              I purchsed 32' led under jitna do utna lo, we received a bond of rs 20700 which can be redeemed on purchase of next product after 4 yrs and 11 months .
              Time period is completed now.
              Kindly help us to get another product, as dealer refused to help .

                This is regarding a purchase I made on 13 feb 2016 under the scheme Jitna do utna lo. Under this scheme I was entitled a 5 Year warranty and to avail a redemption of 29500 on my next purchase after 4 years 11 months.

                But now when I am trying to avail the redemption benefit your dealer has simply denying it's benefit although we have our JDUL entitlement certificate with us.

                Kindly do the needful.

                          I had purchased sansui 40 inch led tv on 26/02/2016 with five year warranty scheme under Sansui India Jitna Do Utna Lo World T20 Contest 2016. scheme says after 4 year 11 month you will get ther product worth Rs-20700/-
