My self Yogesh Jagam,had purchase samsung 32inch LCD TV(Sr No 12803PBS700386T,Model No LA32B550KIR) on 9th Jan 2011 from Famous Old TV Centre Thane.Right from first month i m continously facing problem with LCD Tv,its mode is automatically being change to PC mode and Volume is automatically changing also LED its blinking and Remote control is not being sense.TV goes in hang state not being detected by its buttons also.On calling Customer care muiltiple times service centre engg comes for visits and check it.Temporary problem gets clear for short time and repeats again.Its Back panel Mother board and Volume board is also being Change by Service centre Engg.still problem is not being Cleared.Now I Required Replacement of TV not repair, because it is beyond Repair.It is manufacturing fault.Kindly Provide replacement at earliest.
I bought a TV on Saturday March 27th 2010, this TV has turned out to be faulty, I have called multiple times to the service center and have also sent a written complaint to have the TV replaced but nothing has been done instead the person told me it would take 15 days for TV to be replaced, I have already made a payment, if I have made payment to something already then I should not be asked to wait for 15 More days, My purposes of buying a TV was to give a source of entertainment to my bed ridden Mother, if that purpose is not solved then SAMSUNG India should give me my money back.
My Pleasure of buying a TV has been ruined by SAMSUNG, I want then to take ownership now and send me a written apology letter.

    my name is Chaitanya, i had given Samsung mobile model number sgh-i200 in the service center of Samsung but they destroy the display of the mobile and if i ask them they said that ,we will pay for it but the actually problem was net work.They are giving me the mobile in the wrong way .The actually rate of the mobile is RS:10,000/-to15,000/- but they rated the mobile as RS:7,500/- so please give me the same mobile or pay the correct rate of my mobile.

      Hi,
      I purchased a Samsung C3222 (IMEI No[protected] model mobile set on 13-Mar-2011 after 2months it got started hanging & on 26-Aug-11it got restart automatically repeatedly and I'm not able to use it. So I went to a Samsung authorized service center at Orissa/ Bhubaneswar. They told me that it will got repair on Monday(29-Aug) but when I communicate them now they told me they don't have availability of mother board so wait for another 10 to 15 days. What kind of service is this? Why should we use your product ? also they are not providing any standby how could we manage ? I never expected this type of service from the brand like Samsung. Please look into the matter & do the needful ASAP.

        respected sir,
        I purchased samsung GT B 7722 mobile on 15/06/11 and in June 11 it gets automatically switch-off and when we start camera it shows that camera failed.I lodged the complaint at service centre of malout near bus stand but they are saying that they are not having its main board(PB) with them and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests thy have not called me yet.they have not done onile registration and other care centre of samsung consider it as out of warranty.Please guide me what to do.I request you to kindly get it replaced or do something from which the mobile seems to be new.

          This complaint mainly looks on how the companies not looking on warranty options after they sold their items to the customers, Please look in to this matter seriously and avoid such incidents to help the customer , caught the victim in-front of the justice
          I have purchased my mobile phones on 2010 November in saravana store with the warranty period up to 2011 , November,
          Details about my mobile:
          Actually my handset switched off without any reason , I felt that low battery and after it has been charged its not on, I take my mobile along with warranty card and reached the below mobile shop after got information from Samsung customer care, Siva communication ,Samsung authorized center ,1, karnam street, velachery main road, velachery - Chennai-600042, ph: 42021247 mail: sivacom.[protected]@gmail.com, After entered in to the shop i saw one customer talk with their shop service employee regarding his mobile phone, executive replied without any randomly quot for mobile set around 1500 rs, after saw that my hope in warranty card of my handset has been demolished, i gave my set for servicing on 20-08-11 , that moment they check and told it will cost around 400 rs , but i told them that warranty is also applicable , then why are you asking this much amount, then i left from the shop and call the person after a week and enquired about my set , that moment am really felt bad that he told me your set has been charged around 2,700 rs for servicing , am really disappointed and enquired that my exact cost of mobile phone is 6,000, then why u ask me this much amount, then he felt silent , i told him that no service needs for my cell, i will collect after this week , from this incident i clearly understand that shops are only looking behind their business not looking the customer satisfaction , i don't know what to do , but please take action against this shop and clearly watch that mentioned shop to prevent money borrowing from low class people

          samsung-S5233 — about my cheque

          I have shown my cell 3 times in service center this cell has given me many problems n now i want my money back.Please change your employees they dont have proper manner how 2 speak with customers or teach them some manners. 1 month has passed i have not yet get any status about my cheque.I[censored] r not taking seriously action about my request then i will take my complaint 2 police.

            I havent recived the recipe book with this oven.

            When I asked this to the dealer he said "We do not provide Samsung recipe book with this oven"

            I wanted to know whether his True or False.

            I believe in today's world, no company is selling their microwave owen without a recipe book.

              m not happy with samsung

              Samsung Mobile SCH W 339 — Touch Screen not working properly

              I had given for repair the cell phone on 25.01.2009 and they said after 15 days you can collect. But now one month past there is not satisfactory reply from them (Rahul Trader, Authorised Service Centre Rani Bagh New Delhi)

              Pleas do something if possible.
              I have purchased samsung mobile phone(SCH-W-299)from SRI SAINATH AGENCIES(a reliance webworld express franchisee),coimbatore on 31/12/2009.It worked properly for three months,after that it got a voice clarity and touchscreen problem.I had given my phone to authorised samsung mobile service centre at coimbatore,they said that the piece is defective and we will replace it shortly.After three months after much requests they return the same handset to me saying that we cannot replace it as the company is not agreeing for replacement.My phone is still under warranty and i have hardly used the phone. Please Help!

                I bought Samsung c3222 phone in feb 2011.After a month it started restarting.I went to Samsung service center 4 - 5 times and everytime a person from there says that they will repair my phone and to collect phone after 2-5 days.
                But when i collect my phone it works good for 4-5 hours and again starts restarting.They just reset my phone.They dont do anything more than that.when they reset my phone it works well for some time and then same problem.Samsung should look into this problem and should fix problem or give compensation.

                samsung c3222 — bad quality of handset

                  I have purchased a Samsung Wave 525 4 months ago.
                  Last month I got an issue with the headphone jack. Only left of the earphone was working. I tried different earphones but same problem.
                  I went to the service center at Tardeo and the foolish person there told me that it could be a problem with Water-logging in charging slot?????
                  What the hell?? They did not even open the case of the phone and telling me that they "think" it might be because of water-logging.
                  and fools. They thought I am an to believe that water-logging in the charging slot will affect the head-phone's left ear. I am myself an engineer and very disappointed with this kind of service.

                  I am think top move away frm Samsung as its handset are having serious problems and the service centers are full of fools.

                  Samsung Wave 525 — customer service is bad

                  Hi i purchased a sumsang wave 525 it was working good for 1 month later i found my first problem of headset where i can hear the music one side so i gone to Indra-nagar bangalore sumsang service center where he told me he will get me a new head set & suggested to come after tow days.

                  I didnt get call for 1 week so i personal called them & ask the status of my head set he told me collect the new head set so i gone there to collect that . but when i checked new headset i found same problem later he checked my set & told there is a problem in Jack so he needs to change that & suggested to come after 1 week.

                  Imagine i given my head set for repair on 11/16/10 & even today is 01/03/11 still i didnt get my mobile repaired they are not picking my call & if go there are saying the item is out of stock. its nearly 2 months.

                  Pls pls dont every buy sumsung mobiles there services are too bad they products get repaired offenly.

                      hey...i have just got a new samsung chat c3222 around 24th august 2011..and there have been a frequent problem..that my messages are not sent from any of the sim..after restarting my ohone it sends just one message then it neither receives any message not it sends any messages..but if at the same time if i change my sim to another phone then it sends and delivers messages...and there is no network problem also..i always have to reset master settings and then all my matter is gone...please help me

                        There was some technical problem, found in that microwave oven. so this piece was deposited at SAMSUNG CARE

                        on 20th june 2011.
                        Now they are not attending any call and also not confirming any status about microwave oven. and it is about 2 months already.
                        So you are requested to take necessary action.
                        Consumer Court & Samsung should take necessary action toward this.

                          i purchased a samsung 1600i mobile on 29th august 2010. the mobile started giving troubles by not switching on after 6 months. i could not go to the service center till august 2011. went and gave the mobile in the service center in the first week of august then they returned it asking me to recharge it for 3 hrs continuously i did but still same issue came back. i went again and same happened . it happened third time also but third time the holder of the sim card was broken(no body knows when it got broken). the third time i was told we broke it and it goes out of warranty and my phone was returned back.MY WARRANTY ENDS ON 29TH AUGUST 2011... THIS HAP[PENEDE TO ME ON 25TH/

                          my strong belief was it was broken by the service center ppl..

                          Samsung GT-S5670 — applications

                          I had purchased a Samsung product first in my life..Samung Galaxy Fit Gt-S5670 about a months back.
                          1. The product do not come with detailed HOW TO USE booklet
                          2. None of the Samsung applications are working in the set.
                          3. Internet is not working.. The service provider is unable to sent the settings via sms. It was advised to set manually and they cant sent it through SMS to SAMSUNG Mobile , may this particular model.
                          4. Video file copied is not working the set.
                          I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND NEVER WANT TO ADVISE THE PEER GROUP TO GO FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCT

                          I have purchased GT -S5670 on 14.08.2011, I am facing the problem like low battery life, phone hang, voice break, voice echo, phone getting heat while attending incoming or our going calls for more than 45 minutes and also while using internet net within 25 minutes phone gets very hot and if I use the phone has modem to connect pc its getting hot in 10 minutes . my phone gets hot while charging for this your service centre people told me that all samsung phones will get heat while charging however I would like to inform you that other mobiles like nokia, LG, Motorola will not get heat while charging. When approached call centre they just updated the software and told the problem has been rectified.
                          I have bought the Samsung GT –E1085F mainly to give my above said mobile for service however I am facing problem like echo and voice break. Unfortunately I gave both mobile to service on the same day. After verifying Samsung GT –E1085F they said that the phone board has the problem therefore they will replace the board after three days. I think this phone’s main requirement is only the board if that is the problem you should have replaced me with new handset.

                            Hi,
                            I bought Samsung mobile few months back in Bangalore. Currently I am residing at Noida. I have couple of problems:
                            1) This mobile's alarm (even the whole organiser itself) is not working properly. Eg If I set alarm for next few minutes or an hour, it rings but IF I SET ALARM FOR NEXT MORNING OR I SET REPEAT ALARM IT DOES NOT RING AT ALL.
                            2) The camera was working fine earlier. But now its showing view and even takes the photos which looks like photo negative (even reddish type).
                            Please help in resolving this issue.

                              After several complaints about people duping me and my family of Rs6500/- posing as Samsung customer care Engineers, after I purchased a new A/C, I had lodged a complaint on this site. I received a response immediately from Samsung Customer care due to this, as below. Customer care visited my residence and assured that they will track down the culprits and keep me updated. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED AND I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS ATTITUDE BY BANGALORE SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE. ARE THEY ONLY WORKING TO PLEASE THEIR BOSSES OR DO THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINTS? THE EXCHANGE OF MESSAGES ENDED ABRUPTLY FROM SAMSUNG AS BELOW AND THE FOLLOW UPS FROM MY END, DID NOT YIELD ANY RESULT.

                              Dear Samsung customer Care,
                              I have not heard from you about the complaint I had placed and there is absolutely no follow up from your end. When can I get a response?

                                I have bought Samsung Galaxy Tab (P-1000) handset from an authorized dealer of SAMSUNG whose address is Shop no-17, Maurya Tower, Maurya Lok ,Patna-1 ON 30/06/2011. Which detail is as

                                After using this handset for 40 days only. It created me problem. The problem is regarding charging. It was not storing charge. when i was using that handset with data cable connected with PC or Laptop. then it was working but without external power it was not working because it is not storing charge.

                                Regarding this problem i went to Authorized Service Center of SAMSUNG situated in ASHIANA GALAXY, EXHIBITION ROAD, PATNA on 11/08/2011. they told me to come after two days. when i have gone there on 13/08/2011 then only the Engineer touched that mobile first time in front of me.and after 1 hour told me to come after 3 days which was 16/08/2011.

                                when i reached there on 16/08/2011. He told me that there is some problem with main board of the Handset, and we do not have board this time so we'll have to fetch it from from company and regarding this we are forwarding mail and doing all the aspects so you can come on 23/08/2011.
                                this time i have gone there 24/08/2011 means today at 3'o clock.

                                Then again they asked me to come after 1 day. now i got irritated. then the representative told me to meet Manager , when i met him then he asked me to come at 6'o clock.

                                Again i went there at 6 o'clock then my mobile was not ready and when i asked them that when would i get my mobile back then they told me that we cant give u any particular date, even manager asked me do whatever i want. and asked me to make a complaint on consumer forum and other things which u can.

                                I have bought that mobile for my uses not to keep that in service center for infinite time they are not giving me any particular date and not behaving gently with me.

                                I have been suffered with this problem for 15 days now please do something for me.

                                  I had placed an order for purchasing Samsung GS2 on Letsbuy.com Samsung's official distribution partner. The phone was invoiced on 9th Aug 2011 & when I received the same on 12th Aug 2011 I found that the Microphone of my handset is not working. So I took the phone for replacement on 16th Aug 2011 as 13,14 & 15 were holidays. The people at the service centre told that we cannot replace the phone since 4 days have elapsed since the date of purchase i.e. the 9th Aug 2011. But how I am supposed to know if there is anhy problem in my phone unless & until I get delivery of the same.

                                  So I gave the phone for repairing as they said its the only way this can be handeld. Microphone of my handset was changed by the service centre. But now I am facing a different problem. The other person whom I am talking to is hearing an Echo of his/her voice while talking to me.

                                  Please guide as to what to do, becasue even after purchasing such an expensive phone I am facing such quality issues. I am not able to use the basic & the prime function of the phone. Samsung should replace the phone if there is such a serious plaw in the functionality of the phone.

                                  I have faced similar issues. I was promised 1 month replacement .But have been running to the store since then. No use..

                                    sir,
                                    i bought a LED TV six months ago.after two weeks it got some problem.so i called customer services. their from kozikkode customer servers. after one week they came and told TV panel got complaint.so they told within two weeks we will give you new panel.....but now it is two months finished.there is no information about the product.so i called them then they told that it will take again one month..so i hope it will be reach very soon..........

                                      m sumit.M very unhappy wid samsung's mobile phones. M havin 4 samsung mobile phone n all r goin like very bad. I have purchased a samsung champ(GT-C3303D KAINU) before 9-10 months and now m facing a problem wid this. Actually i went to samsung service center and they tol me tht the memory card( which was free with this samsung champ) has been burst and because of that the battery of cell phone has also short circuited and its no working now.M very fed up. In this short period of time the battery has gone and i want battery replacement atleast.

                                        Service of Samsung Mobile Sent to Service station is not giving any status , Samsung India ( Sai Communication - Service Center- Samsung Mobile) samsung India, Samsung M3510, Sent to Repair in Service center

                                        Hi,

                                        I have given Samsung Mobile in their registered service Center in Vadodara, Gujarat - Sai Comminication, 2-A Shree Complex, Shrenik Park Cross Road, BPC Road, Akota, Baroda -20 on 17th August, 2011. They gave a confirmation that it will be repaired by 19th August, 2011. I followed up on 19th where i got reply that it is not done yet and we don't know when it will be but hand it over to me latest by 20th August, 2011. Today is 23rd August, 2011 and i tried to follow up by calling and i got reply that they dont have any status. Their contact No +[protected], [protected]. Work Order No: 7572. Model No: M3510
                                        It is a true example of Poor Service and irresponsible attitude towards customer service.
