Sansui India — Sansui Service Request - Ref no. GHA[protected] | |||
This is regarding a service request I placed with Sansui more than a month back for repair of my 1 year old refrigerator. The service representative has since then visited my house 5 times but has been unable to repair it. Every time he repairs, it works for half an hour and again stops cooling. He keeps on asking for money every time he comes even before repairing it. Every time he comes for service, he gives me a time and comes more than an hour late. Or cancels it on his own without informing me. When I ask him anything, he just laughs. Can someone please look into this issue? What should I do? The refrigerator is still under warranty but the company is just to careless about the service requests. Was this information helpful? | |||

Okay Thanks for the response here. But the refrigerator is still not working and I need a response by service. I will send an email for any further clarifications.
