Sangeetha mobiles at omr, thoraipakkam assured me a gift while buying a handset on july 1st. They asked me to send the imei no to a mobile number. After reaching home i send that message. I got a reply message as "thank you for purchasing at sangeetha mobiles." i didn't get any other messages. After a long time i didn't get any gift. So i went to the shop on july 21st and ask them whats the status.

Sangeetha mobiles the biggest cheat in the business of mobile phones.

Purchased gionee handset from sangeetha mobiles.

Mrp is rs 14500 they charged me rs 17000.

I demanded for the printed bill but was denied.

Instead i was asked to come tomorrow and collect the bill.

I was given a handwritten bill duly stamped and signed by sangeetha for rs. 17000

And...

When i bought the mobile three years before, sangeetha mobiles promised that, there is a life time free service for this mobile. When i went to repiar the phone now, they say, its applicable for only one year and not the whole life time.

Please do not get cheated by these promises.

I bought new handset nokia lumia-800 on 02-jul-2012. Handset was defective and was not charging and even i couldn’t able to turn it on. Don not go by false promises made by Sangeetha mobiles regarding Insurance coverage. It is not done by authorized dealers of any product and it is only once covered - in case something goes wrong later your manufacturer would not cover repair under warranty as the insurance repair is unauthorised. Cheaters make money and feed families when buyers crib over till they change product.

This is to bring to your kind attention in understanding the insurance coverage sold by sangeetha mobiles. The party who covers insuranceis 3rd party and so don't know anything about your product. Moreover when selling a product sales person advertises everything will be covered under insurance..and when you pay the bill is when you come to know the depreciation and cess amount will be deducted and remaining...
