Dear sir, i will purchase 40 inches sunsui tv from ratnagiri district distubuter maharaja traders in 2 years later. Sudently issue purchse in my tv i complaint in your sansui distubuter maharaja traders and his not answaring of my complaint my complaint number (Pun[protected]) appt dt-28/07/18 in 04:00pm in date of hi can solve the probleam but the date of 20/10/2018 he was not sovle the probleam.

    I have purchased a tv of above description on 09 april 2017 and installed on 12 april 2017. Same tv was working till 15th oct 2018 3-35 pm. On that day around the same time explained above tv picture disappeared.
    We have put up and a service representative called and checked the same. We received a quote of total sum of rs: 37, 0406/- for the above repair. We were astonished to see the kind cost for the repair of the tv, this tv has just been in use just 18 months and 03 days. We need to shell out such huge sum of money to recover the tv unit back service. I think its a very high cost comparing to the useful life of the tv set i have been able to get. My request is that you may kindly evaluate the useful service and its cost of recovery back to service and according to me is in no way justified.
    Please do look at it and provide a reasonable price of recovery and carry out necessary repair at the earliest.
    Details of the quote received areas follows - customer representative visit reference: oc180274, quotion-ref#:334 dated 16/10/2018. Quoted by customer support center, kurla east, mumbai.
    Spare part price alone: rs:31, 700/-, gst&cst: rs:5706/-
    I firmly believe that price charged should be reasonable and proportionate to the actual use. Can you look it into and help resolve this issue. My tv is lying idle for your intervention. Kindly reply earliest.

      We purchased the SANSUI LED TV (Model: LED TVSNP 40H 624DAF)at KALAIMAGAL STORES at K.V.Kuppam, Vellore dated 07/01/18. In the screen some of the sprinkled white spots were found. Picture quality also not found satisfactory. When on installation our mother in law only available she doesn't knows about anything's about TV spares. When we find that issue we directly approach the seller. They also directly observe the issue and then gave an information to Sansui. After that Sansui service engineer visited and said we will replace the product within a month. Still nothing action taken. Nearly ten months over.we also patiently following they also fraudulent. We approach this website for corrective action.

        I have bought sansui tv led 48" on[protected] from sanket india, anand.
        I have also registered the complaint to customer care on 28 august, 2018, but services not provided from company yet since its almost 2 months completed from register the compaint.

        I have also talk with main branch ahmedabad, but they also not give proper response.

            I, n. Sekhar babu from rajahmundry. I regret informing you, my sansui 50 inches tv is not working due to board complaint. I have roming many times to your service centre and the purchasing shop. They didn't care about my complaint, still they are not responding. I was also tried to complaint to your customer care of the below number[protected] it is also not working. I am already submitted warenty card and the bill. The technician told me, if the company send the complaint number then only they will take care the problem. Since 20 days i am suffering the above problem, finally i am sending this mail.                 I am having an issue with my sansui led tv sound and for that i have filed a
                Telephonic complaint twice which is"pat[protected]" on 13/09/2018.
                But nobody came to solve the issue.

                I called to customer care many times, but they are just giving me contact no. Of local service center who is not showing any interest.
                Not they had closed my complaint without fixing it.

                Please tell me is this the world class service you do provide to us?

                  Unsatisfied costumer service, from sansui india, complain not resolved from 20days with job no. Tha[protected] registered on[protected], the tecnician visited mr. Shri prakash singh - [protected] and mr. Kadam-[protected] and mr. Shailander pandey -[protected], very dissappointing service from these people, also do not attain calls at first attempt, also unanswered questions from costumer care number[protected], if such unanswered service is provided within my warranty period, i will have to seek help from consumer court, to get my issues resolved

                    Tv was under warranty and given for repair at authorized service center rajendar nagar bareilly uttar pradesh on 14 july 2018. 3 months coming to an end. Service center not repaired my tv. Area manager saying sansui head office aurangabad maharashtra not providing spare parts. I'm very much fed up. What i can do? Please help me. Please repair my tv.

                      I purchased a washing machine last year on april from faridabad. The product is in warranty period and about a month back your machine has stopped working and i raised a complaint about the same on 23-sep-2018. Since my complained registered on 23 and a technician came to my place to check the status on 24. He told me that the issue is will dryer motor and this need to be replaced.

                      Since 24 there is no action taken on my complaint and part haven't changed. Still, i am struggling with the customer care executives and your dealers. I call your dealers on daily basis and they insist me that today your part will be replaced but with false commitment and now they stopped picking my phone.

                      No one is taking action on my complain and i want you to look into this. I am sharing my complaint details with you.

                        Complaint no. Tha[protected] dt. 24/09/2018 & tha[protected] dt.28/09/2018. Engineer told mother board need to be replaced. Today 08/10/2018, they say need 15 days more, waiting for parts.

                        Please resolve the issue in 2 days i. E. By 10/10/2018 or replace the led set in complete.

                        Else i shall be forced to report this to consumer court.

                          I purchased a led tv model no. Sansui led sjx-40 fb-11xkf lge 0053 from sargam india electronics pvt. Ltd. P20, sector 18 atta market noida u. P on 22.10.2015 with reliance on company product but i am sorry to inform you that i am very much disappointed with product and the response from the customer care. Now the tv is not in operation because of half display screen, i have lodge number gha[protected]. Till now the problem is not solved. On every occasion when i call the representative they use to say item for repair is not available, it will come from aurangabad.in this regard once again i request you to do the needful at your end

                            I had raised a complaint number del[protected] on sept 1, 2018 and dropped the tv at the dwarka, new delhi service center. But after more than 37 days the service center staff is still not aware when its gonna be ready. The center head rajesh vij and the head office store staff pyaar singh and vinay kejriwal behave as if they are doing a favour to me.
                            I have never experienced such a pathetic service and attitude wherein there is no followup system, no complaint escalation and none of the staff is actually aware about the actual status of the complaint.
                            Please escalate and get this rectified immediately.

                              I have raised a complain for display issue on 27-Jun-2018. Engineer came to my place after 2 - 3 days and said that problem with the pannel. Need to replace that. My TV is in warranty. They took my TV after 45 days after so many follow-up calls. Now it is more than 3 months I am not getting proper response. Line managers are not picking. Customer care doesn't have information when I will get my TV back. Service center doesn't have sufficient information. They are saying your TV in L4 and still part is pending. It is really worlds worst service provider. I am very much frasteated. Please solve my problem ASAP.

                                    I, vishu s/o sh. Paramsukh r/o d-272, gali no.5, near ramleela maidan, ganga vihar, gokulpuri, delhi-94 informed you that i purchased sansui led tv from technoking distributors on 09.02.2017 and they give 1 years guarratty and 3 years warranty to me of this t. V.
                                    On 12/07.2108 suddenly, my television stop working. I make a call to the call centre, at the evening they sent a technician and he check the tv, after the checked the tv screen and they said your tv has expired. After seen that my tv is under warranty and they has charge rs. 950 for me for service charge and give me receipt yet and they said your complaint has lodge under the 10 days and after the run of the time, when no one has come then i did make call to call care and no one pick up my call then i was call to call center and lodge a complaint they gave me complaint no. Dl[protected] and said before the evening anyone has come and check the t. V. On that day, i was regularly file a complaint but no one interested in my complaint. After that, i again call in the call center then they give the number of technician sudhir number-[protected]. Every time when i call sudhir then they said that the t. V screen not available. After that they give pradeep no. [protected] to me, then they gave rahul gautam no. [protected] but no one has take action on my complaint. I have many complaints in call center. On 07.09.2018 i call in sansui call center then they give the number of his manager sudhir singh i. E [protected]. After the call to the manger, they take responsibility and said that in 2 days my complaint was attend but this attempt proved to useless.
                                    Technician does not pick my call.
                                    I have prayed that this complaint, my complaint should be heard and appropriate action should be taken against it.

                                      I have 32 inch sansui led tv and product is out of warranty, i have try to contact customer care number[protected] twice time but number is not available. Kindly contact me.

                                      Please contact me on my email id. [protected]@gmail.com or provide me complain booking number so i will contact and my issue has been resolve.

                                      Sansui customer care kindly take this issue on priority or share me your correct number so client contact to him easily.
                                      Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        A service provider 'tekcare india pvt. Ltd.' is a authorised service provider of sansui tv. I have registered my complain regarding repair of tv on 22.09.2018. I have received call from service centre who asked me regarding the problem of tv then i send whatup photos of errored tv. He said he will come next day in noon (Sunday). I had wait full day but he did't come. I have lost my full day and i have been cancelled my important works. On 25.09.2018, i have complaint to area manager of service centre mr. Srikant mishra ([protected]). He has connected the conference call with service man then too he said he will come next day in noon. Again i had wait full day but he did't come. I have off my duty due to that person. On 28.09.2018, i have complaint to customer care manager mr. Satish upadhyay ([protected]). He said your tv will repair tomorrow.
                                        Here i wants to ask you that you are providing service in free answer is ‘no‘. If i am calling you with known fact that you are charging me with service charges with tax then why i have to suffer the lots pain of delayed your service, waiting of your service, unnecessary disturbance of calls, argument with illiterate persons.
                                        Here is one fact that never again will buy the brand sansui tv.
