[Resolved] Sansui India — Defective product and worst service | |||||
I have bought the sansui 1ton 5 star ac one month before. From the first day there were some sound coming from the ac so i complaint in the service center. After a week person came from service center and checked the ac, he showed me that there is one pipe inside the ac which is totaly bend. It was a manufacturing defect. He told me that within 1 day someone will call me and give me the solution. I waited but no response than i called again in service center and again two other guy came for checking the ac. The person was so irresponsible that he was literally treating ac very badly and he also checked and after he went ac start leaking water and cooling also went down and the ac body appear to be old. He also said same that someone will respond in 1 day again no response. Than again i called and they said again they are sending someone for checking the ac. Now i dont want them to check the ac because that has been already done two times before and service guy made the ac condition poor. Now i dont want this ac because this is all damaged by service persons and also there is manufacturing defect. I want a replacement but no one is listening. Called so many times in customer care no response. Called all the managers of service station no solution. I want solution. I want ac repaced because comapnu sold me the defected product and companie's service person also make it more worst. I dont wana use a defected product. I have paid for new one i want a new one.
