Few days before some lining is visible on display during tv in running condition
Our tv is under warranty & garranty as per given warranty card from dealer

    Hello, myself ravindra. I purchased 1ton split ac from flipkart in june 2016 with 4yrs warranty. On september 10, 2019 the ac started cooling problem. I tried call to sansui helpline no. 39404040 and all other service centers which are mentioned in booklet but could not connect. I call flipkart but he asked me to contact sansui. Flipkart gave me a number of sanusi i. E. [protected] where the representative told that they will entertain warranty on that appliances which are purchased in 2019 only, even the complaint was neither registered nor provided any contact or help in this regard, even they refused and disconnected my call when i tried to connect later.
    I am very disappointed and upset to sansui as well as flipkart for such response and after sale service. It is my request to please sort out my problem otherwise i will definitely go for the suitable action against the sansui and flipkart both.

      I have purchased Sansui AC in 2016 from Flipkart and from last 6 months the compressor stopped working. I tried to contact customer care but no contact number available to lodge compliant. Flipkart said they can't do anything. The Sansui had stopped their operations in India and no more support from them. Recently I saw Sansui again started selling ACs on Flipkart and when I was able to connect with them, they simply denied providing services against valid warranty. I have even questioned Flipkart and got reimbursement from them after I rectified the problem with AC technician. When I questioned Flipkart why they are allowing such companies to sell their products if they can not give services to their clients, Flipkart had no reasonable answer. Still the AC is under warranty and if something goes wrong now then even Flipkart had denied giving any support. I urge people not to buy Sansui products from Flipkart and even want to convey message to Flipkart is even they are still responsible for my problems.

        Hello . I bought Sansui 80 L Direct Cool Single Door 2 Star Refrigerator from Flipkart in 2016. Today my compressor of that fridge has stopped working.
        That fridge has 5 years of warranty on the compressor. I want to claim that warranty and want the compressor to be replaced with a new compressor.

        So after being used for almost 3 years the compressor has stopped working.

        Still 2 years warranty is there for the compressor and i want it to be replaced it ASAP

        Even i checked with the toll free number by calling SANSUI and they are telling we have closed the support for the service. Thats like really cheating and even today i see this fridge is being sold by flipkart and there also they are boasting that 5 year warranty on the compressor. Its a joke and cheating they are playing with consumers

          I have bought sansui 40 inch LED Tv in 2017 with 1 plus 4 extended warranty .
          Now i am facing some technical problem with the screen In my tv and the... then in 2017 showroom owner provided customer service no.[protected] is not working.

          મારા 50" ના tv મા અવાજ નો વાંધો આવી ગયેલા છે તેમાં કર્કશ અવાજ થાય છે અને ધીમો પડી જાય છે જેમ જ ક્યારેક ક્યારેક સરખું થઇ જાય છે અને વ્યવસ્થિત અવાજ આવે વળી પાછું કર્કશ અવાજ ચાલુ થઈ જાય છે અને ધીમો પડી જાય છે.

V model no - sne-40hb23caf from the retailer - sargam india electronics pvt ltd address - shop no - 1, 2, 3 krishna mandir chowk, najafgarh, new delhi-110043 (Tin no - [protected]) tel - [protected]. On dated 20.11.18 complaint has been registered (Del [protected]) to the company about the t. V display issue as t. V is in warranty period. T. V has been pick up by the company but we haven't received yet the product. Many times approached to the retailer & contacted but issue not resolved yet as spare not available. Almost 8 months we are facing the difficulty & mental harassment to get the t. V repaired. Request you to kindly look into the matter. Invoice copy & complaint doc enclosed.

              Kindly resolved the issue
              Sound volume had been decreased, initially we use to set on 3-4 on re-mort but know a days from past one month we have to place that on 10-14.Please repair the same asap.

                  My friend purchased Sansui refrigerator from Flipkart (Invoice Ref no Invoice OD[protected] on March 30th, 2016 from WS Retail for me. After using for almost 3 years, its compressor doesn't seem to be working as coils getting heated up and no cooling is happening. Please, could you send a Sansui service executive to check and replace the compressor if need be?
                  I've sent mail to sansui customer care emails but there's no response.

                  Also, please if you could share if there are any prior charges for an executive visit which ideally should be free under warranty cover of 4 years?

                      I would like to inform you that no one is answering my issues. I request you to take some serious action against sansui i. E. Skylark enterprises ms. Ramita & ram contact no. [protected] and mr. Rohi das contact no. [protected].

                      I have purchased sansui led tv 50 inch on 09/06/2016 with 5 years warranty and now in tv screen some lines are coming and speaker not working self logged the complaint to the sasui authorized service center i. E skylark enterprises on 16/04/2019, technician had visit my home on 17/04/2019 and rectified that the screen panel issues and said need to replace the same. I personally continuously follow up with service center from last 3 months and they (Ramita & ram) are saying the company has stopped the production and part is unavailable. So i said that give me full refund i. E. Inr 36, 000/- because my tv is in under warranty. But no one is taking initiative and answering my calls.

                      Please help to resolve this issues, as i am fed-up with this people.

                              Sir, i had purchased sansui 40 inch led tv on 20/02/2016 with five year warranty scheme. It got some problem for which i had registered a complaint. I took led to your customer care centre and the person attending the complaint told us that some parts need to be replaced. He then raised complaint to the company for the same. Six months has gone, no response from your side. Your customer care executive are giving some other numbers to ask for the status but their number are either switched off, always busy or some replied that they dont know what to do next. I also visited customer care centre many times but now they are saying that whole led is not working and company will replace it with new one. Kindly reply asap about status of my complaint. I trusted your brand, now please don't let my trust go down

                              Sansui tv was purchasing jitna lo utna offer & I also online registrated too but that time I am facing warranty related issue bcoz in offer warranty is also extend for 2 year. but now service centre person is saying your tv warranty is only 1 year. so we repair with charges only.

                                From last two days my tv set has been turning on and off automatically without remote please solve this problem. I have purchase this tv in 2017 it is nice to have this tv but we are facing some problems like the tv is operated self without the remote and it functions randomly and opens anything anytime. Itts very very irritating and disturbs the joy of watching tv. Please help us to repair this problem as early as possible. Waiting for your positive reply within 3 days... Thanks

                                  Sir, i had purchased a 48inch television on 29/06/2017 with an extended warranty of additional two years. However, after 23 months of purchase, the display of the tv is not functioning. Further, i am surprised to see that there is no service centre in our area, western odisha.
                                  Under the circumstances, the fundamental right of a consumer is violated and causing mental tension. Please do the needful.
