I have registered a complaint on my sansui 50 inch uhd television for a display problem on 22/09/2018 with a complaint number :vij[protected] but till date i have not received any response from your end. The product is covered with 3 years warranty it was bought from sonovision-tanuku on 14/06/2017. Please let me know when i can get the repair done.

    Dear Sir,
    We purchased Sansui fully automatic top load washing machine on 28.09.2017 through Flipkart Model No: mmsp65ds(dma), Invoice number: fabbmr[protected]. We are facing problem with dryning motor complained to customer care in August 2018. Service person attended the complaint and told will replace the water dryning motor. Since then we are continuously following up with them we are not getting any proper response from them. They are telling motor has to be received from the company still they are not received. We are fed up with the following up the service persons.Please do the necessary repair at the earliest.

    I bought 1.5Ton sansui inverter AC from flipkart in the month of March.

    AC is coming coming upto the extent as a 1.5TON AC gives. even after 1 hr also room is not getting cool

      I m bought sansui tv before 1 yr.. Now tv is not working.. I called service center.. They came and picked up tv with 1500 rs and said that in 10 days tv will return... But now 2 month passed... And when i went to sansui centre.. They said that wait for 6-7 month... I bought tv in 37k... And tv is in warranty and there is no external damage on product still they charged money for repairing? Please help

        Led tv display not working from 29/8/2018. Complaint given on 30/8/2018. Man[protected].
        But upto today 04/10/2018. Not replaced. Called customer care they given regional manager number, called manager he is telling his own problem, he says like me 700 complaint pending.
        Ok then sansui company this much lagging to solve customer problem? Then who will buy san sui products here after who will recommend you can buy sansui product, how will grow company, how will take the profit.
        We spent 43, 000.00 for tv 5 year warranty. But we cannot use, pls replace as soon as possible.
        I hope sansui is come up above from his own problems and solve all complaint s as soon as possible. And one day i t will give tough competition to other multi national company.

My tv was warranty period. Inspite of passing one month there was no reply from your end. We are old age person and tv is only our entertainment. So please do it.

            I have purchased sansui led 48 cm from sargam electronics in 2016. Since last 3 weeks my tv is not working. Complaint no. Del[protected] filed on 24th. Person visited and told that motherboard needs replacement. Our tv is under warranty so they are arranging part. Two weeks has passed but they had not arranged part now they are saying they needs more 2 weeks for part arrangement. Now they are not taking my calls

              Seance 1 and a half month the tv has lost the display we complained in the shop, technician had came and taken the status and he told the display will be replaced in 15 days. But till now there is no respond please sir helpus, thankyou

                Sir,
                I have purchased sansui semi automatic top loading washing machine on january 2017. Model number is sansui wmss60as-cma from amazon. The order number is[protected]. On date 25 august 2018 with warranty of 2 years. The machine stop the working, for same i got service request with reference number pun25081811. The service is not completed therefore they have provide me the another service number on date 4th september 2018. The reference number is
                Pun[protected]. Against that service engineer has visited to my place and told that motor is not working and told that i have requested for new motor from sansui. Service engineer mr chandrakant has given me to mobile number for taking follow-up of motor from sansui these are as below.

                But none of this number are giving any response even they are not pick up in the phone.
                The same issue i have talked with amazon team more than 9 to 10 times. I am heavy all the details which i have talked with amazon
                Since 2 months are over my washing machine is not working. Washing machine have two years of warranty. Please support from you

                  I was purchase sansui LED tv on 09.10.2016, from GS Distributors MATHURA with 3 years full warranty but my LED was not working from last 03 month i was ragisterd the comp-lent (Complaint no 117) as on 17.07.2018. But still i have not get any positive response from company. And now company person not response.
                  So i request you kindly help me. And solve the issue.

                    I had purchased sansui inverter ac on (Invoice date 24/09/2017). The
                    Product stopped working (Showing error code - e 1) (Still in warranty period) and on around 01/aug/2018 (Complaint no coc[protected] dated as 1/aug/ 2018) the service personal came and product's sensor was disassembled and took it to the service center for replacement. After 1 week when the replacement was brought, they found that the sensor socket was not fitting in the panel of ac and they again took the indoor unit panel for direct soldering of sensor onto it. After 3 weeks when they brought the item back the same problem persisted (Error code e1). And this time they took the entire assembly (Except the ac covering) and after 2 weeks when the product was brought back the same problem persisted. Again the entire product was taken back by the service personnel and found one of the board (Pcb) got damaged and also asked me to wait for 4 to 5 days for them to get new replacement pcb board. After 1 week when i contacted them they said that they are still waiting for the replacement to arrive. This forced me to contact the customer care and got the assurance that wait for 3 days and if case is not solved by then they will look into replacing the entire ac set. And after 4 days when i got no response from the team, i again contacted to the customer care. And again asked me to wait for 3 days. Now this process of waiting and calling is going on for many days during this process they exhausted my valuable warranty period and
                    Also they have registered two complaints for one issue (E1 error)

                      We have bought a tv (Sansui s33757) price rs 25k from great eastern trading. Pfa the receipt.in 2 months time the tv has stopped working date 18.9.2018. We have lodged a complaint ref no koli[protected]. However today is 16th october 2018 and the service team has not even provided any solution. Service center phone number [protected]. Head office phone number : [protected]. We would like to send back the tv and have our money back as 1. Quality of tv is very poor, it stopped working in 2 months 2. Support team not resolving the issue and not paying any heed to the consumers. 3. Continuous wait, there is no value of time to sansui service center. Do they really think they are providing service. We would like to treat this very urgently and would post in our circle about the poor service which sansui provides.

                        Display is blinking and green lines wer made after 2-3 min of playbak... It was very bad i spent 17k for that and it was not even complete 2 years... And the worst thing is reliance digital sector-18 gip mall noida... They even didn't give me the product in box... It was very bad for me a loss of 17000 rupees and it didn't even complete 2 years... Its plasma display is not working the display is starts blinking and the picture is become greenish linings... Bad very bad

                          We purchased the above tv from sargam electronics preeti vihar on 20th june 2017 with a 3 years warranty from sargam electronics on behalf of sansui signed and stamped on the bill, almost 2 months later tv started having problems, till today it has already been repaired for various issues 4 times in such short period, all problems were technical and not due to use of product, we found the quality and service of both product and yur servicing team pathetic, the servicing team doesnt respond and the retailer sargam has washed its hands off long ago, he complaints are nt even responded or attended. The tv again has developed a problem and is not working again wherein we had paid service charge and got the panel change after much chase with ur people only in august 2018. The current complaint number is del[protected] registered by me on 21st october, the person attending is rahul mobile -[protected] and sk verma contact number - [protected], both of tem are not responding to our calls and saying its not in our hand... So my dear sansui company in whose hands it is to service a tv set which has already had 5 technical issues in 1.5 years an now no one seems responsible... What shoddy products you guy seem to be making plus worse service in such times of competition.. Can someone reply to me.. Best take away your sub-stanard product and give me a new tv for my troubles, coz my next step is consumer court

                            I had purchased a Sansui LED tv Model # SKW50FH16XAF & SL #[protected]. Date of purchase 25/06/16
                            The tv is still in warranty. We had lodged a complaint and someone from TekCare India Pvt. Ltd. came for inspection on 13 March. The person charged us for the transport and service charges. We were told that you guys will replace the LED within 2/3 days but we have not heard back from anyone yet.
                            The numbers provided are not getting answered since the last 7 days.
                            Its been more than 10 months since the inspection and still this has not been resolved. The Call No. is MUM [protected].
                            This is extremely bad after sales services. Can you guys expedite the process and ensure the LED is changed asap

                              I have purchased sansui ac 13 april 2017. Within couple of months it showed error e6 and the technician visited and refilled the gas. The gas leakage happened again and they again filled the gas without finding the root cause. Within 2 days again the leakage happeend and not they are asking for 4000 rs saying that there are issues with some points done during installation. Other technician said fault with ac and others installation problem.

                              If the ac was fault or the installation not done properly, then they should have done the rectification properly during the warranty period when i gave my first complaint. Fault of them not to identify the root cause or lack of awaremeness of the technician caused the issue to drag after warrantty period.

                              I had done multiple calls to multiple regional manager (Ramesh/vargheese/customer support) and have never seen any unprofessional people supporting a brand like sansui. Varghesse was helpful to push others but then others never bothered to pick my calls/nor respond to my messages.

                              I am stuck up now where its a fault of them and asking to pay money for their fault. Only option for me is to go to consumer court and stop buying sansui products and make sure others are aware about sansui and its team and cusotmer suppourt. I have all communications as proof and can be given as required

                                I have given the complaint to your service center about led tv on last 20th july 2018 after that the technician from service center had visit at my home on 21st july 2018 he took the visit charges from us in cash and said that the panel of tv screen is needed to replace it will take 15 days time to arrange.

                                Now today is 25th october and still i am chasing your service center for the repairing and no body is taking it seriously even after the complaining n call center too.

                                  I purchased a new led tv from sansui out let there is some manufacturing fault occurring in led tv. I was first complain in28feb2018 there is no reply from customer service then few months ago the complain is automatically cancelled by area gsm kathua mr. Ashwani gupta then i was re-register the complain in7july2018 again there is no response from company. Then i was personally talking about my complaint to gsm mr. Ashwani gupta but there is no response from sansui company after few days my complaint is automatically cancelled by customer service. Then after i was registered third time complain in october 2018 again there was no response from the customer service provider. What i can do?

                                      Please be informed that we have purchased sansui led tv one and half years back. We have facing colour issues for five months back and same has been informed to customer care.

                                      Based on compliant, service person came to inspect and charged rs. 600/ for inspection charges and informed for tv colour panel issues and we replace the same. After that we haven't hear anything from customer care or service team. We are facing this issues for last five months and so many calls made to customer care[protected] but nothing happened by till the time.

                                      And please help us to sorted out this issue and total warranty period is 3 years.

                                        I had purchased sansui tv in 2017. Fe w months back screen started washing out automatically. And then it become all black finally tv didnt on at all. The request for service engineer was asked. The engineer came and said the screen needs to be replaced but after month of waiting no screen and service engineer has visited again. It's been two months that the tv has started. After calling again abad again no one is picking the call.
