                          My name is jograj singh .. i submitted the SA43g mobile(IMEI [protected], [protected]) in service centre at time 31 october 2014( job sheet number -VASCUPW008J[protected]. I complain by customer care .(complain no[protected] .. i have complain three time but no responce...service centre says that it is not my problem and says for contact to customer care . I called to customer care but they say for waiting and say there is no mobile like SA43g . After 1 month they said SA53g mobile will be given in place of SA43g ... today is 6 january, ab bahut time ho gya h. So please sir kindly help me for giving me my mobile SA53g ..                               I Mr. Ajit Guria had purchased a SANSUI 42" LED TV from Avani River Side Mall - Ezone Mall Howrah. As the company had provided me 1 year of warranty and other 1 year extended warranty and as the product was under warranty they did not provided the service and in return they asked money to repair it and i want to say that if my product was under warranty then why should i pay money to repair it.                                 Dear Customer Complaint Manager Its a big blow to me by choosing SANSUI LED TV-31'', though there are many other brands are available in the market with the same price range such as, VIDEOCON, MICROMAX, PANASONIC etc. I choose SANSUI considering its Japanese Technology, But It seems that I have taken a wrong decision by choosing SANSUI LED TV.In November -2014 I had purchased it from SUPER ELCTRONICS, VAPI-dist-Valsad, Gujarat.Pin-396191 Mob No-[protected]. PLS INSTRUCT YOUR DEALER TO REPLACE THE TV IMMEDIATELY, Otherwise I am quite offset with the incident and I will Spread it in social media that SANSUI PRODUCTS ARE WORST IN QUALITY. Alreay SANSUI is struggling hard in Indian Electronics Market to increase its market share, but if such incidences will be there, I think it will tarnish the brand image and it will further affect badly . SO pls take my complaint seriously and get my set replaced.

                                  I have purchased a Sansui led TV (SKP30HH) from a dealer through Snapdeal (online market portal). I had requested for installation. A service engineer visited at my place. Noted down model and serial no and denied for free installation. For that too, he also told me that no warranty will be provided as it was purchased from Snapdeal. Now, my question is: 1. Why installation is chargeable for new brand product If purchasedpurchased from onlonline and free for others.? 2. Why there is different standards of warranty and service? 3. Why and how can you decide from where (online or local dealer) we need to purchase a product. Please respond and resolve the issue at earliest. I can be reached at [protected]

                                    expectations by taking a loan of 25, 000, Loan period also not completed, We purchased many sansui televisions from this dealer i never faced this kind of problem, we are the great followers of sansui brand in our circle many pepole having sansui televisions i suggest every one only sansui. With a good relation with this delear i received best price for this T.V for 26, 000/- only.

                                    I regret to inform you that the television I bought from your local dealer sri KALYANI-8-1-416&417, R.P road, sec-bad counter on 9 th may, 2014 has not been working well.

                                    The Vertical single line with picture faulty.

                                    Your local sales office sent the engineer, but the defect is yet to be set right. It may be a manufacturing defect and a thorough examination is required and asked us to take the set near by service point PRECIOUS CARE -Authorised custamer care centre 10-1-568, balram blocks, st.no.14, lane-2, opp m.c.h park, We visited service point they accepted the equipment. Against they collected invoice copy, warranty details, on 5 th NOV 2014, They had given Work shop work order S.I.N0-039

                                    After 10 days I received a call from Mr JAYAPRAKASH from nacharam branch stating thath your T.V model out dated we replace new model tv for this he is demanding to pay 8272/-

                                    My humble requestis please do look in the matter.I cannot stretch my financial budget anymore


                                    Kindly inform me whether I should have it sent to you or alternatively, your man will call at my place. I will be happy to get it changed. I shall be grateful for immediate action.

                                      i have purchased a led tv .. in which remote problem comes from second day and aftter25 days tv automatic off till niether onn, , i havve complained in customer care then mechanic comes and he tells one panel requires which comes from aurangabad .. they saiid till tuesday your t.v wiill be completed, but, today is thursday and till their no response.. today i talked with the store engineer many times and he saiid i m sending the mechanic and in evening he also switch off his mobile and mechanic his name naresh he said today not ii will come tommorrow.. i m asking in sansui their is any hirercheal model or process of work is ???? i just replace my t.v and no other option thats itt...

[protected] Last 3 Months ago I given complaint about sansui washing machine filter requirement to Jalgaon customer care .They did.t replay or registered my complaint, just verbally say we are arranging. But till date my machine in scrap condition due to filter, I search in market but such type of filter not available in market. This Machine I purchased at NEXT Jalgaon. I complaint to that shop, they given no. of customer care officer Manoj Patil cont. no. [protected]. I contact with him but he also did't done anything.
