[Resolved] Sansui India — complaint on 32" led tv

Sansui 32" LED TV purchased Nandhilath, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur Dist. Kerala After one year it is not working properly. Made a complaint Numbered.[protected] on 29.07.2017 which is not yet rectified.If further time required for repair the TV. Provide me new TV as festival "Onam" is reached and my children are eager for watching TV after exams. Not redressing a complaint after 1month is very pitifull to note? I feel sad for purchasing your brand TV? How you are reacting against complaints? Make an urgent look on my complaint and rectify immediately.

Updated by babuvadakkan My complaint No.[protected] dated 29.07.2017 is not rectified even after one month of registering. It is unfortunate/desperate how you are dealing with complaints. One month and 7 days passed without any TV programme is unable to imagine now-a-days. Please look into the matter otherwise it should be great shame for your company. Provide a new TV.
