hello sir i am inderjit singh,v.lamme,p.o.sham chaurasi,distt.hoshiarpur.sir humne samsung full hd 3d 46"lcd tv rupees 110000.00 ka 07/11/2010 ko liya hai,sir usme 2 mahine ke baad fault parh gaya,fir humne samsung customer care mein call ki 2 days ke baad unka engineer aya,woh dekh kar bola ke iske pcb board mein fault hai,hum 15 din ke baad pcb board lekar ayeinge,engineer 3 mahine mein 4 baar pcb board le kar aya,lekin lcd tv kisi bhi board se nahin chal paya,fir wo hum ko bol gaya,ke company se pcb board theek nahin aa raha company aap ka tv refund kar degi,sir hum ne jahan se tv liya tha jab bhi us shop mein phone karte hain to wo bol dete hain ke aap ko 25 din ke baad refund ka check mil jayga,sir 8 mahine se tv band(off) parha hua hai,sir ab iski 1 year warranty khatam hone mein 2 mahine rah gaye hai,sir help me please..SAHOP address:-samsung plaza,namdev chowk,jalandhar.144001.phone number:[protected].

I contacted to customer care center they told me to update the firmware software to solve this problem.Even at the same time they did it, but it couldn't help me.
This is really disappointing to me because every time i use to listen the music and marking my device in not working properly.
This is really-really disgusting that customer care persons are making excuses instead of solving the customer issues.
This is not a business what Samsung is making with customer. Definitely everything going to sink with this type of business.
