    That under the instruction of my above named client i am sending you this notice:-
    That my client visited to your sansui electronics showroom with name and style as bharat electroics, 86-janpatyha, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha on 20.10.2014. On that day i. E dt. 20.10.2014 my client on payment of full price purchased a sansui led tv model: skp30hh that the agent of the aforesaid showroom as well as your agent convinced my client that he would not face any trouble either mechanical or otherwise within at least four years as warrant offer (1+3) and any defect of any nature would be removed by you immediately at your own cost.
    That after some months of purchasing the led tv did not function properly and accordingly my client has been intimating you, your authorized centre and agent but since 5.9.2018 such tv is not functioning at all due to your lack of proper in time service and the same day my client has lodged complain to you and his complain was evidenced by your reference no. Bhu[protected], and you gave assurance to my client that you would remove all the problems and defect of my client’s led tv without any delay before the expiry of warrant period.
    That my client has been running before you for numberless time after getting assurance from you but the problem and fault are remain same. My client has reason to believe that not only you are not fair and honest in dealing with customers, but also you lack in giving them appropriate and timely service, please, bear it in your mind that the warrant period will be elapsed as dt. 20.10.2018 and with some mischief you perhaps wait for that day to expire.
    Please take notice unless, you do the needful and replace the necessary parts of my client’s tv within three day from receipt of this notice i. E. Today dt. 28.9.2018, my client will be compelled to take shelter of civil and criminal court of law including consumer redressal forum seeking relief for his financial loss, physical torture and mental agonies against you.

      Hello we had purchased the sansui hard rock 2000 tv 10 years back.Now while playing the tv, all of a suddenly audio is not working at all. It is working again only after resting the tv for a while.please send us the customer service agent.

      I purchase a Sansui 4K 50" TV and when I want to play 4K movie on it, it does not show resolution for that. Final conclusion is that this tv is not a 4k and only level is there for 4K

        Iam gopal i am living in delhi.
        I bought a television in 2016 and give 3 years waranty.
        But 20 august 2018 my television has some problem. And complant no del[protected]. Your service agent visit in my home he takes 590/-. And he talks i will come after 2 days but any one not coming in my home.
        Then i complant in connsomer cort and

        Remote not working tried changing batteries but still not working in warranty
        my warranty is of five years and it is just two years and the remote is dead despite changing two sets of new batteries
        I have purchased ledtv srt24hh33fz on 12 december 2017. since then i have onle use the products for 30 days... card has been replaced 2 to 3 times and it takes 2 months to get repaired... please change the product or return back rs 11000 as soon as possible... it was a big mistake to buy this product..

          The display of 38 inch full hd led tv becomes saturated and once the hdmi cables of set top are adjusted it is ok and after few houra it again becomes saturated and when again the hdmi cables are adjusted it is ok. The same is repeated. There is also one vertical balck line on the screen. The problem presists for the last one month. All other functiins of the tv are ok. Plse provide the solution of this problem

              My tv is not working since months. I had made it to repair many a times but it's not even working now. The customer care is not responding and neither the service centres are taking response. It's 29 inch old model sansui. With all my knowledge i believe that there's problem in the motherboard.

              Moreover the tv is having display problem and audio system problem. Please help to get the tv repaired. May it be done soon.

                Pethetich service sansui india... Parts are not available since last 1.5 months. Display of my tv is not working last 2 months and you guys are telling ki sir 15 din or lagenge... Is this a kind of service you give to people who spend 50k for your products.. How many times we need to call you... If you guys don't wanna fix it so take your product back and give my 50k back to me.. I want revert on it asap. My complaint number is del[protected]

                  I have submitted my led tv 40" for repair in service center on 14 july 2018. The tv was under warranty. Now 2 months have been completed. The area manager is saying company (Sansui) not providing parts to them. What i can do. They are not giving my tv back. Two months already completed. When i will get my tv back after repair there is no explanation with area manager. The branch manager is not picking up my call. Whenever im calling customer care they are saying we cannot do anything. Now sansui tell me who will repair my tv, i think 60 days are enough to repair a tv. What is that part which cannot be supplied by company. There is nobody who knows when company will despatch part. I think to purchase a sansui product is not a right choice. Company is selling their products only, company do not have spare parts for their products even the tv is unserviceable in warranty itself. Please repair my tv at the earliest.

                    Sir my Sansui LED 48” inch tv was in extended warranty and was held unserviceable by sansui service Center after a display defect in Feb 18. At the service Center they told me that your tv cannot be repaired and will be replaced in a month or two but it’s now been 10 months and the sansui guys isn’t helping out to replace tv even I have agreed to pay the difference in price for the new tv.My complaint number is Del[protected].

                      I mahesh m. Bait ph no [protected], purchase sansaui tv on dt 20-6-17, but after purchase 4 months tv display problem start. I complaint for the same on your c. C no. & at your ghansoli navi mumbai nbp mahape. Service center they received my problem request. 15.6.18. But from till date 12.9.18 i visited at service center 4 times.

                          I purchased a sansui inverter air conditioner in march 2018 and it stopped working on 6th august 2018. I raised a complaint as it is still within warranty period and called the customer service on[protected]. They provided me with a complaint reference number del[protected].

                          Next day, one of the engineer visited my home and checked the ac thoroughly and came to a conclusion that my ac’s outdoor’s unit pcb is faulty and needs to be replaced. He mentioned the same in his log sheet and said that he will be coming back with the new part that needs to be replaced within 7 to 8 days.

                          From 6th august, we waited for a good 15 days and never heard a thing from the company. So, i finally called the customer service number again and they gave me my area’s local service centre number to check with them as they are the ones who were suppose to come and repair my ac.

                          They provided me saurendra yadav’s phone number [protected] and asked me to call him as he is the incharge of the service centre. I called this number on 25th august and someone by the name of shyam picked up the phone and said they did not receive the part yet and again he gave me the supplier’s phone number who was suppose to deliver this part to the service centre to get my ac repaired.

                          I then called on [protected] which belongs to vinay srivastav on 27th august and he said that the complaint is still pending and they are waiting for the part to get delivered to them. Vinay said that most probably he will receive the new part by 2nd september and then get my ac repaired within 2 days after receiving the part.

                          Today, it’s 9th september and there is no news as to what they have been doing with the complaint. It’s been more than 1 month and i am stuck with an ac which does not work and what is the point of it being in warranty when nobody cares to get it repaired. This is a perfect example of poor customer service and how companied are wasting the time of their customers.

                          Please get back to me on [protected] and get this issue resolved asap.

                              Sir, this is to inform you that i launched complain on july 5/2018. As my 39 inches led becomes black lines and patches. One technician from your service center came to my residence and checked it and i paid service charges 944/rs to him. He told me that within 7 days they will change panel. As i purchased sansui led 39 inches in may 2017 from authorised dealer and it is in warranty period. Since from last 2 months i called every week to service centre and also i called area manager mr rajesh also i called west delhi zonal manager mr mohd. [protected]@tekcare.co.in and they assured me that led panels not available as your led is in warranty period so we will change your led, but from last 6 days onwards many times i called mr mohd shaheem but neither he picked the phone nor he call me back is this kind of service you are providing to your customer and make us fool.                                 I have bought a 40 inch led tv in the month of july 2015 with five year warranty. I have registered a complanti with sansui customer care on 8th july 2018 and engineer from the company visited on 9th july 2018 and took the faulty motherboard promising to replace it. But till now the part has not yet been replaced. The officers incharge of sansui for delhi region are making false promise of doing my work on phones but no action has been taken to replace the part till today. My family is unable to watch tv for the last two months.

                                Kindly look into the matter urgently and please help me out.

                                  I have purchased a LED TV of your company 27.10.17 with great expectation but i am sorry to inform you i am very much disappointed with the product and the response from the customer care. Now the TV is not in operation because of power supply. I have lodge a complaint on 27.06.18 and the complaint number is KOL[protected]. Till now the problem is not solved. On every occasion when i call the representative they used to say item for repair is not available, it has to come from Gurgaon. In this regard once again i request you to do the needful at your end,

                                    I have buy the sansui 50inched led on 23 feb 2016 and at the time of buying they told me that the product contains the 1+4 year warranty in which everything is covered so that i have buyed sansui led but now i am facing the problem my led stops working on 4 sep 2018 i have registered complaimt about my led in which they have told me yes your product is in warranty but you have to pay service charge of rs 1298 rs i said ok ill definitely pay the charges but first repair my product they said ok our technician will come tomorrow on next day when technician saw the led he is saying me that we will repair it but first you have to give me service charge but i said him please repair my product first then ill pay then he refuse to repair my product and said i am cancelling your complaint from morning i have called the customer care but no body is listening

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I gave this mobile handset for repairing within warranty period on dt 31.01.2018 at sansui authorized service centre "sai telecom, plot no-27, lane-2, bapuji nagar, khurda, odisha, ph no-[protected]" and it was over 8 months but till date i didn't got my handset from the service centre even i used to rush service centre frequently for 4 to 5 months but they didn't respond positively and for your kind information, the service centre was closed till last 3 months and also not responding through the phone. Plz suggest me how i will get my handset.

                                        I am having sansui horizon 2 (Model no. "s505024", android security patch level - 5 september 2017) but it is not fully volte supported. As when phone goes to idle condition (Some time after screen goes off) im not able to receive any calls and message. Kindly fix this as soon as possible. However there is no issue when you put sim (Non volte like idea, airtel).
