To Whom it may concern,
I purchased recently Samsung galaxy ace from the showroom mentioned below.

The problem I faced is described in trailing mail below.
Which I have copy pasted from mail to the above mentioned show room.

They never sent a confirmation reply against the receipt of the mail. But they received it which they said when I asked in person in the shop.
Now I explained them (as much I have learnt electronics in my career) that it may have hardware problem. Take your time and check against hardware also. But they assured that it's not.


They updated and formatted the software and things were ok. But after 3-4 days is started again. And this is happening today and I am taking it to them in the same condition. Because they will never believe; as their technical expert is more than technical expert(as they think.) and they said if problem persists. They will again repair.

Dear Sir/ Madam… I don’t want to mobile R & D to be subject of technical revolution.
Please Do the needful . it costs me also in time and money to go a place which is not on the way to home and office.
I am not marking cc to('[protected]@jagdishelectronics.com') the showroom because them;
I don’t know which way take this things as.
But it's more than frustration for the thing which I bought. reply on my mail id [protected]@lntecc.com

I have purchased samsung galaxy S Duos this Diwali season. From the first day i am facing the issue of flicking while playing the music and slow response of the device while using Internet.

I contacted to customer care center they told me to update the firmware software to solve this problem.Even at the same time they did it, but it couldn't help me.

This is really disappointing to me because every time i use to listen the music and marking my device in not working properly.

This is really-really disgusting that customer care persons are making excuses instead of solving the customer issues.

This is not a business what Samsung is making with customer. Definitely everything going to sink with this type of business.

Please contact me([protected]) to solve my problem I want to solve this ASAP.

    I had purchased mobile of Samsun model Guru 1081 on 2sep2011. The problem is with hanset is when I use to make a call to other person he is not able to hear me (outgoing voice is not working) I went to the authorized service center of Samsung. At service center eng. is saying it will take 7days for reapair the same. I asked him Pl issue me other one or provide me stand by handset till the time. he is not ready for the same. In this 7days I have to suffer, my most of the work get delayed. I want to register a complaint against the samsung company. because my work will suffer wit this proble.

      I have raised a complaint about the Samsung sub-woofer not working in the month of Aug. The engineer visited the home on 4th Aug and claimed that the board of the sub-woofer is gone and needs to be replaced.

      After this, couple of other engineers came and retested without any updates. They took a copy of bill and vanished away.

      Now its been more than 6 weeks and I am not still updated with whats happening ... FORGET about solving the issue.

      The service Manager incharge of the issue Mr. Sayeed (M: [protected]) is not reachable at all for last 3 weeks. He does not pickup the calls and is acting irresponsible regarding this issue. I would like to raise an official complaint against him for the POOR service and irresponsible behavior. If samsung keeps such people incharge of the service then soon they would have to close the shop.

        I bought this Samsung Galaxy 3 touch phone Model no: s5801 and purchased on 27/09/2010 for Rs 12149/-. and I have a warranty of 1 year and also I have taken a extended Warranty of 2 additional years, I m on Tata Docomo Network and the suddenly 1 month earlier this phone had a problem with the network and the phone was showing no network.. I went to the Samsung Service center (D.no .52-10-10/1/6, ASPEN Towers, Resapuvanipalem, VISAKHAPATNAM -530013) on the 16/08/2011 and the Work Order no ( H-549) and gave this Phone and they told me it will take 2 days and we will change the software .as there is some problem and they need to format my phone . After 2 days when I went , they informed me that the matter has not resolved and they need to change the motherboard of the Phone as there is some problem with the Hardware . I was not happy with it and they told me that it will take 5 more days as they done have the motherboard and they will order it. so I went after 5 days and t hey informed that it not yet done and they informed it will take another 4 days to get the phone . . Again I went to the service center and they handed my phone to me and it was switched off and the battry was not charged and I asked them to show me if its working and when they swichted on the phone they uploaded the 2.2 Andriod Software as the original software was 2.1 Android and when I asked them to change it now the people spoke to me very rudely and informed it will take 2 more days to change the software . I spoke to the Manager Rajesh who told it will be done now and I have to wait there for 45 min to get that done and I informed that if it is not done i want the replacement of the phone or want the money back and he informed it will be done and there will not be any problem and when it was done it took the phone and then inserted the TATA Docomo Sim , I was unable to make and receive calls from my Samsung phone and phone was working fine with other network Sim an Rajesh also inserted the his Docomo Sim but t was not working and he informed me to take the phone to the TATA Docomo service and get the SIM Replace . I got the New SIM for my network and its still not working ..

        I went again to the service center and spoke to Rajesh about and he informed that he will replace my phone and either get me a New replacement phone or will refund the money if the problem is resolved and he informed there will not be a problem and he asked me to come after 5 days. So when I went to him on a Saturday he informed that we have got a solution and we need to change the motherboard one more time and the issue will be resolved ..I was unhappy and was frustrated and as I went to this service center more than 15 time now and the issue is still the same . and he asked me to come on Monday and he will give the phone and again as I went to him the phone was not done I M VERY DISSATISFIED FROM THE POOR SERVICE . Rajesh informed to wait for 45 min and I had to go to work and he informed he will drop the Phone to my house in 2 hr time and nobody turned up and that was yesterday and when I called him up today at he told me that the person will come today by 11 AM and I m still waiting for the person and I don't even have a phone to use .

        I want to raise this matter with the Senior Complaint head who can look into this in detail and get back to me ASAP and I want the Replacement of my phone or the refund I m not happy with the services and the phone and its been close to 1 month that my phone problem has not been rectified ..

          The worst service I have ever faced with SAMSUNG, few months ago I bought 1 Samsung LCD TV 34",

          Person who fixed the wall mounting support was not at all fixed properly, even though I call the samsung service center to re-fix the wall mount again.

          The person who respond to me I hope he is not well educated, he responded that they will be charging me for Rs 600.

          For his mistake I NEED TO PAY.....!!!!!

            I have purchased a Samsung Mobile Hand set about one year back. It was kept on my table after switching it off around 10 PM on 24th August 2011.
            Next day morning I tried to switch it on. But it was not working then. I was not able to put it on.

            I went to Mangalore service provider of samsung Mobile hand set. But they told me its mother Board is not working. It requires its replacement. It is the most costliest part of the phone. There is no purpose in reparing the set by replacing its mother board

            The Phone never fallen from my hand even once during use
            It battery is not damaged. Every thing is even looks like so fresh. But the thing is that I am not able to put it on use by putting it on. It could not be charged also because current supply is not accepted by the set.
            Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I fully unsatisfied with ur customer care service, very poor service o[censored]r company.

                I have a samsung mobile GT S5233s but i really disappointed after ur complaint services. I think that my mobile has dead before 15 days. When I reached to the Only One Oped Customer care center of Samsung, the representative of that centre said to me that He could not repair any mobile for overloading. I quarrel with him today.
                Now You tell me that What can i do. Your other customer care centre is closed now. Only one customer care centre at Kheria Mode (Agra Cantt).
                Why did your other mobile customer care centre close and tell me that your nearest centre by Sanjay Place which I satisfied.

                  i have baught samsung mobile on dated 24/12/2010 from mobile store after 6 months it was not working properly it was not getting charged & it get automatically switched off then i went to service station of samsung situated at benajhabar kanpur they told me that board of phone is not working properly they gave me token no 51670 &told me to come after 7 days but it took 25 days on 28th august they repaired my phone but when i used the phone it is not working it is getting hang after every call when i again went to the service station on 30 august they again told me that board is to be again changed make a token & come after 10 days sir i m fed up with this type of service i m facing problem pls tell me what to do . my cell no is [protected].

                      I bought samsung c 3222 in may 2011,within a month i faced with problem of software which was then repaired by your care centre but again in just 15days the same problem arised which was cleared by changing circuit they took 7-8days to repiar. Now agian i am facing same problem n i dnt wish to repair my phone by your care centre so please replace or return my money within 7-8 days or i will have to prefer consumer forrum.

                      I am able to send file but not able to accept file via bluetooth

                              I had bought a Samsung wave 2 in the month of April 2011.

                              In June, the touch has malfunctioned and got repaired by the local service center. It took 20 days to get that repaired,

                              After 2 months, again its creating problem. now it would take few more days..

                              As a result, I need a solution for this. Its fine that now it is in the warranty period.

                              The point is if this happens in every 2 months, then its a huge problem and Samsung being such a huge mobile company needs to take some actions.

                              Kindly suggest how to find a permanent solution for this or needs to be raised to higher levels.

                              Hello All,
                              I am from India > Mumbai, I purchased my Wave2 GT- S8530 on September 1st 2011, and wanted to manage my contacts, so installed Kies.

                              then Kies refused to allow me to connect, unless i had updated the latest version of KIES which was 72 Mb.

                              My OS is Windows XP Sp2,
                              I am running as Administratror, Firewall is Disabled.

                              then When i connected my handset it restarted my Handset, and after that:
                              My Camera starting throwing the following Error:
                              "CAMERA FAILED"
                              I had given to Samsung Vasai Service center on 9th September, and asked for replacement, but they refused and they said they will repair it.

                              Then on 12th September they said that Camera Hardware is gone and Camera Module is not available, and they will inform me when it arrives.

                              Then on 13th September they said my Camera Hardware module is still not available.

                              On 14th September still the same response that the engineer had been to Mira Road and they havent got any Camera module for replacement.

                              Why cant the Samsung replace my faulty Handset with a new one?

                              What is the Samsung Replacement Policy?

                              This is a New Handset Purchased on 1st September, and for this it is almost a week without a handset??

                                I had put OMH card on my new handset Samsung Galaxy Pop CDMA I559, But iam not able to open the UIM Toolkit option in my mobile, Because of that i am not able to access R-World. So pls suggest what to do.

                                  I had purchased a Samsung washing ,Model No:WD9505EG on[protected] and item delivered to my residence on 25th Aug 2011.I called on company's toll free number on 26th Aug and registered for installation(Reg No:[protected]).After that i contacted the local agency to know about the installation date.They told me within next 24 working hours technician will come and install it.Till today nobody attended my request.

                                    I have been unnecessarily charged Rs 10 in the name of cricket scores & updates subscription pack. Do not charge me anything hereafterwards even though if I had accidentally applied on WAP connection. I do not want that service.

                                    I bought a Samsung M569 mobile phone on 1st June, 2009. It went dead on 17 th June, 2009. What a performance by Samsung !!!

                                    The service engineer said that the phone is dead and they have to send it to Delhi.

                                    Why should i accept this. I want my money back . Please help me.

                                    samsung/cell phone — Faulty Products & unfriendly customer care service

                                    As first time customer of the Samsung India & its product in my life, after 24 hours of purchase what I get is;

                                    * A handset which heats and dangerous as it can destroy my ears.
                                    * A handset with unclear display that can affect my vision.
                                    * Dealing of over 6 hours with unfriendly Samsung Service Center executive.
                                    * Money & time spend on travelling and moving all over Delhi to get my handset replaced.
                                    * Finally, just another way of forcing a customer into a contract of purchase with terms & condition and wasting my weekend.


                                    I here by present my case and would request you to kindly provide me necessary response to it.

                                    On 10th July, 2009 at 18:22 hrs I bought Samsung Super Hero cell phone TATA-CDMA-SM-HERO SCH B259 (A10000015D1492) which is manufactured for the TATA Indicom users. The details of the purchased equipment was as follows;

                                    Within 4 hours of purchase the cell phone started heating when a call is made for 10 min or more with the cell phone.

                                    On 11th July, 2009 afternoon I approached The Mobile Center for the replacement of the Handset. As per the store manager, they are only suppose to make sale of cell phone and cannot replace the handset, even if the handset dysfunctions within 24 hrs of purchase. The branch manager advised me that in case if there is a problem with handset within 7 days of purchase, DO letter can be obtained from the Samsung service center and it will be replaced by The Mobile Store.

                                    As directed by the Store manager, I approached the nearest Samsung Service Center, Beecham's Vision 31, Municipal Market, Connaught Circus, ND - 01. As per the manager of the service center, he would only update the software and will not replace it. As per the manager, the center has no authority for issuing DO letter and the B-27, Samsung Service Center located in Moti Nagar, New Delhi (Near Moti Nagar Metor Station) has the authority for issuing the DO letter.

                                    Once I approached the Samasung Service Center in Moti Nagar, after waiting for 2 hours for the Service, the Service Center manager refuses to provide me the DO letter as he is not authorised to do so for this problem. After spending 30 min showing all the different kind of legal document which was just another way saying that "I will not issue the letter", and said he'll update the software and will resolve the problem.

                                    After agreeing to his suggestion, he took the handset from me. According to the service center manager, it takes 25 min to update the software for which he took 2 hours. On asking for the cell phone, as per the manager the cell has hanged thrice while installing the software. On asking for the cell phone back, irrespective of the service done, the branch manager replied that the Software is now updated, but some new problem is there for which I have to submit the handset. The display of the hand set was not clear for which he said he'll send a query to head office. The Service Center Manager was not ready to accept the responsibility of the new problem. He asked me to leave the cell phone for which he'll check and submit a request to head office and will take 36 hours before anything can be done.

                                    As as result I lost my trust in the Service Center Manager and decided to take my hand set back. On asking for some proof for service, he refused to give me any document and said I can only give you the Job No. which he said is 912870.

                                    As a dissatisfied customer, I made a call to Samsung Customer Service Center on 30308282. There customer care executive Mr. Ankur directed me to Mr. Ansari and asked to call him on +91-[protected]. After presenting my case, Mr. Ansari showed irrational behaviour while talking on the phone and started shouting on me. He mean while made a conference call to Samsung Service Center Manager in Moti Nagar and said whatever the manager is saying is right without listening to anything.

                                    Its not even total 48 hours that as a customer of Samsung Mobile I have spent over Rs. 300 for transport and over 6 hours dealing with Samsung Service Center executives.

                                    And at the end what I get is a cell phone worth Rs. 1700, which is still heating while making a call for 10 min or more and a display which is distorted, plus lack of trust in Samsung Service Center executives and Samsung Products.

                                    I have gone through all the warranty card details and the agreement between organization & the end user that you provide with the product, that you'll use to respond.

                                    At the end of the case my queries are;

                                    * The details of warranty that you mention with the product are provided in the cell phone box which is seal packed. As per the sales executive at The Mobile Store, once seal broken the product is sold. Since all the terms & condition of the product are within the box, How can a Consumer make a choice based on the terms without opening the box???? Which means once seal broken is sold and as a result the terms & conditions are being forced upon the consumers.

                                    * Even though you don't charge for the repair or warranty, how will you make up for the cost of transport and the time that the customer spends dealing with unfriendly Samsung Service Center executive???

                                    Will I ever get my hand set replaced or do I again need to spend another 6 hours + Rs.300 and deal with Samsung executive or do I still need to work with the dysfunctional Samsung Hand set which can lead to damage of my ear as it gets heated or can affect my eyes as the display is not clear?????
                                    My mobile phone(samsung SGH-j150) was under warranty period & due to some technical problem, i have given it to service centre on[protected]. For the past one &half months Its my daily routine to visit him & ask for the same. But he is always giving one or the other excuses. Please help me to get my mobile back .

                                    the smsung service station of moti nagar is not giving my mobile(model no.-sgh-f270) . there is only a slide problem in my phone.I had submitted my mobile on 02/07/09 they said to me came on 10th to collect your phone but on 10th they said came on 15th and on 15th they said your phone is in building process not sure when your phone will be repair. so what to do i dont have any phone to use .HOPE THAT YOU WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY PROBLEM.

                                    Samsung SGH J150 — Poor service by service centres

                                    Recently I had brought a new samsung "SGH J 150" model in the month of november 2008. But after 1 month it started giving problems such as hanging and automatic switch off while receiving or making a call. It also gets switched off when i switched on the camera. I gave my mobile 2 the service centre and after 2 days they returned it back to me saying that it was perfect. Again after few days, that same problem occurred and i gave the mobile to them and so they took 3-4 more days to repair that. After some months my phone didn't get charged up. I showed them my mobile and my charger to them and they said that it was the charger fault. They also did not have the stock of new charger and i had to wait more than 7 days for getting my new charger back. The key pad numbers are totally invisible now and u can only see the key pad numbers during the night. And now my microphone is not working. They are saying that its the microphone problem. they are saying to come on particular date and whenever i'm going there, they are gain saying that you come after 5-6 days. After going a week when i went they still don't give the mobile saying that it has been incomplete. so this is the condition of Bhubaneswar samsung service centres. So its better that we shouldn't buy the samsung mobiles rather the nokia mobiles are far better. "IF WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIODS, THE CUSTOMERS ARE FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM, THEN WHAT WILL BE THE CONDITION OF CUSTOMERS AFTER THE WARRANTY OF THE MOBILE "????????
                                    My samsung c170 phone had a problem regarding the charging point. I went to samsung service centre located in jammu. They repaired my phone and i paid rs500 to the company..now the next day it begun to switch off and on by itself.then i again went to the service centre but they refused to correct it..then i went to other service centre of samsung and they made an estimate of 1200rs and the worst thing is that they changed my battery..my phone is completely dead..i mailed to company but no response..what should i do now?

                                    I have purchased Samsung M-200 Model having IMEI No.358046/02/251188/6 on 2nd November 2009 from White House Shop located in Sitabuldi area in Nagpur city. But I am very much disappointed to say that the Handset which I received is in very bad condition. There is battery backup problem, keypad is not good, PC is also not good.

                                    I am surprised that I have purchased a brand new mobile of Samsung Company, and within 2 months only it is giving me lot of problems. This shows a bad reputation of your Company. One more serious problem i have faced is that I got very bad experience from their service center located at Sadar,Nagpur.They have never responded on time and also did not adhere to the time lines which they gave.

                                    The White House Mobile Shoppe is also not ready to exchange the Handset now. So I am requesting you to exchange the handset as soon as possible, otherwise I have to go for Consumer Court for some action.

                                    As there is under warranty Period, but the full Handset is not fresh piece I want another Handset which is original. So do the needful as early as possible.

                                    Also request you to help me in this issue by giving your valuable suggestions and directions else i will need to take actions for the same.

D). while going the some advertisement it shows that it can be installed by the mobile application which in availble over the internet and in THE SHOPS. now i need the company will clear my doubt and tell me the procedure how to install the mobile application in C5212 mobile. the guildlines book also contain this detail like "you can download the mobile games and application over the internet".

                                    I had purchased a mobile handset named "samsung omnia 2 i8000" from my local area dealer named "Bhatia's mobile shop" on dated 12/02/2010.After one n half month from the purchased date my mobile ringer was damaged automaticaly and i had changed it through samsung service centre surat as mobile in warrenty period.After this when i got my mobile back so much problem were occuring from software and hardware side in mobile.Then after i had further given the mobile to service centre.In this period the handset was sold by service centre x personel.And that story ,i was came to know by my dealer(service centre manager had told to dealer about that to know me).So i was angried and told them to given my money back but they didnt and so many time were not answering my calls.After 2 week service centre manager called me to take my mobile back but i ad oppossed to take it back and asking for money but further they had no response.In between i had tried to call samsung regional manager of Surat but same,he was not answered my calls somany times.
                                    so sir now a time no body is responsing me(samsung regional manger.service centre manager and also bhatia mobile shop dealer).Still so many problems are occuring from software side and hardware side.

                                    so sir these problems are regular and others problems are coming still.every time i had swith off and on the mobile for that.i had used that phone hardly for 2 months from the purchased date.mobile is in warrenty period.

                                    Boss, you have done the same mistake i have done by purchasing samsung products. my mobile had a problem with the LCD. within 3 months again i had the same problem. they are not ready to replace the same free of cost as it is their product fault. also, i have a big problem with thier washing machine. samsung has a lousy product and even more lousy service.

                                    Sir , nearly 3/4 months ago i purchased a samsung gt-b7722 mobile set but from the beginning it has been displaying a command "PAGE TOO LARGE" while trying in internet whether the page contains wallpapers or any document. Recently from last three days on wards it was not working - all of a sudden it was found switched off.

                                    Day before yesterday I have gone your registered service center Babli Media Centre, Address- 100 Briji Road Garia, Kolkata-700084 and made a complain on that- Work Order No- 2867 , Dated- 31.03.2012.

                                    It is very much unfortunate to me that -As per statement of service centre concern person - they will not give warranty on that mobile and it will be chargeable.

                                    With in 25 days of purchasing a new mobile - it is not expected and I am really worried about that matter.

                                    The backlight comes on on its own, phone heats up, power is down within a day, with only one or two calls. I gave it to Samsung Authorised service centre at Domlur, Bangalore. They repired it and gave back (software update). This happened three times (over a period of one month) . Still the problem continues. I want replacement of the phone.

                                    I bought a new Samsung mobile phone SM-G355H on 22nd March 2015 around 10 days ago. Whenever i download any content it gets fully downloaded and my data gets used up but if i want to see the contents then i can see hardly 30% and after that the balance contents becomes blank without any audio/video. So all my data used for downloading gets wasted.
                                    I go to your Hadapsar smart cafe and address my problem. i meet one STUPID whose name is Akshay who without checking my issue speaks to me rudely and tells me that this is a problem with Vodafone my mobile service provider and Samsung cannot do anything about it. I tell him in what way Vodafone is at fault cause it allowed me to download with the data provided and this should be a handset issue. That does not have any decency and did not attend to me at all. How does Samsung tolerate such people? Isnt Samsung worried about its reputation by hiring such ill mannaered and ill behaved people?

                                    I request you to help me and sort out my issue with immediate effect and do not force me to escalate the matter to higher levels.

                                    My son purchased a mobile phone for me, a new series Samsung J1, on[protected].
                                    I went back on the 24/25th to complain about no, or erratic, WiFi signal. They did some settings changes, and sent me on my way.
                                    On[protected], I went back, and they told me that there was nothing they could do, except send the phone away, leaving me without my phone and not able to use my communication method, which is Whatsapp.
                                    I said that I wanted a new phone, with no problems, their response was that it was more than 7 days since I had purchased the phone. I informed them that I had complained previously, but they were not interested.
                                    The person that I spoke to was the manager, Eben Pieterse.
                                    It is ridiculous that a new phone should give problems like this, even after QC.

                                    This is regarding my Samsung N-750 note 3 neo handset.

                                    I have submitted my handset at the Marathahalli service center here in Bangalore on Saturday the 9th May. As per my telecon previously with Sonia Upadhay, Ankur Gupta, Munish and also via email, I am requesting for a replacement of the handset because Samsung has failed to resolve the issue from the handset previous several times.

                                    The sharp annoying sound on calls intermittently and the screen that goes blank on an incoming call intermittently has not been resolved. I have spoken to the Manager in the service center Mr. Rahul and Santosh at Marathahalli for the replacement as well and was suggested that I request the HO to approve the same because they do not know what is causing this issue on my phone and a replacement is definitely required. The manager is Koramangala branch has also handled this issue twice or thrice in the beginning along with Sonia and Ankur Gupta from the HO and informed the same that if the issue is repeated then a replacement is a must.

                                    Mr. Ankur Gupta and Sonia Upadhay is also aware of this issue and was corresponding with me about the same over phone calls and emails as well.

                                    There is no point in the mobile service-men do something and I come back as many times as before submitting the handset with the same issue repeatedly from the time I purchased it in August last year. Mr. Munish and few people at the HO did only ask me to submit once again the last time every time I complain with the same issue. But the last time is not yet over!!!

                                    Looking forward for a favorable reply. (I am grieving over my Father whom I lost on 10th last month after being hospital for heart attack since March. I can no more go over with Samsung regarding my issue during this sorrowful moment in my life and at home. Hence, I need to take this further seriously).

                                    Sonia Upadhay, Ankur Gupta and Munish has not replied to my email of late now per their promise.

                                    NOTE : This will be my last time per your request that I have submitted my handset. If the issue is not resolved, I shall take further action on the same legally and will post the issue in forums on the internet. Last week, that annoying sound made me kind of deaf in my left ear for atleast an hour and had a severe pain in my forehead LHS (temple area). This handset has been destroying my ears so now you know that legal help would be needed if the handset is not replaced.

                                      I purchased PC from eSYS systems on 11 July 2008 which has Samsung 320GB HDD. It has crashed now.

                                      As per Samsung, warranty is with vendor & as per vendor, warranty is over. It has just been 3 years of purchase. I have lost my important data & also the HDD.

                                      There is no support form Samsung even after writing to them. They are asking me to mail someone in Singapore for my support (Mr. Mandy Lim) & he too is not able to support. On calling their call center & raising complaint (no. [protected]), there is no support from them either & they are disconnecting the line.

                                      I spoke to esys call center, they said to connect with Samsung.

                                        Myself Rajesh Kumar & have samsung GT-C6112 mobile which cannot read hindi sms . i have no idea how to solve the problem, as we know hindi is the mother language in india & any mobile launching in india should have the hindi language support. i'm trying it for the 6 month but didnt get any [censored]ion.so i need your help.
