I purchased 40 inch sansui led tv in 2015 from a local sansui dealer.
Recently a problem occurred in my tv related to picture quality. The half part of screen appears lighter and another half is normal.
Image is enclosed below
Please send some technical support to correct the same since there is no local service centre.

Worst service I have registered a complaint for display issue for my sansui tv which is in warranty it has beenmore than 20days yet the parts are not replaced.I have tired to contact the customer care several times but m not getting any solution

    I have a 43 inch sansui led tv which has screen issue & its 5 year warranty period. I purchased this tv from agari enterprises address :navodaya complex, opp govind arts college, surathkal, mangaluru, karnataka 575014 phone no:[protected]. I have registered this complain before 85 days still its pending my complain no man[protected]. The service centre people repeatedly committed me they will resolve this issue within 7 days but its almost 3 month running. Once they are confirm me if the spare parts is not available then they will replace the tv. I have the all the voice call records of the main key persons service centre joythi prasad, vijay gayrav & service centre land phone call records also. Service centre details

      I have purchased sansui 40 inch led tv around 8 months ago but somehow before 3 months ago screen got promblem. I have registered complaint aganist problem at gandhi enterprise phaltan, my complaint number is pun[protected] dated on 30th march 2018. Before this complaint i registered same in feb 2018.
      I was assured to replace led tv soon possible but till date i have not received any clarification or any replacement of led tv.
      I firmely telling that if my issue will not be sovled within a week i have to approch cosumer court satara against the company and distributor
      Hope my case will be resolved wiithin given period.

        I have purchased sansui led tv having sr. No.[protected] from v. K. Enterprises 9700/6 chowk kotwali bazar ambala city haryana on dated[protected] having extend 5 years warranty. Now the led is not working from last month. I complaint to the service centre one month ago. The engneer came and took the led with him and said there is problem of paticularer part. Now they did not get the part from company till date. After one month the problem is there and led is in service centre. They did not give any answer about it. Now what should i do? I will go to the consumer court.

          Dear sir,

          We purchase one led tv throught kumar electronic within two year but our problem is my led tv in show one black line in the screen we complain custumar help line engineer arived our home and check he said that your led screen change under warranty he ask you give me service charge 600/-only we give 600 — /- service charge dated28/03/2018 but not solve our problem my complain no block in the service center please take action this issue and kindly repair our led early as soon as possible

            I have purchase sansui led tv 32", i have make request many time at toll free number [protected] and[protected] for installation, but no service engg comes for installation, dealer are also not responding.

            According to me this is the worst service i have been ever seen in my life.
            Seriously i had make a mistake to choose your products.
            Plz improve your relationship with customer.

              My sansui mobile phone battery is not charging more than 28%. My phone model is s455120. This problem started just within 01 month of purchasing the phone. I had purchased this phone from online site less than 6 months before. I want that my battery should be replaced as early as possible. The battery pics are being attached for your reference and necessary remedial action.

                With in warranty care. Purchase date: 11 april 2017- case logged date 6-mar-2018
                My sansui 1.5 ton 5 star split type ac gone with physical body burn a bit at indoor unit.
                I called customer care & explained the things, they registered complaint and aligned engineer, engineer visited and said it will not change in warranty you need to pay for body replacement (I agreed to pay even) & rest service will be free as ac is in warranty. I paid the advance rs. 3200 as per quote they submitted.

                1 month i followed with multiple persons just to know the status of my complaint.
                On 8-apr-2018 engineer visited with body of videocon indoor unit, i asked model & make is different, he said this will fit dont worry. He dismantled my ac's indoor unit and failed to fit in new one & post discussing with his manager he left place without making old unit assembled.

                1 day later on my followup, some area manager (Nilesh) said parts can't be changed you make your budget and purchase new unit for 10000 else there is no hope to get the parts or we will refund money. (They way of talking from nilesh is worst, i thought to slap that guy if he were in front of me).

                I asked refund my money as you are charging more & cost is less at outside shops.

                2 days later person came to refund money by deducting rs. 560 stating engineer visit charges will be deducted. I called nilesh again and he started shouting, i simply asked just listen to me and clarify you have not repaired unit, spoiled my old unit and still deducting money. He replied deduction will happen, if you want to get your unit in working condition just purchase new one in 10000 and disconnected call, finally old unit completely dead with loss of 560rs from my pocket just to seek help from service center for warranty unit.

                Worst service. I want my money back atleast i[censored]nit they cant repair.

                our tv is not working properly. whenever we try to change the channel, it automatically change the channel, sometimes volume and sometimes on-off automatically.
                All the programs automatically changing like channels, volume, on-off and other functions .

                  I have bought a sansui tv in oct 2015. It has 3years of warranty. Frequently tv getting issues regarding speakers, display problems in warranty period itself. Sansui company has sent us a less quality product. Now i don't believe in your product. I want my money back. And also the service which provided by company is very very very bad. And company is charging a service charge of 1200rs even in warranty period. I am from kurnool district, andhra pradesh.

                    I had purchased a sansui ac during winters through flipkart, it was installed during winters so i never actually usedit . Now as the wheather is getting hot i tried to switch in on but the remote was not working, i tried calling the customer care so many times but the respond was very unsatisfactory and they did send me an engineer but nothing happened. I am very disappointed at the way you handle customer care, and i was even asked to pay for repair, i thought it was all under warranty. Please look into my complain, a very unhappy unstafied customer.

                      Tv panel not working last 20 days. I registered complaint on 28.03.18 service man check and told panel replacement required he replaced panel with 8 days.
                      After that service centre not given proper answer. Service centre operator said she dont know when panel coming.

                        I purchased the sansui 43’ led tv, model no. Uhdtvsna43qxozsa, on[protected] from kerodi electronic & home
                        Appliance’s, masjid road, thirthahalli. Shimoga (Dist). Karnataka. Dealer completely misguided me about warrenty of tv. Five
                        Years warrenty offer announced by your company, about that model. But your company issued one year warranty card
                        Instead of 5 years. Dealer told that your company assured him to supplied shortly. I went to his shop several times. But
                        He din”t give. He assured that completely free service & maintenance was done by the company up to 5 years & he will take
                        The responsibility. But attend the complaint of my tv company men collect the service charge rs.1400/- dated 29-3-
                        Paying before several times i contact the dealer. He said companywas n ot send the 5 years warranty card & misguided him.
                        He is help less. If i want, go to the consumer forum he will support me. I contact your customer care, company men said “ you
                        Must pay the service charges & asked the dealer for inconvenience”. Dealer & your company both are not ready to take any
                        Responsibility.
                        After purchased your company t v, unnecesarily i have to faced many mentally & economical problems. So if you don’t
                        Give the 5 years full warranty of the tv & return the service charge expenditure amount, i already paid.

                          Our 55" sansui ultra 4k full hd smart tv is not powering on. We have tried the sansui customer care many times with all methods email, sms & phone but no response. Call center phone is always busy [protected]. Purchased from flipkart on 16/04/2017. Warranty is 1 year + 2 years = 3 years. We are not able to contact the customer care at all by any means.

                            I have baught a sansui led tv 8 months before, but now it's not working properly and totally off from last 25 days.
                            I have already told about the problem to the dealer, but till today he does not giving any service.
                            Now, the dealer is talking very rudely with me and does not agree to give any service in this matter.
                            I am very disappointed by this type of behaviour from dealer.

                              I own a LED tv of 42 inch.I have registered my complaint as on 6th february 2018 for replacement of tv panel. I had been told by an engineer that the panel will arive in around 20-25 days, but till date my complaint has not been resolved. I called customer care several times, but they were also unable to provide that when my complaint will be resolved.
                              I want you to solve my complaint as early as possible, as watching tv for me can't be possible these days due to defective panel of my led tv and also IPL is going on, my favourite and I want to see that.

                                I am purchase a new sansui LED television .company did not provide me free demo installation. And when we trying to installed it but unable to do it.because I found that the table stand inside in box was not same as required to fixed it.both sand are fixed same side another side stands was not fixed .they are same side stands. I think company understand my problem and solve it as soon as possible so we can use it

                                  I brought Sansui LED TV 40 inch 3 years back with 1 year guaranty and next 2 years warranty worth 27000 INR. After using of just 6 months the picture is viewing in half on TV screen. I filed complaint at Sansui service center and they, after 2 days their technician visited and checked and they told me there were a Panel Problem and panel to be change. I again contact to Sansui service center to request them to replace my TV set with new one and they said if Panel will be change next time similar problem not happen.

                                  Therefore after the using of just 1 year the picture is viewing black on TV screen. I filed the complaint to Sansui service center and their technician visited and 900 INR to just check. They told me again it’s a panel problem I again contact to Sansui service center to request them to replace my TV set with new one and they said Panel will be change without any cost. And same was replaced. And now again the volume of the TV shutting down again I filed the complaint to Sansui service center and their technician visited charges Rs 950 INR to just check and they told me it’s a speaker’s problem.
                                  I just wanted to ask that what happen to your product as Sansui was one of the trusted brand in CRT TV’s but now I really very disappointed. I am facing again and again problem in my LED TV so that I requested to replace my TV with new one. Otherwise I will apply consumer Court for compensation.
                                  Please take immediate action for replacement of TV.

                                    We had lodged a complaint to your service technician and he had taken necessary action to service our refrigerator. We paid him the service charge as well as the charges levied to change the timer of the fridge and he had told us to contact back if there is any other problem.

                                    After that we tried calling him for a week but still he insist responding and our problem has not been solved yet. Please do take the necessary action and if not please dont make us take any action against your service center.

                                    We would never prefer your company products here after.

                                      Made biggest mistake by purchasing above machine. One or the other problem arises in one cycle. Either doesn't stop water or stops ayleast 3 to 4 times regularly. Technician came 4 times but no use. Purchased on 2 october 2017 through sovereign enterprises karkala.

So i use a LAN cable direct internet ethernet still internet not working please resolve my problem

                                      Even though i complained you your response is nil. I don't understand such a big company is neglecting customers complaints. Also you hired untrained service technicians. Several times they came but can not resolve the problems. I hope atleast this time you hear my complaint. Please give me a idea to resolve this problem. Either replace or repair properly

                                        I bought sansui 1 ton 5 star white split ac around 4 months back. It has been set up but it is not working and not cooling. It even switches off on its own after some time. I request you to send engineer to fix this problem as soon as possible. I have already sent a few mails to you regarding this issue but no action has been taken from your side.
