Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that, i have purchased 43"4k smart uhd led tv in nov. 2015, with a warranty of 4 years.in nov. 2017, my tv stopped working, hence i submitted the same at your authorized service center located at ichalkaranji, dist. Kolhapur, maharashtra, on 25th nov. 2017.
I was taking follow ups with the peoples working at service center, but they was telling me, that part is not available, so pls. Wait for some days. After 1 month they told me that your tv is not repairable, hence company will provide you a same new piece. Regarding this you will receive a call from our company.
Now, it is more than 2 months, but till date i have not received a single call from your side on updating the status of my non working tv. I contacted to your company representative mr. Vishant of kolhapur (Maharashtra), but he is not taking any responsibility. He suggested me to contact to the retailer, he will solve your issue. I contacted to another
person mr. Dilip sutar, he suggested me to make the difference payment for upper model (I. E. 50" 4k uhd smart) and buy a new tv from us. I was agreed to make the deal. I asked him to share the bank details, to make the payment through net banking, but he not responded. Again after two days, when i called him, he communicated that, the upper model is not available, you have to wait, i will make the arrangement.
Now it is more than 10 days, i have not received any communication from him.
I want to know, is there any process or system of solving issues or not?
Are you people aware that, you are representing the company and having job responsibility?
Why we people need to take the follow up of our complaints?
It is very disappointing.
Expecting, a call from your office regarding my complaint and some positive response.
