As directed on the JDUL entitlement Certificate, we tried accessing www.sansui-india.com website to redeem JDUL bond. However; we are not seeing any link/process/procedure for the redemption. Kindly suggest the way forward.
Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I purchased this product from flipkart.
      Booked on 03/11/2020 and Delivered on 04/11/2020
      Installed on 07/11/2020
      It was perfect viewing for 1st week. But from 15/11/2020 morning it got disconnected with my WIFI and unable to connect further.
      I searched the web for your number but could not found either.
      Please do the needful as I am not having my entertainment for which I bought it.

                      Sir/Madam
                      I have purchased online washing machine of J series of Sansui Company through flipkart app. It's not
                      working properly it vibrates too much. Technician visited the house on 15.10.2020 and told me that it's a manufacturing defect and he has sent the email to the
                      company. But still no response from your side. If there is manufacturing
                      defect in the machine so it could be replaced or repaired.
                      I am regularly calling the Sansui customer care but they always say wait for 24 hours. Almost 10 days have gone but no positive response from company. Neither flipkart helping me nor Sansui
                      So please help me in this matter

                          If sansui management has semblance of dignity and self respect, then take stringent action against rogue technician Vijaya Pandey from Jamshedpur (mobile [protected]) . This person has completely damaged and decimated my newly purchased Sansui TV with minor scratching sound . After that this person vanished and not responding to my call. If sansui will not take any action against this man, I will never purchase a sansui product & tell my colleagues and friend to do so.

                            As I have mentioned earlier that my new led TV with minor scratching sound was completely damaged by a technician named Vijaya Pandey from Jamshedpur who simply vanished. He is not responding to my call at all. Stern action against technician like Vijaya Pandey is desirable. The TV must be replaced as it is completely damaged and not getting on.The technician like Vijaya Pandey from Jamshedpur must be punished and deserve to be sacked.

                              A technician name vijaya Pandey from Jamshedpur came and completely damaged the new in the pretext of rectifying the vanished . Sansui has the worst and most irresponsible technicians. These people should be sacked immediately. Now what should I do with the damaged new TV.?

                                I purchase sansui 50 inch tv 3 years ago, the panel got damage in warranty period. At that time sansui company has closed for some partnership issues with videocon. So i request you to replace my tv immediately, i am waiting from 2 years of your reply🙏🙏🙏

                                  Volume is automatically controlled without any operation and no remote is working. Volume is reduced automatically, shown in the display. Why it is worst.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I purchased the sansui led tv on 11th june 2020 threw sansui dealer in mathura at a time of install engineer come my home and he weared the L.g dress and he say he is the enginner of sansui he show me the request id of install after that i satisfied and engineer is install the led.. After two months of installation suddenly display is half and slowly-2 he coverd the 85% part of the led black..i marked the complain sansui toll free no for led pannel query 2nd day engineer visit my residence and check the led he say i am not found single dent on led and he made the video and give the asuurance your claim will be done in approx 4working days...same day he call me in evening and say our senior is denied for your claim and your product is out of waranty because his damage is internaly.i am so troubling by sansui team, sir plaese tell me id the led is damage, led dont have a single dent and led is hanging only single place last 2month. I tell the all concern to c.s.o guy. But not support by anyone person...i am very troubled and meantaly harashed by sansui team, i request the all concern person like sansui engineer and tell me led is hanging single place last two month, service centre incharge and sansui dealer but anyone not support me and say me call him and call him and made my two day wrost.customer service is very poor.

                                      I request the sansui team plaese take the action for these guys and change my led pannel as soon as possible .

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is to inform you that i have bought washing machine from flip kart on dtd 06.01.2020 with order id: od[protected] and after few months i have noticed some leakage in back side of machine and raised complaint about that on dtd 01.06.2020 with complaint id no 0f1-38039rpscad-2094567 and regarding this complaint service engineer visited and resolve the problem but we have not observed that time and service engineer said complaint resolved than we have accepted that.

                                        But now second time the same problem occurred and i have complained with id no.0h[protected]rpscad-3044229 but this time when service engineer came i have seen in front of me what is the problem and it was wash drum damaged and service engineer has taken the photo and video for the same and send it for approval for the same and i have shown to the service engineer the first video also was the same as current problem video and told me this is looking like damaged, but its looking like drum puncture looking like (Manufacturing defect).

                                        Now company rejecting my complaint because it was not covered in company
                                        Policy due to physical damage and want justification on that that is done by me or how is it happened.
