I bought a sansui led tv on 30/10/16 with 3 year warranty. Within 2 years it got faulty and when i called their call center they mentioned, they exorbitantly charge 850+gst as visiting charge.
Hence i decided to visit their service center in dwarka sector 7 and got their phone number. To my surprise, provided phone numbers are continuously switch off/unreachable, to add to the misery address is also untraceable.
But i could find somehow, again to my surprise, service center is in filthy water logged residential area.
Led panel was faulty and when i asked about the resolution, they are saying there is no tat, it could be month or two, whenever they will have the part, they will get in touch.
Is this the support for which consumer pays?
Sansui India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
sansui sjj32hk-zma standby mode and it's complaint with customer service and also send representative not any answer for suitable for our and he finally told replace a main board but fortnight I remember he said main board not available in the market.
I asking you why sold this product ?
I m not satisfied.
