The display is not working properly. Only blended black and white display. This led tv was purchased on 16th may 2015 frim our nearby shop. It is 30 inch skp30hh led tv.
I'm from angamaly, ernakulam district kerala. I would like to repair the same as soon as possible. Please help me to find the authorized person near by me. The bar code number of the tv is[protected].

    My registered number is [protected], and facing an issue with my Sansui TV which I bought in Oct 2015, I have an extended warranty card which states “ customer shall be offered extended warranty of 2 years in addition to 1 year comprehensive warranty”
    The company technician who visited my house is denying replace my of part IRkey PCB telling only display is covered extended warranty, however no such clause is mentioned in my warranty card. I showed him the card as well but he still didn’t budge.
    Why the customer are mislead, Sansui company is involved in cheating, misrepresentation and fraud

      Brief description of the product we had purchased through amozon.in, sansui sna55qx0zsa 139.7 cm (55 inches) 4k ultra hd led smart tv (Champagne gold) on 27th june 2017.
      Enclosing copy of purchase and invoicealong with this and few website through which we tried to raise complain for tv which is not working since may and was still under warranty.

      Have send complain letter (Complain no. Mum[protected]. Response code: r98345) personally to the below mentioned shop on 8th june 2018, but no response till today.

      We had purchased product from Amazon India due to its brand value and good quality assurance. But we feel cheated for our product(Sansui SNA55QX0ZSA 139.7 cm (55 inches) 4k Ultra HD LED Smart TV (Champagne Gold) on 27th June 2017), as no one is responding from Sansui India as number of complain has been raised from our end since May 2018.
      After such long wait we are bothering Amazon who we understood would be selling quality product. Hope to get justice to the earliest.

      I would like to bring to your notice that my "COMPLAIN STATUS SHOWS RESOLVED" which is not true as I have received no call from sansui India or no one has visited my home to check TV.
      Waiting for response from Sansui to solve my TV issue.
      Dear Sir,
      sansui sjj32hk-zma standby mode and it's complaint with customer service and also send representative not any answer for suitable for our and he finally told replace a main board but fortnight I remember he said main board not available in the market.
      I asking you why sold this product ?
      I m not satisfied.

        I bought a sansui led tv on 30/10/16 with 3 year warranty. Within 2 years it got faulty and when i called their call center they mentioned, they exorbitantly charge 850+gst as visiting charge.

        Hence i decided to visit their service center in dwarka sector 7 and got their phone number. To my surprise, provided phone numbers are continuously switch off/unreachable, to add to the misery address is also untraceable.

        But i could find somehow, again to my surprise, service center is in filthy water logged residential area.

        Led panel was faulty and when i asked about the resolution, they are saying there is no tat, it could be month or two, whenever they will have the part, they will get in touch.

        Is this the support for which consumer pays?

          I have purchased new sansui led (Model code : sns32hb23caf, imei:[protected] on 22.10.2016 (Invoice enclosed) from the above mentioned dealer. The display problem was started since june 2018 under warranty period. The technician have already visited my residence on 07.08.2018 to check the tv set and found the display panel issue. Technician charged rs 590/- (Bills enclosed) and assured me that issue will be resolved within 15 days. But till date nothing has happened. The problem is not resolved yet. Kindly look into the matter.

            Hello sir
            I bought SANSUI led tv 32 inch.
            There is some problem in led tv screen,
            But there is no support from customer care of sansui
            I also complaint from customer care date 26/07/2018 but till now my problem not solve.
            My complain number is AHM[protected]
            one service person visit date 27/07/2018 and he told, we will change screen when company provide parts and i paid 750 Rs for visit.
            but when i contact to customer care, they was told the parts not available.
            I want my money back now or replace a new led or solve my problem.
            Company giving me warranty also but not responding for this
            Pls try to help me sir for this

            resolve my complain, already 2 months completed from raised complain otherwise replace my product
            Very very sadfully once again complaint that 1 and half month gone but complaint is same great position.I am proud lazy Sansui India .My complaint not atteded by technician and not reply by the company.My LED Tv not work last upper months.If possible this complaint solution then please attend.

              I bought a 40" LED TV from V-ONE Traders Champakkara, Ernakulamon 31/12/2014. which has 1+3 years WARRANTY .For the last 23 month 3 horizontal lines are seen on the screen I have given complaint to the shop which I purchased. They gave me a service station's number at Kottayam.Technician cam to my house and confirmed that the complaint is for the panel, and he told me that the company would change the panel soon.But till now nobody came .When I enquired I came to know that they have stopped the service centre .

                I have a complain against my led tv model no led tvs4021/2016
                98 cm. The complain was when the tv is start displayed picture coming after 5 min. This complain was last attended on 6.6.2018 (No rai[protected]) but not solved and any action not being taken till today.
                So i request u to look into the matter and take appropriate action against the above said.

                    B) mail dated 18.07.2018 & 25.07.18

                    Recently my tv have developed some patches, ur service engineer took my tv for repair on 24.06.18 and till date i am waiting, on calling service centre response is waiting for spare parts.
                    When i call service centre they gave me your area manager mr. David number and his reply-your tv by 12july, as spare parts will be send from aurangabad on 10th july, after this now he is saying that you will get tv possibly in next month as now spare parts may be send on 30th july from aurangabad. More over no proper response.
                    It is also very unfortunate that i have got no reply of my mails dated 18.07.18 & 25.07.18. My tv details are

                    Model no.-sansui-39fhd led tv-sjx40fb, serial no.[protected]
                    Now they are saying for replacing with 50% cost. Why i'ld pay for company's fault.

                      Television speakers not working properly. Sound is not clearly audible. It seems that the diaphragm of the speaker is broken. This complaint has been there for the last two weeks. Initially is was occasional only. Gradually the complaint has progressed and now the sound is not very clear and difficult to listen. It requires replacement. Please send a service engineer to look into the problem and rectify.

                        I had registered complaint for cooling problems in the deep freezer in model sh163b on 6 aug (Ph.[protected], bought 2016 sep). The rest of the fridge was ok, only deep fridge was not working properly. Sansui agent came, filled gas, took rs. 1600. But still problems persisted. Lodged second repeat complaint number gur[protected] lodged on 11 aug. Sansui agent came and cut the pipes and then said i need to give more 2000 to replace freezer. When i refused to give money again, he just left as it is and refused to restore it to previous condition. Now whole fridge is not working because the sansui agent leaked the gas while cutting the parts and left. Sansui local branch manager is also not picking the call.

                          I ordered this AC from Flipkart on 25 Apr'18.AC was working fine but about a month ago it stop working...we called the service care of sansui daily for one month.but nor they take any action neither they pay a visit at our residence for inspection..please help us and resolve our problem asap..

                                    Please be informed that i purchased 4k led tv (55 inches) in flipkart in the month of april, 2017. Recently i found my tv is not switching on. I registered a compliant on august 1, 2018 where an executive came for survey and told that the issue was with motherboard and it is to be replaced. It was now 20 days since i logged a complaint. Till date no response from customer care. When ever i call customer service people are saying that they have not received the motherboard. Please help me in rectifying the issue.

                                      This is the low bad experience with your company technician.My tv not working from one month.LED TV under warranty.technician came & check.after that received service charge Rs.950/- .He said your tv screen change within 10 days but one gone.no change led screen.I regular complaint in call centre.after every complaint he give new technician number but phone not pick by technician. 4 persons No.give but response 0000.Now you sugess me what I do.My family getting bore without tv.this is my hopefully request to you kindly shortout my complaint.I know you will take action immediately.

                                        I have registered complaint for the repair of my Sansui LED whose no. is GUR[protected], dated 16/07/2017 and deposited led in Sansui authorised service centre at Rohtak on the same date.
                                        For the last one month I am enquiring about my complaint status but no satisfactory reply given to me by neither service centre nor online complaint centre regarding repair.
                                        From the day one of my complaint it was clear that panel is going to be changed but mechanic at service centre keep on fooling me for the last one month and now saying today that he has asked the company today for exchange of panel.
                                        I am very much tired, frustrated and depressed by this unfriendly, rude behaviour of your company.
                                        Please do needful to replace my LED as soon as possible .
