Made biggest mistake by purchasing above machine. One or the other problem arises in one cycle. Either doesn't stop water or stops ayleast 3 to 4 times regularly. Technician came 4 times but no use. Purchased on 2 october 2017 through sovereign enterprises karkala.

Even though i complained you your response is nil. I don't understand such a big company is neglecting customers complaints. Also you hired untrained service technicians. Several times they came but can not resolve the problems. I hope atleast this time you hear my complaint. Please give me a idea to resolve this problem. Either replace or repair properly

    I bought sansui 1 ton 5 star white split ac around 4 months back. It has been set up but it is not working and not cooling. It even switches off on its own after some time. I request you to send engineer to fix this problem as soon as possible. I have already sent a few mails to you regarding this issue but no action has been taken from your side.

      The complain no is pat[protected] registerd on 21/03/18. I was asked on 22nd that wheter my i had made any compliatnst of my tvat around 1pm. After no response from the service centre when the engineer visit is arranged i got in touch with them at 3:30pm then i was told that my conplaint was not sent to the conserned service centre so they were unable to take the call. I was adviced by the service centre to contact asi inchage against the same which was the duty of the sevice centre. Then the service engg visit was arranged after my interfrece. I was told by the service engg that board has burnt and it has to be replaced. I took this matter to asi he said after serching from his system that part of that model was available with the store department. He requested the engg to take two persons from there side come to the store to take the part so that the complaint would be fulfilled as soon as posible which was right. But instead the service centre put by compaint on part not availabe mode and till date are waiting for the part to come from company side by courier. Till date nor the company store nor the service centre are intresed in this matter. But it could be solved the same. Till date the service centre is not lifting my contact no which i tried atleast 50 times today. Nor the asi is in position to say when my complaint will be solved. So, i am force to say that if no sincere action is taken i will have to take legal action what ever posible to any extend.

        Sansui has the worst service ever possible.
        It has been 20 days that i have filed a complaint for the replacement of the fridge door.
        I have not received any update on the same from company official nor have i received any message or mail on the registered number and mail id.
        Whenever i call the concerned officials they say the status is pending.
        Half of the time customer care people do not answer the call.
        I even escalated the issue 2 days back and the official said that i will get a call within 24 hrs but no response.
        Pathetic service.

        I am already complaint my Sansui LED Smart TV But there was not cleared by nearly 6 months this company service was very worst please don't purchase on sansui products

          Through flipkart on[protected] and now from last 3 months its drier and washer is not working. My mother is not able to wash clothes and she has been a patient of asthma and i dont want her to suffer anymore. I have tried my best to call this company and even i tried to mail them but i have not got any single response from them.
          My machine is under warranty of 2 years.

              I am from Chennai. I've bought a 1 ton Sansui 5 star Ac in the month of December which was unfortunately fixed in the month of march.As per the Installation, it was done perfectly according to the installation people and also the AC is functioning well as in showing temperature and all.The room is not getting cool even after the Ac runs for continuous one hour.As far as i know the product itself has some defect.The product was brought with high expectations and excitement.But now i am experiencing poor customer satisfaction.Adding to that there is not even one customer care number that's working for the customers to get in touch with the company. Kindly respond soon on the service that can be done on Warranty.Even the exchange will be a better option.

                sansui ac e6 error, disappointing customer care service

                I am a customer of sansui ac, i contacted the cutomer care on 02/03/2018 for the "e6 error" that was displayed on the screen.
                The customer care sent me a service person from "thendral engineering". The guy examined the ac and said that "pcb is the problem and has to be replaced and he called his office with my ac model no and said it would cost rs 2800/- and asked me pay rs1000/- advance, which i paid and he gave me a bill.

It is complete cheating to customers. After repeated contacting at customer care all times they are saying within 24 hours it will be attended.                   This is regarding my sansui tv (42") display issue where i have handed over the tv to fix the issue on[protected] in guntur, andhra pradesh. During my follow up on the issue i was told that the display cannot be repaired and i will get a replacement with the new tv of same model & size.

                  Since there was no feedback on this i was continuously calling the stores to check the same and on[protected] they have informed me that the approval for replacement received and new one is available in vijayawada branch (Andhra pradesh). Due to warehouse closing issue in vijayawada branch they asked me to wait for few days and they will contact for the collection.

                  Neither received a call back from them nor they are responding to my calls, hence i have visited the vijayawada sansui showroom branch which is located on eluru road (Near vijaya talkies) today and they were saying that they have received the approval but no stock available to provide the new tv as a replacement.

                  I have been calling all the concern persons but failed to get the response and the support is completely disgusting.

                  Appreciate your support in this regard in order to avoid any further level of action from my end.

                  Hope you understand my concern and help in this regard.

                    Hello, i had bought a sansui inverter split ac serial no :[protected] via flipkart on 21st june 2017. Last week i had lodge a complaint the reference no mum[protected]. The service guy had came and took away the faulty pcb circuit from my indoor unit... And said that the pcb needs to be changed and after that i called several time to the service incharge they keep on telling me that the pcb board isnt there in stock.. It as been more than 10 days... I am continously following up with your store team, mumbai but they are not giving me proper replyand last they said to call the store head as the spare parts isnt there with them.. I tried to contact the store head number which is +91 [protected] whose is not answering to any calls...

                    At the end is these your after sales service??? In my office am facing problem very much due to the ac not working

                      On jan 24, 2018 i have been registered a product issue regarding your service center at trivandrum, kerala. So that time i have a call from the service center and one of the service executive come to check my tv what am facing the issue, he say about the panel issue to change, another thing is that the product has still now in 5 yr warrenty on that day he said that they want the bill details and all, i have been given that to your customer care executive and he has been said that within 1week the panel will arrive and they will change it but after one week there is no call or response from there side. So that i have been called them many more times for enquiry still now there is not at all a good response from there side. I am fed about your service, only because of buying your product is that of i have a believe in sansui product but now because of this am totally fed in your service.                         I bought a mobile thru flipkart on june 6th 2017. From day one onwards there was continuous problem, on getting signal or wifi. Then there was problem with charging, i gave to the service centre nearly four to five times. They did something temporarily and gave me the phone. After continuous complaints they sent the board for service. Now the phone is getting heavily heated and improper functioning. Whether we use the phone or not it is getting heated. Pls do something.

                            There is always sounds come out when i switch off my sansui 40" led tv... Sounds like some lizard running over the back cover... And it is heard for 10 to 15 seconds... Earlier i had registered a complaint and the engineer told me that, as the tv set is new this type of noise is genuine... Kindly suggest whether is it genuine and there is some fault in the tv set.

                              Dear sir,

                              I would like to inform you that, i have purchased 43"4k smart uhd led tv in nov. 2015, with a warranty of 4 years.in nov. 2017, my tv stopped working, hence i submitted the same at your authorized service center located at ichalkaranji, dist. Kolhapur, maharashtra, on 25th nov. 2017.

                              I was taking follow ups with the peoples working at service center, but they was telling me, that part is not available, so pls. Wait for some days. After 1 month they told me that your tv is not repairable, hence company will provide you a same new piece. Regarding this you will receive a call from our company.

                              Now, it is more than 2 months, but till date i have not received a single call from your side on updating the status of my non working tv. I contacted to your company representative mr. Vishant of kolhapur (Maharashtra), but he is not taking any responsibility. He suggested me to contact to the retailer, he will solve your issue. I contacted to another person mr. Dilip sutar, he suggested me to make the difference payment for upper model (I. E. 50" 4k uhd smart) and buy a new tv from us. I was agreed to make the deal. I asked him to share the bank details, to make the payment through net banking, but he not responded. Again after two days, when i called him, he communicated that, the upper model is not available, you have to wait, i will make the arrangement.

                              Now it is more than 10 days, i have not received any communication from him.

                              I want to know, is there any process or system of solving issues or not?
                              Are you people aware that, you are representing the company and having job responsibility?
                              Why we people need to take the follow up of our complaints?

                              It is very disappointing.

                                  Its almost a year now and till date i've not recieved any form o[censored]pdate on my phone which is now lagging crazily and showing flaws unimaginable. Push advertisements, security breach, bitcoin mining (Minebot), all these are happening inside my phone now and the reason i assume is lack o[censored]pdates. Its currently running android 4.4.2 _ph model u45. Thereby i request the one in-charge to provide the latest software update atleast upto 1.5 years maximum because this phone is still too young to get outdated.
