Our tv iain working state but it frequently shows the menu functions and tv/av function on screen. Which is disturbing us..

We have procured sansui tv s500za prod/web model no-uhdtvsrd50qa0zsa sl no[protected]. Now invisibility of disply. Blinking display white line in display. Kindly rectify urgently.

I, purchase a 19 inch lcd tv (Model no sam19hn-pjt, sl no[protected] now tv screen have seen two vertical line i. E a display problem occure. Now my tv is out of warranty period.in kolkata where is sansui tv service center. What i do, please assist me.

I am using sansui 50fh18xaf smart tv from last two years... The android 4.2.2 is very slow and i am not getting any software update further. There is no support for the sansui india on this. I believe the choice os sansui smart tv is one of my worst choice.

I'm arjun from goa, i've bought one new sansui pro view 102cm (40 inch) full hd led smart tv via flipkart.com in august 18th 2019 good working 3or4 months but after march 25th i've problem with the dead condition in not working tv, so i informed the flipkart, service center, seller hub to the many more times in my issue they will not take seriously, so i need to replace or refund the money, so take it seriously my issue with in hours

I has purchased the sansui triple inverter 1.5 ton split a/c in feb'20 via flipkart; which get installed by your authorized service partner in last week of feb'20, now since lat may'20 getting problem in cooling;

Kindly look into on urgent basis.

I bought 1 ton ac and using for the first time but the ac is not cooling my room and i called thrice to customer care but no use of it.. Nobody doing needful from sansui company..
I think this is the worst product and i saw so many complaints regarding this.. I wouldn't have bought this if i saw these many complaints before i bought..
Need resolution for this on immediate basis.

I have purchased AMC from vg service site last year for sansui ac 1 ton and they have not responded for the entire year for the issue in my ac and took approx 3500 Rs. I have registered the complaint in consumer forum but no response form them. That was my hard earned money.

My led tv screen is damaged. I called the customer care so he come check and registered complaint so he talk me to giving money. Rs 1300 and i giving money so he talk your led screen is changed in 5 days but not changed my screen 18th months not resolve my problem i giving you warning you to take a step then i want to take a step towards consumer court

Hello Sansui India,
I have bought Sansui LED TV on 19/03/2016 and now when I am switching on my TV it is not showing the Red Colored Indication. So I am unable to switch on my LED TV.

May I therefore request you to kindly send your technician to visit my home and fix the problem in my LED TV as soon as possible.
