    I had purchase 32" led from sargam electronics on 31/03/2014 after one month big black spot seen on led panel I registered complaint on 22/5/14 complaint no DEL [protected] next day engineer visit and said it cannot be repair &this set is replace with new one But till date it cannot be replace or repair I am fed up to call daily service centre to solve my problem but they don't take any action. I recommended Not to purchase any product of SANSUI their products and service is very very poor. Chinese product are much better then there products.

      I have purchase asansui mobile model s.A.32 from tarun communication gurgaon . After 4 month mobile become faulty. I went to service centre on dtd[protected] .He take mobile for repair on same date but till date i dont get any positive response about my mobile .He asked me come to next day next week, in same way they passed 2 month .Pl.Solve my problome

        hello my sansui sa50 hand set i hav given on 11/04/2014 for servicing during warranty period today 07/06/2014 i got my hand set back from the service centre bt the problem is not solved the volume increasing button is still not working and they are telling now to call the head office and talk to them for the parts and it will take 1 months time i brought my set back bt i want to register a complain imei no.           I bought a new SANSUI CTV SQB 21UV (Rs.6986.90 + VAT 14.5% 1013.00 = 7999.90)Television at Sethu & Co, Pollachi on 11.08.2012. TV was not working on 15.01.2014 onwards . I gave that TV to the dealer SETHU & CO, Pollachi for the Service. They Checked and told that Picture tube Problem and the warranty period of that TV Completed.We are giving only one year Warranty. The Complaint is I used your company TV nearly 1 year 4 months. Compare to other Company TV's are giving Minimum 4 to 5 years warrenty. what is the quality you are manufacturing the Product? i need a clear explanation!!! The dealer told, if you want to exchange that TV mean we will take that tv the worth of Rs.1500 only. i thought the product cost of your TV is low. we need a free service or Give the New one

            Sir i buy a sansui mobile sa53g great but it's have more porblem to operate battery is not working sufficient, phone is mostly hanging, speaker is not working completely, mobile after a short time throughout netwrok, speaker is a main problem because any person call me it not listenable

                Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased 3 month before Sansui SA40 mobile but he is not working mostly in 3 days. problems is that mostly software is crashed and mobile is very heating problem. i have also 3 time install software from your service center mathura(JIA ENTERPRISE, M-[protected]) but he says mobile is manufacturing fault and change mobile set. I have seen and notice that this model is problem of mostly software crashing. Now recently mobile is warranty period but after expiring period what i do how can i manage software.                   I have purchesed one colour tv 2002 from local dealer gupta electronics etawah. That time warrenty period was 7 yrs. But this set have created a large problems in 6 months. I had complaint to dealer. Many company persons had come to solve the problem. But they could not remove the problem. At last I had filed this case in Etawah Distt consumer forum. I want to say that company remove this problem or change this tv. Please help me.

                    Dear Sir / madam, I brought a Sansui TV product SPZ21UM-UZK" CTV SANSUI (SR. no.[protected] on 16 August 2013 from R.K.G Electronics, Jc crossing, Jaunpur -222002, Uttar pradesh with One year guarantee (Replacement mention in bill) & Two years Warranty (Repair). No Serial Number is mentioned in my Bill. But service Engineer who visited at Dealer shop on 13 Jan 2014 vide Complain No VAR [protected] dated 13 JAN 14, according to him, there is a IC has been faulty and its need to be change. But the till date the problem not solved. After have some word with engineer (03.Feb.2014) they said that TV sending to Sansui service center at Varanasi, Uttar pradesh. I am tired now to call dealer & Sansui engineer & we want replacement of TV not repaired, if problem raised again in future what will do to have faulty product. We are waiting from last 30 days but we are did'nt get proper answer from Sansui & Dealer. Now we are frauted to followup for TV to Dealer. So i request you please replace TV & give me new as per Gaurantee period mention in the bill, otherwise refund my amount immediately . Thank you, Ravi Yadav.

                      WE HAVE GOT A BIG PROBLEM IN OUR SANSUI PJ 42 PROJECTOR TV SINCE 8 MONTHS AND WE HAVE CONTACTED THE SANSUI LOCAL DEALER IN OUR TOWN RAYACHOTY(516269 PINCODE) AND THEY DIDNT RESPOND. WE WANTED TO COMPLAIN IN THE SANSUI OFICIAL SITE AND THEIR COMPLAINT PORTAL IS NOT WORKING WELL.. NO SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE. THIS ISNT FAIR

                        we had purchased sansui led TV 32" in the month of December 2012, within a month we found a problem in this tv same thing reported to the company they replaced with new piece again problem found in this tv given complaint to the company, some technicians came and taken photographs of tv this is occur in the month of august 2013 still today there is no response

                          Hi Myself Sathishkumar, I bought LCD television on 01/08/12 in Vasanth & co. Chennai, suddenly one day I had problem with my television i.e., is not switching on (Power not switching on), So I raised complaint to customer care on July month of this year 2013, after receiving the complaint they send an service engineer, he look into it and said I couldn't solve the problem so you please ring up to service center again, so I ring up to customer care because I don't have service number at that time after receiving the call they said we will sending another service engineer person to solve the problem unfortunately he too couldn't solve the problem and he said that we need to change the mother board, and it as to be get it from Chennai so we have waited for three weeks but no reply and response and again I ring up to customer care stated the situation currently and they gave me an service center number, once I received number I ring up to service center manager, located in Tiruvallur and he responded as it will be solved in two to three days but they took more than one month but they didn't solved the problem and one day I ring up to the service manager and he said your television mother board is not available so we need to replace the television and you need to pay extra, So I agree with it and ask them to proceed further, after my confirmation I have waited for one month and I didn't get any response from they so again I ring up to him and asked for the status and he gave me another person number stated that ring up to him and he will give the status of your television. I ring up to him he says it will took three week to replace the television meantime one service engineer came to my home and took the television and I asked him why you want to take the television first you replace and then took this one but he said no sir once we give this they will be replacing so I agreed with is words and ask him to took the television but still I didn't get the replacement television and it almost passed four months. So please do the needful as soon as possible. FYI: I don't have the complaint number while registering this complaint so you need i will provide. I hope through this complaint I will be getting an solution as earlier as possible and television warranty is expired but the complaint registered before warranty. Regards Sathish

                            I bought 42 Inch Sansui LCD TV S4270XV-N on 15/7/2012 for 38, 000 rupees. When I was watching TV on 18/8/2013 the display suddenly went off and I again I switched on the TV. But nothing appeared no audio or video appeared just a black screen. So I raised a service complain on 19/8/2013. I didn’t get any positive updates from Videocon service after that. Finally I got a call on 16/10/2013 after 2 months saying that panel backlight has got repaired and need to spend 23, 000 rupees to replace them. Spending 23, 000 rupees for a 38, 000 rupees TV in 1 year I think it s not worthable need a resolution for this issue on making such kind of worthless product.

                              I had purchased LCD TV of Sansui India (JAMMU). Nine days back it stopped working. I called Sansui India Customer Care, lodged a complaint but all go in vain. Finally they told me that the supply is not working and the new supply they are fitting have to made some alterations.. i want to ask you that i have purchased this lcd some one and half years back, in such a short period of time you stopped manufacturing the spare parts of your products ?????? if not then why the service centre person is telling that the new supply have to be altered in order to run your lcd and that service centre person of yours is very rude (rehari jammu) ... ...please help me...hoping for a positive reply

                                Since, 43 days, My SANSUI LCD TVs are not working , i had complained to dealer " MURLI MANOHAR MUSICAL STORE" located at Chas, Bokaro, and I had also complained to Mr. BABAN JEE of SANSUI SERVICE CENTER Located at Sector 1 , Bokaro .

                                Dealer usually says, he will inform to service center , and next day the concern person will see into the matter. Whereas, SERVICE CENTER never receives any call , once or twice the operator received and says, the SERVICE MAN will visit next day , after that no one response , no one receives call from the service center.

                                Following is the Complain No. RAN[protected], which has been registered on 25th July'13 and I just got a SMS that the concerned person will be visiting soon. But, no one has yet visited, I called at the DHANBAD SERVICE CENTER, a person came and says, this will be done in BOKARO SERVICE CENTER, and further he says, he will talk at the service center and will respond accordingly, and till today, No one has responded yet,
                                Neither the SERVICE CENTER at BOKARO , Nor the Dealer

                                kindly look in the matter.

                                SANSUI / 20" LCD TV — NOT WORKING

                                Despite repeated reminders & complaints, no service engineer is being sent. Only in July 2008, it was repaired ; again no picture & no sound is coming. A Service engineer is urgently requuired at our address--- Flat 501, Balaji Towers, YMR Colony, Prodottor, Kadapa, Andhra .

                                Sansui — LCD Not working

                                In a life of less than 2 year my 32" LCD TV is not working. After putting ON it do not get started or gets late started. In some channel color gets lost. Some times complete picture gets lost.

                                Please advise me as how I can get services free of cost from the company being the problem belongs to incompetent product due to their problem.

                                    My complain number is SUR[protected] & SUR[protected] launch before 15 days but till date no action on that , I had change display before 6 month and now again display problem come, now you guys want money for replace it.. There is a warranty till 1 year but still your people demanding for payment, I don’t know which type of product you guys are making and why it is required much time for complain resolutions
