I bought samsung m610 slide model from sangeetha mobiles - ashok nagar chennai. Just after 1 year of warranty, i got the display problem. I gave it for service. They asked me to pay rs 950 for spare and fixed the problem. The same spare is available outside for less than rs 250. When i asked they said, they use samsung original spare.
