I have purchased one htc516 in sangeetha mobiles, meenakshimall on 24th july 2014, paying 14000. But after 2-3 days my mobile screen started flickering and which is a common problem in this model it seems, but when buying this mobile they not even informed us about this.. Later when we approached them abt this within a week, they said we can’t do anything, go to service centre. With more difficulties i got a credit note from htc for buying another piece.in that credit note, i purchased grand neo, paying additional 1000 to sangeetha on 8th aug. They activated the mobile and given to us. But after coming home we noticed some damage in screen and next day with in 24hrs we approached sangeetha. Again they said, we can't do anything, but insisted us to go to samsung delight service center for the same problem. As sunday, 10th was a holiday, immediately 11th we approached samsung service centre in jayanagar. They said it may be a manufacturing defect, but until we check we cant do anything. When we given the complaint, that time we came to know that, sangeetha ppl had given us a fake bill for the mobile (Boz we purchased it on 8th but bill was on dated 9th). Service centre ppl suspected us for the bill and mobile, and it was a embracing situation for us in front of many ppl. Helplessly again we came back to sangeetha shop and explained this. But they dint even asked us sorry for this, but they had taken the mobile they get the thing will done by evening, and call us back. But till 7.00 they dint even call me back, so i frustrated and when i gave a call, they are saying we will update you tomorrow.
But before taking the mobile they have not given any receipt and not even a stand by cell. They made me to spend whole day with out any mobile, having two small kids with me. Im too frustrated with their behavior and they are making me helpless… this the worst situation i have come across in my life…

cheaters - dont buy from here unless you want to throw away your money !!!
i purchased a lumia 730 mobile from sangeetha's online website - shop 47. they are big time cheaters. when you want to buy their customer care guys answer your call, after buying the phone they dont bother to pick your call. they are real cheaters.
my mobile had so many issues and few of them: this mobile takes 3+ hrs to fully recharge from 15%. yes it is true. voice breaks when on call and it heats up often. but none of the customer care guys pick up the call, and their live chat is a cheat. after reading their whole website i found out an email id and on emailing them, some human being called me but no use, he is a robot to say the same story again and again.
he said that this may be a battery issue and will send me out a brand new battery and i agreed to it. but after 2 days of following up with him, he sent some used spare battery without any packing, i rejected it and he blames me saying that he removed it from a brand new box for me. all lies. and he says he cant give replacement and no refund :(
i feel cheated.
and he told me to go to a nokia service center myself and get it corrected :(
in this case, why should i buy from these ? what is the use of delight service and additional warranty and insurance which i paid additional amount while purchasing?????
i have told all my friends to stay away from cheater sangeetha and its brands :(
