Sansui India — Air conditioner 1 ton 5 star | |||
Bought 2 acs (One 1.5 ton, other 1 ton) in april 2016 via flipkart. The 1 ton ac has been not cooling that well since day one but we thought it's because it's smaller than the other one. However still some cooling was going on. Since last week it has become very problematic. Whenever it is switched on 1. All led symbols light up simultaneously and nothing happens 2.ac switches on but within 5 minutes displays es and starts beeping 3.ac switches on but no cooling happens. It's like just the display shows it's on I have tried at least 10 numbers of sansui and their service centres. Only one picked up (Said this is sansui customer care). When i said i want to register a complaint said wrong number and cut call. Not picking up again. What the hell dude? Was this information helpful? | |||
