I am sumit ved from nangloi, new delhi. I purchased a sansui led tv from a local nearby store (Haryana tv palace mo.[protected]) at 1st january, 2018. But it is defected peice as it's volume automatically increase and decrease. Then i complaint to sansui customer care and a executive come to home but not take any action and return after taking some pictures of led. After that many complaints resistered by me but my issue is not resolved.

I have purchaised sansui led 40 inch tv on[protected] from sri dhanalakshmi agency in kodaikanal, dindugal district in tamilnadu.
On may first there was a complaint in my t. V. I approached the concerned shop and complained about it. A service man came to my house on[protected] and thoroughly checked the t. V, and said that the board is not in order. And i will replace it within a month.
On[protected] again a service man came and fixed the board but the t. V. Did not work at all. Again he tested the t. V. And said that the panel is not in order and it. Should be ordered new saying like this he left.
Now if i call to know about the detail no one is attending my call. Tell me sir what can i do on this matter. More than 1 ½ month t. V. Is not working and the company is not co-operating with me. The guarantee period is not expired. So i request you and make not your attention that either arrange my t. V. And give or replace it with new t. V. If there is to pay any amount i am ready to give it.

I have purchased sansui s74 (Dual 4g volte, 2gb ram, 16gb rom, 5.0 inch ips display, gray color on 02nd sept 2017 ordered in amazon on 2 september 2017 order#[protected]. But this handset has under breakdown within a year under warranty from 15th june 2018 as informed by amazon customer care i searched service center in belgaum, karnataka, this center is not available in bus stand surrounding area. I. E. Ambika electronics address: opp-p. B. High school, bus stand, belgaum, karnataka phone number:[protected] (This number is not related to any electronics) kindly help me to solve the problem at the earliest.

I hate your tection service they never came to fix my tv all just promising but all fake you stop selling this tv if you can't provide services i am senior citizen n i can't travel that much you guys saying me to get the tv at service center how cheap you all are i registered my complaint on 9 may 2018 still on one has come i can't see any thing you are educated fool

I purchased this product last year and it is under warranty.
Problem is water is getting drained if i switch on the machine. Front panel screen shows "err"

I informed the complaint to the autherized customer care centre of sansui at kottakkal, malappuram distinct, kerala, india on last thursday itself. The guy who attended the call to[protected] said that they will come to my home on saturday or monday as i am also living in the same area, just 3 km from their office. But they didn't turn up. I calked them again and he promised me that it will be repaired on wednesday itself. Till by noon nobody came. I called them today and he said the technician is on leave and will come tomorrow. As world cup is starting tomorrow, i need it to be fixed by tomorrow itself. Kindly do arrangements to fix it, as it will be one week on tomorrow after i lodging the complaint.

Dear i have bought the sansui 6kg semi automatic washing machine from flipkart on 2nd november 2017. At the time of delivery machine was not working properly and i requested for the replacement but they arranged a service person to resolve the problem. At that time that problem resolved but didn't last long and i was facing the same issue again after the visit of service person for the same. I am trying to connect with sansui customer care number for last 2 months but it always say number not in use. Please arrange a service person to resolve the issue.

Sansui 32” tv was purchased on 05th feb 2017 which was delivered same day vide challan no. 10858 (Copy attached for ready reference)

The tv has a display issue since last 20 days & the product cannot be used at all. The product is under warranty & first complaint was made on 24th may 2018 at sansui customer care no.[protected]. Since then nos of phone calls have been made for following up, but all attempts in vain.

The complaint nos. Is mum[protected]

No service person has responded to the calls. No technician has visited for repairing nor any contact address/details has shared with whom we can get in touch for the resolution.

Request you to please resolve the issue.

My tv lying defunct for last one month. As this i have lodged complain through help line and then the local technician called me and assure to visit at an early date to resolve my problem. But till date inspite of several telephonic reminder the local technician is not responding. So i reuest you suitable action may please be taken to repair my tv at an early date

Tv volume when i purchase at that time sound are good in my tv but last one week in tv sound are low so as soon as check my led tv so plz check problem and this problem is second time last time repairer said that pin problem but i changed the pin but sound always low... I have a bill and gaurenty card so plz as soon as solve this problem

I had registered a complaint vide pun[protected] but as on date it has not resolved. Under warranty i had registered complaint, per their service team tv to be taken to their service center at my cost. The tv is under warranty, then why should i bear the cost? The service center is not ready to lift the tv and not responding.
Please look in to this.

My call was registered with Sansui customer care on 16.05.2018.

Tried calling service center staff but no one is bother to answer my call.
I was been told that motor has to be change as the spinier is not working .
My product is under warranty . it is highly inconvenienced that i am facing .

Registered complaint no. Ban[protected] from sansui still not resolved. Registered on 13/04/2017. Customer care is telling spare part is not yet dispatched from 55 days.

We have tried many ways to contact branch head / incharge but no use. Sansui is not giving the proper after sales support even though product is under warranty period.

Dear sir we bieng feelin very shame, although we compliant many we. There are looking like ignoring this problem as their technician visit and tell that out door unit pcb faulty and should be replaced with new pcb, and told that they have given reminder to company but there is no solution from yourservice provider untill now. We purchases sansui led in oct 2016 from jaipur rajasthan. Now we are facing problem with led that it is depicting a statement smart card not inserted properly" photo is been attached with the complaint. We complaint to d2h videocon he say that it's belong with sansui limited because smart card in built in sansui led. Kindly take it seriously and give us support.

I had purchased a sansui ac on 31st march 2018. It stopped cooling on 21st may 2018. A complaint was registered on 24th may. The technican is saying its a gas leakage issue. However after 10 days the issue has not been resolved.
Sansui is spoiling the name of all japanese brands.
Your customer care service guys are very unhelpful.

We have given complaint on 13/04/2018 for our sansui 55" ultra 4k smart tv which is not switching on. The tv is under warranty period. Service engineer visited as per complaint no. Ban[protected] and reported the power supply unit / mother board to be replaced. After that no one is turned or called or mailed regarding the replacement of defective spare part. We have tried to call many times in many ways but no one is properly not responding. Every time every one is telling spare part is not yet dispatched. Mr. Ramesh branch head for service in bangalore is not at all responding.

I have done complaint for my sansui tv panel problem in 23oct2017 after that technician came and told me that will replace the tv but till today there is no reply from service center for it.

Could you please let me know when the replacement tv will be delivered.

Its more than 9 months i complained. I'm really disappointed with sansui service team. I'm fed up with all this.

Now if i'll not get my tv replaced in next one week i'm going to file case in consumer court against sansui.

Its been 2 years o[censored]se and automatically led panel got white, half of the screen is showing white line.
As the device is under 5 years of warranty, please provide us service. I tried calling call center but number is not available, where as the please provide me proper contact number, so that i can contact the representative to solve the issue

My phone keeps on lagging it i cannot play games even on very low graphics and if i open any app it lags continuously and an option come close app this happnes every single time it cannot able to play the minor games even it lag still but still shows 2gb ram which very comfortable for minor games or apps if open the youtube app i found that even youtube is also lagging continuously and if i play a video in the app there a continues lagging after that the app freeze and phone closes it self and the same thing happens with the minor or the major games so team sansui hope you take actions for the problem and solve it in next coming update and make the phone performance better than the previous
