Dear all,

I have purchased AMC from vg service site last year for sansui ac 1 ton and they have not responded for the entire year for the issue in my ac and took approx 3500 Rs. I have registered the complaint in consumer forum but no response form them. That was my hard earned money.
Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My led tv screen is damaged. I called the customer care so he come check and registered complaint so he talk me to giving money. Rs 1300 and i giving money so he talk your led screen is changed in 5 days but not changed my screen 18th months not resolve my problem i giving you warning you to take a step then i want to take a step towards consumer court

        Hello Sansui India,
        I have bought Sansui LED TV on 19/03/2016 and now when I am switching on my TV it is not showing the Red Colored Indication. So I am unable to switch on my LED TV.

        May I therefore request you to kindly send your technician to visit my home and fix the problem in my LED TV as soon as possible.

                I have sansui led tv purchased on 17 april 2017. Tv is under 3 year manufacture warranty. From last 10 days my tv is not working (May be motherboard issue) i tried to reach to various customer care numbers of sansui, did emails. They have not at all online presence to search customer support. I tried with dealer (Snehanjali digi 1) for support but they are also not responding it's very frustrating post sales. Please let me get to specific executive of sansui to get service for tv.

                    I bought a 1 ton AC through Flipkart and it is not cooling the room even at 16 degree. I believe this one is a defective product.
                    And i request the respective authority to look into the matter and also sansui customer service representative to reppace the same at the earliest possible date. Its been a number of times and no one has followed up. Neither we located any service center nearby. I believe they have a limited service centres in India.

                      I have bought a 39 inch led of sansui in november 2015 which came with additional warranty/guarantee, my led is not working since 30 may 2018 and i had lodge a complaint on 30th may, they have assigned local service center, person came and check and said panel of led is not working so we will send to out head office to replace this and it will take 10-15 days, after waiting for almost 20 days i had visited there place and they said it is still under process and you will get your new led in few days after few days it is still not come so i had called the head of sansui service center mr. Gurnam after calling him he said sir we have no idea when your led will come, i said your person said it will come in 15-20 days after complaint and it is almost a month now so he had given me number of sharad sharma which is heading karnal service center (I have no words of mr. Sharma he is so unprofessional and i responsible person i ever met in my life), he never picks call if he pick the call his excuse is ready after talking to him a month he also said i have no clue when your led comes so i asked him do you guys have some tat and it's been 2 months i am chasing you guys but you are not able to give me a solution ever appropriate answer after that i said give me number of your supirer so he gave me number of mr. Manoj shah i called mr. Shah on 25th sept and explain my case, he checked and advise me your new led comes in 7 days i know this will not done so after waiting 10 days i called him, mr. Shah said your led comes only billing is pending which will be done in 2 days, i have to wait after waiting almost 10 days he said it is still pending i said ok i request him please do it on priority as you said it will done in 7 days and it is almost a month now after calling again and again he said only billing is pending, then i had taken number of mr. Jitender arora i spoke to him and explained all the things he said forgot all the things you will get solution now so he had taken mr. Manoj shah on con call and said to replace my led mr. Arora said sir you will pay inr 15, 000 will give you replacement i said 15k for what he said sir if you want led you have to pay otherwise if you want replacement in free you have to wait i said how much time he said sir we have no idea and said will give you refurbished led if you want in free and its been 15 days i have not got any response, i request you to please look into this matter it's been 5 months we are chasing your staff but not getting anything just the harassment, below is the complaint number and my phone number. If you want i can share call history how many times i had called your staff and not get a single appropriate answer.

                        As i have sent my dj600 to mr sanjay bafna, owner of pune service centre, for reparing purpose when i contacted with them they told that tuning fork is not functioning properly since cost can't be affordable from my side i told them to return my dj 600 but without taking my permission they altered many parts of it and right now it is not opening kindly take a step against the owner as without my permission, he altered many parts of it and replces with cheap quality parts so my dj600 is not even functioning as it was earlier worked

                            I own a sansui vibra dj weighing machine for jewellery and found little disturbance in machine, so visited sansui store @market yard / pune.

                            Employees at sansui store cheated with me, they took out primary parts from my machine and now i am even unable to start it.

                            When i raised the same thing to them they roughly replied and denied to repair it.

                            However employee from store seems to be cheater and unprofessional.

                            This incident happened today i. E 08/02/2020

                                I cannot use the latest apps of android on my tv because i have android 4.3 and i want to upgrade it, but it shows tv is uptodate. So please tell me how to upgrade to latest android version.
                                I cannot use apps like zee5, cant stream live tv, jio tv even by using a google chrome cast device i cannot cast my device to tv.
                                Even cannot play hotstar while connected with cast.

                                    I have bought sansui company (Tv) 24 inch led bearing sr. No.[protected] dated 25/01/2016 from world vision, una – 362560. His contact no. Is [protected].
                                    Till date i have complained twice to the authority but did not replied and no solution has been come yet as still the problem arises. Kindly suggest the best way for solution as world vision is not co-operating in the matter please.

                                      I purchased 50 inches led tv from dg1 vasai showroom on 11/1/2017 on 36 month warranty but suddenly i seen two lines on screen so i complain on dg1 they told we can't do anything bcoz company shut down but my tv is on warranty then thy hav to provide services...                                         I have sansui 1 ton split ac purchased in jan 2019. My remote is not working and some problem with pcb. I tried to reach to various customer care numbers of sansui, did emails. I am following sansui from last one month. They have not at all online presence to search customer support. It's very frustrating post sales. Please let me get to specific executive of sansui to get service for ac. I will loose warranty period till 9 jan 2020.
