

          I really have faith on Samsung brand but due to the really very bad experience with Samsungs LVDTV Model-LA26C450E1 my mind started changing as Samsung executive Says they can’t extend the warranty of Product & even no one has bothered to replace the faulty product till now.

          Sorry about my words it may be harsh but I am really very disappointed with Samsung response. My humble request to Samsung Management group/Customer care to listen customer complaints and take the necessary action for permanently fix of problem.

          I am very much Thankful to Hometown Yerwada,Pune for giving me assurance of their best services in follow up but now Samsung has to take a next step on fixing my problem.

            my name is sandeep mahajan, i've bought samsung gt-s8530 wave 2 mobile phone on 28/07/2011, but with in less than 2 months i;ve facing problem on touch panel & handset would be hang after every use. due to this i was not able to make a call every time i want or recieve as well. finally i go to samsung service centre on 27/09/2011 & ask them to replace the hanset because this is not the way that one main feature is of the product has getting problem in less than 2 months, but they said this not possible to replace it & they promise me that they repair the set in one working day. but now on next day i've asked about the set is ready, they said it has to change touch panel & they don't have it in their stock & it will take 2 to 3 days to solve the problem but that's also not sure too. nobody is there to hear me. so, please help me what can i do for gettin out this problem.

IMEI - 356301/04/543594/0- on 24/07/2011 at Cool Point (Bhadreswar, Hooghly). When(at home) I was insert the sim I saw Mobile Sim section are damaged.
              I went Samsung Service Centre (Chandannagar Hooghly ) and told this problem. He told I cant solve this problem. His Beaviour is vary dirty.

                  I purchased the Samsung W-299 model in October 2009. This mobile was not charging few days back and then I took this mobile to authorized Samsung Service Center at Noida. Now technician at service centre says that the mother board of Samsung phone needs to be replaced in Rs. 9000.

                  Now I ask you , I had purchased this phone in Rs. 10500 at that time . What’s the quality of this phone that its mother board has gone .

                  I am going to consumer court for the degraded quality of this phone that Samsung is providing. If you can replace this , then let me know.

                      I HERE BY INFORM ALL PUBLIC THROUGH THIS FORUM WHO ARE USING OR ABOUT TO BY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS PARTICULARLY MOB. HANDSETS OR EVEN OTHER ELECTRONICS ITEMS, PLEASE THINK BEFORE BUYING SAMSUNG INDIA PRODUCTS.

                      THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS WORST EVER I HAVE SEEN. CUSTOMER CARE TECHNICAL SUPPORT DEPARTMENT AND THEIR SERVICE CENTERS ALL ARE MISGUIDING THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY ONLY TALK, BUT DO NOT TAKE ACTION. SAMSUNG INDIA IS NOT HAVING SKILLED SERVICE ENGINEERS WITH THEIR SERVICE CENTERS. MY EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG INDIA SAYS THEIR IS NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN SAMSUNG INDIA WHO CAN TAKE THE ACCOUNTABILITY. AS NO ONE FROM SAMSUNG INDIA IS ABLE TO SOLVE MY CASE SINCE 19 JULY 2011.

                      I AGAIN REQUEST TO ALL PUBLIC WHO CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT SAMSUNG PRODUCTS PLEASE BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ONLY ON USE AND THROW BASIS.

                      Samsung Mobile — neglect in duty

                      sir i bought a samsung dual sim mobile phone from classic communication, bapuji nagar but after using few days i found some fault in that set so i went to service centre then they make a DOA against that handset on dt-7/03/10. i submitted it to that distributor that same day but it already more than a month passed away nor that distributor or that retailer giving me that handset or that amount(10000)

                      adding that i am a single person in my family & i am working in a private firm they are just harashsing me every day not giving me valid reason they are just passing the ball here 7 there.

                      I am from Nagpur, India. I've a samsung corby pro GT-B5310 which i've got last month... yesterday my phone automatically switched off while I was on a call... I reatarted it latter but till now I am not able to open the messages folder.. Whenever i try to do so it says messages initialising... I've also reatarted the phone several times till now but still no success... also got an SOS message on a separate no.. what I shud do open my messages???

                      Sir,
                      This is to inform you that above set was earlier handed over to above service center in Jun 2011 and delivered to us on[protected], but after 12 days same problem was occurred. The set again handed over to above service center on[protected] and service center people told me to stay at their service center for three hours to solve my handset problem but they could not succeed then I told to them to make work order and get my set checked completely. On[protected] I went there to take my set, when checked by their staff it was lying there as it is.
                      Their engineer again told me to stay there for two hours, again they could not succeed and told me to come after 5-6 days. Protesting on their behave their engineer told me to take my set back without get it serviced.
                      I immediately approached to Samsung Service Manager Mr. Yogendra Rawat but I found him fully committed to service center not to customer and he also told me that he is completely helpless in this matter.
                      Sir I am regularly lodging my complain to you but I have’t got any solution or response from Samsung India till time & date.
                      I also want to inform you that I am not able loose my valuable time & request you to kindly replace my handset immediately. Otherwise what I feel Samsung India will loose their credibility among customer.
                      I hope Samsung India will take quick action to save my time & credibility on Samsung India.
                      The date I lodged my complaint I have not got any response of my mail till date from Samsung India.
                      Yesterday i.e. on 9.9.2011 I have received 8 phone calls through following nos.

                      [protected],[protected], [protected], but no one talked about the replacement of my handset. Regret to say that every one is forcing me to collect my handset from service centre. After two months I received a letter on 10.09.2011 from concerned service centre, asking me to collect my handset from their service centre. I would like to ask you, what is the problem in replacing my handset by samsung India, pl. clerify in detail. Which I am demanding for last two months, hope you will look in to the matter seriously to get solve my problem at the earliest without loosing any valuable time as well as your's and mine also. I also request you to take a firm decision inspite of wasting time on phone calls.
                      As I am facing problem with Samsung India (Swift Service Centre Dehradun) since June 2011, when I handed over my handset to above service centre.

                      Regret to say that M/s Samsung India mobile division is not interested to solve the complaint of their customer. It seems that company is only interested in selling their product in India, as no one form Samsung India has shown the responsibility to handle the problem of their consumer. I would again say regretfully that M/s Samsung India is working as a headless company. On 12th Sep. one Mr. Akhilesh from Samsung India has called me saying that my case is being solved on priority bases through their head office (Gurgaon) but after completion of a week not a single response was given to me.

                      Congratulation Samsung India for completely neglecting their consumer.
                      Samsung India mobile division is completely neglecting their consumer's grievances it seems that Samsung India is selling chinese products, otherwise they must have taken action against my complaint (No. - [protected]) which was lodged in 19th July 2011. Is there anybody in Samsung India Ltd. to look in to the matter & solve this problem.

                        I had brought a fridge from your authorised dealer M/S jamal sales corporation at palakkad ( kerala) in 2008 . Now my fridge is not cooling at all . i informed your dealer regarding the same .His reponse has been that we are sending the technician just now ,4 days have already passsed and till now, no one has reported .With school going kids just tell me how am i going to manage the show. If i had known that your after sales service will be so bad i would never have gone for your fridge. My sincere advise to all the indian who are going to buy any samsung product is that never go for any samsung product if you want to have any piece of mind.

                          Sir/Madam,
                          Most respectfully,I beg to inform you that i bought a washing machine( Samsung-Model-SOHAG, Sl. No. W04252zcp503791M) on the date of 01/10/2009 from Swagat Plaza(a house of consumer durables)situated at Basant Bora Complex K.B.Road Jorhat-1, Assam . But during the warranty period the machine was not working at all. So, I complain it to the samsung authorised repairing centre and they take my complain bearing claim no.-[protected] . From the technical report dated 20/10/2009 of the expert it came to my notice that main PCB defect is the cause of the problem . The report also contains in the remark of the ASC Manager Column is that " spare not available" .So , i wait some days . But they not take any action to settle my problem. So, i again notice the matter to the servicing center. In the mean time, the ownership of the authorize servicing center of samsung change to another person and they take my complain newly , New complain no. [protected]. But they also not settle my problem . So, I humbly pray for you to settle the matter.

                            I recently bought samsung for my reliance connection...how mobile started troubling me...there is no voice clarity...itook it show room they diverted me to service centre...servicing guys...1st of all have no manners r minimum curtosy to listen to my problems...at last vn i yelled back they paid attention...how ever they retained it for 2 days stating that they will enhance software..how ever my problem was no solved...

                              We bought a samsung lcd tv 32 inch on 5-jul-2010 from Bajaj Electronics, kukatpally.
                              On 29-may-2011, we got a problem with screen. there were some colours display on the screen and we made a complain to the Samsung.
                              The engineer came to our house and he chked the screen and said it was the screen problem and need to be changed, Since the TV is in warranty, the screen was replaced by the company free of cost.

                              But again in august, only 2 months after the replacement of the screen, we again got the problem with the screen, No picture output and only audio output.
                              Again we made a complaint and the engineer came to our house, chked the screen and said it is the screen problem again.
                              and it costs around 15,000 since the tv is out of warranty.
                              We said we are not going to pay the amount and we want the screen to be replaced since it is only 1 year old and moreover the screen is 2 months old
                              From then on there is no response from them
                              we made many calls to the helpline but went in vain
                              The TV is still like that without screen from the past 1 month

                              Please hlp us regarding this.

                              This is the second time i am writing to the Consumer Complaints Forum regarding my TV Problem
                              I am having worst experience with the Samsung people.
                              and i am in a helpless situation unable to decide whether to exchange my TV which costs around 40, 000 only 1 year old or wait for these irresponsible people to get back to me (may be in 1 more month).
                              When i put up a mail, here, they contacted me saying your problem is under notice and we r taking care of that.
                              it was on 23rd september where the problem was already 1 month old and today it's again 10th october

                                I am bound to write a complaint about my SAMSUNG GALAXY Handset
                                Model No. GALAXY S -I9003(3G SMARTPHONE), which I had bought on 15.03.2011 from TV and Allied Sales(Mobile Division),1st Floor, Paigah Plaza, Palace Colony, Above IOB Bank, Baseerbagh, Hyderabad. through Bill No. 12152 SAMSUNG MODEL NO- GALAXY S-I9003(3G SMARTPHONE).IMEI No. [protected]. The Handset start giving trouble in just 2
                                months i.e June'11.07.
                                1) Poor Battery talktime particularly in 3G selection- I have spent 19K to experience 3G service. I have taken decision to buy this high end model of Samsung after getting information/ technical specification from it's website and but the dream has been shattered and the handset is not compatible to handle this feature at all.
                                This handset is giving normal (ON 2G-voice only) talktime of 10hrs.(continous call 40min.) and if on data then 6-7 hrs. and if put this on 3G option then battery gone down in just 3 hrs. (without downloading any application).
                                2) Handset Hang Problem:-When I have gone to Delhi and on airport the handset was not latched in Network (on Network Auto search mode)and showing network searching and then hanged then I have to restart the handset but same was not worked in roaming (This problem I am facing on visiting the roaming location and It's not a fault of Network Provider as after putting the handset on Manual Mode the handset is taking 15min. and then searched the network provider and then only I have able to latched.(Given Complaint on 11/07/11 at Samsung Service centre, Secundrabad but same was not rectified. During repair they have not ensured to take backup of handset and reset the handset and accordingly I have lost my precious data of my mobile handset.
                                3) Charger not working:- I have complained on 29/08/11 and after confirmation they have ready to replace charger with other model of Samsung Mobile but not with S-I9003 and after followup they have committed to replace with genuine charger carrying the same model no. handset S-I9003 in next 7 days. Now I have to wait for 7 days to use my Handset.

                                On dealing with Samsung service centre- Secundrabad the dealing hand is very arrogant and not ready to listen the problem of customer. After three time of visit to service centre I am not getting satisfactory solution as most of the time the call
                                was not through or not attended by their executives.I feel cheated by Samsung that after spending of my hard earned money of Rs. 19110/- on this handset.
                                I am fail to understand that If company is not having good 3G compatible handset then why they are selling it in market and minting money be fooling the customer.
                                I have also given feedback to their call centre agent on 14.07.11 on their customer satisfaction enquiry call but no such action being taken by them.
                                I felt cheated from Samsung for Rs. 19110/- Every day while
                                on field every body saying why ur phone is Not Responsding.
                                The Self Image is shattering uncessary in eyes of Seniors and Family Members.

                                Followup request email sent on 17th Sept'11 on the email id provided by Customer Service- Samsung Mobile based at Noida.i.e anand.[protected]@partner.samsung.com

                                This is in continuation of my followup with Samsung Mobile (Service center MG Road Secundrabad-AP) and as per followup I have received the new charger on 16/09/2011 against the faulty charger which I have submitted on 29/08/2011.

                                On 16/09/2011 I have submitted my faulty handset (IMEI [protected]) at Samsung Mobile service center-MG Road, vide job order no. S.NO. R2J B 291333 W for necessary rectification of problem that I am facing on this faulty handset and accordingly they have called me on 17/09/2011.
                                I have visited on 17/09/2011 and according to the Service center the software has been updated on my handset but problem has not been rectified and to resolve the same PBA-Motherboard of the handset has to be changed.
                                I am not satisfied with this resolution as after the change of Mother board means the handset will loose the originality (factory setup) as the entire internal parts will be changed and accordingly warranty will also be vanished.


                                I felt very cheated to by this faulty handset from SAMSUNG (India), such a second largest mobile brand in world. I want my hardened money refund that I have invested on this faulty SAMSUNG Handset.


                                I am also fail to understand If service center of Samsung Mobile itself is convinced with the status of faulty handset then why they are not taking decision to change with new handset or refund of my hard earned money invested on this faulty handset.


                                I am also share one more pain area as the Samsung Service center has not provided any standby handset in exchange to repair work of this faulty handset (submitted on 16/09/2011).

                                At last I have invested another 7500/- for taking new handset from market for the connectivity with my official and social circle.

                                I bought this handset on 15/03/2011 and from then I have visited 6 time to your Service center.

                                I have also update the status of the same to CORE vide complaint no.29859/2/2011.

                                Please help me to resolve this and arrange to provide justice.

                                  I am a very old samsung product user and believed in it untill this month 3rd when my LCD
                                  TV got a problem of volume and it was not controlled by remote and the moment it was swithced on the volume use to go Zero and no response from remote ,the customer service at andaman (Techmec engineering ) authorised customer service of samsung is slowly spoiling the name of samsung ,
                                  i complined about the problem of tv and took the tv for service and the condition of display was ok and there was only volume problem,after three days of wait when i gave them a call
                                  they said that ur volume problem is solved but ur LCD screen has gone for six
                                  and now u have to buy the new screen ,i know the TV when handed over to them was not having any screen based problem and the display can go off only after a bang or short circuit and that did not happen with me it was at their work shop ,so who is responsible now
                                  above all the manager is so smart saying that it is fortunate that your display went of and now
                                  it is not our responsibility ,you buy a new tv or exchange it , but when i handed the tv the display was ok ,i said ok give me back the tv with same problem and the question of Display problem happened at work shop ,then who should be responsible for it after this i have been constantly visiting the service centre ,the response is nil ,they are not able to say when i will get my tv and even said that "you go to consumer forum or court ,we have seen so many going and running around we have enough time and we know what will happen so we are not afraid of court , these type of response is really brings bad name to brand and i do believe in
                                  samsung is the best ,few bad people cant eat away the pie so please advice me what should i be doing now ,i feel that decency is illness and people take advantage so can i go to
                                  consumer court will it be help full for me

                                    I purchased samsung 1.5 ton split A.C. on 01.dec.2010.The moment I purchased this A.C. I am facing many problems till today.First in the starting its moving flap was making noise which was treated within 5-6 months and its gas was also got leaked from its compressor pipe,then technician visited here after many days and did welding in that pipe.Then again after 2-3 months A.C. gas got leaked and this time it was filled with not any kind of work done i.e. welding etc. and now its my third time and i am facing the same problem of gas leakage with 10months of my purchase. Within these 10 months of my warranty period I had to call there several times and 3 times for same problem(gas leakage).The technician has visited again saying this would be corrected within next few days.So,within 9-10 months only I have to call there several times,i haved faced same problem since starting.Sir,you can also check my call records in samsung customer care department.Please sir this time I want my A.C.to be replaced with new one as my warranty period of one year is going to be end on December as i dont believe that after my warranty termination this A.C would work fine.Please sir rectify my problem soon.

                                      Aftre switching on no display is there on digital screen but when the door is opened low light appears inside the chamber and disc .starts rotating automatically.                                         I had purchesed Samsung Mobile (Samsung Galaxy Pop ,Model No. GT-S5570) on 1 st September 2011 and i found the battery life of mobile is very very poor,ie. if i fully charge the mobile ,the battery life of my mobile wont stay for even a single day without continuous uses of it. most of the time my phone remains in stand by mode then also in a single day battery of the mobile gose down.
                                        Please suggest me the right solution for this.

                                        Even I have the same problem as Mr. Nikhil. I also had purchased Samsung Mobile (Samsung Galaxy Pop, Model No. GT-S5570) on 8th or 9th September 2011 and the battery life of mobile is very very poor. Except first 2 days, the battery life of my mobile doesn't come for even a single day (this is even when i do not use it for long durations of calls). I have to do charging multiple times. The situation is worse if I activate wireless or internet on the mobile. The duration of battery is way lesser than the promised, especially for a new phone hardly one month old.

                                        Please guide me a solution for this.

                                        I had same issue as I purchesed Samsung Mobile (Samsung Galaxy Pop, Model No. GT-S5570) on 27th September 2011 and I found the battery life of mobile is very very poor, ie.

                                        As it is just one week old phone the reseller asked me to go samsung services center which is a cheating with consumer.

                                        The situation is worse if I activate wireless or internet on the mobile. The duration of battery is just for 1 or 2 hrs.
                                        I am planning to go with consumer court and will register a complaints against samsung as I am a lawyer in Tis Hazzari Court.
