Hi I am vijay, I purchase samsung duos in mandya sangeetha show room(vinoba road). After 15 days he call and say u have one offer come and collect. they give 300 voucher when i purchase the phone. i went for collecting the prize. i ask for charger he telling that u want pay 700, i ask reduce three offer price in cupon. we ill not reduce the price u want to pay 700. So please dont purtchase mobiles in sangeetha mobile showroom it is cheated to customer when we purchase the phone. sangetha mobile is a fake company it give offers to customers for his business purposes.

      I purchased a mobile last month 6th. They said you will get 200 paytm cash for 3 months for the purchase but i did not get any money in my paytm account yet. Its been 1 and half month now. When i called they asked me to visit store. Even i stay a bit far from the store still i visited the store but they give a paytm person's number and ask me to contact them. When i called that number that seems to be not working. Even i tried reaching the store manager after that but he also didn't pick the call. They have cheated by showing the offer and i purchased the mobile with a higher price thinking the offers will get me good benefit.

        Dear sangeetha,

        This is to your notice that i had purchased lg 335 gold mobile date 21st june 2015, and as per the sale i was eligible for 20% discount & was confirmd by your employee in store sangeetha, attibele anekal taluk, bangalore.

        But the store keeper said that you cannot avial 20% discount but you can purchase any gift worth on the same discount price offer next week

        And later when we visited the store for gift purchase of 20% discounted price the store keeper mr prabhu having number [protected] said now we cant help on the same as the offer is closed & no gifts can provided & please speak to management.

        If so then why was the discount sale put only attract customer & cheat
        Please require your feedback or reversal of 20% of discount else will take up with consumer court on cheating

          Reg - extended warranty

          I purchased mobile from sangeetha mobiles on 23rd may 2014, because they offered one more year extended warranty. My mobile get a problem on 27th may, i taken that mobile to samsung service center, they told that warranty over. I called to sangeetha mobiles and hand it over my mobile.           On march 26th, i gave my nokia n8 for servicing at a sangeetha store in madiwala, bangalore. It is now 3 months, i have not received my mobile back. It I got connected with fiaz who is area sales manager. He promised multiple different dates to resolve the issues. Now he also seems to be not picking up the phone. Hr of sangeetha mobiles have also contacted me and promised a resolution of this issue but nothing happened till date I have never ever experience such irresponsibility from any store. Sangeetha mobiles being a leading retailer and service provider, it is shocking to see such dishonesty and carelessness. Never ever trust these guys. Dont buy any mobiles or give one to service centers

            Hi team, This is to inform you that i have purchased the new mobile sony c4, which was getting heated up (43 to 59 %) and i have visited the sangeetha where i have purchased and thay informed to visit sony service center - mobile was again updated the software yesterday and now heating solved (They have not provided any bill or receipt for servicing) and phone is getting hanged continually without any response, when i check with them they are telling its fine. Hope mobile is used by me not the person who will see for 10 to 15 min. Mobile was purchased on 28-6-15 (Issue started from 1 of jul i informed them immediately but same dialog its working fine. Please let me know the doa eta and hope this is the first time happening with sangeetha and i am really disappointed on the running issue Please do let me next what step can i go to Please contact me if any concern is there on the issue (Chinnu.               Purchased 1. Sony xperia e4g and 2. Lava iris x1 beats from kukatpally br. Near rythu bzr., hyderabad on june, 2015 with invoice no. S si/mjm/108 an 481. As it is 41st anniversary, we were offered cash back and reliance wifi dongle within 48 hours. After 15 days we got a call from sangeetha that dongle will be delivered in 2 days. Last week reliance person called and told that the dongle will be delivered by tomorrow and took the home address. It is one week over and no one has delivered the dongle. We are trying your numbers[protected] &[protected] but no body takes the call. Even today we hold sangeetha mobile outlets in high esteem. We are sorry for this inordinate delay in delivering the promise. It is your responsibility to get the dongle delivered promptly by them. Kindly look into this. The dongle could have been given at the store along with the phones and customers would have been happier.

                Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone from sangeetha store near jalahalli bangalore vide bill no - si/jal/1689 on 27 jun 15 with exciting free offer like 600 paytm cash, a relince 3g datacard dongle, and sim with some balance and more. But as on today 5 jul as i went to showroom for claming recharge of sim after calling 7-8time then he mede me to talk with executive of relince after a conversation he said "nahi hoga do what you want to do make a complaint anywhere etc" Again i asked to talk the manager of the branch a person came to me introducing himself a manager name - arshad and argud me about this matter and misbehave with me and my friend and after a short time we found that he was not manager but a samsumg representative. The person cheat and misbehave with us and becoming a fake manager and when i asked a complain register he told "do complain anywhere no problem nothing will happen". After a time another person come to me again introduce him manager name-santosh. Try to resolve the issue but unable to make a conclusion. Pls consider this issue and also my exciting offer which i m not got till not. Do the needful about this branch. Jalahalli west branch

                  This is confirm you that i have purchased a samsung e7 mobile worth of 19788 from your store on 05/06/2015 with the offer of paytm 600/- & reliance postpaid dongle free within 48 hours of the purchased date. But i have not got both the offer as of now and i have visited more than 5 times to the store the store manager is not able to give me the solutions for that. The behaviour with the client is also not acceptable and i have been cheated by mr. Ravi-[protected] (Store manager) completely. I want a strong action against him he should be terminated from the company or else i will raise a complaint against him in consumer court.

Saying that he would deliver me the dongle tomorrow from 1past week i am calling him he was saying tomorrow i will deliver this went on nearly to a week. When i called him up today 17/6/2015 he his saying that the offer his no more. He has even abused me in words. And i need to contact sangeeta mobilesfor further. [protected] from this number i received a call. And even im not yet received the paytm services to. I hope you would fix the problem very soon and please do me the favor. I am very sad to say you people that your service his worst service provided elsewhere..

                      I have purchased the lava iris x 8 handset from sangeetha mobiles rajajinagar first block branch on[protected] and they said that there is a cash back amount of rs 890, but when i planned to get that cash back in that branch, they said that the phone number is incorrectly entered in the bill having invoice number si/rj3/182 and hence they are telling that the one time password will be sent to that invalid number which is not in existence. So for that purpose the the staff said that we will sort out the problem by discussing it with head office. But the thing is till today i. E after 6 days also they have failed to solve the problem and they are carelessly answering that the head office is not responding to them... It is too bad to listen the silly reasons even after so many days... So please go through this issue and solve the problem.

                        I have bought z3 in sangeetha mobiles and my phone is been theft and i informed to sangeetha mobiles they said to bring a fir copy and we will make insurance on that after i gave them everything but they showed very good respect they dint even given the correct address of insurance company and they said we cant do anymore this is between u and the insurance company but while buying my mobile they will take all responsibilities and we make sure of it. They blamed me as a kind request do not buy mobiles on sangeetha mobiles.

                          Hi team, This is to bring into your notice that it is totally annoying and unbearable that your guys are behaving in such a worst manner. Below is the brief: My relative who came from kerala, had asked for suggestion to change his faulty screen of sony xperia z mobile. We just went to the market and enquired the price range which was from 3k to 7k (In sony service center) and finally came to sangeetha mobiles that too situated in one of the best malls of bangalore (Pheonix market city), who gave us a quote of 5k (Including the side beading and back panel). Thinking that sangeetha is highly reputed and also they promised to replace with original sony parts, we decided to give it there. They told to come back the next day evening by 4pm. Next day we went to the store after calling the guy who promised to deliver it in half an hour, but he came after 3 hours. We waited and waited and finally we got the serviced mobile around 8pm. The first glance of the display itself we got to know that we were cheated. He promised 8 months warranty for any fault, so we went telling we will check and come back. Once we analyzed the display, we came to know that it was of too low quality and pictures and video had no resolution close to sony. Next day we went to the store and showed them the faults, they were not agreeing and was keep on saying that it is original. We showed them by keeping a low end model of sony side by side and compared the display clarity. Again after arguing for almost 1 hour he agreed to keep the phone. I asked them to put original or return back our 5k. They told they will call me the next day. Finally not hearing back for 3 days, i called and enquired and came to know that they had replaced with my old display and ready for refund. I told i will be coming during weekend as i am busy on weekdays. Today when i visited the mall, the shop is closed for renovation and when called the person is not responding properly. I am ready to file a consumer complaint requesting a compensation of 50k for the time and effort (Mobile cost of 30k and service cost of 5k inclusive) that i have spent going in back of the service persons.                             I bought htc 8x from sangeetha and its dead now, not turning on at all. I have submitted it in sangeetha chandapur store on 28th april and today is 15th od may they have not returned it at all. Sangeetha customer service is very very bad and they are liers. Ticket number:- 15ina[protected] Job number:- bgl[protected] When i bought my mobile they had informed me that in case of any service they will give me a stand by mobile to use and they will collect it from my house. But they never did this and they are cheating customers by saying this.

                              Me and my friend went and bought a s6 on 1 may 2015 in mantri mall. After paying money and getting the phone, we found out that the model that you provide are different from the one display in reliance (You never display white one, that'why we went and check out in reliance.). Plus the staff said they would install an app that she can order taxi or book movie ticket with each rs50 discount. We found out that the code the staff provide are all expired. Plus, the staff said the warranty is including door to door service which is another lie. We are feeling very upset and disappointed with the attitude. Such a bad service you provide. Plus, we are the foreigner, you are ruining your face and image in front of foreigner. Shame on you!

                                My wife gave the blackberry 9360 phone (Imei: [protected]) to repair the screen to the sangeetha stores on bannerghatta road arekere gate and it was returned in completely dilapidated condition. When we told the staff to check they were adamant in responding to us and started using verbal abuse. I will file a police complaint and will take you to court if this is not resolved and phone is returned back to us in the condition as it was given.

                                  Purchased mobile on 28 mar 2015 in mall of mysore indiranagar extension mysore. From day one mobile is having mic problem and also urs employee are not having proper information of products. They are thinking only how much profit will get in which product and they don't want customer satisfaction.in sony service centre also they are not telling clearly.. Than how customer wants to purchase products from your store.. So please make some solution as early as possible

                                    I am purchase a mobile in sangeetha mobiles (Kadur branch, karnataka) on 7/12/14. I lost my bill in banglore and i have a mobile problem and am go to local lava service centre they ask me a bill and them am contact local sangeetha mobile point in tadipatri they says like "present there is no oppurtunity to take a alternative bill anywhere, u have only a way to take a bill in where u are purchase a mobile". Am contact sangeetha mobiles in kadur branch they are not give proper response and they are not lift my phone. And they are not give a duplicate bill. My name is bhaskar. B am purchase lava selfie 50 on 7/12/14 in kadur branch.
