This is regarding my sansui tv (42") display issue where i have handed over the tv to fix the issue on[protected] in guntur, andhra pradesh. During my follow up on the issue i was told that the display cannot be repaired and i will get a replacement with the new tv of same model & size.

Since there was no feedback on this i was continuously calling the stores to check the same and on[protected] they have informed me that the approval for replacement received and new one is available in vijayawada branch (Andhra pradesh). Due to warehouse closing issue in vijayawada branch they asked me to wait for few days and they will contact for the collection.

Neither received a call back from them nor they are responding to my calls, hence i have visited the vijayawada sansui showroom branch which is located on eluru road (Near vijaya talkies) today and they were saying that they have received the approval but no stock available to provide the new tv as a replacement.

I have been calling all the concern persons but failed to get the response and the support is completely disgusting.

Appreciate your support in this regard in order to avoid any further level of action from my end.

Hope you understand my concern and help in this regard.

I have bought Sansui horizon 2s from Flipkart on November 2017.From day 1 onwards I have been facing problems related to the battery. It gets exhausted very quickly. The phone also gets overheated frequently without any usage. Please take immediate action.

    Hello, i had bought a sansui inverter split ac serial no :[protected] via flipkart on 21st june 2017. Last week i had lodge a complaint the reference no mum[protected]. The service guy had came and took away the faulty pcb circuit from my indoor unit... And said that the pcb needs to be changed and after that i called several time to the service incharge they keep on telling me that the pcb board isnt there in stock.. It as been more than 10 days... I am continously following up with your store team, mumbai but they are not giving me proper replyand last they said to call the store head as the spare parts isnt there with them.. I tried to contact the store head number which is +91 [protected] whose is not answering to any calls...

    At the end is these your after sales service??? In my office am facing problem very much due to the ac not working

      On jan 24, 2018 i have been registered a product issue regarding your service center at trivandrum, kerala. So that time i have a call from the service center and one of the service executive come to check my tv what am facing the issue, he say about the panel issue to change, another thing is that the product has still now in 5 yr warrenty on that day he said that they want the bill details and all, i have been given that to your customer care executive and he has been said that within 1week the panel will arrive and they will change it but after one week there is no call or response from there side. So that i have been called them many more times for enquiry still now there is not at all a good response from there side. I am fed about your service, only because of buying your product is that of i have a believe in sansui product but now because of this am totally fed in your service. So please make a good response about this. My reference no that they have been registered is coc[protected] and the svc point [protected].

        Sir,
        I bought a mobile thru flipkart on june 6th 2017. From day one onwards there was continuous problem, on getting signal or wifi. Then there was problem with charging, i gave to the service centre nearly four to five times. They did something temporarily and gave me the phone. After continuous complaints they sent the board for service. Now the phone is getting heavily heated and improper functioning. Whether we use the phone or not it is getting heated. Pls do something.

          I brought 3 sansui horizon mobile. After 4 months all thoose 3 are defect. I gave one mobile for repair in sansui care. And now ofter two month i get the repaired peice is which is defect. I am going to do consumer complaint with sufficient proof about all thoose process. 12000 is not a small amount for me, and i am not joking. Please take immediate action. Thank you.

            Hi,
            There is always sounds come out when i switch off my sansui 40" led tv... Sounds like some lizard running over the back cover... And it is heard for 10 to 15 seconds... Earlier i had registered a complaint and the engineer told me that, as the tv set is new this type of noise is genuine... Kindly suggest whether is it genuine and there is some fault in the tv set.

              Dear sir,

              I would like to inform you that, i have purchased 43"4k smart uhd led tv in nov. 2015, with a warranty of 4 years.in nov. 2017, my tv stopped working, hence i submitted the same at your authorized service center located at ichalkaranji, dist. Kolhapur, maharashtra, on 25th nov. 2017.

              I was taking follow ups with the peoples working at service center, but they was telling me, that part is not available, so pls. Wait for some days. After 1 month they told me that your tv is not repairable, hence company will provide you a same new piece. Regarding this you will receive a call from our company.

              Now, it is more than 2 months, but till date i have not received a single call from your side on updating the status of my non working tv. I contacted to your company representative mr. Vishant of kolhapur (Maharashtra), but he is not taking any responsibility. He suggested me to contact to the retailer, he will solve your issue. I contacted to another person mr. Dilip sutar, he suggested me to make the difference payment for upper model (I. E. 50" 4k uhd smart) and buy a new tv from us. I was agreed to make the deal. I asked him to share the bank details, to make the payment through net banking, but he not responded. Again after two days, when i called him, he communicated that, the upper model is not available, you have to wait, i will make the arrangement.

              Now it is more than 10 days, i have not received any communication from him.

              I want to know, is there any process or system of solving issues or not?
              Are you people aware that, you are representing the company and having job responsibility?
              Why we people need to take the follow up of our complaints?

              It is very disappointing.

                  Its almost a year now and till date i've not recieved any form o[censored]pdate on my phone which is now lagging crazily and showing flaws unimaginable. Push advertisements, security breach, bitcoin mining (Minebot), all these are happening inside my phone now and the reason i assume is lack o[censored]pdates. Its currently running android 4.4.2 _ph model u45. Thereby i request the one in-charge to provide the latest software update atleast upto 1.5 years maximum because this phone is still too young to get outdated.                         Today i gonna say about sansui brand or its washing machine. I bought sansui washing machine about 11 month ego. It worked till 5 months good. After that i has been got out of ordered. To see this i was so surprised because it was very special for me. I called to its machanic to make it repaire. He repaired too but after few days later once again it has been got out of order. It worried me so much of happing again again.
                        Recently i m facing this problm again and service center says hardware problm like (Parts). I complained on 2th december and got assurance to resolve complaint within 24 hours. After that i called around 05 times to customer care as after 11 days till date no one has attended my complaint.
                        I took contact number of service person and called him for 3 days but he was not receiving call. Once he received and told we will attend but no one came yet and now again he is not picking my calls

                            Sir i took sansui horizon 1 s 2 months back but my mobile started to drain like hell, even when i keep my mobile in airoplane mod eit drains heavily, it shows abnormal battery percentage like suddenly it jumps to 5 to 100% n stops charging and when i start using it i wont get 10 mins backup also, for ur information i dont have any apps installed except whatsaap, please sir find me an answer i cannot use this mobile but it is only i can afford.

                                We have procured 1 Ton and 1.5 Ton Ac in the on 25th November from Flipkart, the order ID OD[protected] Flipkart Order ID, Installation was completed on 28th November . which is not working properly.                                   I bought mobile by 16/4/2017 after four month the charging is not worked. I gave to near by authorized service center (Mentioned in their warranty card) for service. Four month finished they are not service my phone, but they gave another phone which they sent by company service center in delhi. I returned that phone and i told to give my phone or new one. If the problem is not solved means, the mobile is that much worthless. So i want my mobile with good condition or a new one.

                                    Left side display has developed black patch which has increased slowly. Had logged complaint, ref no tha[protected] dt 27.10.2017. Not satisfied with the casual approach shown by the service person. No visible sign of damage on screen but the person visiting insists it is physical damage. The person did not seem to be technically competent. Is there any way the set gets inspected by a technical person. Seek your support.

                                        Hi sir/madam,

                                        I had brought a 42 inch sansui tv worth rs.24990 during flipkart's big billion offer 1 year ago (Warranty period over now).

                                        2 months ago, the tv was not functioning properly; for which the mother board and the panel was changed. But still we are not getting a clear picture and getting a shadow. The repair person said that the model is not found now.

                                        My grievance is already 4000 rupees have been spent from my side for repairing the sansui tv, although the tv is not functioning properly. Moreover, the model is said to be not found in market now! Why sell such a tv which cannot be repaired!

                                        If this is at the end of the day neither the seller nor the buyer wants to get cheated. We expect better service and models from high profile companies like sansui.

                                        Hence, requesting you to kindly look into this matter with priority and let me know if i can assist you in any way to solve this issue. The sansui tv invoice has been attached for your reference.

                                        Thank you Team for your prompt action. We got an executive involved.

                                        However, we are still waiting response form the executive for the TV repair condition. We were assured to be contacted within 7 days by the same executive(Phone number: [protected]), but still no response. The TV is still not repaired and we are getting the blurry image. We had paid the executive Rs.240/-.
                                        Within a day or two of the visit by the executive, we received a message saying "Your call has been cancelled(set working fine)", to which we replied NST to [protected] as mentioned in message as our TV is not repaired at all. Since then we are unable to contact the same executive over the call.

                                        Hence, kindly requesting you to escalate this matter to higher authorities get someone involved for resolving the Sansui TV condition. It has been pending for 2 months now. The complaint Number is KOL[protected].

                                        We are constantly receiving service message that The TV is already repaired by private party.
                                        First of all, the TV isn't repaired. We are still facing issue in display.
                                        Secondly, there has been no feedback from the representative.
                                        It is quite frustrating that we have to chase for an update.
