i have purchased a led tv .. in which remote problem comes from second day and aftter25 days tv automatic off till niether onn, , i havve complained in customer care then mechanic comes and he tells one panel requires which comes from aurangabad .. they saiid till tuesday your t.v wiill be completed, but, today is thursday and till their no response.. today i talked with the store engineer many times and he saiid i m sending the mechanic and in evening he also switch off his mobile and mechanic his name naresh he said today not ii will come tommorrow.. i m asking in sansui their is any hirercheal model or process of work is ???? i just replace my t.v and no other option thats itt...

    My self Prakash Patil, Plot no. 37 Jivan Nagar Jalgaon. cont. no. [protected] Last 3 Months ago I given complaint about sansui washing machine filter requirement to Jalgaon customer care .They did.t replay or registered my complaint, just verbally say we are arranging. But till date my machine in scrap condition due to filter, I search in market but such type of filter not available in market. This Machine I purchased at NEXT Jalgaon. I complaint to that shop, they given no. of customer care officer Manoj Patil cont. no. [protected]. I contact with him but he also did't done anything. Jalgaon sansui customer care are not responding. Office staff also behave rudely. Can I get the filter ? Mail add - [protected]@gmail.com

      Dear Sir, Not repait my handset for last 4 months I purchased new Sansui Mobile model SA43G on dated 02/05/14, But on the first day it has problems, It hang on call, restart himself, audio sound went off himself on watching videos, etc. so that I went on your service center on 04/05/14 at Gurukul Technology wazirabad Road Khajuri Khas. They update their OS and give back me it, said it will now work fine and if not we change its motherboard. But the problems remain same and some extra problem also increase in it as unsupported SD card, screen not rooted etc. On dated 10/05/14 my phone touch pad also broken but it is work, I went to submit my phone to again this service center on dated 16/05/14 they submit it, but they don’t repair it, they said we first repair touch pad after this send to company for change the motherboard. After a long time summation they don’t repair it and send company not providing part so please wait for it, my dealer take it back without repair because I needed it after sometime I arrange another phone for some time and went to submit it again to this service center on 21/62014. First they refuse to submit it, after this they said the seal mark that on it, it is G and sansui set use S for it, when I show him another phone seal and talk to sansui customer care they ready to submit it and said wait for 3 and more month because we have pending phone for more than 3 month. They charge me 1449 INC for repair touch pad. I don’t understand why they charge so high for only touch pad the phone value is only 4000 INC and only touch pad is 1449. The other part as change of motherboard is under warranty because I purchased it on 02/05/14. So Please concern this issue seriously and repair it soon as possible (full repair).         Hi, I purchased LED TV yesterday and till now no one is able to tell me how I can remove the information pop-up which is keep on coming on my screen. Tried calling CC and they are telling they do not know, giving tech person number and they are telling they do not handle Sansui products. Have a look at the screen shot and help me if anyone can.

            I purchased a 32 inch LED tv, from one shop from, marthandam, kanyakumari dist, tamilnadu, India.
            Exactly it complete 10 months, it was not working, not switching On,
            I raised a complaint to their customer care,
            They have changed a board, also after which sound was not coming.
            Then after 2 months they got back that defective TV, and provided a new Tv,
            During this period 12 months completed from the date of purchase.
            Exactly after10 days now the new Tv not working,
            Now i have raised a complaint now they are telling warranty is over.
            Sansui is selling very worst quality China made Tv into India.
            I have also written to sansui japan.
            Also I am going to raise this issue to consumer court.
            This China made sansui to be banned from India

            Still TV is not working,
            I made a mistake that, my own earned money wasted,
            By purchased a worst quality China made company product.
            Friends whoever sees this, plz don't purchase any of sansui product and dont waste your money.

              Our TV's (Model Chic Classic 250 ) speakers are having problem. One speaker is not at all working and other one is started showing problem.                   I purchased Sansui 32" LCD TV in 26/6/2012, i made a complain so technician visited and he says that Picture tube problem on 13/9/2013. Now this TV is completely dead. So it’s not worthy for this prices. Don’t purchase any Sansui products in future, these people are selling old TVs as a new. I went and asked where i purchased that shop keeper says that dead TV we won’t take. 17000/-INR with in 2 years it became 0/-INR, My contact no [protected].

                        I bought Sansui LED TV 32 inch 2 years back with 1 year warranty worth 26, 000 INR. After using of just 6 months it start switch off automatically. Whenever I switch off the TV and than try to switch it on again, it won't working for me. I thought it was just minor problem, so I ignore this. But after around a year (warranty over) it's completely stopped working. I file the complaint to Sansui service center and they after 2 days their technician came and took 900 INR to just check and they told me it's a power supplier problem and it cost us around 4000 INR to replace the power supplier. I again contact to Sansui service center to request them to replace my TV power supplier and they said it will take around 15 days as the part is not available at the time. I again contact them after 15 days and they told me it's still not available, it was happened with me again and again for more than 2 months. Finally, they told me the part is not available if you can't wait then we will replace the TV with new one but without warranty, I agree with them and they charge me 10, 000 INR for new 32 inch LED TV (so this TV cost me 36, 000 INR, however anyone can easily buy 40 inch HD TV in this price in India) now I get the new TV in around April 2014. Now again the turning point of my bad luck and the EXTREME CHEAP and WORST quality of Sansui product, the volume of the TV start shutting down automatically, I need to turn off and again turn it ON to work volume properly. I really don't know what to do as they don't gave me warranty for this TV so I can't ask them for free of cost service. On the other hand, my neighbours have LED TV's with Onida, Akai, Samsung, etc. And they are working absolutely fine from years and years. I just wanted to ask Sansui that what happen to your products, as Sansui was one of the turted brand in CRT TV's but now I really really very disappointed. And just wanted to say STOP MAKING PEOPEL FOOL and do something with CHEAP quality as other brands, you are just ruin you brand name. Highly NOT recommended to anyone. Please DON"T buy Sansui LED/LCD TV's.

                            Hi, I Had Purchased Sansui led tv Model No.LCDX2230YV-L from Allahabad city but now there is - black spots on 32"LED screen, 80% of the screen with the black spots very difficult to seen any image on screen. And when i was complain for this then service man demanding Rs-6000/- for repair. your service center is useless for this... pls suggest for this. Thanks Nitesh

                              Hi,
                              I have registered a service request against my SANSUI lcd tv on dated 1st august 2014.(Complaint no-BAN[protected])
                              from the same date, already the service person visited my resident 4 times, including the first visit, where they have collected 950/- rupees as service charge against the service charge of my tv.
                              Now the question arise, if your service personal fails to fix the tv, how can a company charge the service charge to fix the product.
                              its simply a fails...
                              now I don't want to proceed to the next step, so requesting SANSUI SERVICE INDIA to give back my service charge asap, otherwise I will file a complaint for harassing and cheating the customer.
                              (THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE, KINDLY DONT SEND ANY REPRESENTIVE TO FIX THE TV FOR FIFTH TIME FAILURE AS 4 FAILURE ATTEMPTS HAS BEEN MADE.PLEASE REFUND THE SERVICE CHARGE)

                              Dear All This is to inform you that I am Hem pant residing at Vaishali sector 6 Ghaziabad and I am using my LCD TV of Sansui Company and due to some technical problem I have registered complaint on Sansui Customer care no[protected] after the registration of complaint after four days one technician came(Mr Raj Choudhary) he has taken the electrical circuit on 7th august but till date he not came back. My complain number is - GHA[protected] but still no body came and I called them for the same but they are only assuring me sir our engineer will visit your place but no one is coming.I don't know when I will get my circuit of LED back, I am totally fed up this behaviour and attitude . Please note that I am writing you this email not for only my problem I think that lot of peoples is facing same problem I am sure .Please understand that they are reducing the trust of Sansui company in market .Please understand if the customer will not get on time service then how we can go with you company and if your company will not able to fulfill all commitments then there is no need to create a problem for us..This is very harassing me and I am requesting you that please take it forward and close it as soon as possible so that I can see my TV.                                 This is Y Venkata chaitanya working in DR.reddys laboratories limited at Srikakulam and residing at Vijayanagaram.I had purchased as LED 24'' TV on august 18th 2013 at Annapurna agencies, Vijayanagaram and was in warranty period.Due to some technical problem the LED was not working properly and submitted for repair work at STAR electronics, near Vijayanagaram on 23rd july 2014 and till now there was no response from the authorized service dealers.They are saying that it will take two days from the date of submission to till date.So, please do the needful action immediately.

                                  Dear All This is to inform you that i am Brijesh Kumar Singh residing at Vasundhara sector 12 Ghaziabad and i am using my LCD TV of Sansui Company and due to some technical problem i ahve registered complaint on Sansui Customer care no[protected] after the registration of complaint after four days one technichian came(mr Raj Choudhary) he has changed Mother board and he charged 3500 rs + service charge and i have paid him and he assured me for the warranty of Mother board is 6 months .I said ok . Suddenly after 5 days same problem is came in LCD TV and i called them for repair the same but again they came after 15 days and for the same i called them atleast minimum for 500 times .and again one technichian came and he unlocked my TV and our tv is again started working but again after 4 days same problem came and i called them for 50 times but nobody came, finally i called again customer care of Sansui and they have given me complain number - GHS[protected] and SVC Centre [protected] but still no body came and i called them for the same but they are only assuring me sir our engineer will visit your place within one hour and after one hour i keep on calling them but they were not picking my calls but i dont know when this one hour will come and i am totally fed up this behaviour and attitude . Please note that i am writing you this email not for only my problem i think that lot of peoples is facing same problem i am sure .Please understand that they are reducing the trust of Sansui company in market .Please understand if the customer will not get on time service then how we can go with you company and if your company will not able to fulfill all commitments then there is no need to create a problem for us..This is very harassing me and i am requesting you that please take it forward and close it as soon as possible so that i can see LCD TV.                                   thanks for your reply but i am totally frustrated from the service of Sahibabad Service centre .if it is possible for your team then please call me for details otherwise i have to got to consumer care GZB.
                                  What they are thinking that consumers are fail if we have already paid the amount for service charge and Material cost then why they are again asking for Service charge (it is a fault of technichian they have not given us good service they are only completing visits only they dont bother about the satisfaction of costumer.

                                  Dear All This is to inform you that I am Hem pant residing at Vaishali sector 6 Ghaziabad and I am using my LCD TV of Sansui Company and due to some technical problem I have registered complaint on Sansui Customer care no[protected] after the registration of complaint after four days one technician came(Mr Raj Choudhary) he has taken the electrical circuit on 7th august but till date he not came back. My complain number is - GHA[protected] but still no body came and I called them for the same but they are only assuring me sir our engineer will visit your place but no one is coming.I don't know when I will get my circuit of LED back, I am totally fed up this behaviour and attitude . Please note that I am writing you this email not for only my problem I think that lot of peoples is facing same problem I am sure .Please understand that they are reducing the trust of Sansui company in market .Please understand if the customer will not get on time service then how we can go with you company and if your company will not able to fulfill all commitments then there is no need to create a problem for us..This is very harassing me and I am requesting you that please take it forward and close it as soon as possible so that I can see my TV.                                     I bought a sansui tv 21" uv - tza (1) on 17/05/2013. I found the problem that after few hours of switching on tv, the screen becomes blurry and power indicator is blinking. I got this problem on 6th month of 2014 and made a complaint to sansui customer care. They send me service person & changed some electronic component and the tv is working fine for 1 month. Now i am facing the same problem after a month. I informed the problem to service center, yet there is no reply from their end.

                                    I want to tell you that, my tv cost is rs. 6300 and for service i have spent rs.700 (Service charge + spare parts). Now i have spent rs. 7000 for a normal tv. If i made a call to customer care they are asking again service charge of rs.350.

                                    I want to know that, whether a tv will have a life time of 1 year and how can you expect that a consumer can spend a sum of 350rs. Each time continuously for yor damaged piece tv set.

                                      Dear Sir This is being the worst ever experience with any electronic company, i am sharing there. This complaint is regarding a Sansui television whose details are as follows: Sansui T.V Model no: CTVSQA21UV-UZK SR. NO :[protected] Purchase date:[protected] The above T.V worked well for first 3-4 month and after this a problem started occurring and the complaint is done for this. Your Sonipat customer care Centre kept the television for a month and returned but the problem didn’t solve. The T.V has the same problem and it went again under the same process twice. In all the process 3 times complaint had been made and it wasted almost 7 months but did nothing. And your so called warranty of 1 year got expired. And we have been asked to pay for the complaint if we made. Complaint details: KAR [protected] – 20/12/2013 KAR [protected] – 28/02/2014 KAR [protected] – 26/04/2014 For this we also talked to the concern manager Mr.Rajesh Mehla but he did nothing but to assure us verbally from the last one and half month.                                         I have complained about my T.V. On dt 28/06/14. My request no is GHA[protected]. Before attending my complaint it was closed by ur service dealer. Then I again requested to ur customer care to reopen my request. It was attended on dt 1/7/14 ur service technician told me to repair my T.V. Kit board after two days but he came after 8 days in beetween I have to call ur customer care & ur service dealer so many times but could not find any positive response neither from ur customer care nor ur service dealer. On 08/07/14 ur technician came to fit T.V kit I told him that picture is coming large pls check again but he assure me to come next day to set screen with original remote of sansui t.v. I paid full service charges of the bill. But it was mistake because after that no body come to close my issue. I complained about this many times to ur cusomer care ( [protected]) & also informed to ur service dealer owner Mr. Ritesh saini. But still my complaint not resolved.
