This complaint mainly looks on how the companies not looking on warranty options after they sold their items to the customers, Please look in to this matter seriously and avoid such incidents to help the customer , caught the victim in-front of the justice
I have purchased my mobile phones on 2010 November in saravana store with the warranty period up to 2011 , November,
Details about my mobile:
Actually my handset switched off without any reason , I felt that low battery and after it has been charged its not on, I take my mobile along with warranty card and reached the below mobile shop after got information from Samsung customer care, Siva communication ,Samsung authorized center ,1, karnam street, velachery main road, velachery - Chennai-600042, ph: 42021247 mail: sivacom.[protected]@gmail.com, After entered in to the shop i saw one customer talk with their shop service employee regarding his mobile phone, executive replied without any randomly quot for mobile set around 1500 rs, after saw that my hope in warranty card of my handset has been demolished, i gave my set for servicing on 20-08-11 , that moment they check and told it will cost around 400 rs , but i told them that warranty is also applicable , then why are you asking this much amount, then i left from the shop and call the person after a week and enquired about my set , that moment am really felt bad that he told me your set has been charged around 2,700 rs for servicing , am really disappointed and enquired that my exact cost of mobile phone is 6,000, then why u ask me this much amount, then he felt silent , i told him that no service needs for my cell, i will collect after this week , from this incident i clearly understand that shops are only looking behind their business not looking the customer satisfaction , i don't know what to do , but please take action against this shop and clearly watch that mentioned shop to prevent money borrowing from low class people
My Pleasure of buying a TV has been ruined by SAMSUNG, I want then to take ownership now and send me a written apology letter.
