I had bought a Samsung wave 2 in the month of April 2011.

In June, the touch has malfunctioned and got repaired by the local service center. It took 20 days to get that repaired,

After 2 months, again its creating problem. now it would take few more days..

As a result, I need a solution for this. Its fine that now it is in the warranty period.

The point is if this happens in every 2 months, then its a huge problem and Samsung being such a huge mobile company needs to take some actions.

Kindly suggest how to find a permanent solution for this or needs to be raised to higher levels.

Hello All,
I am from India > Mumbai, I purchased my Wave2 GT- S8530 on September 1st 2011, and wanted to manage my contacts, so installed Kies.

then Kies refused to allow me to connect, unless i had updated the latest version of KIES which was 72 Mb.

My OS is Windows XP Sp2,
I am running as Administratror, Firewall is Disabled.

then When i connected my handset it restarted my Handset, and after that:
My Camera starting throwing the following Error:
"CAMERA FAILED"
I had given to Samsung Vasai Service center on 9th September, and asked for replacement, but they refused and they said they will repair it.

Then on 12th September they said that Camera Hardware is gone and Camera Module is not available, and they will inform me when it arrives.

Then on 13th September they said my Camera Hardware module is still not available.

On 14th September still the same response that the engineer had been to Mira Road and they havent got any Camera module for replacement.

Why cant the Samsung replace my faulty Handset with a new one?

What is the Samsung Replacement Policy?

This is a New Handset Purchased on 1st September, and for this it is almost a week without a handset??

    I had put OMH card on my new handset Samsung Galaxy Pop CDMA I559, But iam not able to open the UIM Toolkit option in my mobile, Because of that i am not able to access R-World. So pls suggest what to do.
    Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I had purchased a Samsung washing ,Model No:WD9505EG on[protected] and item delivered to my residence on 25th Aug 2011.I called on company's toll free number on 26th Aug and registered for installation(Reg No:[protected]).After that i contacted the local agency to know about the installation date.They told me within next 24 working hours technician will come and install it.Till today nobody attended my request.

        Samsung Mobile Phone — Charging unnecessary subscription of Rs 10

        I have been unnecessarily charged Rs 10 in the name of cricket scores & updates subscription pack. Do not charge me anything hereafterwards even though if I had accidentally applied on WAP connection. I do not want that service.

        I bought a Samsung M569 mobile phone on 1st June, 2009. It went dead on 17 th June, 2009. What a performance by Samsung !!!

        The service engineer said that the phone is dead and they have to send it to Delhi.

        Why should i accept this. I want my money back . Please help me.

        samsung/cell phone — Faulty Products & unfriendly customer care service

        As first time customer of the Samsung India & its product in my life, after 24 hours of purchase what I get is;

        * A handset which heats and dangerous as it can destroy my ears.
        * A handset with unclear display that can affect my vision.
        * Dealing of over 6 hours with unfriendly Samsung Service Center executive.
        * Money & time spend on travelling and moving all over Delhi to get my handset replaced.
        * Finally, just another way of forcing a customer into a contract of purchase with terms & condition and wasting my weekend.


        I here by present my case and would request you to kindly provide me necessary response to it.

        On 10th July, 2009 at 18:22 hrs I bought Samsung Super Hero cell phone TATA-CDMA-SM-HERO SCH B259 (A10000015D1492) which is manufactured for the TATA Indicom users. The details of the purchased equipment was as follows;

        Within 4 hours of purchase the cell phone started heating when a call is made for 10 min or more with the cell phone.

        On 11th July, 2009 afternoon I approached The Mobile Center for the replacement of the Handset. As per the store manager, they are only suppose to make sale of cell phone and cannot replace the handset, even if the handset dysfunctions within 24 hrs of purchase. The branch manager advised me that in case if there is a problem with handset within 7 days of purchase, DO letter can be obtained from the Samsung service center and it will be replaced by The Mobile Store.

        As directed by the Store manager, I approached the nearest Samsung Service Center, Beecham's Vision 31, Municipal Market, Connaught Circus, ND - 01. As per the manager of the service center, he would only update the software and will not replace it. As per the manager, the center has no authority for issuing DO letter and the B-27, Samsung Service Center located in Moti Nagar, New Delhi (Near Moti Nagar Metor Station) has the authority for issuing the DO letter.

        Once I approached the Samasung Service Center in Moti Nagar, after waiting for 2 hours for the Service, the Service Center manager refuses to provide me the DO letter as he is not authorised to do so for this problem. After spending 30 min showing all the different kind of legal document which was just another way saying that "I will not issue the letter", and said he'll update the software and will resolve the problem.

        After agreeing to his suggestion, he took the handset from me. According to the service center manager, it takes 25 min to update the software for which he took 2 hours. On asking for the cell phone, as per the manager the cell has hanged thrice while installing the software. On asking for the cell phone back, irrespective of the service done, the branch manager replied that the Software is now updated, but some new problem is there for which I have to submit the handset. The display of the hand set was not clear for which he said he'll send a query to head office. The Service Center Manager was not ready to accept the responsibility of the new problem. He asked me to leave the cell phone for which he'll check and submit a request to head office and will take 36 hours before anything can be done.

        As as result I lost my trust in the Service Center Manager and decided to take my hand set back. On asking for some proof for service, he refused to give me any document and said I can only give you the Job No. which he said is 912870.

        As a dissatisfied customer, I made a call to Samsung Customer Service Center on 30308282. There customer care executive Mr. Ankur directed me to Mr. Ansari and asked to call him on +91-[protected]. After presenting my case, Mr. Ansari showed irrational behaviour while talking on the phone and started shouting on me. He mean while made a conference call to Samsung Service Center Manager in Moti Nagar and said whatever the manager is saying is right without listening to anything.

        Its not even total 48 hours that as a customer of Samsung Mobile I have spent over Rs. 300 for transport and over 6 hours dealing with Samsung Service Center executives.

        And at the end what I get is a cell phone worth Rs. 1700, which is still heating while making a call for 10 min or more and a display which is distorted, plus lack of trust in Samsung Service Center executives and Samsung Products.

        I have gone through all the warranty card details and the agreement between organization & the end user that you provide with the product, that you'll use to respond.

        At the end of the case my queries are;

        * The details of warranty that you mention with the product are provided in the cell phone box which is seal packed. As per the sales executive at The Mobile Store, once seal broken the product is sold. Since all the terms & condition of the product are within the box, How can a Consumer make a choice based on the terms without opening the box???? Which means once seal broken is sold and as a result the terms & conditions are being forced upon the consumers.

        * Even though you don't charge for the repair or warranty, how will you make up for the cost of transport and the time that the customer spends dealing with unfriendly Samsung Service Center executive???

        Will I ever get my hand set replaced or do I again need to spend another 6 hours + Rs.300 and deal with Samsung executive or do I still need to work with the dysfunctional Samsung Hand set which can lead to damage of my ear as it gets heated or can affect my eyes as the display is not clear?????
        My mobile phone(samsung SGH-j150) was under warranty period & due to some technical problem, i have given it to service centre on[protected]. For the past one &half months Its my daily routine to visit him & ask for the same. But he is always giving one or the other excuses. Please help me to get my mobile back .

        the smsung service station of moti nagar is not giving my mobile(model no.-sgh-f270) . there is only a slide problem in my phone.I had submitted my mobile on 02/07/09 they said to me came on 10th to collect your phone but on 10th they said came on 15th and on 15th they said your phone is in building process not sure when your phone will be repair. so what to do i dont have any phone to use .HOPE THAT YOU WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY PROBLEM.

        Samsung SGH J150 — Poor service by service centres

        Recently I had brought a new samsung "SGH J 150" model in the month of november 2008. But after 1 month it started giving problems such as hanging and automatic switch off while receiving or making a call. It also gets switched off when i switched on the camera. I gave my mobile 2 the service centre and after 2 days they returned it back to me saying that it was perfect. Again after few days, that same problem occurred and i gave the mobile to them and so they took 3-4 more days to repair that. After some months my phone didn't get charged up. I showed them my mobile and my charger to them and they said that it was the charger fault. They also did not have the stock of new charger and i had to wait more than 7 days for getting my new charger back. The key pad numbers are totally invisible now and u can only see the key pad numbers during the night. And now my microphone is not working. They are saying that its the microphone problem. they are saying to come on particular date and whenever i'm going there, they are gain saying that you come after 5-6 days. After going a week when i went they still don't give the mobile saying that it has been incomplete. so this is the condition of Bhubaneswar samsung service centres. So its better that we shouldn't buy the samsung mobiles rather the nokia mobiles are far better. "IF WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIODS, THE CUSTOMERS ARE FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM, THEN WHAT WILL BE THE CONDITION OF CUSTOMERS AFTER THE WARRANTY OF THE MOBILE "????????
        My samsung c170 phone had a problem regarding the charging point. I went to samsung service centre located in jammu. They repaired my phone and i paid rs500 to the company..now the next day it begun to switch off and on by itself.then i again went to the service centre but they refused to correct it..then i went to other service centre of samsung and they made an estimate of 1200rs and the worst thing is that they changed my battery..my phone is completely dead..i mailed to company but no response..what should i do now?
        My samsung sch-s259 model got locked when i changed it to a new tata sim.
        Please help me!

        Samsung mobile M-200 — worst handset

        Subject:-Regarding Handset



        I have purchased Samsung M-200 Model having IMEI No.358046/02/251188/6 on 2nd November 2009 from White House Shop located in Sitabuldi area in Nagpur city. But I am very much disappointed to say that the Handset which I received is in very bad condition. There is battery backup problem, keypad is not good, PC is also not good.

        I am surprised that I have purchased a brand new mobile of Samsung Company, and within 2 months only it is giving me lot of problems. This shows a bad reputation of your Company. One more serious problem i have faced is that I got very bad experience from their service center located at Sadar,Nagpur.They have never responded on time and also did not adhere to the time lines which they gave.

        The White House Mobile Shoppe is also not ready to exchange the Handset now. So I am requesting you to exchange the handset as soon as possible, otherwise I have to go for Consumer Court for some action.

        As there is under warranty Period, but the full Handset is not fresh piece I want another Handset which is original. So do the needful as early as possible.

        Also request you to help me in this issue by giving your valuable suggestions and directions else i will need to take actions for the same.

        i purchased SAMSUNG C5212 MOBILE recentlty. but in the mobile i cannot install education based or related software or APPLICATION ( because i am doing PH. D). while going the some advertisement it shows that it can be installed by the mobile application which in availble over the internet and in THE SHOPS. now i need the company will clear my doubt and tell me the procedure how to install the mobile application in C5212 mobile. the guildlines book also contain this detail like "you can download the mobile games and application over the internet".

        in short " HOW TO INSTALL THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND GAMES IN SAMSUNG C5212 MOBILE"

        I had purchased a mobile handset named "samsung omnia 2 i8000" from my local area dealer named "Bhatia's mobile shop" on dated 12/02/2010.After one n half month from the purchased date my mobile ringer was damaged automaticaly and i had changed it through samsung service centre surat as mobile in warrenty period.After this when i got my mobile back so much problem were occuring from software and hardware side in mobile.Then after i had further given the mobile to service centre.In this period the handset was sold by service centre x personel.And that story ,i was came to know by my dealer(service centre manager had told to dealer about that to know me).So i was angried and told them to given my money back but they didnt and so many time were not answering my calls.After 2 week service centre manager called me to take my mobile back but i ad oppossed to take it back and asking for money but further they had no response.In between i had tried to call samsung regional manager of Surat but same,he was not answered my calls somany times.
        so sir now a time no body is responsing me(samsung regional manger.service centre manager and also bhatia mobile shop dealer).Still so many problems are occuring from software side and hardware side.

        problems occuring:

        software side
        1-screen got total white automatically
        2-call log screen got total white automatically
        3-many applications are not working(msg shown on display "unable to open problem uccuredin system")
        4-browsers are not working
        5-internal keypad is not working
        6-msg screen got total black(msg cant read).
        7-automatically phone got cut when other phone is coming and msg also sent auto.that"i'm busy right now"


        Hardware side
        1-volume key is not working
        2-camera key is not working
        3-ansewering and not ansewering key is not working
        4-zooming got auto. when camera open
        5-volume key is not working ,volume keep high auto.

        so sir these problems are regular and others problems are coming still.every time i had swith off and on the mobile for that.i had used that phone hardly for 2 months from the purchased date.mobile is in warrenty period.

        pls sir help me as soon as possible,now i want my money back.

        Boss, you have done the same mistake i have done by purchasing samsung products. my mobile had a problem with the LCD. within 3 months again i had the same problem. they are not ready to replace the same free of cost as it is their product fault. also, i have a big problem with thier washing machine. samsung has a lousy product and even more lousy service.
        It’s a worst service provided by SAMSUNG ..they are cheating on my mobile I900 ..When its warranty they were keeping my mobile for almost 2 months and said no problem ..

        They said its board problem and they corrected it seems .after that I didn’t use that mobile .Now again Samsung claiming again its board problem ..How is it possible ???how can often mobile get into board problem …

        They want me to pay Rs 6500 for this now and correct it .When in warranty nothing is problem after warranty over they are asking money ..I have already paid Rs 40000 at time of purchase .

        Very gud business on SAMSUNG …but don’t cheat the customers …So don’t buy Samsung products …nothing will get repair in warranty after warranty everything will happen ….
        Happy news at last for me from SAMSUNG ..

        They have taken my complaint seriously and they did the service Free of charge ..

        It was gud work from Quadpro Technologies too ..

        I got the mobile phone today in my hand after 2 years of nightmare ...i am starting using it ...

        Let me observe it for a week ...After that i have to come back to SAMSUNG incase if i have any issue ..

        Anyhow thanks for the HO and Regional office and all the PPL who has helped to get my phone work...

        I bought samsung wave 575 mobile on[protected].Model No-GT-S5753E.On[protected] I got some trouble with my mobile,When I was speaking it used get over heat and it is auto charging.I took it to nearest samsung service centre at Ganghi Nagar, Bellary in Karnataka.My complaint number is 12386.They told the problem will be rectified in two days , But up to now the problem was not rectified.I got wexed with their service.Please take necessary action to solve my problem. my e-mail [protected]@yahoo.com.
        Sir , nearly 3/4 months ago i purchased a samsung gt-b7722 mobile set but from the beginning it has been displaying a command "PAGE TOO LARGE" while trying in internet whether the page contains wallpapers or any document. Consequently , i informed the retailer , sales boy recruited by the company and rso and they took my set to the service center at Bharuch , Gujarat but authority there, rejected my complaint saying that i made it open because they got two screws tempered which is false you may investigate ground fact. Afterward i came to know from some sources that such response from that service center is not new.

        I have purchased one mobile hand set Model No - S5610, IMEI No[protected], Purchase dated - 06.03.2012 from retail shop Joyguru Telcom - Garia Address-111 Raja S.C Mallick Road -Kolkata - 700047. Recently from last three days on wards it was not working - all of a sudden it was found switched off.

        Day before yesterday I have gone your registered service center Babli Media Centre, Address- 100 Briji Road Garia, Kolkata-700084 and made a complain on that- Work Order No- 2867 , Dated- 31.03.2012.

        It is very much unfortunate to me that -As per statement of service centre concern person - they will not give warranty on that mobile and it will be chargeable.

        With in 25 days of purchasing a new mobile - it is not expected and I am really worried about that matter.

        Please take necessary action on that matter and oblidge me.

        The backlight comes on on its own, phone heats up, power is down within a day, with only one or two calls. I gave it to Samsung Authorised service centre at Domlur, Bangalore. They repired it and gave back (software update). This happened three times (over a period of one month) . Still the problem continues. I want replacement of the phone.

        My name is Prem Hiranandani and my mobile No is [protected]. I am a Senior Citizen living in India. I am really upset and irritated at the manner i have been treated in your Smart Cafe in Vaibhav theatre complex in Hadapsar Pune.
        I bought a new Samsung mobile phone SM-G355H on 22nd March 2015 around 10 days ago. Whenever i download any content it gets fully downloaded and my data gets used up but if i want to see the contents then i can see hardly 30% and after that the balance contents becomes blank without any audio/video. So all my data used for downloading gets wasted.
        I go to your Hadapsar smart cafe and address my problem. i meet one STUPID whose name is Akshay who without checking my issue speaks to me rudely and tells me that this is a problem with Vodafone my mobile service provider and Samsung cannot do anything about it. I tell him in what way Vodafone is at fault cause it allowed me to download with the data provided and this should be a handset issue. That does not have any decency and did not attend to me at all. How does Samsung tolerate such people? Isnt Samsung worried about its reputation by hiring such ill mannaered and ill behaved people?

        I request you to help me and sort out my issue with immediate effect and do not force me to escalate the matter to higher levels.

        My son purchased a mobile phone for me, a new series Samsung J1, on[protected].
        I went back on the 24/25th to complain about no, or erratic, WiFi signal. They did some settings changes, and sent me on my way.
        On[protected], I went back, and they told me that there was nothing they could do, except send the phone away, leaving me without my phone and not able to use my communication method, which is Whatsapp.
        I said that I wanted a new phone, with no problems, their response was that it was more than 7 days since I had purchased the phone. I informed them that I had complained previously, but they were not interested.
        The person that I spoke to was the manager, Eben Pieterse.
        It is ridiculous that a new phone should give problems like this, even after QC.

        This is regarding my Samsung N-750 note 3 neo handset.

        I have submitted my handset at the Marathahalli service center here in Bangalore on Saturday the 9th May. As per my telecon previously with Sonia Upadhay, Ankur Gupta, Munish and also via email, I am requesting for a replacement of the handset because Samsung has failed to resolve the issue from the handset previous several times.

        The sharp annoying sound on calls intermittently and the screen that goes blank on an incoming call intermittently has not been resolved. I have spoken to the Manager in the service center Mr. Rahul and Santosh at Marathahalli for the replacement as well and was suggested that I request the HO to approve the same because they do not know what is causing this issue on my phone and a replacement is definitely required. The manager is Koramangala branch has also handled this issue twice or thrice in the beginning along with Sonia and Ankur Gupta from the HO and informed the same that if the issue is repeated then a replacement is a must.

        Mr. Ankur Gupta and Sonia Upadhay is also aware of this issue and was corresponding with me about the same over phone calls and emails as well.

        There is no point in the mobile service-men do something and I come back as many times as before submitting the handset with the same issue repeatedly from the time I purchased it in August last year. Mr. Munish and few people at the HO did only ask me to submit once again the last time every time I complain with the same issue. But the last time is not yet over!!!

        Looking forward for a favorable reply. (I am grieving over my Father whom I lost on 10th last month after being hospital for heart attack since March. I can no more go over with Samsung regarding my issue during this sorrowful moment in my life and at home. Hence, I need to take this further seriously).

        Sonia Upadhay, Ankur Gupta and Munish has not replied to my email of late now per their promise.

        NOTE : This will be my last time per your request that I have submitted my handset. If the issue is not resolved, I shall take further action on the same legally and will post the issue in forums on the internet. Last week, that annoying sound made me kind of deaf in my left ear for atleast an hour and had a severe pain in my forehead LHS (temple area). This handset has been destroying my ears so now you know that legal help would be needed if the handset is not replaced.

          I purchased PC from eSYS systems on 11 July 2008 which has Samsung 320GB HDD. It has crashed now.

          As per Samsung, warranty is with vendor & as per vendor, warranty is over. It has just been 3 years of purchase. I have lost my important data & also the HDD.

          There is no support form Samsung even after writing to them. They are asking me to mail someone in Singapore for my support (Mr. Mandy Lim) & he too is not able to support. On calling their call center & raising complaint (no. [protected]), there is no support from them either & they are disconnecting the line.

          I spoke to esys call center, they said to connect with Samsung.

When i went to care to took my phone then he said your mobile is not repaired yet so you come again on[protected]. I again went to care on[protected] but again he said your mobile not repaired yet. When i asked reason then he said it will take time. I asked how much time , he said i can not give date you just came here enquiry on daily basis to us when it will be repaired you will get on that date. i just want to say that they are hrassing to me . This circumstances shows me to the cosumer court. you are requested to take it seriously otherwise i will take strict ligel action against you.

                Im very sorry to say, that your service centres are not providing you appropriate services. This is regarding your service centre located On Private Road, Dum Dum, Kolkata. I submitted my phone on 6/09/11 (E1310S), had to change the slide & the audibility of voice was affected. Now its 10th , they said they it will take 2-3 days, whenever I call up they say that parts are not available. Tell me one thing, while quoting the service charges, they are very prompt, that day evening they informed me the amount 610/-, then why they are not prompt in repairing it? Are they doing any favour for me? or May be Im doing it free of Cost? Sir, today when i called up, they said, you take your handset back. ITS PATHETIC & ANNOYING. Do you feel ashamed of repairing old handsets, because they have very value least value in market. This way if you put your customers in difficulty, then Im sorry about your product & services. If you ensure quality product , must ensure quality services as well. I would be really greatful, if you kindly look into the matter.

                  Till today, that is even after 10 days, I have not received the phone.
                  First they said display problem and now they say board problem. They
                  say that they have shortage of spare parts. I dont understand whether

                    With reference to above referred compliant number, I would like to take you through the problem and the respond I received from your company.

                     I purchased the Samsung refrigerator model SR – 34 from M/s Sargam Electronics vide their invoice number 9080 dated 8 September 2004 for Rs.20,000 /- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Ony) In June 2011,I started facing problem of non-cooling of lower part of the refrigerator . However the freezer was working properly.
                     I called up at your authorized service centre and explained them about the problem. They sent an engineer. After inspection, he mentioned that a part of the freeze has got failed and that’s why, this problem has occurred. I told him to change the part. He changed that and I paid an amount of Rs. 466/- (Rupees Four Hundred Sixty Six Only) vide CR No. 91441 dated 24 June, 2011 After 15-20 days of the visit of engineer, upper part of the refrigerator i.e. Freezer has started giving problem of low cooling.
                     I again called the same service centre on August 4, 2011 and explained them about the problem.
                     On August 5, 2011, an another engineer visited our house and after inspection, he mentioned that the gas has been leaked and the same has to be refilled. Being a non-technical person, without even asking a single question, I told him to refill the gas. He charged me RS 275/- towards service charges and an advance of Rs. 200/- towards gas refilling. In total, he charged Rs 475/- (Rupees Four Hundred Seventy Five Only). Receipt of the same is attached herewith for your reference and records. Till this time, the lower part of the refrigerator was working properly.
                     On August 7, 2011 an another engineer ( Mr. Rakesh) came to our house for refilling of gas. We could not see him equipped with any type of equipment for refilling the gas. He cut a pipe inside the refrigerator and then mentioned that the compressor is not working and it has to be changed. Further the engineer was very rude. When we told him that the engineer who came last time has mentioned about the gas and now there is a different story. His respond to our queries was very shameless and his behavior was very unprofessional. Even after this, we told him to replace the compressor.
                     After that we have followed up with the service centre many times. The head of service centre (Mr. Sumit) mentioned that the compressor is not in stock and will take 2-3 days. It happed somewhere around 9-10 August 2011. After that we have not heard anything from him and we called up again the service centre, he was not available to respond to us.
                     Around 16 August 2011, when we called up again the service centre, Mr. Gagan told that Mr Sumit who was earlier looking after this matter , is on leave and I will now look into this and will get back to you. We have not heard anything from him as well.
                     On August 17, 2011, when we again called him up, he mentioned that internal kapliry of the refrigerator is blocked and there is nothing wrong with the compressor. Further kapliry is not replaceable and we are not in a position to repair the refrigerator.
                     We were not satisfied with Mr. Gagan’s answer and we called up again after two days. This time, we have been able to speak to Mr. Sumit. After hearing the whole facts, he again reclaimed that the problem is due to compressor only and as compressor is not in the stock, we will replace the same upon getting one the same from company.
                     On 24 August 2011, Mr. Virender from the same service centre has visited our house. He came without any compressor. He inspected the refrigerator and mentioned that the compressor is pumping low due to block of kapliry.
                     On 27 August 2011, we received a letter from your company stating that as the refrigerator is more than 5 years old and is not repairable.

                    Now , I have following issues keeping in view the above mentioned facts.

                    • I am surprised to know that refrigerator is not repairable if it is more than 5 years old. I have purchased the refrigerator from Samsung only on the basis of good after sales service assurance. Further, it not a small equipment of few hundred rupees. I have spent Rs 20,000/- on the same that too in 12 installment.
                    • If the refrigerator is not in a position of repair if it crosses 5 years, why the same has not been mentioned at the time to sale of the same.
                    • Every time, there was a different service engineer and that too with a new problem in the machine.
                    • I have surprised that when no body is visited our premises from 10th Aug to 17th Aug then how can the problem of my refrigerator get changed from Compressor problem to internal capillary problem
                    • If the problem is not repairable then why the advance taken by you for gas refilling is not refended.
                    • What action you have taken for my complaint for your representative
                    • Respond time and behavior of the service centre was not at all customer friendly. Further, it seems that they are not equipped with proper technical knowledge.
                    • Further , according to me my machine get un repairable due to mishandling the same by your service executives.

                    As I am not a technical educated person but being a literate consumer, I have all the right to have your immediate action on the above mentioned issues.

                    You are requested to get back to me without any further delay so that I could take further actions.

                    type house — mishandling of the product given for service

                    I have submitted my laptop which was not switching on on 27/11/2010 and asked the service provider to repair the same. He in the process broke the "enter key". On asking for reason for breaking it, at first he refused to identify me and said i am not the person who gave the laptop. i showed him the proof of voucher which he gave. he says any body can prepare the voucher and denied to gve the laptop back. after continuously persuading and convincing he agreed to give the laptop. But did not respond on the query why did he break the ener key. the probelm is not yet fixed and he is not willing to replace the key.

                      I am Navnish Munjal from Jaipur. I purchased one of the so called most premium model of samsung, side by side doors (Model No. SR-S20NTD, Serial No. 719943cx800098. The referigerator became a pain in my neck within three years. The compressor is of exteremly poor quality and few parts are non repairable and unavailable. After lodging complaints umpteen number of times, today the company says that the refrigerator is non-repairable and you won't be able to use it, its better you trash it. If company's authorised service centers and representative says so, where should we go. My advice to samsung is that if they are unable to repair a three old model of there referigerator, they must wrap off and leave this country immediately.

                      Its extremely sad and a matter of shame that company is incapable of repair there own products.

                      Its very sad that yesterday a mechanic from samsung visited us and again mentioned that its non-repairable.

                      During his last visit he told very clearly that the refrigerator is non-repairable with samsung and you can try to sort the problem out from some outside agency. Looking at incapability of Samsung we decided to involve an outside agency to repair the refrigerator. Now the samsung mechanic says that the Refrigerator cannot be repaired because somebody else also checked it. He is not understanding that we had to request somebody else outside to repair the refrigerator because samsung engineer was not competent enough to resolve the problem. Which is a matter of shame.

                      My question to you is, that why you do not have spare parts and why the spare parts can't be arranged ? Its really dejecting & surprising that the spare parts of refrigerator are not available where the model is not so old. It means that people must not buy samsung products, because they are of terribly poor quality and worst part is that the spares are unavailable & on the top of it mechanics/engineers are completely incapable of resolving the issues.

                      I think the worst product I have ever used in life. And I have decided to take this issue to consumer court.

                          I have Samsung GT-s3310i. I bought this in November 2010. And since then, I'm continuously visiting Samsung care center to get the camera problem of my phone sorted out. And every time, they just update the software of my mobile and say that it'll be ok now. But this problem again starts after 10-15 minutes. Also the phone sometimes restarts itself...and it troubles me much. I have visited samsung care center for about 40 times..!! Even, my phone has been couriered two times to Gurgaon. But the problem still persists. Moreover, they don't even provide satisfactory reasons why the hell this crap happens..! And I'm now fed up of all this. I'm gonna do a case on Samsung mobiles in Consumer court. This is my last try. :X

                                I bought a “Samsung S" cost of rs.19900/- on 23rd of Aug 2011. On 25th Aug 2011 while typing SMS/Email I noticed some keys (H, Y, B) were not working at all. Also its touch not working like it was on first day. On the same day (25th Aug) I immediately meet with dealer (Spice Hot-Spot, Malviya Nagar, Main Mkt, New Delhi-17) for replacement so he told me to go to service center for this issue. In Samsung’s Service Center (Nehru Place) I asked them to replace it but they will not taking any action and said that they will only repair the phone instead of replacement. But I don’t want to use a repair phone as I purchase it on 23rd Aug and spend my 19900/- Rs. Please do some measurable action otherwise I am going to spread all these information on many complaint forums and even Social Media Site come tomorrow.

                                Well I tell you what, these people wont listen to anything you say. I have seen the attitude of these SAMSUNG guys earlier too. You are just bashing your head against stone. They probably have the worst customer care centers. Even the selling is bad. They sold one of my friend a Samsung wave saying its an android phone.

                                  I purchased a samsung touchscreen mobile phone S 5620 model at a cost of Rs. 7900/- at Bhubaneswar at about 20 km from cuttacck city on 9th July, 2011. It just gets switched off on its own, one has to switch on the the phone whenever one wntas to talk and nobody ever can contact me in this phone as it is always switched off on its own. There are many other defectswhich i wont talk of here, as I am more worried about its basic functions.Took to the shop where it was purchased, they expressed helplessness. Then I took it ito samsung service centre at cuttack. Theu kept the phone, god knows what they did, but nothing has changed all defects remain as they were.
                                  I had once purchased samsung music system in 2003 at mumbai, it also never functioned properly, I donated it finallt. Last 7 years , I never bought any samsung product. my misfortune, I wanred to give another try.
                                  I suggest, people should think twice before buying a samsung product.

                                    i had purchased new samsung gtb e2232 hero set wort Rs2350 on[protected] which is worst hurting set forever in my life and your smasung customer care completely failed to reply nor responded to my calls worst set in India........... because even though it has been printed 10 languages it will support dirty worst hell set supporting only two i.e english and hindi only two.......... please MR.X or INcharge of this section respond to my quarry.......... to my cell +91-[protected]........... immedieatly.........

BUT I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AS AFTER FITTING TORCH GLASS I M FACING NEW PROBLEM OF DISTORTED SOUND OF SPEAKER WHICH IS GIVING ME A LOT IRRITATION. HOWEVER MR.                                         I sheetal golecha had purchased a samsung refrigerator of 430 L from CROMA , malad link road on 10/8/2011.Since from than there is a leakage problem of water inside the fridge. I made many complaints regarding this to the samsung company. My complain number is "[protected]". Company has send technician two times for this problem. They had opened the fridge from inside but are not able to solve the problem. this is completely a manufacturing defect. I have been calling to concerned department daily.but according to them this is not a problem for which they are not ready to give me replacement. I had also made complain on following email address "[protected]@samsung.com" and also to samsung official site. i have also launched a complain from the place i had bought the fridge. I personally went there but they are also not able to solve my problem.What is the use of "warranty card" which is given by croma electronics.now i am fed up of the mental torcher which the company is giving me.
                                        Requesting to the consumer court to solve my problem as early as possible.
