I've purchased apple iphone 5s 16gb in month of december 26/12/2015
In tyagarajanagar sangeetha mobile store and,
I had cashback of 15% on zopper but ive recived only 10% cashback
When i spoke to the sangeetha mobile regards this and they are telling
5%cashback had already been deducted in the time of purchase
Nobody informed me during the purchase now i called and ask they have al new story to tel m not satifyed with service the store manager dint responed properly to me and he was very rude to me on this note

      I had a terrible experience after buying a i phone 6s plus from sangeetha mobiles hsr layout branch. I bought this phone on 15th december for 72000 and was offered a price protection plan for another 100 rs. I had checked the prices at other sites like flipkart where the phone was available at a way cheaper price however still opted to buy from sangeetha as i wanted to use my bajaj finserv card. Immediately a day or two after buying the phone i read it on the news that apple has slashed the prices in india market. I went to sangeetha people and asked them how much they are selling it for now, to which they said its 67000. I asked them about the price protection plan they had offered me but they kept on postponing it for days and asked me to come back later. Finally they gave me a ridiculous reason that the price slash is announced by sangeetha and not officially by apple... I feel cheated... I went to imagine store and they also confirmed that the prices have been slashed. I am extremely annoyed by this experience and will never shop from sangeetha again. I would like to reach out to the highest authority at sangeetha mobiles and would like to highlight this fooling business they are into. The guys i dealt with at sangeetha were highly unprofessional, sarvesh and ramesh at hsr layout. -abhishek [protected]

        My mobile sony xperia zl is getting hanged and with the additional warranty i gave it for repair to sangeetha mobiles ameerpet branch on november 15th 2015, and today is january 11th 2016, its been almost 2 months and we still didn't get any positive response. The manager asked 20 days time and now he is ignoring. We want the handset in a week orelse we need to take strict legal action. Kindly please help.

          Hi i am very disappointed write this review against sangeetha mobiles I bought samsung j7 on 20/12/2015 While purchasing this product represantative has offered that i will get the 10%cashback voucher in next48 hours since i dint get the any kind of voucher when i enquired this that guy has to told me to download zopper app with ur ny details i wil get the voucher since 4dys over no voucher has not came to inbox it seems that sangeetha mobile always cheating me by showing tricky offers totally i am not with the service even i am also a manager but i dont appreciate this kind of service

            We buyed a mobile in sangeetha mobiles but we asked for black colour pattern but they given us blue pattern and we got an offer if price reduction we are planeed to take mobile with that offer but no one is responded for us waste of time and worst services

                  Hi team, This is regarding issues which i am facing from last 10 days, no one responding well or responding properly. I faced too many issues in this last 10 days but still tried to write in short. Please go through this... I have purchased samsung galaxy a5 on 14th july 2015 from sangeetha kormangala store bangalore. I paid rs 20905 for this and my phone is still in warranty. On 28th november 2015, i observed that my phone is dead after coming from my class. I waited till monday as i was not aware that samsung service centre works on weekend also. On 1st december i went to samsung authorised service centre lalbagh road bangalore (http://www.justdial.com/Bangalore/Samsung-Authorised-service-centre-%3Cnear%3E-... I showed my phone to one of the customer care. He took that phone and after 5 min he told me that the phone screen has a crack. I then told them that its not possible as it never fall from my hand or by someone as it was working till saturday morning and that crack or external damage is not done by me. Then i asked them that if this is done by me show me the scratch mark or any sort of marks which usually happen or occur externally when something brake or fall but nothing was there. It was there as very small bubble at the time of purchase only but we never complain as it was appearing like air-bubble normaly happen when we stick screen-plate. And phone was also working fine till now. I explained them but they were simply keep on saying one sentence that i[censored] want to fix it you have to pay even if your phone is in warranty and i[censored] want to get it done in warranty, talk to online customer care or samsung supervisior. I asked them to call there supervisior or some senior guys then they asked me to call samsung customer care. I did this too they said within 4 working hour our supervisior will get in touch with u but no call received by next day also. I called customer care several time and they said the same thing every-time. Our senior will get in touch with u but till 7th dec, no one called me to hear my problem. No one took this initiative. So on 7th dec. After losing all the hope, i went to another samsung service center i. E. Samsung service center in btm (http://www.justdial.com/Bangalore/Intouch-Services-%3Cnear%3E-Btm-Layout-1st-St... and tried speaking to some senior supervisior about this, but customer care guys didnt allowed me to speak with them plus they started giving lectures. Later i thought, there's no use of arguing with them, i will only have to suffer from this, so i asked them to inspect the phone and let me know the issue. They said its just screen issue which will cost : 6800 + 400 (Service tax). Then i asked, so after that i dont have to pay anything right, they said no. Then i asked them to inspect and repair it asap. Later, in evening they called me and said ur phone services will cost up-to rs 16700, i shocked and went to store to know more in detail. They told that charger pin is damaged from inside which will cost something around rs 1400, issue with mother board which will cost around rs 7400. That phone was first time opened by samsung customer care only, so how come anyone can damage internal charge pin and mother board. This was done by engineer who opened this phone. This phone is in warranty but they dont want to fix this in warranty at any cost, so they are creating these all issue. They don't even know how to talk with customer. I again requested them that i want to speak with supervisor here but no response. I called customer care, shared all this but his response was also diplomatic. I took my phone back as not a single guys in samsung service care, btm was responding properly. They have not resolved my problem. These all issue i was facing just because my phone is in warranty but they want this to be done as non-warranty. Why should i pay if i havn't done anything from my side. Y should i pay for damages done by customer care guys. Please revert to by mail asap and help me out with this problem. Please look into this matter. I had toked screenshot of my phone in presence of samsung service care guys, which i am attaching here. I will be going to consumer forum and will register complain against you if you guys failed to revert me with next 4-5 working hours. For reference : Samsung services care jobsheet no. Or bill no.                     Si/fra/3742. Since sangeetha has a good exchange offer for diwali i went to exchange my samsung a7 which was just 4 months old. They paid me only 13, 000 and i asked a suggestion from the sales rep to show me any good phone ranging within 15, 000. He showed me sony wherein the price was too high, then samsung i did not wanted samsung again and later he showed me nokia lumia 640. I liked the way it looks and since battery can be removable. I asked him to get me a black colour in the same phone to purchase. I spent more than one hour, till the end he never told me that the nokia changed to microsoft and the main concern is i was not informed that all the applications cannot be downloaded in this. That's the main default of microsoft which he was supposed to tell me in that one hour time when he explained so much about the phone. If he would have informed that all applications cannot be downloaded, i wouldn't have purchased this phone. How can a sales rep suggest a microsoft phone to a person whose using an android phone without saying any drawbacks of it. Now since it's your sales rep's fault i don't need such kind of phone which was promoted wrongly by your sale rep. As i called your customer care support they provided me the asm number of frazer town [protected], at 4:20pm i had called him and explained on the same. He informed me to go to the store and pass the phone to the manager and he will explain the same and do the needful. Asm spoke to the manager and he disconnected the call. When i checked with manager what's the status he again told me it cannot be exchanged. From evening 5pm to 9 pm i was in store calling the asm numbers and he never answered my call. I called from different numbers as soon as he hears my voice he disconnected the call. Is this how you provide customer service. Please find the attached screenshot to see how many times i called the asm. I would like to conclude that if i don't get the samsung a7 my old phone or any other android phone in the same bill range.                       Dear team:

                      I have given my mobile for fitting at sangeetha stores located at marathahalli bridge in bangalore on 09/10/2015

                      My mobile is micromax a111 doodle. The servicing person asked me to sit for half an hour so that he can repair and return the mobile. After half an hour he has come back and told that "your mobile display is not working, let me check and revert you tomorrow". The next day he said, the display has gone and it will be replaced. When i went and collected the mobile, the replaced display is a very old and cheap one. I told them, that the display is not good, the light is emitting out and the visualization is so dumb that the letters are not visible. They rose the voice and said that " micromax mobile is a very cheap mobile, you are comparing the displays of other mobiles and all, guess your eyes are not working properly etc., "

                      I lost my very good display and got replaced with so cheapest display and the letters are also invisible. For their mistake i am suffering and moreover, the words they used are so embarrassing.

                        I had taken a insurance on note 4 & paid yearly fees. I was assured of door pick up & addressed & as per sangeetha customer delight policy. I have been following & now the answers & discussions are very un polite & rude. Looks like only selling is imp & not after sales customer care

                            We bought the phone sony xperia z3 in october, 2014 and paid through hdfc credit card. There was a 5% cashback offer. We didnt recieve any cashback till now. We have contacted the centre many times, wrote a mail to the headoffice, given them the receipt of the purchase, imei number as well as all credit card statements stating that the cashback has not yet come. There has been no help from them. They are writing to us with different excuses like now they are asking for charge slip. Which obviously has no relevance when you have the original receipt along with all credit card statements and are not taking the complaint forward.

Of mobile. — sony [protected] While purchasing they promised to give c c cash of rs. 26, 590 /-cash of total prize as bakrid festial offer. Dear sir, I am extremly sorry say that your mr. Chandra hass as a casher cheated me a lot He made the cash of 26, 603.77/- and he says only rs 160/- (Very clear pin point blank truth) for the insurance for the purchase of c5 sony. After that he made me to pay rs. 1699/- for happiness pack (Sl. No. 2) invoice no hps/mrt/62 dated 25/sept/2015 at 19:14:44. Sir please asked him mr. Chandra hass for that he is very arrogant and not fit for the seat, and then i will request you to please refund my happiness pack @ 1699/- (My bigest mistake is trust sangeetha what the bill is genaratedat that time) Thanking you,

                                  I purchased dell tablet on 29-june-2015. While purchasing they promised to give 1) rs 600 paytm cash within 3 months, each month rs 200 for three month. 2) 20% cash back within 3 months, 1st month 10%, 2nd month 5%, 3rd month 5%. I got 15% cash back but not received 5% cash back. I didnot get any paytm cash. I sent email to paytm customer & also to sangeetha mobiles but didnot get any resolution to my problem.                                     This is to inform you that, i bought nokia-n520 from your store at 'greenlands, ameerpet, hyderabad - 16'. It has caught up with touch screen problems just after the one year from purchase. But there is a second year warranty promised on the invoice (Si/grn/5271, dated 19/03/2014). Assuming that we can get it solved as part of second year warranty, i went to the store and after realizing the problems, store has accepted the mobile promising to return it in 3 to 4 weeks. Although this time is too much to accept, store manager 'shekar - [protected]' has persuaded us to accept. This has happened on 13/06/2015. Since then it is now more than 3 months!!! But i did not get my mobile back from service. Every time i call the store, i am being given flimsy reasons one after the other, promising me every time for early handover!!! This is now has reached its peak and i can not wait any longer. I want my mobile back and the action for this delay. Request you to look into this and help me with the resolution.                                       I gave my moto g mobile phone service is here . They have poor customer interaction and service and they incur high service charge and service person isrude and arrogant, I argued and was ready to give the money they have quoted later they gave the phone scratching the connecter of the display so that it should be completely changed and irreplacable .A poor work ethics in part of the service person.

                                        Dear sir, i purchased my phone xperia zl from sangeetha mobiles warangal jpn road store on 20/mar/2014. This product was under 1 yr sony warranty and 1 yr extended warranty provided by sangeetha mobiles now, my phone get problem and warangal store asked me to go to hyderabad office at i submitted my phone there on 17/jul/2015 and the manager of sangeetha mobiles dilsukh nagar branch ask me that it will take 15-20 days. But, he never called me in 20 days when i called him on 2/aug/2015 he asked me for job sheet where earlier i have given my phone for service, i submited job sheet to their warangal store as he directed me, after that also i am calling him and everytime he is postponig it that company has no given any statement and says after 2-3 days he will tell me but, he never called me every time he replies same thing after 2-3 days ill tell you. Then he said it is repaired and couriered to warangal sangeetha and on 28/aug/2015 i got call from warangal sangeetha that collect your phone. As i went there they said sir it was miscouriered by hyderabad branch & it is not repaired till now you please give us 10 days we will courier it to banglore main office and they after argument they gave in in written that within 20 working days they will give it to me but today as 18/09/2015 again they are saying that sir it will take 15 more days. Kindly look into this matter. Thanking you
