This refrigerator worked well initially, but of late it is very heavily noisy... But, cooling is decent...
The item is under warranty... Plz register a complaint & send a technician to get the unit rectified......

My name is vineet from faridabad. Last year in dec, i purchased the sansui led tv. But from the last month, there is a problem occurs in it. The tv get switch off permanently as the power is not supplied. I call the service centre. The person is come but he said that there is a card in the tv which get damaged and he say that it requiresd 10 to 15 days to resolve the issue. Now 10 days will pass and i call today again the service centre person...

I have raised a query on 2nd oct 2018 for sansui washing machine.
Service engineer came next day at our home and inform that motor is not working & it has to be replaced.
He told us it will take 10-15 days to replace the motor. Till now it is not replaced.
I have called more than 15 times at [protected], they are saying engineer will come today or tomorrow. We are sending urgent reminder.
I have visited 4-5 times...

Service Centre Name OM Sai Enterprises is closed before 4-5 month ill try phone number given on receipt, I gave my Sansui Tablet for repair on 22/11/2017 and after 3 month he call me that your set is done and take it from centre i cant go because i am out of station when i come before 1 month then centre is closed and no number is also not reachable, I Have Receipt of Service Centre...

I have buy a sansui led 40 inch TV with extended warranty from sargam electronic in Noida. After one year the TV causes some problem . So I call to repair the TV and after that a worker come from fix home solutions and he charge rs.955 and he said when the company will send the product which is to be repaired then the TV will repair and after 2 weeks the worker come but he can't repair TV and he say that the company had send a wrong product...

This is vishnu from jangaon. I'll buy the tv 4 years back at jangaon. Model is raga classic tv. It will be worked 4 years properly. And it facing problem from 3 months. First 2 months takes 10 to 15 minutes for sound. Then it will be takes hours to turn on from one month. I would like to know the reason for this problem and how can i fix it this problem....

Purchased led tv on 31st march 2016 (Receipt attached) from rahul electronic, nalasopara, palghar, ms. After about 10 months tv display was not clear due to linings. After repeated contact to[protected] one guy from tekcare india pvt. Ltd, inspected tv, charged rs.1420 as a service charge (Receipt attached) and told me your tv will be repaired free of charge. There after 2/3 repeated contact, told me your tv will be replaced by new one...

Mene sansui ka led purchase kia he jo ki abhi warranty me he or uski koi bhi sunvayi nhi ho rhi h me 12 november se apki company ke service pr visit kr rha hu or company ke customer care pr bhi compliant ki h lekin koi response nhi mila vaha se apke sabhi officer phone bhi nhi uthate h kya me is led ko show case me rakh or consumer court jakr complaint file kru or seth social media pr apki company ke bare me ye sari bate likhu or fraud company...

& unofficially stopped working i'm trying to contact to customer service no number is working and i contacted to flipkart they provided number's are private service center they don't deal with warranty product so request to provide me some support number who can resolve my issues and the service of sansui-india is too poor...

My one and half year old tv not working, service personal came and said issue is with base board, it has to be replaced. He said he will report this to company and get the board replaced.

Now its been more than one month, no response from service center. They saying company not providing any parts. I tired reaching company customer care and web site but both not functioning. Please help.

The product is covered with 3 years warranty it was bought from sonovision-tanuku on 14/06/2017. Please let me know when i can get the repair done.

We purchased Sansui fully automatic top load washing machine on 28.09.2017 through Flipkart Model No: mmsp65ds(dma), Invoice number: fabbmr[protected]. We are facing problem with dryning motor complained to customer care in August 2018. Service person attended the complaint and told will replace the water dryning motor. Since then we are continuously following up with them we are not getting any proper response from them....

I m bought sansui tv before 1 yr.. Now tv is not working.. I called service center.. They came and picked up tv with 1500 rs and said that in 10 days tv will return... But now 2 month passed... And when i went to sansui centre.. They said that wait for 6-7 month... I bought tv in 37k... And tv is in warranty and there is no external damage on product still they charged money for repairing? Please help...

Led tv display not working from 29/8/2018. Complaint given on 30/8/2018. Man[protected].
But upto today 04/10/2018. Not replaced. Called customer care they given regional manager number, called manager he is telling his own problem, he says like me 700 complaint pending.
Ok then sansui company this much lagging to solve customer problem? Then who will buy san sui products here after who will recommend you can buy sansui product,...

I am already complained to your customer care on 10th oct 18 that my complaint no coc[protected] dt 10 oct 18. Mechanic came to and checked. He told me that tv display was not working. My tv was warranty period. Inspite of passing one month there was no reply from your end. We are old age person and tv is only our entertainment. So please do it.
