Dear Sir ,I hav Purcahsed a 1 ton window Ac (Model No.AWT12FKAXTL) frm M/s Samsung india electronics pvt ltd, Delhi BR,W/H.19/1.Nanglipuna behind kapoordiesel garage, GT karnal road delhi -36,
in 9Aug 2007 against invoice no.R1922.
i am living in modinagar , so i use this product in modinagar , & My near samsung service center in Ghaziabad.
1. this is defected AC . AC is not proper worknig in the 1 st day.
2 I was companit in samsung service center in the 1 st day.that time samsung engenier was visit in my home & he told me , Ke AC ka compraiser kharab hai. OR ac ko service center le jana padega.uske baad vo AC kabhi thik he nahe hua. or aaj bhi last 2 month se ghaziabd service center mai he .
Againt this AC i hav paid Approx Rs.6000 to samsung service center for compraiser gas reifeling.
I am very disappointed against this AC since last 3.5 year. I am not understand wat can i do. before 2 month back my Ac In service center ghaziabad. he is not replace the my AC.I am doing daily call to service center . but he is saying for wait, Kindly request to you plz solve this problem.

Dear Sir, After login this cmplaints here, Same day I have recived a phone call frm Samsung electronics ( Mr Rajan sharma )regarding AC complaint.
He was assured me same day, he will do the replace AC or otherwise give me full ac amount refund me in next 15 days & On 5 sep 2011 samsung executive was come in my home for collect the AC bill copy.
Now 37 days is left, any body not receiving my phone in samsung ghaziabad office. I am not under stand, what can i do..
Plz reply.

    we have brought samsung lcd tv model-22D450 from anand and company electronics pvt ltd (www.capitalelectronics.com) on 20/05/2011 in the name of Dr. Priyanka Bhattacharya. After few days two vertical lines appeared on the screen. we lodged complaint on 29/07/2011 over phone (samsung service[protected].they give complaint no. [protected]. Their servicemen visited twice with no effect till today.we hope you will take necessary steps to look over this matter and maintain the goodwill of your company.

      I have purchased Samsung Galxy S2 hand set on 01.08.11 from one of Samsung authorized dealer at Vashi (Navi Mumbai).



      On 05.09.11 morning all of a sudden I found that there is no display in the handset.



      I have taken this hand set to your nearest service centre (Sri Sai Enterprises) at Vashi, they informed me that there is some inside crack in bottom side & informed although it is not your fault but as per Samsung policy you require to pay for change of this crack part i.e. display screen, however he will confirm from Samsung & revert.



      As per instruction from service centre this hand set is submitted to service Centre vide their work order no. 9056 dt. 06.09.11.



      I have registered my complain to Samsung customer care no.[protected] & they have given my complain no.[protected].



      Then after I have spoken to Mr.Madhusudan of service centre person on his cell no. [protected] on the subject but he informed me that as per policy of Samsung you require to pay for display screen whether it is your fault or not.



      Again I called to customer care & they have given me area service Manager Name – Mr. Anand Parker cell no. [protected]. Today when I called him he taken service centre person on conference and during the conference it was confirmed that there is no out side damage only inside small cracks is observed. After the conference call he informed me that whether damage is from inside or outside you require to pay for change of parts irrespective of manufacturing defect.



      This statement is very surprise from Samsung Area service Manager. It shows their poor commitments to customer satisfaction & cheating attitude.

        Sir

        I Have Samsung Washing Maching WT6500 5.5kg. It is out of warrenty period. So, We call a person who has given adv. on news paper. His Name is Pradeep Sharma and cell no. is [protected], [protected].
        Last one month back he came and open the maching and asked us that spiner morter and spiner drum damaged so we have to purchase it as maching is too old we cannot get original new parts so by back machine parts he will purchase for and he taken 1000/- Rs for it.He assure that with is 3 days he will complete the job. but he never come back.
        I continuesly calling to him. He is daily telling to come today or tomorrow but still he not come.

        What I can do? I have no written avidance that I had given Rupee. Suggest.

          We bought Samsung LCD TV on 2-Jan-11 Rs.38,900/- 32" LA32C530 Invoice Number -510361 Croma - Complaint Number[protected] registered in Aug-11.
          After purchasing of 4 months in Apr-11 we have registered complaint regarding display problem, Picture Display is getting fluctuating very frequently. Samsung Executive visited many times but not able to resolve the problem, so we need the replacement of LCD TV as LCD is defected.

            On 17/03/2010, I purchased 2 window ac - AW182ZAETL, from Kabir Electronics, Mohali, Punjab. I was big fan of Samsung products and because of this reason I purchased these ACs. Prior to this I am owner of one LG ac(11 years old) and Kenstar ac (5 years old). I rarely use my Samsung ac. Now the issue is one of my Samsung ac stopped working on 29/07/2011 night and next day I called up Samsung tech (Jasbir Singh) to check the AC, instead of coming himself, he send 2 trainees, and according to them the condenser of the ac was in sorry state and gas leaked from the joints of the pipes of the condenser and entire condenser needs replacement. Now the tech is telling me that its about 3500.00 to repair the ac.
            After that I called up Samsung contact center and requested to send technician with complain number - [protected], Monday crossed, no call, Tuesday crossed, no call from technician, however, there was a sms on my phone that I have refused to pay the repair cost.... amazing, I again call up the customer care and they assured me that tech will call on Wednesday, no call and again I call C/Care, a rude person told me that next day will be the day when the tech will call me.

            Now the question is, is that the excellent service of Samsung?
            1. It was my mistake to purchase the Samsung ac?
            2. How the gas leaked from the joints?
            3. Is it the poor quality of the product or its the manufacturing defect?
            4. Why this was happened just after the warranty was over?
            5. Is Samsung playing game with Indian customers?

            09/08/2011 - After much communication on phone with S/Center and on mails, finally, got a call from someone from Samsung, next day 2 techs. arrived my place and checked the AC, and said that need to refill the gas, rest is Okay. I dropped the AC in Phase 8 Ind. area Mohali Punjab, service center, and after 3 days, got a call that AC is working now, however, at that time I was not in city, so asked them to run this AC so that nay issue should be detected.

            03/09/2011 - Paid 1185/- INR for refilling the gas and bought back my AC and installed it, worked fine for 3 days, after that same issue.

            13/09/2011- Again dropped the AC in service center, checked by technicians and insisted to replace the Condenser, I requested them to give me detailed estimate on letter head or the receiving, they refused to, on insisting them, one of the clerical staff, asked me to take back my AC and refused to given and receiving and service to me. I immediately called the Customer care, the agent advised me to stay there and he said will arrange a call from Supervisor, but after 45 min., there was no call, feeling insulted, I requested the helper of S/center to load back my AC in my car and came back to home.

            ANY ONE FROM SAMSUMG SHOULD ADVISE ME WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT STEP - I AM PLANNING FOR CONSUMER FORUM IF THERE WILL BE NO GRIEVANCE FROM SAMSUNG. I WILL NOT PAY FOR CONDENSER NOW, BECAUSE ITS BAD QUALITY PRODUCT, SHOULD BE REPLACE BY COMPANY. I AM HANDICAP PERSON AND ITS REALLY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO CARRY THIS HEAVY MACHINE TO TAKE IT TO SERVICE CENTER, EVERY TIME I PAY RS 100 TO UNINSTALL IT AND REINSTALL IT.

            my LG ac and Kenstar ac are working fine in same house without any issue for years.
            I want this entire episode to be conclude by the company as clearly its an issue because poor service support, poor quality of the product and a manufacturing defect.

              To Whom it may concern,
              I purchased recently Samsung galaxy ace from the showroom mentioned below.

              The problem I faced is described in trailing mail below.
              Which I have copy pasted from mail to the above mentioned show room.

              They never sent a confirmation reply against the receipt of the mail. But they received it which they said when I asked in person in the shop.
              Now I explained them (as much I have learnt electronics in my career) that it may have hardware problem. Take your time and check against hardware also. But they assured that it's not.


              They updated and formatted the software and things were ok. But after 3-4 days is started again. And this is happening today and I am taking it to them in the same condition. Because they will never believe; as their technical expert is more than technical expert(as they think.) and they said if problem persists. They will again repair.

              Dear Sir/ Madam… I don’t want to mobile R & D to be subject of technical revolution.
              Please Do the needful . it costs me also in time and money to go a place which is not on the way to home and office.
              I am not marking cc to('[protected]@jagdishelectronics.com') the showroom because them;
              I don’t know which way take this things as.
              But it's more than frustration for the thing which I bought. reply on my mail id [protected]@lntecc.com

              I have purchased samsung galaxy S Duos this Diwali season. From the first day i am facing the issue of flicking while playing the music and slow response of the device while using Internet.

              I contacted to customer care center they told me to update the firmware software to solve this problem.Even at the same time they did it, but it couldn't help me.

              This is really disappointing to me because every time i use to listen the music and marking my device in not working properly.

              This is really-really disgusting that customer care persons are making excuses instead of solving the customer issues.

              This is not a business what Samsung is making with customer. Definitely everything going to sink with this type of business.

              Please contact me([protected]) to solve my problem I want to solve this ASAP.

                I had purchased mobile of Samsun model Guru 1081 on 2sep2011. The problem is with hanset is when I use to make a call to other person he is not able to hear me (outgoing voice is not working) I went to the authorized service center of Samsung. At service center eng. is saying it will take 7days for reapair the same. I asked him Pl issue me other one or provide me stand by handset till the time. he is not ready for the same. In this 7days I have to suffer, my most of the work get delayed. I want to register a complaint against the samsung company. because my work will suffer wit this proble.

                  I have raised a complaint about the Samsung sub-woofer not working in the month of Aug. The engineer visited the home on 4th Aug and claimed that the board of the sub-woofer is gone and needs to be replaced.

                  After this, couple of other engineers came and retested without any updates. They took a copy of bill and vanished away.

                  Now its been more than 6 weeks and I am not still updated with whats happening ... FORGET about solving the issue.

                  The service Manager incharge of the issue Mr. Sayeed (M: [protected]) is not reachable at all for last 3 weeks. He does not pickup the calls and is acting irresponsible regarding this issue. I would like to raise an official complaint against him for the POOR service and irresponsible behavior. If samsung keeps such people incharge of the service then soon they would have to close the shop.

                    I bought this Samsung Galaxy 3 touch phone Model no: s5801 and purchased on 27/09/2010 for Rs 12149/-. and I have a warranty of 1 year and also I have taken a extended Warranty of 2 additional years, I m on Tata Docomo Network and the suddenly 1 month earlier this phone had a problem with the network and the phone was showing no network.. I went to the Samsung Service center (D.no .52-10-10/1/6, ASPEN Towers, Resapuvanipalem, VISAKHAPATNAM -530013) on the 16/08/2011 and the Work Order no ( H-549) and gave this Phone and they told me it will take 2 days and we will change the software .as there is some problem and they need to format my phone . After 2 days when I went , they informed me that the matter has not resolved and they need to change the motherboard of the Phone as there is some problem with the Hardware . I was not happy with it and they told me that it will take 5 more days as they done have the motherboard and they will order it. so I went after 5 days and t hey informed that it not yet done and they informed it will take another 4 days to get the phone . . Again I went to the service center and they handed my phone to me and it was switched off and the battry was not charged and I asked them to show me if its working and when they swichted on the phone they uploaded the 2.2 Andriod Software as the original software was 2.1 Android and when I asked them to change it now the people spoke to me very rudely and informed it will take 2 more days to change the software . I spoke to the Manager Rajesh who told it will be done now and I have to wait there for 45 min to get that done and I informed that if it is not done i want the replacement of the phone or want the money back and he informed it will be done and there will not be any problem and when it was done it took the phone and then inserted the TATA Docomo Sim , I was unable to make and receive calls from my Samsung phone and phone was working fine with other network Sim an Rajesh also inserted the his Docomo Sim but t was not working and he informed me to take the phone to the TATA Docomo service and get the SIM Replace . I got the New SIM for my network and its still not working ..

                    I went again to the service center and spoke to Rajesh about and he informed that he will replace my phone and either get me a New replacement phone or will refund the money if the problem is resolved and he informed there will not be a problem and he asked me to come after 5 days. So when I went to him on a Saturday he informed that we have got a solution and we need to change the motherboard one more time and the issue will be resolved ..I was unhappy and was frustrated and as I went to this service center more than 15 time now and the issue is still the same . and he asked me to come on Monday and he will give the phone and again as I went to him the phone was not done I M VERY DISSATISFIED FROM THE POOR SERVICE . Rajesh informed to wait for 45 min and I had to go to work and he informed he will drop the Phone to my house in 2 hr time and nobody turned up and that was yesterday and when I called him up today at he told me that the person will come today by 11 AM and I m still waiting for the person and I don't even have a phone to use .

                    I want to raise this matter with the Senior Complaint head who can look into this in detail and get back to me ASAP and I want the Replacement of my phone or the refund I m not happy with the services and the phone and its been close to 1 month that my phone problem has not been rectified ..

                      The worst service I have ever faced with SAMSUNG, few months ago I bought 1 Samsung LCD TV 34",

                      Person who fixed the wall mounting support was not at all fixed properly, even though I call the samsung service center to re-fix the wall mount again.

                      The person who respond to me I hope he is not well educated, he responded that they will be charging me for Rs 600.

                      For his mistake I NEED TO PAY.....!!!!!

                        I have purchased a Samsung Mobile Hand set about one year back. It was kept on my table after switching it off around 10 PM on 24th August 2011.
                        Next day morning I tried to switch it on. But it was not working then. I was not able to put it on.

                        I went to Mangalore service provider of samsung Mobile hand set. But they told me its mother Board is not working. It requires its replacement. It is the most costliest part of the phone. There is no purpose in reparing the set by replacing its mother board

                        The Phone never fallen from my hand even once during use
                        It battery is not damaged. Every thing is even looks like so fresh. But the thing is that I am not able to put it on use by putting it on. It could not be charged also because current supply is not accepted by the set.
                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          hello sir i am inderjit singh,v.lamme,p.o.sham chaurasi,distt.hoshiarpur.sir humne samsung full hd 3d 46"lcd tv rupees 110000.00 ka 07/11/2010 ko liya hai,sir usme 2 mahine ke baad fault parh gaya,fir humne samsung customer care mein call ki 2 days ke baad unka engineer aya,woh dekh kar bola ke iske pcb board mein fault hai,hum 15 din ke baad pcb board lekar ayeinge,engineer 3 mahine mein 4 baar pcb board le kar aya,lekin lcd tv kisi bhi board se nahin chal paya,fir wo hum ko bol gaya,ke company se pcb board theek nahin aa raha company aap ka tv refund kar degi,sir hum ne jahan se tv liya tha jab bhi us shop mein phone karte hain to wo bol dete hain ke aap ko 25 din ke baad refund ka check mil jayga,sir 8 mahine se tv band(off) parha hua hai,sir ab iski 1 year warranty khatam hone mein 2 mahine rah gaye hai,sir help me please..SAHOP address:-samsung plaza,namdev chowk,jalandhar.144001.phone number:[protected].

                            I fully unsatisfied with ur customer care service, very poor service o[censored]r company.

                            I have a samsung mobile GT S5233s but i really disappointed after ur complaint services. I think that my mobile has dead before 15 days. When I reached to the Only One Oped Customer care center of Samsung, the representative of that centre said to me that He could not repair any mobile for overloading. I quarrel with him today.
                            Now You tell me that What can i do. Your other customer care centre is closed now. Only one customer care centre at Kheria Mode (Agra Cantt).
                            Why did your other mobile customer care centre close and tell me that your nearest centre by Sanjay Place which I satisfied.

                              i have baught samsung mobile on dated 24/12/2010 from mobile store after 6 months it was not working properly it was not getting charged & it get automatically switched off then i went to service station of samsung situated at benajhabar kanpur they told me that board of phone is not working properly they gave me token no 51670 &told me to come after 7 days but it took 25 days on 28th august they repaired my phone but when i used the phone it is not working it is getting hang after every call when i again went to the service station on 30 august they again told me that board is to be again changed make a token & come after 10 days sir i m fed up with this type of service i m facing problem pls tell me what to do . my cell no is [protected].

                                I purchased a SAMSUNG MOBILE i.e Model No.-B5722 IMEI No.-[protected] from M/S STAR MOBITEL LTD.,South Ex. NEW DELHI-49 BILL No.-205 Dt.[protected].But Mobile is not working properly.This is the worst Mobile in INDIA.

                                  FILES ARE GETTING SENT BUT ACCEPTANCE FROM OTHER MOBILES IS NOT HAPPENING.... (SENDING FAILED IS SHOWING IN OTHER PHONES )
                                  Samsung Chat 3222's camcoder is not recording. it is showing "ERROR" and gets off...!

                                  I bought samsung c 3222 in may 2011,within a month i faced with problem of software which was then repaired by your care centre but again in just 15days the same problem arised which was cleared by changing circuit they took 7-8days to repiar. Now agian i am facing same problem n i dnt wish to repair my phone by your care centre so please replace or return my money within 7-8 days or i will have to prefer consumer forrum.

                                  I am able to send file but not able to accept file via bluetooth
                                  I am having a problem on bluetooth connection in my Samsung-Chat3222 device. I will be not able to receive files from another device. Once i have accepted the request from another device, the connection has been disconnected. So am not getting the files from another device.

                                    I purchased

                                    the above mentioned refrigerator on 08.09.2011 delivered on 09.09.2011from SAMSUNG PLAZA CHITRA HAAR ELCTS. HAVING SCRATCHE at right side panel.FIRSTLY it is delivered after 26 hrs. with their convinence .

                                        I had purchased CPU assembly from CTC, hyderabad in 2008 . In CPU my harddisk model HD161HJ(160GB/7200rpm/8M) that was not in warrenty list.

According to the you people given suggestion, I had submitted harddisk ( SAMSUNG, HD 161HJ, P/N : 321121IQ803998, S/N : SOV3J9AQ829908 ) at ongole SAMSUNG OFFICE today. But they said they are not doing service in ongole. They have to send vijayawada.
                                        I am pleasing you to as early as possible make it ready or replace harddisk.

                                        This is very bad to say, that I had given my harddisc for replacement at SAMSUNG ongole office on 17/10/2011. It is almost one month happened, But they are not giving any type of feedback and also escaping from my phone call. I am so said about this matter.
