Its been 2 years o[censored]se and automatically led panel got white, half of the screen is showing white line.
As the device is under 5 years of warranty, please provide us service. I tried calling call center but number is not available, where as the please provide me proper contact number, so that i can contact the representative to solve the issue

    My phone keeps on lagging it i cannot play games even on very low graphics and if i open any app it lags continuously and an option come close app this happnes every single time it cannot able to play the minor games even it lag still but still shows 2gb ram which very comfortable for minor games or apps if open the youtube app i found that even youtube is also lagging continuously and if i play a video in the app there a continues lagging after that the app freeze and phone closes it self and the same thing happens with the minor or the major games so team sansui hope you take actions for the problem and solve it in next coming update and make the phone performance better than the previous

      Hi,
      I bought an sansui ac from flipkart. It has compressor problem from starting (Auto cut of compressor). After several tries to get it resolved, finally doing this publicly.
      Your after-sale service is pathetic. No one is even bothered to take calls & respond. They are just passing on excuse game to stabilizer company to electrician to sansui compressor, but not resolving it. I have paid stabilizer guy, electrician & even sansui guys for service. Last week they accepted its compressor fault & will replace it but now saying its electricity supply fault & now even not receiving calls. This is been for long now and now i am so frustrated with you guys.
      Do something asap or i will make you famous first for your after-sales service & then take it to consumer court.
      Looking for an early reply with resolution.

        Hi .. I registered a complaint half and hour back .. didn't receive the complanits number so called the customer care back but the advisor on the other side his name was ZAKIR KHAN he was extremely rude and didn't want to help at all . He was telling us that he cannot help us and "we are customer's are drunk and not in your senses " these words were been used by the executive. .. I have paid for the product m not asking for a charity how can a customer service executive talk to customer like that .. u customer service sucks I will never recommend any of my friends and family to sansui ... This is the first and the last product I purchased from ur company. ..

          It is about 1years 1 month old and please arrange to sand the service engineer.

          Its 3rd time same problem occur but only two months work after it works as idle.

            I am having sansui ac and approx 45 days before i have called sasui customer care number for servicing my ac within day or two my ac gor serviced by an engineer. After that about 15-20 days my ac was working good and after that it started leaking some water from inside unit. From then till now i am tring to contact sansui service centre but didnt get success.

            Please help me in this regard and guide me how can i register my complaint.

              Complaint no is mum[protected]. It's been pending from 3 months. As per tech the main pcb is gone and parts are not available. Techs have visited thrice but and taken the service charge rs. 625 also but no one is responding now. We are frustrated. We need someone to respond and fix this. We are constantly following up with service centers but no use. The heads dharmendra dubey and one more are not responding. Call center guys have only one update.. Parts are not available and engineers just give a random date and say it will be fixed. The service is pathetic and we have not come across such kind of service in our whole life.

                Sansui no customer care number valid.

                Even no service centre.

                I first complient week ago for service they send me sms for request number. After 5days no one came, i remind they assued me to technician visit in 24hr, i wait for 3days no one came.

                I called again c. Care:39404040, not connecting, tell me invalid number.

                Plz check this spoofing companies hold india mkt and no responsibility.
                Here with find below sms msg when i raised service request:

                When i will expect solutions.

                My concern is company not having any entity exist in India then how they allow the sold in flipkart exclusive...mean only sell in flipkart.

                This means Flipkart also involved in scam then get enough margin while selling and Flipkart not bothered what happened after customer want service.

                This is Huge equipment and they need to have policy and all criteria placed before selling anything in online portal.

                Kindly take action against Flipkart too.

                  Sansui ac purchased via flipkart on 30th sep 2017 (Under warranty).ac is not working with "p2" error displayed.

                  Contacted sansui toll free and service centre for repairs. Service guy informed that he is not able to solve the problem as he could not understand the same.
                  No satisfactory response from sansui and the ac not working in this hot month is not tolerable.

                  Please support at the earliest

                    I am regret to inform you that my 40" smart tv make sansui which was under warranty was in repair from 10th april, 18. The said breakdown complaint was lodge by me at the same time (Hyd[protected]). Your representative (Madhava #[protected]) given me assurance repair or replace of tv within few days. After few days i spoke with area manager (Mr. Ganesh, ph. No. [protected]) and he also said it will repair or will replace of tv. But till date (23rd may, 2018) my tv was not rectified.

                    Once again you are requested to look into matter very seriously and solve our tv problem immediately to avoid further grievance.

                      I purchased a led tv which model no. Is 63218 before 4.5 months. After purchasing of 2 months it's have been shows no signal error. I logged the complaint in customer care. Then a technician visit for it and find internal pcb faulty. He told me that he will come again with the part which requires. But after his visit no one come for visit neither pick up my call.
                      This is my last warning if no one resolve my problem i will definitely logged my complaint in consumer court. If you can kindly do some needful.
                      Bill copy is attached with it.

                        With reference to my phone no. [protected]. I purchased a sansui led from one of the traders in gwalior dated 17-07-17. I want to install the same in my house. I talked to customer care for the same matter but they are like it is chargeable with rs.400 whereas i was told that it is free of charge if installed within 1 year of purchase.
                        I have been complaining for last 15 days but didn't got any revert nor is my problem solved.
                        Kindly help me in this situation asap.

                          I had bought a sansui ac last year and it started created trouble this year 2018 as water is flowing inside the inner unit coming from top of the drum. This is going on since last one month. Despite contacting the service centre no good response received. After 20 days they deputed an engineer who aftre seeing told us that he has repaired. However when the ca was used in night same problem started. I again contacted the service centre but they say it is closed and you need to raise fresh request. Incidentally my warranty is about to expire in next 2 days and they are just buying time to wait for warranty to expire. We have been trying to contact the ac service dealers and after one visit they just disappeared.. We had lodged a complaint and is waiting for the last one month without any result.. This is one of the worst brand ever which i have dealt in my entire life

                            We had bought a sansui ac last year and it broke down under warranty this year.. We have been trying to contact the ac service dealers and after one visit they just disappeared.. We had lodged a complaint and is waiting for the last one month without any result.. This is one of the worst brand ever which i have dealt in my entire life

                              Contact to authorised service centre more than three they replied we can't provide the warranty free of cost, because company was not paid to us.                                   Purchased sansui 43 4k ultra hd smart tv from flipkart on may 7th 2017. With the 1 year warranty and 2 years extended warranty.

                                  From april 1st week tv stopped working. So i created the request (#ban[protected]) for service from sansui. After a couple of days a technician came checked the tv and told display has gone and he has given his manager contact no. (Sathya narayana rao #[protected]) to follow up. I contacted his manager multiple time, he was told now the company is not manufacturing 43inc displays. So you need to take another model (42-inch smart tv), for that, you need to pay more 521/- i sent money to vidicon account which he given. After he is telling i told 5021/- not 521/-. Till now i didn't get any response from them already it has been 50days.

                                  Problem is:

                                  Sansui has to replace tv without taking extra money, if they are not able to repair it. I have 3 years warranty.

                                  I am hoping this case will help me on this issue.

                                  I am attaching invoice of the bill and money which i transferred.

                                  55” inch Ultra 4k Sansui Smart TV is not Powering and Complaint No. BAN[protected] not Resolved from 35 Days.

                                    I have purchased led tv on 10/05/18 and still installation tv is not done. Very poor service provided by you. I have contacted your engineer and your engineer has denied to come for the service. It is rediculous. Please make sure it should be done by tomorrow 12/05/18 else i will take legal action against the company.

                                    It is disappointing to have such a bad service

                                      I have registered a complaint for display issue on 13th april 2018 for my sansui tv it has been more than 30 days yet the parts are not replaced.
                                      Even i am not getting any support from the customer care.They putting the call on hold when asked to transfer the call to seniors.
                                      Your customers care dnt receive call.
                                      I hve received 6 different no for assistance but till today none has received the call.
                                      What kind of service are we getting here???Worst service..
