My friend purchased Sansui refrigerator from Flipkart (Invoice Ref no Invoice OD[protected] on March 30th, 2016 from WS Retail for me. After using for almost 3 years, its compressor doesn't seem to be working as coils getting heated up and no cooling is happening. Please, could you send a Sansui service executive to check and replace the compressor if need be?

I had purchased a Sansui LED with 3years warranty by SARGAM Karol Bagh Delhi. But in month of march 2019. this LED video picture is not working properly. so i launched a complaint.So your engineer visited and charged me 1300/- on dated - 23/03/19. But Neither it is repaired nor changed. this is shown your poor service and customer harassment.

I had purchased a 48 inch TV on 29/06/2017 from patra Electronics, Bhubaneswar, vide bill no BMD-S0003678 on 29/06/2017, with an extended warranty of two years.Since last month, the Display of the TV is not functioning. pls look into the matter.

My led TV has audio issue and it is automatically goes to 0 .if I try to turn up the volume by pressing the + button on the remote, the volume goes up, but as soon as I release the button the sound goes to 0 again.
so iam trying to contact customer care as it is in still warranty.
But no one is responding.

I have purchased 50 inch LED TV of 3 years warranty. the TV is still in warranty period. Bright of TV appearing very low. I have tried to contact customer care but no one is replying.

I purchased SANSUI split ac from flipkart.com but ac not cooling properly after use of one season only. I logged a complain through SMS on 05.06.2019 with complain id DEL[protected] but till now no engineer visit done. I am trying to call customer care through given number but the number is always busy. I wrote a mail to connect with customer care but no reply from their side.

The AC is under warranty till 15.07.2019.
