i bought a 21 inch sansui television from SHARMA ELECTRONICS CENTRE KARSOG on 16.8.2011 and same became out of order after two months. i lodged a complaint at SHARMA ELECTRONICS CENTRE KARSOG one month ago. but no engineer came to me till date. i contacted Mr. Girja Nand Sharma last week and he gave me mobile No.[protected] of Sh.Kultar Singh Service Engineer. when i called him he did not attend my call even properly and told me that it takes a time of 6 hours to reach at Karsog and i will send engineer within one or two days but he did not send engineer till date. you are requested to take action against the company for non providing of service.

Sansui — non attendance of complaint

Sir,
i had purchase sansui 29 inches hard rock colour tv before 2 yrs. since ti gives trobule and service man attendented i had taken AMC from dealer.
Since last month screen shrinkes verticaly. i complain for it service man attend complain three times but the problem still persists. person says (I.C.) is to be change but it still not repaired.
the t v purchesed from dealer at Udaipur R ajasthan .

    I had bought a Sansui Kyuten LCD322 TV in Feb, 2007 for Rs. 40,000. In March 2009, it had a problem of not getting on. I called the service center which sent a mechanic to our house and collected the TV to check on the fault. In a day they called stating that it would cost Rs. 45,000 to replace the faulty part. On threatening them that we would go to the Consumer court for having to pay more than the original cost of the TV, which ironically in that year was only 33 thousand, they promised to make the repair for Rs. 2,300.
    Now on Nov 14th, 2011 there is another problem. It suddenly stopped working. I called the toll free no that i was given from the same service center. The very next day i had a mechanic coming over to check the fault. I was told that the power box was not working and that it would cost 5,500 to replace it. On the 3rd day a Mr. Krishnamurthy from Kruba Engineering visited us with the power box. But to our surprise, he said that the one brought by him did not fit. Without giving us an option he removed the existing power box and took it with him saying that he would return with the right power box in 4 hours.
    It is 32 hours since then and i still have not heard from him. On the contrary, when I called him to inquire about the status of his progress, he abused me verbally saying that he was not the person. I had been in touch with him since he first called me on the very same no - [protected].
    Well I seriously feel this is fraudulent service. I had called the toll free no[protected] twice since yesterday but have only been told that the complain would be forwarded to higher authorities, but to no avail.
    I need help.

      I want to draw ur kind attention towards the lazyness of employees of sansui.I had made a complaint on 22/10/11 by the name of Mrs. Sonam & complaint no. is GUR[protected],One person that name was Rohit Gupta came to our house after 2 days and repaire that and take 300 Rs. for that.But after repaing of that ,the TV got again damage . I called him again in the same day,then he told me to come on friday.We agree for that but he didnt came on friday , he came on monday .On monday , he tried to repair that ,but after 2 hrs.,He took the chasis of TV to Gurgaon Workshop.But after several days ,he has not come back with chasis.If we try to contact them he dont pick our calls,if they pick ...they speak falls. we r so upset due to this.

        Dear Sir,
        I Mr. Rohit Gupta had purchased a 32" SANSUI FONTES LCD TV on 24 January 2010. The set was working fine until October, 2011 when it started giving problems.

        The TV after 15-20 mins stopped responding to remote and the panel switches also stopped working.

        Thereafter I called the SANSUI customer care , and recieved an SMS with the servie engineer name.But the service Center never gave me a call, until 15 days , after which i was told of AMC plan called Happy Care(By the Service Center SNOW COOL REFRIGRATION,BALASORE) that would take care of my TV and I shall be charged regarding the PCB board.

        But due to some personal problems , i waited as I could not pay approx Rs. 6000 that I was asked to pay.

        Now on Oct 29th,2011 , I was called by the Service Center Engineer (Mr. Janmejay Giri) regarding the AMC plan.I then agreed and took my LCD set to the service center.

        After a couple of Hours , I was shown a working TV , but told that the Remote still wont work and they would procure the Sensor parts from Bhubaneswar and replace it by Wednesday.
        I thereafter paid a Sum of Rs 5510 towards (Rs 3861 for Happy Care AMC Plan for 1 year and PCB card and Service of Rs. 1650 ).

        The service engineers never visited us till Thursday today and brought and fitted a new PCB board , why to changethe sensor component only , but we shall replace the whole Board.
        During that I found that they fitted a very old board on the other day, just to get the AMC by showing a working TV set.Now the new board is not compatible and hence my TV set is lying defunct.

        Kindly look into the problem, else I shall be left with the only option of knocking at the District Consumer Redressal Forum to protect my Interest after a lodging a complaint of Cheating with the Loacl Police Station.

          Dear team,
          I Mr. Khaleel pasha mob no [protected]..[protected]@gmail.com working in TATA--TBSS at hyderabad..I purchased sansui 22' LCD mod no-S2230YV-L,,,slno[protected]..on 22-Jul-11 from sansui dealer and on 10-oct-11 tv stopped working and problem is tv not getting on. red light is coming at sensor but when we press power button on remote tv is not switching on. I given complaint on 10-oct-11 to customer care and complaint id no is-HYD[protected] and service tech named mallikarjun and his mob no-[protected]. he came after 3 days and he asked bill copy and at that time i could not able to provide and he told me to call after getting bill. i called on the same day when he visited after getting bill and he told he will come on next day. when i called him on next day he told me to launch new complaint because previous complaint cancelled because of not providing bill. on 15-oct-11 i again called customer care and given same details and complaint id given to me is HYD[protected] and service tech named Ramakrishna allocated to me and his mob no is [protected]. he called and i told him service tech mallikarjun came and he told some mother board problem and went and ramakrishna not given proper responce and disconnected call and when i called him he behaved rudly by telling cont the person who given my cont no and ask him why they gave ramakrishna no and again disconnected call, and from that day i was calling daily to customer care reguarding same and they just say will forward reminder to service head and they will get back to me and till now i din't received any call from service team and today is 26-oct-11. Now tell me is this the service given by sansui and tell me when u manufacture a product will u test and put for sale or will directly release in market for sale. and shell i purchase new set or will your service team will service my lcd.
          and who is the concern person to look into issue and solve the problem. will i get any response from concern team reguarding this complaint or i wasted time in typing this message..Now i want solution for the complaint and when shall i expect the resolution i[censored] respond my mail.. and sorry to say this when we call to customer care why there is not having option of escalation of call to floor supervisor every call center does it.
          GIVE ME EXACT RESOLUTION FOR MY COMPLAINT PLEASE AND DONT LET ME PROCED FURTHER.

              I have purchased SANSUI LCD TV, MODEL NO. 2250 YVL, S.NO.1414 Artist H.T. on dated 01.09.2011 from your authorised Dealer Mahavir Electronics, Shop No. 1 & 2 Priya Manya Apartment, Opp. Laxmi Stores, Old Kratap Road, Badlapur (E). and their shop situated at near Bank of Baroda, Poona Link Road, Kalyan East.

              After 14 days from the date of buying the said LCD TV it stopped operating by Remote. I changed battery of Remote and checked operating the TV but nothing has happened.

              On 15.09.2011 I gave a complaint with the Dealer and I received a SMS from your service center that your complaint has been registered and Mr. Pramod Singh, Mob No.[protected] will visit to you and resolve this issue.

              I called Mr. Pramod Singh and he said he had not received any complaint. I gave complaint reference no and after that he said next day he will visit to my home and check TV.

              On 20.09.2011 Mr. Pramod sing visit to my home to checked TV. He said one part is not working and will have to replace that part. that part was not available with him and he said we will come on 21.09.2011 and will replace that part.

              Now today is 24th Sept-11 and still that person has not come to me. So today went to dealer and asked about this matter but he said talk to company. we are not responsible for this if you are faceing any problem after sale of any commodity from us.

              Sir, this type of answer is not a right answer and this is affect on business of reputed company like you.

              I request him to give me replacement of TV if it is taking more time to get the part. But he is not ready to give replacement.

              Sir, I let us know what time it will take to replace the part and why it is not available with service center?

              I request you to inform your dealer to give me replacement of the TV immediately.

              Please do not give authority to sale your product to this type of dealer who are not dealing with the customer properly.

              sansui/14 inch TV — REMOTE

              i purchase a tv from snehanjali electronics & appliances pvt ltd vasai w on 26.07.2007 bill no. 552414 remote of tv was not working i complaint more then 10 times but no one is responding
              i complaint for remote more then 10 times but result is zero

              LCD TV — Remote not working

              Bought an 26" LG LCD TV model number 26ld840 Sl.no 006LPPM001120 on dated 11/2/2011g Sonari Jamshedpur having invoice no-839 I have received the TV with a a non working remote I have already lodged an complaint with customer care but to no avail niether the non functional remote has been replaced my other complain numbers are R na[protected] and [protected]. I am now contemplating filing a case with consumer court .

              tv remote — not issuing bill

              i am charan teja koppula, i am studying 4th b.tech. sir i had bought a tv remote in one electrical shop, they are got giving me bill for what i bought, and the remote is not working i went to shop and ask them they simple said we don't know.
              sir you want to take a action on them. as i bought a small product, but i am seeing from many years on one is issuing bill after buying a product. the government loosing lot of tax for this reason.

                Sir,
                I happen to purchase Sansui Plasma TV from "Soundarya Shoope", M.G.Road Vizianagaram in the year 2005 and paid Rs.49000/- towards cost ot the same. During waranty period itself it was repaird twice. After that for a peirod of 2 years it was spoiled 4 to 5 times. Every time service entre person charges Rs3000/- to 4000/- towards the repairing cost. Unfortunately durihg the year 2009 again it was spoiled. Since then till date I have reported the matter to service centre and shop keeper so many times but they say that part of the TV is not available and not responding to my problem. For the purpose somanytimes I did try to complaint through No response. Please suggest me what to do for getting service of the same or to go for buyback of another TV

                  am turning on the power to the tv set and aerial is conected i am getting a good signal but the picture will only stay on for about 10 seconds and then i get a black screen but all sound to tv program i can still here when i try to bring up a menu button i can not see it as the screen is black i have un plugged it all and left for 5 minutes and tried to put it on again same thing happens please can u help

                    My name is Raju Bawane I am buy Sansui LCD,but in warranty period its screen is dead, I have registered my complaint at Nagpur Service center which phone No. is[protected] on dt.21/08/2011 at 1.20pm and my complaint No.is NAG[protected].
                    Yet my LCD is not repaired. after this registration I am also fellow up to Service center time to time When my LCD repaired They only replying we send reminder again. but after 10 days My LCD is not repaired. Company say we are solved any problem of customer with in 24 to 48 hrs.But in my case this after 10 day no any solution provided by service center. So that Please confirmed me my LCD repaired by company or not ? And suggest me What will i do so that my LCD is repaired.

                      I have purchase29inchs sansui TV from Laxmi Electronics R.P Road secunderabad on[protected] After 2monts tv got a pitcher tube problem when i called up to the service center they have replaced the picture tube after 2months of comp-lent then it worked properly for 1month and now its completely dead condition when i called to customer care for 20times the not even give me any proper response from the company persons.... kindly help it out in this issue

                        I had purchased sansui LCD TV 22 inch on date 30.05.11 from Reliance Mart,motikhavdi,jamnagar. after few day display of LCD stop working,so I comlained to customer care(vediocon) regards replacement, then sansui technician (jitendra raval) came and he had repaied LCD TV and told if further problem will occure then they will change LCD TV with new one. now i have got another problem in LCD TV regarding tuning of channels so i have complained again to customer care and they ale telling further to repair but i am not satisfied due to newly purchased LCD TV wants frequent repairing it is not tolerable. so please replace with new one.
                        please do need full.

                        Sansui — Faulty TV

                        I had purchased Sansui TV this year in the month of January 2010. The TV is not working well since last 2 months. The TV gets hanged in between for some time. it doesnt work through Remote control. Infact the remote is not working since last 6 months. If it is switched off, there is no gaurantee that it will start immediately, it might take few seconds or few minutes also. You have to keep button switching ON or OFF for some time, and then it gets started. I dont want this piece, this is a faulty piece. I want this piece to be exchanged with the new one.
                        I agree..Sansui is making faulty product. My LCD is also not working

                            Hi,
                            I have purchased a 21'' SANSUI TV(Mod No - SCS21SBB-CUK & S/R No[protected] in the year 2010 on 6th of October from M/S ELECTRO (local Sansui Dealer), Baripada Mayurbhanj Orissa.
                            Problem with the TV started -
                            Complaint No # BHU[protected]
                            Problem # Picture not seeing in TV.
                            I registered the complain on Customer care but noone from company site visited the place nor called us about the problem. I called the customer care more than 5 times after 11 days gone of registering the complaint & finally (after a long process, i was able to get the Number of Mr Giri)on 16th i found the mobile no of Mr Janmejaya Giri having Mob. No - [protected] (who is the area service incharge of Our district). And i came to know about the Complaint status that due to improper address the complaint (BHU[protected])has been resolved by Mr Giri.
                            But here my question is that ---how the case is resolved without a single telecall.... you could ask the proper address by calling me, which was given in complaint....but not....Any way Mr giri promised me that now the issue will be resolved by two working day on 16th of june, as he has reopened the case.
                            But again after one week & 2 days (mins after 8 working days gone) i could not get anyone from company site & nor a single call. So i called to customer care & described the whole story, here i got a another complaint no - BHU25060259 with all clear ADRESS & THREE PHONE NO. And got a sure assorance the Engg ll be visit by a day. But on 27th june by evening i could not get anyone, fortunately got the Mobile no of Mr Jena (A gentleman from service delivery, Bhubaneswar with mobile no [protected]) after listening the whole story immediately he took Mr Giri on same telephone & Mr giri assured the issue will be resoled by 29 of june by visiting the service people.
                            But same story on 29th of June no result & again i called to Mr jena on 30th of june. And finally the technician visited on 30. But unfortunately he could not resolve the issue & told us that it can't be resolved here now, i ll hv to take the tv to dealer site. And the same has been communicated to Mr giri, he told me that it ll be resolved by the technician by 2 day But Mr giri resolved the caseid - BHU25060259 with out resolution.
                            Again here my question is that how the case is been resolved without resolution....
                            Again on 2nd of July asked the status of case id -BHU25060259 & found it has been resolved & got a new case id BHU[protected])
                            But on 4th of july (at 11 pm night) i received an sms that the case is been cancelled ......
                            And today is 11th of july (mins my TV is down for last 36 days) still i could not get the resolution from company....is it the warranty SERVICE proving by SANSUI............I hv spent my valuable time, so many outgoing calls from my mobile & petrol in my bike....

                            CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE...I DON'T WANT ANYMORE COMPLAINT NO, I NEED RESOLUTION

                              Sir,
                              I have bought a lcd tv model S1930YV-L from D.C.LAL& SONS Darbhanga on date[protected]. He charged for it Rs. 9000 (Nine thousand). But fortunately I found the price list on your site and got Rs.8990 only. Then why this type of cheating. I also got this model's price on naaptol.com which costs less than Rs.8500. Why so difference. Please accept my complain and justice with me.

                                Myself Bhavesh vora. I have purchased SANSUI LCD TV From DIGIworld Bhavnagar vide bill no. ER891 dated 24/07/2010 amounting to Rs. 18008 with one year warranty period. On 5th june I found that the colour of T.V.was spread in side the screen and I have made complaint on 6th June 11 to M/s Digiworld vide Complain No.[protected] and [protected], First time the Area Manager Mr.Kartik has given me verbal assurance that it will be repaired or if it is not possible and out of repair, the company will replaced new T.V within 8 to 10 days.The time limit was already passed and on 4th July 11 the Area Manager has told me that after paying Rs. 16,000/- towards repairing charges, the T.V. will be repaired.The attitude of Area Manager is quite unjustified towards customer. When the cost of T.V. is Rs. 18,000/-, how can Area Manager demand such huge amount of Rs.16,000/- towards cost of repairing of T.V.When the warranty period i.e one year from the date of purchase is still not passed away, it is quite unfair for demanding a huge amount by Area manager of SANSUI Co.Please resolve my complain and do needful at your end and oblige me.                                   I have purchased Sansui TV on 06/05/2010 after purchased i have problem of Sound by 8-9 month i have launched complaint. as per the complaint Technician by Sansui compay visited to us & solved the same problem but the same problem raised after one month on that time the same process happen.

                                  Again i have the same problem of TV & i given customer complaint on 01/05/2011 but no one can visited by sansui, so i call to customer service center on 06/05/2011 for the same & he say are sorry for techinician not come & we are taking your complint dated 06/05/2011 & technician will be visited to you before 07/05/2011 but in actual technician visited to us on 10/05/2011 & say you warranty period has been expired on 06/05/2011 so we are unable to handle your problem within warranty period.

                                  So my question is that why not taken correct action by sansui company? the problem is raised again & again they have solved the problem for long time, They are responsible for that?

                                    sir/madam,
                                    I am M.Arumugam residing in surapet, i have brought Sansui Colour LCD TV on 16/3/2010 for my new residence. hoping that sansui is a good company, unfortunately TV got Burned by itself as well as many things got burned on 27/4/2010, so i have lodged complaint on the same day, customercare executive said that they will visit and solve our problem. and also gave us complaint number...after this there was no response.. so again i have called customer care and lodged complaint... not only myself even i have complained to the company from where i have brought the tv. always customer care executicves use to give us the complaint numbers... its going to be one year still now there was no response. atlast Mr.Deva came and visited our burned TV, and he used very odd language. stating that do what ever you can do... and also the way he spoke hurt us a lot.so we were struggling a lot atleast we want our money back.. today 26/4/2011 i again called your customer care executives ms.Lakshmi she was not even bothered... she cut the call inbetween.. so again i called Mr.Mani said that the complaint numbers which was given by the executives was wrong. and we dont know what to do? kindly take proper action as soon as possible.because we are not that rich to leave 13 thousand rupees.hoping that atleast on seeing this we will get a proper solution.. kindly take proper action on your executives.or atleast train your executives to be patient enough towards customer.. because we are calling for our problem that is executive duty to solve politely. and not to cut the call which make customer like me more angry....hoping that atleast now you will do favour for me... if not then i should go to consumer court

                                      WE BROUGHT TV ON 16/3/2010, AND THE TV BURNED BY ITSELF ON 27/4/2010, WE HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE SAMSUI CUSTOMER CARE. MANY TIMES...COMPLAINT NUMBERS [protected],CHE[protected],CHE[protected],CHE[protected],CHE[protected]...ONE YEAR GOING TO BE COMPLETED BUT NO RESPONSE... MR. DEVA CUSTOMERCARE EXECUTIVE WHO SPOKE WITH US ATLAST WAS USING VERY ODD LANGUAGE... AND ALL THE EXECUTIVE SPOKE WITH US USE TO GIVE GIVE THERE CONTACT NUMBER BUT NO USE OF IT... REALLY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... AS WE ARE FROM NORMAL MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY 16 THOUSAND RUPEE IS BIG AMOUNT FOR US... BUT NO BODY CARING ABOUT IT... WE STILL STRUGGLING TO GET OUR MONEY OR ATLEAST TV BACK.... I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY SAMSUI TV...

                                        I have purchase a LCD TV Make Sansui LCD 22" model S-2280 YH from Shilpi Electronics, 40/11, Pillli Kothi, M.B. Road, Khanpur, New Delhi-110 062 on 28.12.2010.

                                        On 20.3.20111 the said TV is going on non sound problem, then I had call to the Shilpi Electronic, he provide me Customer Care No. [protected]. I had complaint to the said customer care number on 21.3.2011 the Complaint No. is DEL[protected], then somebody visit at my home on 23.3.2011 and tell me the speakers of the TV is not working. The said Speakers likely to be changed by tomorrow ie. 24.3.2011. But till date my problem not solved. Then I had called your service centre as well as Shilpi Electronics. They are give me a answer the PARTS OF THE OUT OF STOCK OF THE COMPANY STORE. And we solve your problem when the parts are received from the company.

                                        on 01.4.2001 again I had called to the Shilpi Electronics and Service Centre talk to Mr. Tripathi again tell me the parts not available.

                                        on 4.4.2011 again I had called to Service Centre and the same answer the parts not available in the company store. I ask when available he said I am not known talk to our service centre Incharge namely Mohd. Ali and his mobile no.is [protected] I called that number but no body response.

                                        Please llook into the matter because i am suffering from last 15 days.
