Purchased led tv on 31st march 2016 (Receipt attached) from rahul electronic, nalasopara, palghar, ms. After about 10 months tv display was not clear due to linings. After repeated contact to[protected] one guy from tekcare india pvt. Ltd, inspected tv, charged rs.1420 as a service charge (Receipt attached) and told me your tv will be repaired free of charge. There after 2/3 repeated contact, told me your tv will be replaced by new one as subject card not available across india. After few months again told me that you will get refund as your model is not available across india. Till today my tv not repaired, not replaced or nor i got refund. All this months i have contacted[protected], [protected], mr. Kapkar[protected], mr. Mane[protected], mr. Patil[protected], mr. Rajiv-[protected], one call from[protected] and mr. Rohidas-[protected]. Except assurance nothing i got till today. Can anyone will give me a sansui top official contact details, so that issue will be highlighted to them and will get resolved as soon as possible. Receipt attached for information.
