[Resolved] Sansui India — battery automatically draining in 1 hour and too much heat of the phone

I bought a sausui horizon 2 mobile thru flip cart vide invoice no. Faaa2u[protected] dated 26.08.2017. The phone is heating up while charging itself and by the time it is fully charged it is too hot to even handle by bare hands. Further the fully charged phone automatically drains within one hour without any use and even data card is off. The voice and sound are also not clear and not audible at all. Totally the phone is unusable. Please either replace another or please return my money back. Also consider this as very urgent as i am not in a position to buy another phone.
