Kindly pay attention & give the solution to your customer as promised at the time of purchasing the products.
I purchased one AC on 25/05/2016 which is under AMC.
AMC details are as follows:=
Amc No:-AGHA[protected]
AMC VALIDITY-25/05/17 to 26/05/19
Registered No [protected]
Me and my wife trying your customer care no[protected] from 15 days there are multiple complaints, the latest complaints registered on 11/05/19 request no is 0020.
As per customer care executive it will take 48 to 72 hrs to resolve, but there is no solution.
I also text you to 53030, still no response.
There are 3 numbers provided by your executive as:
1-Area Service Incharge -
Mr.Azruddin Mob.[protected] (switched off since 11/05/19 )
2- Electricians/ Technicians-
Mr.Devansh Mob. [protected](out of service)
3-Area Service Manager-
Mr.Rajesh Mob.[protected] ( call connected, but as per him he is not working for
Sansui)
So, now I just wants to understand Is this the way to handle customer's queries or company wants to set any standard to make fool of customers, Is this the way to give services to the customers?
Today, I tried to your customer care number at 12 PM and it connected around 12:40 pm and still they didn't give me any solution and when I said please transfer my call to your senior management, so they put my call my on hold for 30 mins and after that they gave me number of that executive who is already not in the system..So please give me better solution for this otherwise I will escalate it to another senior level..
Its is completely ignorance to the customer service and harassing consumers mentally and financially.
Kindly do the needful ASAP.
