Sansui India — no software update | |
I'm using sansui u52. No update for the software from 1and half year. I manually updated the software from kitkat to lolliop. When checking update from system setting app, it Says 'your system is currently up to date' even update rom is available on web (Lollipop). And even now no update is available. Please update the software at least to android 6.0 asap so that i can use the apps that are not supported to android 5.0 Was this information helpful? | |

I bought sansui sb3218 samrt TV 7 months ago however there is no software update till date n I am facing problem in playing Amazon prime and Netflix, I have downloaded from play store but i am unable to play any video from Amazon prime and Netflix and which makes me annoyed, do let me know how can I update my android version the existing version become outdated n at least I need an android version were I can see movies on Amazon prime and Netflix.
Let me know the link where I can download the latest Android version for my smart TV.

Please provide the update n tv so we can use it. Any app is not working my tv is on warranty periods i purchased 55k tv and now its just norml tv...ita worthless

I took the TV for two years. My TV display is color TV, my TV is in the guarantee period. And I have filed a complaint before, but if your people have not come to the end of the repair, just send it to your reporter and send it to my TV reporter immediately. This is my modest request ... thank you ...
